On today's episode of Get Up! Mornings with Erica Campbell, the Faith Walk—Wake Up segment encouraged listeners to lean into spiritual awakening and allow divine timing to propel them forward. Erica’s Erica-ism of the Day, “It’s Hard Sometimes,” offered a compassionate reminder that navigating challenges isn’t a sign of weakness but a testimony of perseverance. This honest acknowledgment of everyday struggles brings comfort and solidarity to those wrestling with difficult seasons.

In a spirited interview, contemporary gospel group The Group Fire introduced their new single “I Can Count On You,” weaving Psalm 46:1 into an uplifting anthem about Jesus being our surest source of help when human support fades—highlighted by its vintage, New Edition–inspired sound and their ongoing Stellar Awards celebration. Complementing the theme of discernment, Dr. Willie Jolley shared his intriguing take—quitting sometimes means growing. By "quitting" things that hinder, we open space for upward momentum and spiritual breakthrough.

Speaker 7 (02:29):
The beginning Tuesday, the NAACP will launch a series of
town halls aimed at mobilizing black voters more than a
year before the twenty twenty six minute terms. President of
the organization Derek Johnson said the early push is necessary
to protect democracy amid what he calls attacks from President
Trump's rollback of diversity, equity and inclusion policies, immigration raids,

(02:53):
and budget cuts to medicaid and food assistance. The events
will focus on the administration's policies and their effect on
the African American community. President Trump announced an aggressive plan
to place Washington, DC's police under federal control and deploy
the National Guard, citing what he called a tragic emergency.
Joined by top officials including Attorney General Pam Bondi, and

(03:16):
Defense Secretary Pete hag Seth. The president described the city
as plague by homelessness, drug abuse, and violent crime. DC
Mayor Muriel Bowser disputed the president's claims, insisting there's no
cron spike and emphasize the needs of DC residents. Engineering
student Reid Curry in Florida solvedst transportation problem by building

(03:37):
a fully electric wooden motorcycle from Cedar two by fours,
crafted with supplies from a big box store.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
The bike has been his daily commuter for over a year.

Speaker 7 (03:48):
Urry says it's still a work in progress and credits
God for his creativity and determination. Amen Black America two
fifty puts the spotlight on John Rosamond Johnson. We're in
August eleventh, eighteen seventy three in Jacksonville, Florida, a pioneering
black composer, best known for creating the black national anthem

(04:08):
You're Right, Lift every voice and sing with his brother
James Weldon Johnson. A gifted pianist from the age of four,
he studied at the New England Conservatory and in London
under Samuel Colerich Taylor, later working as a songwriter, producer, soldier,
singer and actor. I'm Siba Wilkes, be informed, be in
powered in brigade.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
It's good get up sports minute.

Speaker 6 (04:52):
Number one Texas takes on number three Ohio State in
eleven days, first game of the season, and the game
gonna be in Columbus.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
The blank guys feel like.

Speaker 6 (05:03):
They've been disrespected by being number three and they just
won the championship.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
Oh good, go Blue.

Speaker 6 (05:11):
Cameron Haywood at the Pittsburgh Steelers is hitting that he'll
miss the whole season if his contract ain't contracting. And
Ronaldo Cristiano Ronaldo. If you don't know soccer, then I'm
not mad at you, but just know Ronaldo is the
Michael Jordan and the Lebron put together a soccer He
just proposed to his longtime girlfriend and gave her a

(05:34):

Javon Dewan, Yvette Nicole Brown, Casey afflet Le, Keith Stanfield,
I gotta say Happy Birthday, Michelle Williams, Mitch Henry, Walter
McGuire Junior, and Christal Marshall. Erica's Faith Walk is coming

(06:03):
out on Get Up Mornings with Erica Gamble.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
If you're listening to Get Up.

Speaker 4 (06:17):
Right now, hey man, faith Walk, Yes, it is time
for the faith Walk of a Day, and today I
want to talk.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
To those sleepwalkers.

