Speaker 1 (00:10):
You're listening to a MoMA Mia podcast.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
Mamma Mia acknowledges the traditional owners of land and waters
that this podcast is recorded on Hey friends, Lee here
jumping into the feed because I have a recommendation for you.
It's the other podcast I host, You Beauty, and the
two questions that we were asked on today's episode were
fantastic and I feel like, just personally, Kelly and I
smashed it. We gave such helpful answers and I want
(00:35):
to know if you think so too, So have a listen.
Speaker 1 (00:39):
Makeup is my therapy, the love.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
I'm obsessed and I don't even feel.
Speaker 1 (00:43):
Guilty about it.
Speaker 2 (00:48):
Hello, and welcome to you Beauty, the podcast for your Face.
I'm like Cable, I'm Kelly mccaron and I'm sitting here
looking at you. If you're watching us on YouTube like
I'm a newsreader with my hands like this she is.
And if you're listening, well, Kelly's wearing a beautiful She's
skirt and.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
I've got my little hand placement just.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
Likely she's at a desk with breaking news.
Speaker 3 (01:05):
I do breaking news. It is our Q and a
episode of the week.
Speaker 2 (01:10):
All right, So we answered two questions submitted by the audience.
We've got some really good ones today. I mean they're
always really good. They're all really good that are sent in.
It's hard to pick.
Speaker 1 (01:19):
It'd be weird if we were like, eh, they're all.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
Oh yeah, don't even listen today, turn it off now.
These ones are great and one of them is very timely.
So should we just get started?
Speaker 1 (01:28):
I couldn't help, but wonder ask me anything, you ask
many questions.
Speaker 3 (01:33):
All right, Hannah has sent us an email spring cleaning time.
I want to declutter my makeup before summer hits. But
where do I even start? What are your best tips
for not keeping everything just in case.
Speaker 2 (01:45):
I'm not the right person to go in general?
Speaker 1 (01:48):
And do you know what?
Speaker 3 (01:49):
So, Sarah Marie, when we were doing the Thursday episodes
in her Bag, we actually did like an autumn decluttering
oh episodes and that applies well, like it's different, well
different seasons because we're going into the colder months now
we're going into the warmer months. But so was that
like skincare because she's saying maker both both. But we
(02:09):
will make sure that we link that episode in the
show notes because it was like a proper big deepos.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
Oh great, I think I missed that one. Sorry, but
also didn't you know it's the law you have to
spring clean in spring, Like you can only do these
things in spring. That's why it's called spring clean.
Speaker 3 (02:22):
Actually, I'm like super organized when it comes to this,
and I do it pretty much at the start of
every season.
Speaker 2 (02:27):
I just move things around in piles.
Speaker 3 (02:30):
Except when it comes to my wardrobe. I always get
a little bit too trigger happy.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
But like spring get out on my dresses and then
it's still we need a jacket till.
Speaker 2 (02:38):
That's why I need to help. Okay, so let's help
you do your spring cleaning. You say your makeup, So
we'll basically focus on makeup. But a few stats that
we found interesting. I don't think they surveyed the you
beauty audience somehow. I think we're a unique bunch. But
there was a survey conducted by Poshley and Stowaway Cosmetics.
The typical woman owns around forty makeup products. That's probably
(02:59):
about standard. We're not typical, Kelly our job.
Speaker 3 (03:01):
It actually sounds like a lot for typically. But she
doesn't include brushes.
Speaker 2 (03:05):
I don't know, I didn't do the survey, but she
only uses five regularly.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
Yeah, kind of like a wardrobe.
Speaker 2 (03:12):
Yeah, kind of like your essentials that you then chuck
in your bag. I reckon she uses more than five regularly,
and eighty percent.
Speaker 3 (03:18):
Of we'mout it foundation can steal a masca of browse lip.
Speaker 2 (03:21):
That's five and oh my god, this is me. It
says eighty percent of women no makeup has an expiration
date and have problems with old products, but still don't
discard them because they forget, feel guilty about the money
they spent on it, or worry they may need it later.
Speaker 1 (03:34):
Well, it doesn't matter if you do need it later.
If it's off, it's off.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
Yeah. Well let's get into how we know about that.
So this is my tips, and look, I do do
this relatively regularly, but obviously I have an unusual volume
because we.
