Speaker 1 (00:05):
Appoche production. Hey guys, did you want to come and
see me live? Without spending eight hundred dollars for the hour?
You can come and see my live show at the
Adelaide Fringe Festival. Whoa, I feel like it needs a
round of applause. I am doing six shows from the

(00:29):
twenty fifth of February until the second of March. Holy Molly,
this is going to be a wild ride. It is
called Culli Electric in my Box. Look, we're not getting
into my actual box, but we will be unpacking my
dms in a hilarious live show and I'm going to
be dragging my producer Shad along with me for the ride. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
It's exciting. So link you'll be in the show notes
or they can just hit you up on your socials Kali,
and if you want to see my show How I
Almost Killed a Guy that'll be on at the Fringe
Festival as well, just hit us up for the tickets.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
Am I going to be Okay? I'm going to need
like eighty tequila shots before I do it, But anyway,
see you there girlfriend Fire with Garlie Electric. This is
not a how to guide for people wanting to get
into the industry. I don't want people to think that
they're going to necessarily learn something here. It's more just

(01:27):
a fun and interesting take on the industry, but also
just coming from my point of view. I'm sitting down
with my producer getting down to the nitty gritty of
the sex worker industry. How many times have you thought
to yourself, I should just start an only fans, But
maybe it's not what it's cracked up to be. I

(01:52):
got into only fans maybe four years ago. I think
just being in sex work, being an escort, I was like, huh,
another income stream. I'm already in sex work. I should
start an only fan, not realizing how difficult it actually is.
It is quite hard to make money on there. There's

(02:14):
a lot of people and they're not making any cash whatsoever.
That's for sure. Yeah, it's a very tricky world only fans.
I don't really enjoy it that much. To be completely honest,
I am very vocal in the fact that I love
my one on one, very human interaction with people. There
is a lot of messaging on only fans, and it

(02:36):
is quite sexually driven. I really love just being face
to face with somebody, So yes, I am on OnlyFans
and I'm in the top one percent, and it is
a good income stream for me, but I'm not entirely
in love with it, and one day when I'm no
longer a part of it, I will be quite happy

(02:57):
to leave it behind. So that being said, being in
the top one percent for me is quite surprising because
I feel like I'm not making enough money to be
in the top one percent. But that also shows how
many people are on there not making any money for
me to be top one percent. So top one percent,

(03:19):
I'm top. Look I lied, I'm like one point seven
one point eight. It fluctuates constantly. If you have a
quiet week or I've had something on and I haven't
been replying to people as much as you know what
I should, it slips back quite quickly, you know, two percent,
two point two percent, and then it's a slog to

(03:39):
get it back to the one point seven for me,
which being a solo creator is actually really quite good.
It's good that I've had that longevity, and it's good
that I am top one point whatever percent just doing
solo no boy Girl Action, So that means for me
that I'm making anywhere from ten to twelve K a month. Actually,

(04:04):
no that's a lie. Hold on, it's like eight k
let's say eight K to twelve k us per month.
It fluctuates constantly, there's no consistency in it whatsoever. But
it's around. It's around that, and of course the good
American dollar by the time it hits my account in
those dollars, Yeah, it's a good chunk of money. So look,

(04:29):
it's a lot of hard work. I'm not gonna lie.
It's almost a full time job looking after my only fans.
It's a lot. I would say anywhere from twenty to
thirty hours a week. It does feel like a job

(04:49):
that I'm constantly doing. There's no feeling a little bit
like a real estate agent. There's no off time, like
I'm on call seven days a week for only fans.
Because a massive chunk of the money that comes in
is from messaging Cally.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
I know this is your podcast, but I feel like
you're lying to me.

Speaker 3 (05:10):
I don't.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
I can't believe that you're spending thirty hours a week
on text. Let's go like collectively, if we took every
moment as hours, there is no way you're doing thirty
hours a week.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
So that thirty hours also includes filming content. Filming content
just is so time consuming. So for me to make
a fifteen minute movie, it can take me. By the
time I do hair, makeup, get changed, like set up
all of my lighting, camera equipment, and then actually record.

