Conducting original research on Workplace Culture, 2003/4 Dr. Crawford has developed a personal assessment and conversation tool called Gender Dynamics Intelligence (GDI©) and Workplace Wellness Culture Transformation© experiences, including key programs such as Cracking the Leadership Code; Leading Others to Success; Professional Women of Substance; Tuning Up Your Performance; Real Synergy Collaboration and Wisdom Circles.