Speaker 3 (03:46):
Have unusual jobs when it comes to beauty. Yeah, so
we're probably more organized than the average person when it
comes to being on top of organization with our product, right,
And I mean I.
Speaker 2 (03:55):
Think it's different. Let's separate makeup and skincare for this
because for me, skincare I kind of go through it
probably faster. And also makeup, you know, if you like
it once, so we get sent a lot of makeup
to try. I've tried a miscar and go I didn't
love that. I might try it once or twice more,
but then I just put it back with all the
other mascaras, whereas skincare oftentimes needs a bit more time,
(04:16):
or I go, I really didn't like that texture, and
I will move it on to a friend. So I'm
probably better with skincare. So makeup, Oh god, I should
take some photos of Instagram versus reality. This is what
I do. I check the expiry on packaging if I'm
not sure, So I brought some show and tell. I
didn't mean to grab two Revolution Beauty products. I just
really love Revolution. Literally running out of the door this morning,
(04:36):
I grabbed a powder and a liquid. So it depends
on the type of product. So this is a powder.
It's an eye shadow palette, and it's got a tiny
like eye wear glasses. There's a teeny tiny tub on
all your beauty products, a picture of a tub like
this week, and that says twelve months. Then this is
a liquid, which is a highlighter, and that says six months.
So that's a guide, right.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
It is definitely a loose guide.
Speaker 2 (04:59):
A loose guide but it helps well, you know why
they do it. It saves the brand from anything litigious. Yeah,
because if you and also then it encourages purchasing. Correct
but you know you use your common sense. But they
can't say this will probably actually last ten years and
then you put it on at nine and a half
years and sue them. So powders. Let's start with powders.
Your eye shadows, your bronzes and all that sort of stuff.
I keep them forever. Use your common sense, open them,
(05:23):
look at them and smell them. Things will change. You know,
I've got a beautiful I think I've talked about this before.
You're gonna get mad at me. Francois nas NASR whatever
palette that he signed, I've never used it.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
I bet he did, because he's your friend Frontois.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
Yes, and look it's gone weird, but I'm keeping it
as a I've never used the product. But if you
open up and look at the powders, they've kind of
gone weird.
Speaker 3 (05:45):
That they went weird well years ago. Oh okay, And
I will get to storage in a moment.
Speaker 2 (05:51):
So open it. Have a sniff. If the top's gone solid,
sometimes that can be because you've used dirty brushes and
it's transferred oil or moisture, then just assess from there,
use your common sense. But you're less likely to get
an infection from a powdered product then liquids. On the
other hand, I looked at some of my miscas and
they actually said twelve months. That's twelve months from opening.
(06:11):
It doesn't mean it's going to be a juicy, good
consistency for twelve months. If you've got a Mescara that's
been opened and access, you know, air has gotten to it,
Mescara drives out quite quickly. Anything for your eye area,
I would not hold on too. If you don't love
it and use it all the time, get rid of it.
Speaker 1 (06:28):
We don't want to make any risks with now eye area.
Speaker 3 (06:32):
Take it from someone who did get an infection so
badly in an eye Once.
Speaker 2 (06:36):
There's a staff infection, I mean people have died.
Speaker 3 (06:39):
I wasn't going to die, but they said you, if
you'd waited one more day, you could have lost your eye.
Speaker 2 (06:43):
Yeah that's hyperbolic, but there have been, you know, cases
of sharing eye products or makeup rushes and you can
get out infections. So don't do that. If it's a
liquid face like a cream or liquid bronze or whatever. Again,
just use your common sense.
Speaker 1 (06:56):
Does it smell weird, does it look weird?
Speaker 2 (06:57):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (06:58):
Is it separating really easily?
Speaker 2 (06:59):
Like yes? Just yeah, yeah, I just have a look
at it, and then I think it. Storage is important.
So if it's all in your bathroom or it gets
hot and steamy, not ideal or just you know, assessed
with more caution because anything with moisture can breed bacteria
and it just makes you know, human things go yucky.
So I do my makeup in my bedroom, which is
(07:20):
not a wet area, if that makes sense, and it's
all stored there. However it's it's in draws, but right
near a window, which can get hot. I think it
also just depends on your lifestyle. Kelly and I do
go to a lot of things and try a lot
of things. I when I clean up my makeup, we'll
rediscover something and go, oh, that was a bit dry
for me, but I'll add an oil. I do concoction,
So if you don't want to throw stuff away, also
please don't throw things away. There's terror cycle and lots
(07:43):
of great places you can recycle the packaging if you
are deciding to discard what do you.