(05:46):
By the time I edit all of that down, one
fifteen minute movie has taken me half a day. So
that in itself is the most time consuming part. And
if you're getting custom requests, you can also you know,
be doing those as well well. You can be looking
at a day or two set aside just for making

(06:10):
only fans content per week, and then all the chat
on top, the non stop chat at all hours is yeah,
it is actually quite a lot. I do get fatigue
from only fans, and it's a very different type of fatigue.
The fatigue that I experience is that I don't want

(06:33):
to go near my vagina. I don't want to pleasure myself.
If I'm a horny I will not act on it.
I will be like, I do not want to fuck
myself again. I am done. I have touched it too much.
I need a break. And so that's the fatigue that
I experience. What's difficult about only fans is there's only

(06:55):
so many different ways that I can have sex with myself,
and having done it for four years, you know, oh,
you really got to start thinking out of the box.
What's a position that I haven't used before, or what's
an angle of the camera that I haven't used before,
or you know, and so always trying to keep it
fresh can be quite challenging. But at the end of

(07:18):
the day, as long as I'm having a good time
and giving everybody an authentic experience, then it does really well. Actually,
now that I've mentioned an authentic experience, the reason why
I think that I have had longevity in only fans
is I've had people say to me in the past, oh,
when I'm just acting out a scene, meaning that they

(07:43):
are just acting, they're not having real orgasms. They're not actually,
they're just like any kind of porn production. They're just
doing it for the camera, trying to get the best
angles and make noise at a certain time and make
this happen, and this happen. And I was a little
bit flabbergasted because I had never thought to do that,

(08:06):
and I I'm a terrible actor. I'm very bad.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
So when you do it, it's real.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
It's real, and maybe that's more exhausting, and maybe this
is why I get burnout from creating these types of things.
But I have to do it authentically and I try
to the best of my ability. And if I watch something,
if I've recorded and I've watched something back, and I'm
just like, this is fucking terrible.

Speaker 3 (08:32):
I don't like, you've got off cuts.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
Oh my gosh. The blooperreel could be like a movie
marathon of things that I cut out.

Speaker 3 (08:44):
Oh would pay if you would pay for the Carlie Electric.
Make sure you message the page. Definitely message I reckon.
There's a market people would pay a premium. What is
in the blooper reel? Whoop's wrong?

Speaker 1 (08:58):
Hole? No, No, it's more okay. Some of the faces
that I make, I am like, no one is seeing
this face, or the camera angle isn't great, and I'm
pulling these hectic faces and also have like three chins
going on, and all I'm fixated on is my three chins.

(09:21):
As I'm pulling this horrific face. I can't see past that.
I cannot that. Just sometimes I'll actually in production, I'll
just cut my head off and then you just get
a close up shot. Just know that if you've watched
any of my content and it just zooms in on
my body or just you know, say a box shot

(09:42):
or something, it means that I've cut my head off.
For a reason, I've spoken previously about the strong boundaries
that I have for you know, full service, face to
face sex work. I have had to put those boundaries
in place for only fans as well. There's a certain
element of being face to face somebody where you know

(10:06):
people humans are polite. So if I'm face to face
with somebody that will say, hey, actually, is it okay?
I've really wanted to try this, like are we able
to do it? And I'm like, yeah, that's on my
service list. We can do that. No, no problem, thanks
for asking, Like, no issue on only fans Because everybody
on there is primarily with an anonymous user account, that

(10:31):
politeness and respect often goes out the windows. So I'll
get dms from people on only Fans just speaking to
me in such an atrocious way asking me to I
don't know, fish more, can you fish yourself with both hands?
Like okay, how am I going to do that? Bro?

(10:53):
Like come on and so uh, and then they'll offer
money or you know, it starts to get a little
bit murky for me in which you know, my boundaries
were being pushed, are being asked all of these different
things like can you do this? Can you do this?
I want to see you get fucked on camera. I
want to see you, you know, be with a BBC.

(11:17):
Do you know what to BBC's I think the TV network? No, no,
big black cock. Yes, okay, I didn't think you'd know
what that one was, you know. And so people just
jump on and we'll be quite crass and saying how
they want, what positions they want to see me, and

(11:40):
what they want to see have happened to me? I
don't provide these things. It just it's just never something
that I've offered, you know. I'm I don't see myself
as a porn star. I see myself as an escort.
So only fans for me. I'm not going to do
any type of boygo content or anything like that because

(12:02):
I just don't see my There are people out there
king fantastic boy girl content. Go watch them. It's not
it's just not for me. I'm a one on one gal.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
Can I ask about what I find a funny service
that is offered by a lot of OnlyFans creators dick ratings?

Speaker 3 (12:20):
Do you do dick ratings?

Speaker 1 (12:21):
Yes? What involves?

Speaker 2 (12:24):
Can you talk me through what happens here?

Speaker 3 (12:27):
For so long?

Speaker 1 (12:29):
For so long, I didn't offer dick ratings because I
was like, this is a bit fucking weird, Like I
could not wrap my head around it. But I got
asked so many times, and even though I just spoke
about my boundaries, I didn't put this one in place
because I was like, this is just so I find it.

