With a strong academic background and extensive experience, coupled with creative problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset, Naike has been instrumental in making a significant impact within her area of expertise.

She has demonstrated her commitment to gender diversity and inclusion by launching the first research report analyzing female representation on boards at 28 companies listed on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange. This initiative aims to achieve greater diversity and inclusion in corporate governance.
