In de vierde en tevens laatste aflevering praat Hanna Verboom met Roos Moggré. Tien jaar geleden kampte Roos met een burn-out en paniekaanvallen; plotseling lag ze op de wc-vloer te hyperventileren. “Het was op, ik was helemaal leeg en had niks meer te melden. Ik kon om alles huilen en durfde de Albert Heijn of auto niet meer in".
Inmiddels weet Moggré hoe belangrijk het is om over je mentale gezondheid te praten. Tegelijkertijd herkent ze de schaamte en onzekerheid die velen rondom psychische kwetsbaarheid voelen. Vanuit die ervaringen gaat ze in haar boek 'Altijd blijven scheren' met bekende mannen in gesprek over psychische kwetsbaarheid. In de gesprekken vertellen de mannen Moggré bijzonder openhartig over hun donkerste periodes.