(12:49):
I'm bemused. I'm insanely bemused, and I still haven't nailed
the fact on if I'm meant to lie or if
I'm just meant to blow smoke up people's asses. There's
two different types guy that comes through dick grating. There's
no one in between, right, no one. No one with

(13:12):
an average dick comes to me for dick grating. They
either have a micro penis or they have a massive
dick and they just want to show me. Okay, there's
no one between. So the guy with the massive dick
who just wants to show me will often let me
know that he's got a massive dick and then he
wants me to see it. And because it's so big,

(13:35):
like I've never seen one before, and I'll say, okay,
just for me to view it and to just acknowledge
and let you know that I've viewed it. That's ten dollars. Now,
I know when people hear ten dollars, that's not very
much money. But when I have ten to twenty guys
asking per day, that's a full time wage. So yeah,

(14:00):
I know it seems a bit weird, but it's so common,
and I just I can't I still I I find
it so entertaining. So the guys who have micro penises,
a lot of them, they want me to talk badly
about it. It's a sexual it's a turn on for

(14:24):
them being told that they're not worthy and that they're
a piece of shit. Anyway, there's quite a few of
those guys. I don't know who I'd prefer the guy
where I need to tell him that his dick is
at like wait, I need to also just like voice
the fact that often guys will send a picture of
their flaccid dick like they're not even hard, like sometimes

(14:44):
they're very flaccid. Half the time, I just get a
flaccid dick that I have to dick rate.

Speaker 2 (14:50):
And that's too hard to write that.

Speaker 1 (14:52):
Oh it's just a floppy tick. Okay, So I get
really analytical with my dick creating because because they've actually
paid me for it, I don't want to be just like, oh,
that's nice, good you, So I try to you know,
I women sometimes will have a you know, a bit

(15:12):
of a chart or questions that they fill out. You know,
it'll be things like size, length, girth, how it looks,
what you know, angle it points often, how hard it
looks or how soft it is, or you know, if
there's any weird markings or anything unique about it.

Speaker 2 (15:36):
I like to do that any that spring them on.

Speaker 1 (15:40):
Yes, so I will. Okay, so say if a guy
has a really nice penis and he just needs me
to look at it, because I don't know, he just
maybe gets off on the fact that I've viewed it.
So I will reply with something like, Wow, your length
and width is something that I would absolutely love to ride.

(16:03):
I give your dick a nine out of ten. I
think that I would have such a great time with it.
Surely you are using this on all of the ladies,
and if you're not, get out there and do it,
I'll just you know, give them a little like they're
obviously need some type of validation, so I'm giving them
a big ego.

Speaker 3 (16:26):
Push.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
It's actually got like that.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
I'll go out on the town feeling pretty good.

Speaker 1 (16:31):
Okay, Well, then I feel like my job is done.

Speaker 3 (16:33):
You know.

Speaker 1 (16:34):
I've given them that little like, oh good one, good
for you, look at what you're packing. But then when
guys send me just a little nub or I can't
even like properly see it, or they've got so much
hair down there, and then there's just this like little
creature just like staring at me. Look. Can I just

(16:56):
say There are times where, because I'm constantly checking only fans,
that I will be out to dinner or I'll be
I don't know, I'm just somewhere like completely inappropriate, and
I'm opening a dick pic because I've got to do
a rating on it, and i just open it and
I'm like, okay, all right, that's very confronting. I'm just

(17:19):
put that down and I'll do that later. Yeah. So
you know, if I get a little dick or micro penis,
they will often state that they it's just in their
wording before they pay for it. Is they know that
they don't have a great penis, and they are anticipating

(17:40):
that I'm going to bag it out and that that's okay,
And so that's essentially what they've come to me for.
So that's what I will I will do. I'll be
like I can't even see it, like, how do you
even use this? And so I can get quite quite mean,
that's their right. It doesn't come naturally. It's actually very hard.

(18:03):
But the thing is this is very me is I
check in with them after being like, you know, you
don't need to do this, like maybe you just need
to you know, I'm sure there's like other things about
yourself that are fucking great likes. I'm like, Carli is
stop typing. Yeah, So very weird thing about OnlyFans just

(18:27):
I can't It's probably the weirdest thing about only fans
that I don't understand. Everything else I fully wrap my
head around. That's the only thing I don't get. Just
back on.

Speaker 2 (18:36):
Money, how much like you say, eight to ten, eight
to twelve thousand US, how much does like how much
does only fans take that The.

