Brice and Nichole moved super fast after their date, even spent the night together-then she apparently ghosted him. When we called Nichole to see why, we found out that Brice might have a very different definition of what "ghosting" means.

Welcome this morning to second date updates our friend Bryce.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Good morning, Bryce, good morning.

Speaker 3 (00:06):
Thanks for having me on.

Speaker 4 (00:08):
Of course, we love having you on. We hear that
you're having a hard time though with a special lady.
What's going on with it?

Speaker 3 (00:15):
Yeah, I definitely am. Her name is Nicole, and I
met this lady about a month ago.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Okay, nice, Where where did you meet her at?

Speaker 3 (00:24):
I met her at a friend's birthday party.

Speaker 5 (00:27):
Oh so she's part of the friend group already. That
can sometimes make this a little awkward.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
And actually, no, she was working at the restaurant where
my son was having a party, and I just host this.
I guess I saw her, laid eyes on her. I
thought she was stunning, and I just had to get
her number and it worked out. We Yeah, we had
to date the next day.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
So oh wow, the next day, how did they go?

Speaker 3 (00:54):
You know, I would say it went well, I means
due to this actually state the night, I mean pretty
good size what.

Speaker 4 (01:02):
She stayed the night. You're gonna have to give us
a little bit more details.

I'm just you know, I'm taking them shocked, you know,
she spent the night and then having.

Called you said you said earlier that you were at
a friend's birthday party when you met her. You didn't
happen to be there with someone else, did you, because
we've had that happen before, like you were with another
date or something, and she caught winto that.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
No, no, no, it was it was colleagues, co workers,
like a birthday. It was a big mixed so like
friend groups had work colleagues.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
So you're smart, you don't eat where Yeah, you're poop.
That's smart. So but since then, nothing right?

Speaker 3 (01:41):
Nothing all right? Bryce?

Well, hang on ty, we're getting a call on the phone.
Find out why she's ghosting you after spending the night.

Second date update bryceon Nicole met had a very quick
date the next day and ended up going home together.

Bryce back and we have to get to the bottom

Okay, so we know this is early.

It's kind of a random call, but we wanted to
send a love note to you and send you on
on a date and it'll be our treat.

Oh that's awesome. What's the catch.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
Glad you asked?

The only catch is that the date has to be
with some of you've already been out with before.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
Do you remember? Do you remember Bryce?

Yeah?

But yeah, Bryce was on the line. He was listening.

Well? I called these people because they helped. You know, guys,
girls get like second dates when someone disappears on them,
goes them.

And disappears on them.

Yeah, you disappeared on me. I haven't heard from you
since our date was three days ago.

Speaker 6 (03:31):
I literally texted you and said we had a really
nice time and that I was going to be super
busy with meetings and work for the next few days
because our corporate was in town.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
Three days ago. When you did hear back from her,
br well.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
Yeah, but that was it. I never got, you know,
any follow up texts or checking in, and we slept together.
Just felt like she was bailing on.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
That, right.

Speaker 6 (03:53):
Wow? All right, well, I guess thanks for telling the
city of Houston that little detail. I don't know, Bryce,
you are unhinged.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
I'm not unhinged, but you know, this happens to a
lot of guys these days. Some of us are good guys.
We aren't always you know, a piece of meat there.

Speaker 5 (04:12):
Looking to be I mean, I can respect that, Bryce,
but why didn't you send her the follow up text
or phone call if it's only been a few days
and she already told you she was going.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
To be busy.

Speaker 5 (04:23):
I mean, we don't mind you calling us, but why
didn't you check in with her first?

Speaker 3 (04:27):
Yeah? I mean, well, I didn't want to think I
was needy or something.

Speaker 6 (04:33):
This is a better alternative.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
I'm sorry to go. I'm just confused.

Speaker 4 (04:37):
He's so sweet you guys.

Okay, hold on, let me let me, let me clarify
this for you, because you are obviously way cleanier than
I thought, so clearly unwell and now you're embarrassing me
by spilling intimate details on a radio show. So I'm done, man,

Bryce. I actually feel really bad for you. Sound like

Why didn't you try texting or before you came to us,
like giving a one follow up one text?