Speaker 4 (06:25):
You know what sleepwalkers are, right, They're they're up and
they're moving, but their their mind is asleep. There's sometimes
I know I have sleepwalkers in my family. Uh You'll
see them moving through the hallway and I'll see their
eyes closed and have to shake them to wake them
up right so they don't hurt themselves. Because when you
are sleepwalking, you can endanger yourself. You are not aware,
you can really really hurt yourself really bad. There's a

(06:48):
story of a guy, I believe it was in Toronto.
He literally walked out his house in his pajamas and
walked into oncoming traffic. He was awakened when he got
clipped by a car. He made it so his life
was spared, but he was in a whole lot of danger. Listen,
that's how I feel about believers who don't take action

(07:09):
in their lives. What do I mean when I say
take action? Are you winning souls? Are you actively winning
souls because that's what we were called to do? Are
you up in a part of the praise when you
come to church? Is there a praise in your pocket?
Is there a praise in your heart at all times?
How do you respond with your faith through your life?
Are you a sleeping Christian? Are you not aware when

(07:30):
the enemy is attacking you? Are you not aware when
we are losing souls sometimes out of your own house
because you're so busy doing something else. Do not be
spiritually asleep Gods? For real, Jesus really is coming back,
and we've got to be ready when he comes.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
And if you believe that.

Speaker 4 (07:45):
Heaven is an amazing place, are you telling anybody about
going to see Jesus? Sometimes we're so busy doing other
things and focus on other things, and God is going
that ain't even important to me?

Speaker 8 (07:55):
Man?

Speaker 1 (07:56):
Why y'all keeping him bothered over that?

Speaker 4 (07:58):
Win people to Christ, get people ready to see Jesus,
walk in love and walk in purpose. Don't be sleep
don't be a sleepy Christian. Don't go to church and
have be focused on somebody else. The enemy loves a
sleepy church. He loves a sleepy Christian. Why because you
ain't bothering his kingdom and he could snatch any soul
that he won't. He could manipulate your family, he could
mess everything up. Why because you're sleeping? Wake up spiritually?

(08:23):
Wake up spiritually. What does that mean? That means get
in your word. That means and be intentional about walking
in purpose. That means don't let anxiety and fear city
in your lap and tell you what you can't do
when you can know that you could do all things
through Christ. We've got to win souls for Christ. We
got to teach people the word of God. We've got
to equip this next generation. We can't be casual about it.
We can't say, well, they're not interested in you know,

(08:44):
I don't want to buy the people. And you know
people could do what they want to do. They can,
but you can also tell them to love Jesus and
put God first and serve God and live right and
be saying you really can, and guess what you could
do it in love. You don't have to be the
mean old school Christian where people were running from you.
You could give the God's truth and such a way
until they knocking on your door want to talk to
you more, because not only are you giving them the

(09:05):
keys to the kingdom, but you're also giving them wisdom
to walk in victory. Come on, church, let's wake up.
Let's wake up and tell the world that Jesus saved.
Don't be distracted by what's going on in the media. Listen,
when I get to heaven, God aint gonna ask me
who the president was and if I liked him or
if I didn't like him.

Speaker 1 (09:21):
He's not gonna ask me that, but he's gonna ask
me about my heart and then I love him and
was a reflection of him.

Speaker 4 (09:26):
Right, So let's wake up, get our eyes off the
foolishness and focus on the right thing.

Speaker 1 (09:30):
And the right thing is Jesus. How about that.

Speaker 4 (09:32):
That's the faith walk for the day. Ladies and gentlemen,

Speaker 1 (14:53):
Oh sick rightning a little care? Sybils here, Hey, Sybil,
how are you? Good morning?

Speaker 3 (15:03):
Oh right, good morning?

Speaker 6 (15:05):
How are you?

Speaker 2 (15:06):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (15:06):
I mean yeah, what do we do with that? Okay,
let's jump right in.

Speaker 4 (15:09):
The NAACP launches town halls to mobilize black voters ahead
of the twenty twenty six midterm elections.

Speaker 3 (15:15):
Tell us more so, you know, stungress people members of Congress,
when they go off on vacation, they normally go back
home and they have these town halls that you know,
they get feedback from their members of Congress back home
and those that elected them.

Speaker 11 (15:33):
And this year he has not been very successful for Republicans.

Speaker 3 (15:38):
They have you know, gotten an earful over all the
things that they have done, according to their constituents, that
they've done wrong in Washington, d C. And so a
lot of these town halls have kind of fallen by
the wayside. But the NAACP has announced starting today, this
is the oldest civil rights organization.

Speaker 11 (15:58):
Is kicking off a series of town halls and an effort.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
To mobilize black voters around the country. And this is
more than a year before the twenty twenty six midterm elections,
and starting today they'll be in New Jersey. They'll go
to New Jersey and get people to start talking about
the things that they want and need from their members
of Congress as people are really kind of looking forward

(16:24):
to the November twenty twenty six midterm elections and making
a difference in the US Congress. And so take a
look at this article and find out this as well
as other places that they're going to be going. And
it's kind of exciting for me as a political geek
and nerd that you know they're going to be going

(16:44):
out there and they're going to be going to California
and Texas as well, North Carolina, Ohio, Georgia, as well
as other states including Maryland.

