La perimenopausia y menopausia afecta a 7,6 millones de mujeres en España, de las cuales hasta un 51% admite sufrir síntomas como sudoración, problemas musculares y articulares, irritabilidad, falta de deseo sexual, sequedad vaginal… Y así hasta 270 síntomas que hay descritos en esta etapa. Sin embargo, un 85% de ellas no recibe ningún tratamiento para tratar estos síntomas.
Está claro que la menopausia no es una enfermedad ni un trastorno, pero puede venir acompañada de estos y otros cambios físicos y emocionales que afectan a tu calidad de vida.
