outside the numbers, layering down the field, vision, creative elements,

all those things you see overlaid with the design, the
under center play action, the cool combination of maybe some
shots and screens, different ways to get the ball to
different playmakers on the perimeter kind of like their playmakers
on the perimeter now. And then you combine that with
some clutch, big fourth downs, third downs, and all of

a sudden, all of a sudden, we're looking pretty good
on offense, trending in the right direction, all.

see what this offense looks like when they have leads

you have the run game at a very high level
right now. Hopefully it sustained some of that, but you
have the run game doing what it's doing. The defense
cannot just rear back and take off on Bryce. They

did a forty minute Bryce Young breakdown the other day.

was he complimentary of Bryce, I think he might have
been more complimentary of Dave Canalys's play designs and some

of the ways that guys were schemed open, specifically the
horn and dowdle deep balls back to back on that
touchdown drive to start the second half. We also did
a great job on the explanation of that routal of
that dowbtll touchdown, and that's O'Sullivan was very big on
that design too. So it was very complimentary stuff about
Canalis and the way the offense come together. Remember and

Olsen was like that before the game was even played.

what they're doing on offense.

But from a Bryce Young perspective, I think it's really
really encouraging to see the continued evolution and improvement that
we're seeing from Bryce Young. I really also like this offense,
what they're asking him to do, how they're playing this now.

No, we had some pass pro issues in this thing.
We had a bunch of penalties down the field that
helped this offense as well. But there were a number
of plays, a number of really cool things that I
think Bryce Young does really well as far as the
pocket movement, the elusiveness, the different types of throws, anticipation
outside the numbers, layering down the field, vision, creative elements,
(30:38):
all those things you see overlaid with the design, the
under center play action, the cool combination of maybe some
shots and screens, different ways to get the ball to
different playmakers on the perimeter kind of like their playmakers
on the perimeter now. And then you combine that with
some clutch, big fourth downs, third downs, and all of
(30:59):
a sudden, all of a sudden, we're looking pretty good
on offense, trending in the right direction, all.

Of a sudden, boat, all of a sudden.

We talked, so we talked for so long about let's
see what this offense looks like when they have leads
or when they're in games, when the running game is going.
It's amazing Mac, how comfortable and much more instinct. The
offense walks with canals and play calling when it's not
Bryce dropping back fifty five times. Arizona now design stuff

because you're in the game, and that's different. But also
you have the run game at a very high level
right now. Hopefully it sustained some of that, but you
have the run game doing what it's doing. The defense
cannot just rear back and take off on Bryce. They
have to look out for the run game. It has
a big difference time. Listen.

Bryce is not the quarterback, especially right now that you
want carrying the load. That's not how it's supposed to be.

game to compliment him. Start getting some of these pass

we think is going on behind the scenes, because last week,
people had us wondering, is he really going to coach
the cow game. I think it's pretty obvious now he's
coaching the cow game. And I don't know, is it obvious.

He's got a lot of textas are saying it's pretty obvious.
He's gonna finish out the season and then there'll be
a decision made. Listen to what Belichick said. You'll hear
in the background Pat Welter from WRL, who had the
big behind the scenes report of of dysfunction last week.

kind of challenge Belichick a little bit.

players on the field. Our guys work card, they have

I think that's exciting for all of us to see,
certainly for the individual players to see it, you know,
in the units that they worked with. So I don't

making as this coaching stuff.

it in the games, So go ahead, and enlighten us
where you think that progress is being made because I

Yeah, no one's seeing it. It's hard to believe when
we see the team on Saturdays and they look like
they might be the worst Power five team power four
team in the country. If they're not, it's Oklahoma State
and they're the second worst. So yeah, it's just And
that was his theme throughout the whole thing. As we're
getting better. He talked about how much better they are
than they were in spring camp, and it's like, okay,

but how bad were you in spring camp? Because it
looks pretty bad now. I He talks about his process
and says, our process has worked everywhere I've been, but
it's like, I guess it was kind of working in Cleveland.
And I'll cut you the benefit of doubt that the
news of the moving of the team really seemed to
set things off their bony but like it worked when

Like because it wasn't working in New England before Tom,
but he was struggling with whatside. You don't have Greg
Brady at quarterback right now, I mean Peter Brady or
Bobba Brady.

So it's just like again, it's it's and then the
whole tone bone of the program is remember the Lombardi
letter to the donors and to the fans.

McAfee when he was defending Lombo the other day. It's
a three or four year process, but it's not the
three or four year process world of college football with
the portal anymore. Things should be able to change. And
I keep going back to what the Stuart Mandel article said.

And there's been so many articles it's all, you know,
going crazy in my head. But one of the articles
talked about how they overestimated how badly people in the
transfer portal would want to play for Bill Belichick, like
how much that would mean, and they got upset about

not sure which one was. I think Stuart Mandel they

were upset. They're like, all you want is money, that's
all you care about. You don't want to play for
the greatest coach ever. And it's like, yeah, y'all are
out of touch. They came into this thing bone thinking
that Bill Belichick's name meant more than it did, and
they also thought his NFL experience meant more than it did.
This college game is wild and crazy. It's unlike the NFL,