Speaker 1 (07:47):
And I think that as well.
Speaker 3 (07:49):
You can start like a note sap in your phone
and make a sort of conscious decision not to buy
anything until you finish. If you like a product, yes
the product's are dud, don't just use it for the
sake of using a life's too short, But say.
Speaker 2 (08:01):
You just listen to our recommendations here and we'll stick
you the right way.
Speaker 3 (08:04):
And then put them though in your notes to say
you're like, oh, I heard Lee talk about it really
great Misusa, but I've got a mascar at the moment.
Speaker 2 (08:11):
Don't just buy it, yes, right? Or if you do
go and buy it, at least don't open open it
because you might be buying it three months later. It
could be the same one. But take it home, leave
it in the packaging and be like, oh, we'll get
to you.
Speaker 1 (08:22):
See.
Speaker 3 (08:22):
I don't even know if you should do that, because
my mom does that, And I recently went through her
Horde drawers where she stocks up when things are on special.
Speaker 2 (08:30):
Imagine that too, and you should see my deoda in combage.
Speaker 3 (08:34):
But some of the products were then expire it. Yeah
that was skincare. But I was like, you never even
got to enjoy that mile.
Speaker 2 (08:39):
Well, I'm just talking about one backup.
Speaker 3 (08:41):
Like also, when you do your like little spring cleaning,
a few other things are make sure that you're using
that time to clean your tools properly. So even if
you do if you're a good girl like me and
you wash your makeup brushes rightly, girl, but do a
really really good makeup clean like you now, sometimes there'll
be a little bit tinted still like your makeup brushes,
(09:03):
wait and completely back to white.
Speaker 2 (09:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (09:05):
I want you to get in there and get everything
out proper, proper clean, yes, and then wipe down, sanitize
all of your hair tools, wipe down your tweezers you like.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
I get out like a anti back wipe or a
sprays and I wipe like everything, I wipe it all
down because it's all powdering, exact.
Speaker 3 (09:22):
Foundation dirty and like clean you around your foundation things.
Then any of your storage spaces, make sure you wipe
out your draws, your bags.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
Your organizers.
Speaker 3 (09:33):
I'm really good, Like I am so type B, it's
not funny, but when it comes to my beauty products,
I'm so ty.
Speaker 2 (09:41):
So type A. And then my my belongings typed bet
yeah type crazy.
Speaker 3 (09:46):
Then rotating seasonal products. That's sort of probably more skincare. However,
if you're quite oily and can get away with a
really really thick foundation like Esday lorda doubleware and winter,
you still might not be able to for spring summer.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
Wait, no, the other way around, the other way around. Yeah,
you know what I mean.
Speaker 3 (10:03):
Think about what products are appropriate for and maybe you
want to reintroduce the coral for spring summer, and you
do want to wear it in winter.
Speaker 2 (10:10):
I just thought of something important. If it's got sunscreening
in it and it's old, get rid of it. Oh yeah,
all right. Question number two, Carly slid into our DMS.
Speaker 3 (10:23):
Help.
Speaker 2 (10:23):
Can someone tell me how to do slick back hair
without completely ruining my hair like I wanted to look chic,
not like I haven't washed my hair in a week.
Speaker 3 (10:31):
There's a very fine line GULLI there is, and sometimes
it still might look like you might have Oh.
Speaker 1 (10:38):
Did you just not wash your hair today? But who cares?
That's kind of the vibe.
Speaker 3 (10:41):
Sometimes it's meant to not look oily, but it's going
to look sleep a bit wet because it's slick like.
That's just the nature of it. But I think you've
popped here. Are you blonde or brunette? Huge difference, huge difference.
Let me explain that, and then I've got some product recommendations.
So I mean, firstly, you wouldn't ideally want to do
a slicked back look on really clean hair that you
(11:03):
want to last for days, because today, yeah, your he
looks amazing, so clean, it's so clean, but it's morri
star when you're trying to you know, skip a day
of washing. I'll go another day without washing, because you
are going to use product and to get.
Speaker 2 (11:15):
That slick look. You can't kind of really undo that.
