Speaker 1 (00:00):
Let's welcome this morning to the show Jenny for second
date updates. She had a first date with Don, but
not a second date. Good morning, Jenny, Good morning.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
How are you all right?

Speaker 1 (00:09):
So tell us a little bit about your date with Don.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
So I met Don at a gym. We've been working
out at the same gym for years, and I finally
got the nerves to go up and talk to my
gym crush.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
Nice a couple.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
Good, Yeah, you did it well.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Yeah, he asked me out, but I made the first
move in like talking to him. So yeah, he finally
asked me out. I think like maybe a week after
I started talking to him at the gym, and we
didn't really our first our date. It was a bit
unusual for most people because we actually we worked out
together at five and then we went out bar hopping afterwards.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
Ooh, like a workout date. Didn't want to call you
back a workout date, No, no, no.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
No, no, think about it. You can day drink and
peace after because you know that you've already got your
work out in, you know.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
Yeah, and y'all have that in common. Y'all met at
the gym so.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
Right, and it was a mutual decision. To work out
first and then go on a really casual date in
your gym clothed because you know that's where we met
and no pressure.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
Right, Wait, weren't you sweaty?

Speaker 4 (01:19):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:20):
I mean well I took a shower afterwards and like
change into gym clothes. So yeah, yeah, I think, yeah,
thank you. I don't know. I hopefully am in good shape.

Speaker 4 (01:31):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
And we definitely have a more more than a few
things in common, which made it easy to you know,
flirt outside of the gym. And it seemed to be
going really really well.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
So so if it wasn't, if it wasn't the workout datum,
and what do you think it was? What happened? Why
he didn't call back?

Speaker 2 (01:48):
I mean, I honestly I have no idea, because he
even stayed the night at my plate you bury the
lead Hei, Yeah, yeah, so I don't I don't know
when went on. We Yeah, well it's well, well.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
Let's try to get Don on the phone here and
see if we can figure it out for you.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
Okay, oh, thank you so much. I appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
Sounds great.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
We'll do that coming up at seven thirty seven right here,
and I three Q second date update. Jenny and Don
went out on their first date after Jenny initially approached Don.
They know each other from the gym, So what did
they do for their date? They worked out. Now, half
of us here think that's probably the reason why there
was no second date. The other half is like, I
don't know. I think there's something more. We're gonna find
out what it is right now with second date update.

Speaker 4 (02:37):
Hello, Hey is this Don?

Speaker 1 (02:39):
Hi?

Speaker 4 (02:40):
Caitlin Riggs and Erica. How you doing?

Speaker 1 (02:42):
That's us? We're doing all right?

Speaker 3 (02:44):
How you doing great?

Speaker 4 (02:45):
I'm doing okay. I guess I'm a little nervous. I
don't know what this is honestly about, and so kind
of embarrassed how things went down.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
Hold on a minute, first, tell us about your date
with Jenny, because she told us that your date went
really well. It did.

Speaker 4 (03:00):
It went really well. We started off the day with
a workout at and we hit up a bunch of
bars over there off of Nineteenth Street, you know, by
drift Wood and stuff. Yeah, it was fun.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
I don't think i've been there before.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
It's a really it's a fun area. I miss missed
that part of my life since the baby.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
It's like a bunch of bars.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
You kind of walk up and down the street, go bar,
and you don't have to stay in one place. You
can easily walk to other stuff.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
Nice.

Speaker 4 (03:26):
Yeah, it's a fun area. And we stayed out for
a while. We had great conversation, We really hit it off,
and we went home together.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
So she did tell us that y'all stay in the
night together.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
So is that where something went wrong?

Speaker 4 (03:39):
Oh gosh, yeah, it's definitely where things went wrong.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
Oh yeah, with things? What do you mean things?

Speaker 4 (03:46):
Yeah, okay, So look, we decided to go back to
her place to watch a movie after we left the bars. Yeah,
we hung out, we had some fun, and then we
decided I would stay to night because it had gotten
pretty late.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Stayed denied.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
So you guys were enjoying each other's company then, huh.

Speaker 4 (04:04):
Yeah, you could say that. And everything was going fine
until her dog, Max started acting kind of strange.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
What do you mean by strange?

Speaker 4 (04:12):
Well? Max is a big dog, and I'm like talking huge,
like a great Dane, big, great day and.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
Those things are huge, gigantic like a horse. Did he
not like you? Was he like growling at you, being
being aggressive or anything? No?

Speaker 4 (04:26):
Quite the opposite. For some reason he took a liking
to me, and more specifically, to my leg. He wouldn't
leave me alone, just humping my leg all night and stop. Wait?

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Wait, so did she know that this was going on
next to her?

Speaker 3 (04:42):
Because I feel like a dog, you know, I mean
that big. She should be able to know that he's
trying to move in on her new man.

Speaker 1 (04:50):
She would have to notice that a great Dane humping
a leg. That's something you noticed. Like her dog out
more than you imagine. The whole bed was moving, right,
I mean to be polite.

Speaker 4 (05:00):
I didn't want to, like, you know, scold the dog,
and I didn't really want to wake her up. I
thought that she was up, but I was too embarrassed
to say anything.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
So she just left you out on the cold to
get attacked by her dog.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
No morning.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Wait, wait everybody till for a second. This is being
laid out of her fortune. I mean, I didn't even
know this is going on. Don Why didn't you say
anything or raake me up?

Speaker 4 (05:22):
That's come on, I cried, you know, I would nug
you and then you would just kind of roll over
and mumble heavy sleep.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
I don't I don't remember that? Is this why you
you up so early and left in the morning without
saying anything.

Speaker 4 (05:36):
Yeah, it sure is. I you know, I had plenty
enough by the morning. I was ready to go. And
unless that dog magically disappears, I don't know if I
could consider this.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
Okay, well well no, no, no, no, yeah, how about you
magically disappear? That dog is my heart. He's not bad
at all. You told me what was going on. And also,
what kind of man can't control a dog?

Speaker 4 (05:58):
I mean, it's just not I mean he's practically a horse,
and you have, like, you know, a small, one bedroom apartment.
I don't even know how you take care of the dog.
He took advantage of me.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
Oh, she hung up.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
It does sound like the dog took advantage of you.

Speaker 1 (06:16):
Do you think there could be a second date with
the dog?

Speaker 2 (06:17):
Though?

Speaker 1 (06:18):
Maybe just you two relationship now what you're talking about, right,
