This podcast is all about embracing life's lemons and making
them into something beautiful.

Yes, Why the hell are we doing this podcast?

What are you able to take away from it?

Let's say something like I've got a line hang on,
life will three lemons.

But it's all about having something.

Squeeze the juice something.

We're doing this podcast as a way to give back.
We've experienced our own challenges, our own lemons, and we
believe that we are stronger together and that it is
possible to turn something challenging and difficult into something joyful.
The word widow it feels old like you should be
an old lady when you lose your husband. You shouldn't

be twenty nine and pregnant with triplets.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
I don't have any reason to be at home sad,
and I don't have any reason to be at home
feeling sorry for myself. I've been blessed with a life
that he never got to live anymore.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
We've had a fair few lemons thrown it our way,
But we're not letting that stop us it.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
We're going to have all the conversations about all different
types of lemons.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
It's so hard when you're a young kid that has
a dream and goal to play professional sport that you
attach your identity to that sport. I was really unsure
who I was going to be without a Greek You know,
who is sam Thaday without it?

Speaker 4 (01:40):
The lessons of.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
The lemons certainly aren't fun, but they're also not logical.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
For that soul to leave the room at a certain
time could be about that soul.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
It could be about the soul that hasn't arrived in
the room.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
We empower individuals to embrace their own stories, celebrate their resilience,
and uncover their inner strength.

Speaker 4 (02:02):
You cannot out supplement trauma. You cannot gim trauma. You
cannot out affirmation, gratitude, positive psychology. Trauma.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
You buy it into a lament. It's sourright to start
off with. I think sometimes that's sourness of the lemon
that you've received. Use your ideas of what you can
do with that lament.