Speaker 6 (16:53):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (16:54):
Nice, go ahead, Grev.

Speaker 6 (16:56):
So this is an emergency, give us some takeaways after
the resident deployed National Guards in DC.

Speaker 3 (17:04):
So this has been something that has been on the
president hopeless if you will, or wishless for the last
six years, maybe since he was in the presidency the
first time, and wanting the idea that he doesn't like
the way things are done in a number of cities.
And when I say in a number of cities, I'm

(17:25):
talking about cities that the way that it looks, cities
that are run by black mayors. And so you get
this in Los Angeles after the fires, called out the
National Guard, and now he is doing this again and
this time in Washington, d C. In the nation's capital.
It is it's a powerful statement because taking over these

(17:48):
cities is next to taking over all of the what
people still have left to call their own. And he
says the crime is outrageous, it is it's time for
an answer to this emergency situation that he calls Washington,
D C. And the black mayor Mary ol Bowser is

(18:09):
you know, is fighting this as well as other black
mayors are now looking at this. In Chicago. He called
out Chicago yesterday in his meeting and talking about getting
the FBI out there, the National Guard in order to
bring uh yeah, exactly.

Speaker 11 (18:24):
It's that kind of and that is a kind ladies
and dumblan to martial law.

Speaker 3 (18:30):
And so talking about this and knowing what's going to happen,
bringing in the Department of Defense and the Attorney General
and all of this, it's a desperate situation. And you know,
just mentioning the NAACP, it's the situation in which people
have to take action and be mindful of this, especially

(18:50):
as we are gearing up for these all very important
midterm elections. And I know it's more than a year away,
but time is of the essence.

Speaker 4 (19:00):
Okay, lastly, filing late. Here's how to stop the irs
penalties before they start.

Speaker 1 (19:04):
Please tell us that one start paying up.

Speaker 3 (19:07):
According to Kastrina Kraft, our CPA to the stars, they
just don't charge you one penalty. They stacked fees months
after months and turning manageable tax bills into a cash
flow crisis. So file immediately, even if you can't afford
to pay your full tax bill, file.

Speaker 11 (19:24):
Your tax return right now.

Speaker 14 (19:26):
She says.

Speaker 3 (19:26):
The penalty for not filing is five percent, and it's
ten times bigger than the penalty for not paying. Filing
you breathing room immediately, So that's the get started, get
moving and cut down that tax bill.

Speaker 1 (19:41):
All right, ladies and gentlemen, Sybil Wilkes with the things
we need to know.

Speaker 4 (19:44):
Make sure you check out her daily newsletter and then
you can go to Sybil Wilkes dot com. Don't miss
the YouTube show seven seven. What's the time I've said
this a million days?

Speaker 1 (19:56):

you so much for helping me out here with your details.

Speaker 1 (20:11):

Speaker 4 (20:14):
We got more on the way, the Erica Ism of
the day, Girl's got the joys offen times, and of
course what great gospel music just for you.

Speaker 1 (20:19):
Listen, smile today, Smile a little bit more than you
usually do. You deserve it. You deserve smiles. Get it morning.

Speaker 2 (20:34):
If you're listening to Get Up Mornings with Erica Campbell
Real the Erica of.

Speaker 1 (20:40):
The Day, or Get Up Mornings with Erica Campbell.

Speaker 4 (20:44):
Hey, good people, So listen, y'all know that laugh cry
Heill is on the way. It will if you don't laugh,
cry Hill is on the way. It's coming this October.
We're doing it again in three cities, just like I
did last time. We are doing let's see Birmingham, Alabama,
we are doing Chicago.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
And we are doing Phoenix, Arizona.

Speaker 4 (21:02):
And so of course you can go to Loveerica dot
com to get your tickets or you can just go
to Instagram and swipe up and get your tickets. I'd
love to see you in either of those cities. I
believe it's going to be a total blessing. Here's what
I know about doing something for the Lord of this magnitude,
man the attacks, Lord, the problems and the issues that

(21:24):
come up when you are managing people. So I have
a pretty cool team about six or seven people who
are helping me get this done. And so there is
work as it relates to getting on the phone, doing
the check ins and doing the zoom calls and making
sure each department is doing their part to make things effective.
Sometimes there's one area where there's a little lack and

(21:45):
so the other has to pick up the slack and
pick up the difference. And I like to create environments
where it's a win win situation for everybody.