Speaker 1 (18:45):
Number that I've quoted is actually with only fans already
taking out their twenty percent. Yeah, and they're quite ruthless
about it too. Twenty percent is a lot, especially when
you're making, you know, a decent chunk of money. Twenty
percent is a lot of money going to OnlyFans for
essentially just hosting the platform. They're not really doing anything

(19:07):
too apart from stopping you from doing a lot of things.
So there's a lot of rules on only fans. A
lot people get booted from the platform all the time,
and it's because they are walking a fine line of
you know, worldwide, there's different rules in every country, right
for around porn, solicitation, all of these things. Generally solicitation

(19:32):
is illegal in a lot of countries, or the fact
that a lot of places like Google don't love solicitation,
and so only fans walk a very very dangerous line,
and so they're very staunch in their rules. I'm not

(19:54):
allowed you not not even type the word meet, can't
wait to meet you nothing, it flags you, and so
you get so many violations. I've had new urous violations
on only fans because men will write to me and
say I can't wait for your Melbourne tour and then
I get a violation. So there's absolutely no talk of

(20:17):
escorting whatsoever. Escorts are booted constantly from OnlyFans because either
guys are writing to us about our services or girls
just not knowing saying something about a tour or meeting
in person, and they will freeze your money and they
will boot you from the platform. So not only will

(20:39):
you not get your cash, you are no longer able
to join the platform whatsoever. Which if I was to
lose the ability to be on only fans, that's a
massive that's oh god, yeah, it's huge. And guys wonder
why I get cranky at them in the chat when
they keep on repeatedly asking about seeing me in person

(21:02):
or making jokes about it, and I shut it down
straight away. I block people so fast. I don't care
who you are or how much money you've spent on
only fans. If you keep on discussing seeing me in person,
like you're essentially messing with my livelihood, So I block
so quick, so quick. I just I can't have it.

(21:22):
It's too scary. It's too scary people who decide to
get an only fans, And yes, it is generally the
way that people dabble in sex work. Is a lot
of people start and only fans and they don't think
that this is sex work. They don't acknowledge that them
being on only fans creating this kind of content for

(21:43):
people to consume that they're a sex worker. I don't
know what they call themselves, just only fans, they're just
on only fans, They're just regular people on only fans. No,
you're in the umbrella of sex work. So you're a
sex work of being on only fans. Look, when you
take out the one on one element, you know, of
being face to face with somebody, Yeah, I guess it

(22:04):
is safe. I don't feel that way. I have never
felt that only fans is safer. I like to be
in control of things. Ah, And I think that I'm
more in control when I'm one on one with somebody,
when they come into my space and I'm one on
one with them. Look, I've done my security checks and

(22:24):
all of that. I feel safe in that space with
somebody that I'm spending time with. I don't feel safe
having all of this content out on the Internet that
I don't have full control over. Constantly, I am removing
leaks from the Internet and finding my content for free

(22:47):
on all various websites. My face is everywhere, my vagina
is everywhere, and I'm constantly having it removed. I'm not
in control of my content, and that scares me. I'm
in control of my one on one and I feel
safe in that space. I know that's not how most
people think can feel. That's just me. I like having

(23:08):
that element of control. Yes, I can see how people
think that it is safer being on only Fans. But
you know what happens, you know ties back to that
age old. What happens when you're trying to go for
that job that you really want in five years time
and you can't remove all of your leaked vagina from Google.

Speaker 2 (23:31):
How do you even go about doing that?

Speaker 1 (23:32):
Oh? Yeah, I just jump on fiver. I get on fiver.
It costs me about thirty dollars and I just submit.
I Google myself because that's what I do now all
the time. And I find leaked content of mine from OnlyFans,
and I will just send the link to somebody on Fiver,

(23:55):
and you know, they just go and remove all of
the links. I don't know how they do it. They
just work their magic and then they're gone, and then
you know, two weeks later, everything's leaked again. So it's
just a coNP battle. Women often see it as a
easy source of income. And what I touched on before
is most people on OnlyFans aren't making any money.

