Ganz gleich, was Regisseur und Drehbuchautor Bora Dağtekin anfasst, es wird zum Erfolg: Die »Fack ju Göhte«-Trilogie sahen über 21 Millionen Menschen im Kino, die Vorabendserie »Türkisch für Anfänger« wird bis heute geliebt, der Kino-Hit »Das perfekte Geheimnis« spielte über 40 Millionen Euro ein.
Jetzt läuft Dağtekins neuer Film »Chantal im Märchenland« in den Kinos an, ein Spin-off der Fack-ju-Göhte-Filmreihe. In einer der Hauptrollen ist der 22-jährige Mido Kotaini zu sehen, der erst vor acht Jahren nach Deutschland geflohen ist.