Speaker 1 (21:52):
I'm not the.

Speaker 4 (21:55):
Boss that's going to beat everybody up, but I will
challenge us all to to do what we said we
would do right in a timely manner, in the timeline
that you said you wished to do it in to
show the care and concern for this that you said
that you have.

Speaker 1 (22:09):
But even with all that, and even with the great
people me in my mind, if I can be honest.

Speaker 4 (22:13):
Probably maybe three or four times I said, you know what,
maybe I should just cancel. And I was saying, maybe
I should just cancel because of what I was dealing
with and how overwhelming it feels for me, because it
absolutely does. Things like this are not easy. They don't
come without the enemy attacking you on every side. But
I have been in prayer. I've been calling my prayer
warriors around me to pray for me and to keep

(22:35):
me covered because I have an assignment and I know
that if I have an assignment, you do too.

Speaker 1 (22:41):
And I know you're probably going through some of the
same things that I'm dealing with.

Speaker 4 (22:43):
The adversity comes on every hand and on every side.
But we've got to be so diligent because of God's
purpose being bigger than our problems, because His purpose is
bigger than someone not doing their part.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
And here's what I do.

Speaker 4 (22:57):
Know that while you're doing something for God, He's also
doing something in and through you, And so that brings
me a lot of joy and a lot of comfort.
What will build in me because I decide to be resilient?
What will build in you when you decide to be
faithful to what God has called you, just to be
faithful to what He's challenged you to do, even when
it's not easy. When you learn to push past that,

(23:19):
it just gives you this superpower. Now I know the
whole message of being able to cry and release, to
get free, being able to heal, being able to get
answers to things that have kind of been suppressed because
it felt like there literally is no answer to this,
why it happened, and how can I ever overcome this?
But there absolutely is. So I know that that is
a big mission to partner faith and therapy, to partner

(23:42):
faith and sisterhood and brotherhood and community.

Speaker 1 (23:46):
I know that there's purpose in that. But guess what.

Speaker 4 (23:48):
The enemy don't want that. The enemy wants me to stop.
He wants me to quit. He wants you to stop.
He wants you to quit on your vision, on your purpose,
on your dreams. And so I don't want you to
I want us all to stay stick in there. I
want us all to dig in and allow your faith
to be big and loud and strong that gives.

Speaker 1 (24:05):
You what you need.

Speaker 4 (24:06):
I want you to know which song you need to
turn on and play loud in your house to break
up that spirit that tries to bring you down and
have you stressed, and have you overwhelmed, and have you depressed.
I want you to have the power to invite that
demon to leave right on out your house, open the
front door, and be like, uh uh, I got purpose,
I got vision, I'm called, I'm chosen, I'm anointed. I'm
not stopping. You're gonna get up out of here today.

(24:27):
You're not discouraging me today. So I want us all
to walk in our power, to walk in our authority
and do what God has called us to do. Because
He's called us all to do something great. Do it,
Do it now, do it today, and do it with
the joy of the Lord that gives us strength. All right,
and also get your tickets to laugh, cry hell.

Speaker 1 (24:41):

Proverbs eighteen and twenty two says he who finds a
wife finds a good thing.

Speaker 1 (26:18):
And obtains favor from the Lord.

Speaker 6 (26:20):
I don't think the men understand the best part of
that whole verse is the obtained.

Speaker 1 (26:26):
Once you get a wife.

Speaker 6 (26:27):
God already has stuff for you, but now you're gonna
give it to you because you got a wife.

Speaker 1 (26:31):
You obtaining it. Who obtained is a big word.

Speaker 6 (26:35):
So yesterday, because I've obtained so much favor from being
married to Lee Niga finey, I went down to mcdone
and Nissan. I told y'all last week the little red
hit an armadillo and got totaled. And so yesterday I

(26:55):
went down to mcdone and Nissan big shut out to
George Mazant and my finance dude Kenny, and bought my
wife a twenty twenty five truck.

Speaker 1 (27:06):
How about that?

Speaker 6 (27:08):
I never saw this woman shout and cry at the
same time. But I can't get all the things because
of who I am and not take care of my favor.
Now it's somebody in a car right now saying, grip,
we see you, yes, you get saying you all right?
Somebody else saying come on, let nigga out. You get

(27:30):
to say ainty all right, But if you like me

Speaker 1 (27:55):
She's getting everything.

