Marie Noble regrette l'absence de vision ambitieuse et commune pour la culture. Elle déplore également le manque d'agilité et d'efficacité des institutions jugées trop distantes des réalités.
Dans ce podcast, elle dessine les contours d'un projet culturel commun: une gouvernance plus souple et plus résiliente, un décloisonnement général des arts, une réappropriation de l'espace public par les artistes et une mise valeur du multiculturalisme bruxellois.
