Nickson and Nate

We're sorry we left ya hanging for a week. We had some technical difficulties :( But we're back up and running! We catch each other up and find out Nicks had one of the busiest weeks of his life. There's an update on Nate's trip to Samoa, and we need a group discussion - your help would be much appreciated! 

Just another day where we sit down and yarn. The boys give a few health updates, we ask why NRL Online decided to go with the news that Luai was out for having a boil, Run It finals in Dubai sees another concussion, this time with a former NRL star, and what the hell is going on with these OF Content Creators?

A lot can happen in a week. Sucks to hear what went down at the Pakuranga Night Markets last week, we're glad nobody lost their lives over that. Nate's getting his list together of potential references for his trip to Samoa, we give Shane Walker his flowers and we tell you who we think would be a mean match up for the ladies edition of Backyard Brawls.

It's good to back! Thank you all for rockin wih us, because of you guys we won an award for the "Best Independent Podcast" at the NZ Radio & Podcast awards. We catch up after a nice long break, Nickson learns how to pay stuff with Afterpay, and Nate is working his way to a trip to Samoa. 

Don't be alarmed, but we're taking a few weeks off... No, Nate wont be starting another new podcast (not yet anyway). We get a quick update on Nate's banking situation, we're excited to see how Run It goes down when it hits NZ shores next week, and we also don't recommend taking any financial or health advice from us. We show some love to the Naked Samoan's after they were dragged for the promotional poster, we show our love once again to the Niue community and give our love to Yvonne Tahana for her slip up of the Niuean greeting on the news over the weekend, and which religion has the most attractive members? 

A lot happens in a week. We catch up with Nicks about attending the last Jim beam Homegrown festival in Wellington, and how the hell he broke his nose in a game of Tag?! The boys list off their Top 5 current radio hosts, Nickson is set to remake a classic Pacific music video, and we chat about a few of the scandals that took social media by storm over the weekend. 

There still seems to be some friction between the Niue community and us, Nate reckons Bossman needs to organize a sit down. We touch on the drama with the NZ School Lunches Program and Nickson has an opinion based on seeing what was inside PM Luxon's fridge. A bit of mayoral talk as Nickson inches closer to campaigning and we are one month out from marking 1 year of Nickson and Nate!

One of our wildest episodes to date! We had our brother Tammy Davis, sit in with us for an explosive chat on TV, Film and Radio. Tammy gives us some insight on how the industry works behind the scenes, his experience on being a part of one of Aotearoa's iconic TV shows, "Outrageous Fortune", his struggle with schooling in South Auckland and how he navigates through life these days.