Group Fire. We got to rel Juwan Justin, Alan Tay John,
Good morning, fellas.

if you would introduce it and then we'll come back
and talk more about it.

Speaker 11 (29:27):
Yeah, So a new single was called I Can count
On You.

Speaker 12 (29:29):
And you know the Bible says the songs twenty six
to one that God is our refuge, He's our strength
and the very present health in the time of trouble.

Speaker 3 (29:36):
And you know what, I gotta keep it real with you.

Speaker 1 (29:38):
Sometimes family and friends.

Speaker 12 (29:39):
Don't always come through, and late in the midnight hours,
you need somebody.

Speaker 1 (29:43):
You can count on, and as Jesus Christ. So this
song is a reminder to.

Speaker 12 (29:47):
Those who are listening right now. Now, whatever you're going through,
you're not alone. You will always count in our Lord
and say that Jesus Christ.

Speaker 1 (29:53):
Come on preach. Here's I Can't count on You by
the Group Fire on Get Up Morning, Get Up that
I can count on you.

Speaker 4 (30:07):
From the Group Fire and the Group Fire they sing
really really great. Sometimes it's urban. I've seen y'all sound
real quartet live.

Speaker 1 (30:17):
Yeah, this this up.

Speaker 4 (30:19):
Temple has a vntage feel. So this is what you're
known for. What's the heart behind this song?

Speaker 12 (30:25):
I mean the bus realizing that you know, Jesus is
the only man that we can really count on. You know,
when it's tough, when it go on, gets tough. You know,
you can't count on mom, sometimes can't count on Dad,
but you definitely can always count on Jesus. So that's
definitely the heart behind the song. I always wanted to
push the message that Jesus Christ will always beat it.

Speaker 6 (30:43):
I love these guys, man. Their new video is so
fun for this song. They all wearing basketball jerseys and
it I don't know it. It just reminds my I
don't know if nobody told you. It just reminds me
a new addition count me out kind of like it's yes,
so fun, Hey man, let's.

Speaker 1 (31:04):
Skip all the rhythm of role. Y'all nominated for two
Stellers who let's go three?

Speaker 15 (31:10):
But yes, And we just want to give a big
shout out to Don Jackson and the Cello Awards, UH
and the SAGMA members. We also want to give a
shout out to the radio angels all around the world
who are playing our song.

You know, Auntie Erica, we appreciate you for playing our song.
And Uncle Grig, you know, we appreciate you guys, and

of things. And we were actually blessed this year to
perform on the pre show, thank God, and we also
will be doing a few more events down there, and
we all hope to.

Speaker 1 (31:47):
See you guys there.

Speaker 4 (31:48):
All righty, it's awesome listen, you guys have been compared
to gospel greates like the Whinings and Commission.

Speaker 1 (31:55):
Tell us, how does that feel for you guys to
get that kind of honor.

Speaker 5 (31:58):
Well, you know what's going on, y'all, we're out.

Speaker 12 (32:00):
But it's always a blessing to be compared to gospel
greats like the Winers, you know all you know in
the fact that you know, we try to bring that
type of you know, support when we are performing or
you know, worshiping as we say, you know, but it's
always a good thing to be compared with greats like
the wine Is and the cart Sentiens like that, you know,
Commission and you know, because these are the people that

(32:21):
paid the way.

Speaker 8 (32:22):
For the new fight.

Speaker 1 (32:22):
Yes, I love that. I love it.

Speaker 4 (32:24):
Okay, So is this making way? Is this new song
making way for a full album? What can we expect?

Speaker 12 (32:31):
So, yes, this this song right here I can kind
of definitely making way for a new album. But we
want to keep dropping singles. We believe that you know,
singles is the new role nowadays. But you know, we
got to give to people so different every now and then.

Speaker 1 (32:44):
But like for sure, new.

Speaker 12 (32:46):
Album is on the way next year, look for it.
And we're tooper excited about the material that you know,
God has given us, saying, you know, you want to
hear his name a lot, and we got to mention
him because you got to give honor to whom honor
is due.

Speaker 1 (32:57):
They shout out to.

Speaker 12 (32:58):
Steve Cooper, you know, our father, you know, for always
being there and I and all this great material. Man,
so you know, oh man, and uh, you know it's
all about giving him his flowers while you're here as well.
So you know, God is good.

Speaker 5 (33:11):
God is awesome.

Speaker 4 (33:12):
Oh man, don't we just love these guys Fire on
Get Up Mornings. Make sure you go download this new song,

Speaker 17 (34:20):
I said, yes, it is. He said, Dad, did you
get fired? I said no, I quit. And as I
said that, the tears wubbed up in his eyes. He said, Daddy, Daddy, you.

