Ook praten ze over het (moeilijk) uiten van gevoelens - iets wat Jet van huis uit niet echt heeft meegekregen - en is Jet open over de momenten waarop ze worstelde met haar eetstoornis: 'Een eetstoornis was voor mij iets zodat ik mij ergens aan vast kon klampen, omdat ik ergens anders de controle niet kon hebben'.
