In this episode, Clare is joined by Isabel Mislinay a business coach who specializes in the area of real estate. Thirty-seven years ago, she left an incredibly comfortable life in Ecuador to chase love and moved to Los Angeles. She shares what it was like to move between two radically different cultures.
Isabel took advantage of the education system in the USA to create opportunities for herself and leveraged her bilingualism. She also talks about embracing her new identity as an American and growing to truly love her new country.
Since arriving in the USA from Ecuador, Isabel Mislinay has built a diverse career spanning sales, marketing, and the music industry before devoting 24 years to real estate. Frustrated by inefficiencies in the home-buying process, she became a licensed loan officer, expanding her expertise. Partnering with her husband, they grew a successful real estate business despite the 2008 downturn. During the pandemic, Isabel shifted focus to personal development, becoming a certified Life Coach in 2022. Now, as a High-Performance Coach incorporating NLP and AI, she empowers entrepreneurs to scale their businesses while navigating market challenges.