So I would do nice fresh hair or whatever, and
then the day or two before you want to wash,
then we employ this hair stuff. Light and dark hair
makes a big difference. So when hair is lightened, that's
the removing of color. When hair is dark or dark
and they're depositing color into the hair shaft. So also,
(11:36):
just you know shade theory, dark hair will look dirtier
or shinier or shin shin yeah, shinier.
Speaker 3 (11:43):
That dark hair gets away with a slick back look
way better.
Speaker 2 (11:46):
I do too, because but you're gonna look slick, it's
not gonna look clean. And you're not really going to
get to wear your hair fresh the next day. Slick
back looks great on brunettes, but it will look slick,
whereas I think blondes you can't really see the style
as much, if that makes sense. Yeah, So it depends
if you're a blonde of brunette. So do it a
day before washing, I would say, And I'm of the
(12:07):
personal opinion that it looks better with the sense apart
a center part and then you sort of slick it back,
because I think if you do full slip back, which
is still great, but for me, it really looks like
I'm trying to disguise dirty hair. And when I had
longer hair, I of course did this, but I think
with the center part and then sort of slicked back,
it still looks a bit of a style. That's my opinion.
Speaker 3 (12:25):
We need to get our gorgeous new video producer in here,
because she's got great hair. She and it's like perfectly
slicked with like the middle part. She looks absolutely Yeah,
I do.
Speaker 2 (12:34):
I really think. I mean, you can even do like
a side park slick great, but the full slick back,
like TI, I mean, it suits some people, but for
me it just looks too and it's.
Speaker 1 (12:43):
Very it looks like I look bloke that's about to
rob someone.
Speaker 3 (12:49):
Sometimes I try and then I'll see a photo of
myself and I think, oh no, no that was or like,
were you just you escaped jail?
Speaker 1 (12:57):
You went to try to do?
Speaker 2 (12:59):
Did you put it by a class?
Speaker 1 (13:00):
I know, it's just I don't know. It's like the
way that I don't know. I just don't. It's not
a vibe for me.
Speaker 2 (13:05):
Okay, well you look good today, so what you use matters.
It's all about the brush, all of alashrome. Let me
open my product recommendations, because they're very good.
Speaker 3 (13:16):
I don't even have specific recommendations because the last really
good slickbackbrusher ball was just a really affordable beard brush.
I forget where I got it from. It'll be in
another episode, but it was so like it was ten
dollars or something.
Speaker 1 (13:29):
But the bristles are just so coarse and hard that
not one.
Speaker 3 (13:36):
Little flyway is going to smuggle out and make an appearance.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
I agree, you need the right brush. You don't want
your wide tooth through whatever. It's not going to ear
tangle teaser. No, no, I agree. The ox or oxx
whatever came out Haircares styling brush is amazing. It is
a combination of really dense bristles at the bottom, that
there and then that stick you used to get your centerpart.
Speaker 1 (14:00):
Six dollars. I'm going to.
Speaker 2 (14:02):
Buy that ext lunchtime. Then I've got and then I've
got some product recommendations. Look, a few months ago I
did recommend the best ever product for a slip back.
Speaker 1 (14:11):
Look what was it?
Speaker 2 (14:13):
Lubricant?
Speaker 1 (14:14):
Oh yeah, that's right.
Speaker 2 (14:15):
It's so good sexual lubricant of you know, like of
your bed, not car lubricant. It's amazing because it stays soft.
But again, you're gonna have to wash your hair.
Speaker 1 (14:24):
I still haven't tried that.
Speaker 3 (14:25):
Okay, well I need to just try spots Away.
Speaker 2 (14:30):
You just get your lueb out and use it for that.
Eleven has smoothed me out Flyway hair balm. I really
like it because again, it doesn't set and go crunchy.
I have another recommendation for you. If I have a
feeling that this lovely lady is trying to then wear
her hair normally the next day, so things you could
try either the color WAW or the alnet. This is
a bit of a spender or a sabe brushable hairspray.
(14:52):
So hair spray is gonna dry and go a bit crunchy,
but brushable means once you brush your hair, it literally
brushes out, so you could.
Speaker 1 (14:59):
Give that a go.
Speaker 3 (15:01):
Another option that it doesn't feel super hard. No, it
does that like you won't you have a curl? Yes, yes,
it's amazing. I love brushable hairspray.
