-Director and Senior Psychologist of Mental Edge Consulting and other roles at the AFL and AFL Players Association.
 
 

Matti discusses her leadership history and what brought her from being a psychologist to a leader in the sports industry.

She also provides insights into what that transition is like and where she feels there is space to grow effective leadership and increase the positive impact that such roles can make.
