A magyar közmédiát már jó pár éve, 2016-ban EU-s szinten panaszolták be: a Mérték Médiaelemző Műhely, a Klubrádió és Jávor Benedek közösen fordult az Európai Bizottsághoz azt kifogásolva, hogy a magyar közszolgálati média finanszírozása nem felel meg az állami támogatásokra vonatkozó európai szabályoknak.
Milyen részeredményeket hozott az ügy? Mennyi haszna van annak, hogy 2021 óta az Állami Számvevőszék (ÁSZ) ellenőrzi az MTVA számára nyújtott állami támogatás felhasználását? És mi lehet az oka, hogy az átláthatatlan, ellenőrizhetetlen és indokolatlan közpénzszórást nem sikerült feltartóztatni?
Erről az éveken keresztül húzódó, végül tavaly záruló ügyről beszélgetünk Urbán Ágnessel, a Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem docensével, a Mérték Médiaelemző Műhely kutatójával.