Speaker 2 (15:09):
Use it too. It's not a stronghold. It's brushable, but
it'll get you that it'll tame it. Or another trick
I've recently discovered as a byproduct of having a child.
My son has great hair and we use the No
Nasty Kid's Hair Gel and it's a kid's hair gel.
It's all organic or whatever, who cares, but it's brushable,
but it holds his hair up in it as a gel. Right,
(15:30):
So I'm sometimes doing my hair. I don't really do
slick back with this short anymore, but I do try
and get my Molett to go in and sometimes I've
just gone to did it with his hairjel it and
it's brushable. It's a brushable hairjel because it's for kids,
so you don't want a kid to go to bed
or whatever trying to wash it out. It's brushable, but
it's a gel, which is a more malleable texture than
a hair spray. So it's called the No Nasties Kid's
(15:52):
Hair gel, and I reckon that would be really good
for getting the look, but then at night you can
brush it out.
Speaker 3 (15:56):
Another thing is she mentioned she doesn't want to damage
her hair. There was some conversations on the internet a
couple of years ago Sophia Richie did this really viral
slicked back hair tutory. I might be wrong, so I
do apologize in advance. It's just popped into my brain.
Speaker 1 (16:11):
A bunch of.
Speaker 3 (16:12):
Hairdressers sort of were stitching the video and saying, actually,
please don't do this because it was to pull it
back while it's really wet. And then because on this
you're putting a lot of tension on the strands if
you're slicking it back and then putting a hair tie
in when it's wet, So don't do that. Yes, I
mean when you're on holidays, it's fine. This is like
(16:35):
an every don't do it every day.
Speaker 2 (16:36):
And that's important too, because if you've you've got really
wet hair and you've slicked it back quite often you
are kind of creating a moist microbiome where your hair
is trapped in it's wet, and it can get bit gross.
Another thing is you just need to be careful of tension.
So if you're doing the same slicked back all the time,
particularly pulling for the temples, you will start to get
I mean, the tension is just going to cause breakage.
(16:57):
So try not to do the same look.
Speaker 1 (17:00):
In the mid crown.
Speaker 2 (17:02):
Yeah, just do this bit. You know. A lot of
the time, you know, we hear about postputum hair loss,
but oftentimes it's also because I'm just doing that and
putting a hair back, and it causes sentition and pulls
the hair out. Yeah, so mix up your hairstyles in general.
I'd love to hear how you go. If you try lube,
please let me know I had all of you. If
I got long hair, I would do a demo on
this show Beauty Bite.
Speaker 3 (17:28):
What's the beauty bite, missus. I think that I've probably
talked about this show before. It's actually a show. I
was thinking, Oh, I thought you meant our show. No, no, no,
it's a television show for my makeup lovers. Oh, and
I was thinking about it the other day and then
I thought, I'm going to talk about this on the
pod because if I have talked about it before, it's
been a long time.
Speaker 2 (17:46):
I do nothing's being in the bell.
Speaker 3 (17:48):
The show Glow Up on Netflix is one of my
all time favorite shows and it's also a very under
the radar show. The latest servem haven't even made its
way to Australia. It's kind of like reality TV, but
without any of the drama. It's just a bunch of
makeup artists that compete in really cool challenges to.
Speaker 2 (18:06):
Get semi and bell ringing. But maybe I've seen the ad.
Speaker 3 (18:09):
Yeah, and so it's Mastership for makeup exactly, so if
you are, But this isn't a wedding bridle.
Speaker 1 (18:17):
Look, this is editorial the most No.
Speaker 3 (18:20):
It's like editorial might be the challenge one week and
they get to work with a really famous photographer who
then is the guest judge and then is it like
sci fi? Yeah, or special effects makeup?
Speaker 2 (18:31):
So really, yeah, that's what I mean.
Speaker 3 (18:32):
But it's also about their creative process coming up with
a really unique original look and they'll have two.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
Three hours to do these looks.
Speaker 2 (18:40):
Is it American? It's UK Oh, my gosh, they should
have been Australian version and we can be the judges.
Speaker 3 (18:45):
Oh my, Like, I don't know, maybe there's not a
big enough market for it, because I think that's is
why White doesn't get renewed and to tell people about
it for actual like makeup lovers, but that love the artistry, yes,
behind makeup.
