El PP tiene previsto proponer hoy que se invite a todas las asociaciones de víctimas y damnificados para comparecer en la comisión de investigación de la dana de Les Corts Valencianes. La Mesa de la comisión se reunirá para concretar la manera de incorporar nuevos comparecientes al no ser necesaria la modificación del plan de trabajo de la comisión por estar redactado de manera abierta.
El PP quiere solicitar hoy al presidente del Tribunal Constitucional, Cándido Conde-Pumpido, que se abstenga del debate de su recurso contra la Ley de Amnistía, previsto para el 24 de junio, porque su esposa, la magistrada Clara Martínez de Careaga, participó en un informe del Consejo General del Poder Judicial sobre esta norma.
Los populares van a modificar sustancialmente con su mayoría absoluta en el Senado la ley para disolver asociaciones que hacen apología del franquismo, y en sus enmiendas propondrá declarar ilegales aquellas asociaciones que promuevan con violencia regímenes totalitarios, independientemente de su ideología.