Speaker 1 (34:30):
Quit, but you told me never to give up, never quit.

Speaker 17 (34:35):
I pulled the car over, took out my handkerchief, wiped
away his tears and said, son, to day, I want
to give you a life lesson.

Speaker 1 (34:42):
I quit not because I was giving up. I quit
because I was going up.

Speaker 4 (42:18):
Because God is trying to see how much you know.
It's trying to see how strong you are. It's not
just antagonizing. You go through the test and win. All right,
Here is Mikaylave would give me you on Get Up morning, Let's.

Speaker 1 (42:28):
Talk about love for God, so love the world.

Speaker 4 (42:34):
All right, guys, it's time for the love Talk of
the day, and today I want to talk about effort,
the attempt, the try, the thought that you had to
do the right thing, but then the follow up maybe
not so much. I want to talk about working a
little harder on trying to be better. Try can kind

(42:54):
of I mean, don't beget afen of y'all love you
so much, but try can kind of be a quick word.

Speaker 1 (42:58):
Try is this.

Speaker 4 (43:00):
It gives you a way in, but it also gives
you a way out because it's not an absolute yes,
but it's not an absolute no. It's somewhere stuck in
the middle, which is really not an answer. So when
you say I'm going to try, I'm going to see
what I can do. Now, a lot of y'all know already, no,
you ain't doing it in the first place. You're gonna
keep doing what you've been doing. But some of you
really are saying that because you're trying to use sheer

(43:21):
will power to be better, and willpower isn't always enough.
Sometimes you need a bigger reason than just I want
to do it, because if you're just doing it for you,
you quit on you anytime.

Speaker 1 (43:32):
You know, and I'll try. I don't feel like it.
I'm not doing it.

Speaker 4 (43:34):
But if the reason is for legacy, if the reason
you're loving someone is because you're building something together, you're
building a life together.

Speaker 1 (43:42):
There's children, there's there's things, there's people.

Speaker 4 (43:45):
When you're building something that's more of a reason to
put the effort in to make your relationship better. Be
careful with words like I'm gonna try and I'm gonna
see what I can do, and you know I'm only human.
Those words say I know who I am and I'm
not gonna try to be better because I'm just This
is what I do and this is how I am.
But if you know what you're doing isn't working, If
you know that what you're doing isn't bringing your relationship closer,

(44:09):
isn't helping you fall in love and stay in love,
it can also build content and contempt in your heart.
We're a little frustrated and irritated because you want to
try with then you don't.

Speaker 1 (44:19):
Why am I here? This is stupid? I don't want
to do this. We won't always want to do the
right thing. Guys, y'all know that, right? No, No, I don't.
It's not many people that I know to go. You
know what, I just want to get up and work out.

Speaker 4 (44:28):
You have to force yourself to do it because you
want a healthy body, a healthy mind, You want to
live you know, want to live longer, all these things
that have benefits for you to do it. But when
you know that there's a bigger When there is a
bigger reason, there's more reasons to fight, there's more reasons
to hold on, more reasons to put prayer on it,
more reasons to push past the feeling that says I

(44:49):
don't feel like it. You know, I've been, I've been,
We've been in this a long time and I'm just
not feeling it.

Speaker 6 (44:54):
Y'all.

Speaker 1 (44:54):
You're not always gonna feel it. You're not always gonna
feel it.

Speaker 4 (44:57):
But when there is purpose, when Jesus is at the center,
when there's a bigger reason, when legacy is the reason,
when commitment is the reason, when God is the reason,
it helps you hold it together just a little bit longer.

Speaker 1 (45:07):
All right, that's my love talk of the day. Let's
get rid of that word.

Speaker 9 (45:11):
Try.

Speaker 4 (45:14):
Try not to hit you in the mouth, or you
want me to just not not hit you in the mouth,
right Try to be a better wife, or just be
one trying to start this business. I'm trying you not
really try. It's a quick word right here. Somebody is
so mad. Somebody says try all the time. I love you,
I promise, I just want you to I want you
to activate the attempt I want I want you to

(45:37):
have the attempt and then activated when you think about
doing the right thing, buying our flowers or giving him
a call, or doing that thing that you know that
they like that makes them happy, that we'll feel like, man,
they just did this for me, especially for our brothers.
Sometimes they feel like they only working to pay the bills.
Their hearts matter too, and so we have to do better,