Speaker 2 (24:20):
One hundred and fifty to one hundred and eighty dollars
a month. Yes, see the top one percent earn thirty
three percent of total revenue.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
See isn't that That is terrifying? And that is not
spoken about enough. The thing is you start an only
Fans thinking, wow, I could potentially be like any of
these other people on here, make it to one percent,
be making thousands of dollars per week. I can quit
my job. I can you know, just have sex with

(24:48):
randoms and put it up online, or you know, go
for it with my toy what I already do and
just film it and put it up. And you know,
I could just have this amazing life where I just
have orgasms and make money on only Fans. Amazing. That
is such a draw card for people. The thing that
isn't discussed enough is the fact that majority of people

(25:09):
make absolutely nothing one hundred and fifty dollars a month.
So and this comes back to, and this is what
I've worked a lot with women, is the time vers money.
So if you're making one hundred and fifty dollars in
the month. How much time have you put into your
only Fans I guarantee you you've got at least a

(25:32):
couple of subscribers who are taking up all your time
in the chat. They're not spending money. You're still putting
content out there of you doing whatever out on the internet.
Is it worth one hundred and fifty dollars? And do
you know what it's not? But people don't talk about this.
I have seen women who have started only Fans pages

(25:53):
who will think that they are fine creating porn. They've
never done it before in their lives. They will go
they will film on camera them having sex with somebody.
It will get uploaded to OnlyFans, and then they realize
that they're making no money from it, no money whatsoever. However,

(26:14):
they still have a few subscribers, people wasting their time,
not spending money. They haven't made any money from the
video that they've made, and the going rate is probably
ten dollars for a video. They've probably made twenty dollars
from the video. They've got a sex tape out on
the internet. And I have seen women's mental health not

(26:35):
be good from this. It is something that I don't
think women fully understand, especially young women who are eighteen,
nineteen twenty, just thinking that maybe they'll make it big,
and they put this content out there and then they
realize that this is not what they want to do.

(26:56):
But once it's out on the internet, it's sometimes hard
to come back from that. Scary, isn't it. It sounds
terrifying even me saying it, it sounds terrible. Fine to me,
I am lucky that because I started with sex work,
and because I already did have a following on social
media that when I started and Only Fans it did

(27:18):
well from get go. But that is not typical. And
everybody talks about how much money they're making it, how
amazing Only Fans is, and oh I love it so much.
I get to be fun and flirty online all the time,
and it's not discussed in well, even with the money arkside.

Speaker 2 (27:34):
Is there anything for people that are subscribing that maybe
they don't understand about certain pages on Only Fans?

Speaker 1 (27:40):
Probably the fact that a lot of really big people
on Only Fans, guys and girls, have their pages managed
by companies. It's a very taboo subject that isn't spoken
publicly a lot because people don't want to hurt their income, right. Look,

(28:03):
there are a lot of people who still self run
their pages. For me, I'm a bit of a money hoarder,
and I struggle. I hate the fact that I give
twenty percent to only fans. Oh God, I hope they're
not listening, and I just feel like I'm going to
get smited from the gods above or something. I struggle
with the fact that I've got to give twenty percent
to OnlyFans. The other thing is, if you have management,

(28:27):
you have to give them between twenty five and fifty
percent of your earnings as well on top of that.
So you know, we talked about people not making very
much money. Once you factor in all of that, you know, yeah,
people might be on whatever percent, zero point whatever percent,
but they're only getting a fraction of that because most

(28:49):
is going to chatters and their management team. I understand
why people have management. It is something that I have
looked into before and decided that it wasn't for me.
Losing that element of control and also a good chunk
of money is a bit to wrap my head around.

(29:12):
But I can understand because there are times where I
get only fans burnout, the non stop chat of people.
So I could, you know, if I don't check my
only fans at the end of the day, or say,
you know, a weekend, I've gone away, or I'm not
on my phone or something, or I just need a

(29:32):
break from only fans and I will check my messages.
I have two hundred guys speaking to me sexually in
my messages, and I mean that's completely within their right
because they're on the platform. When you do that, they've
paid to be there, and so them doing that is
not uncommon. That's completely normal. However, for me, that can

(29:54):
be a lot to deal with At times. Speaking sexually
all the time can be very, very exhausting, especially if
I'm like at home on the couch, I'm watching a movie,
my hair's a mess, I've got no makeup on, you know,

(30:15):
I'm eating snacks and I am pretending that I'm you know,
in my lingerie. Touching myself can be can be a lot.
But yeah, so a lot of people have their pages
managed and it's a booming industry. I get contacted by
people on Instagram. My dms are full of companies trying
to get me to go with them. But fifty percent,

(30:38):
that's very high. Fifty percent that you've got to give them.
That's huge. So what only fans takes twenty management takes fifty.
So you know, you're creating all of this content to
put out there, spending all this time doing you know,
having sex with people, or you know, creating it all yourself,
and then seventy percent gets taken away from you. It's yeah,

(31:03):
it doesn't seem like a good idea. Sometimes in the
next episode of Girlfriend for Hire, we are going to
jump into my box. No, not that one. My inbox.
I will be unboxing a few of the weird things
that get sent to me. I'll see you then,
