Yet another federal inferior court judge has struck down President Trump's definition that Birthright Citizenship does not apply to anchor babies (children born to illegal aliens) violating not only last June's Supreme Court order against universal injunctions but also violating the United States Constitution's Citizenship Clause and the Civil Rights Act of 1866. The Russia Hoax scandal continues to pile up with more evidence against the Democrats, not only showing that President Obama set things in motion calling for the intelligence community to change their assessment of Russia's ability to interfere with U.S. Elections, but now evidence shows that Hillary Clinton began the whole scandal to protect her candidacy, go after Trump, and distract away from her email scandal. Douglas V. Gibbs also explains how Obama, despite the immunity ruling by the Supreme Court, is not immune in this case and can be charged criminally for his part in the overall conspiracy.
