Today’s episode is a special one. It’s also one that a lot of you requested through messages on our instagram. It’s with Co-CEO of Shaw and Partners, Earl Evans.
Pulling the curtain back a little bit, Earl is actually the reason that this podcast exists. He loves building things. He loves communicating, he loves people and he thought that a lot of people would get enjoyment out of a podcast like not an overnight success. Because of his generosity, Not an Overnight Success Podcast has contributed $300,000 to charities across Australia so far.
Earl is a multi faceted and incredibly interesting man. We found that Earl’s unwavering attitude of always looking forward and it never really being about the money came up a few times in our chat.
He’s had some very strong relationships in his life that have gone hand in hand with his success and we think you will find the yin yang style of relationship between Earl and Allan, who is the other co-CEO of Shaw and Partners particularly interesting.
As for all of these podcasts, Shaw and Partners have generously donated $10k to the charity of choice of each of our guests. We discuss who that money goes to in this chat.
This podcast is brought to you by Shaw and Partners.
It is hosted by Gus Worland and produced by Keeshia Pettit