Speaker 1 (19:00):
You need to watch it.
Speaker 3 (19:01):
It is just it is, honestly just one of my
the pure talent and creativity.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
Does it buy you? Oh yeah, we're our lovely Frankleen
her makeup. She should put that on in the.
Speaker 3 (19:11):
Background exactly because it is you don't need to watch
the whole time.
Speaker 2 (19:14):
It's a second screener. You can always do that while
you're doing something.
Speaker 3 (19:16):
And then you look towards the phone or whatever you're
watching it on while like when they're saying, oh my god,
like let's look at this.
Speaker 2 (19:23):
Like how people watch us on YouTube exactly.
Speaker 1 (19:25):
It's like it is just such a good show. It's
on Netflix.
Speaker 2 (19:27):
I go watch it. I a great record.
Speaker 3 (19:30):
Sometimes I just rewatch my favorite episodes or seasons.
Speaker 2 (19:33):
Can you do that when you come and clean my makeup?
Speaker 3 (19:35):
Yeah? Yeah, and I'll or just show you some of
my favorite look see then like, no, no, I want
I'm going to watch it cleaning all right, Mile Garland,
you would and oh yeah yeah, like she's one of
the judges. Oh my god, I'm going home toat to
right now after we go to km out to get
the brush. My beauty bite is twofold. Don't always do
what I do.
Speaker 1 (19:56):
Do as we say, not as we do.
Speaker 2 (19:57):
Well, sometimes don't even do as I yeah, okay, whatever,
read the instructions. I don't read instructions. I'm a bit
of a rebel because I'm I'm a beauty expert. I
know how to do things. So I saw everyone frothing
over or the dermal therapy crystal deodorant on the world
Wide Web, so of course I went on Amazon next
day fabulous, and I was like, I know how to
use deodorant. Excellent. Ow, I don't get it, to.
Speaker 3 (20:23):
Be fair, as if you would ever think you need
to read instructions for deodorant.
Speaker 2 (20:26):
Thank you. A week later, after I've ripped, well not
really ripped, but it's just done nothing. You have to
have wet armpits, so you get out of the shower
or bath or if you're not in that step, you
can just wet it because it's aluminium free, but it's phenomenal.
And also, you know what I like about it is,
I mean, even though well we're more covered off in winter,
(20:47):
but I still am really good at getting deodorant all
over everything. If I've done the white or the cream,
it's really really good because it's clear. You wet your
under arms, then you go and it doesn't go on
your clothes, and it just really is good. And I
see what the kids are talking about. But for a
week I thought.
Speaker 1 (21:02):
It's a ripping a tick's foliott.
Speaker 2 (21:04):
Yes, so obviously you can just I've even when I've
touched up my deodoran throughout the day, I just use
a face missed.
Speaker 3 (21:10):
I think that sometimes brands, though, if it is so
far from what people would generally do.
Speaker 1 (21:15):
I need to put wet meat on, thank you. That's
what I Wet your pitch because stermal.
Speaker 2 (21:20):
Therapy usually just is what it is. You just open
it and do it. It's a foot bar, it's whatever,
bray foot barm anyway, I so read the instruction.
Speaker 1 (21:28):
Why would you ever think you need to? Yeah, I
think general therapy. Put it on your lid, wet your.
Speaker 2 (21:31):
Pit, Wet your pit, like or come with most pit needed. Yeah,
don't want to sweat moist your pit anyway. The second
part of that is sometimes I just go roke because
I again just do what I want, so long term not.
Speaker 1 (21:45):
Saving lives well, but long term surgeon's.
Speaker 2 (21:47):
Going no oh no no no no no no no.
I would not go into surgery and do what I want.
Long term listeners know that I've been on a bit
of a tonail journey because I'm very clumsy and I
run around and I kick my toes like same with fingers.
As an ADHD thing, we've got no special awareness and
a rush. So after that, I had acrylic toenails because
I had to do that, kicked them off. When I
bought the km Art toenails They're great, the glue sucks.
(22:08):
They kept flying off, so I use real life super
glue to glue on my toenails. Excellent.
Speaker 1 (22:13):
Turns out most people would have just worn a boot.
Speaker 2 (22:16):
Well, it's coming into summer seed, I'm freaking out. Guess
what happened, Kelly. I suffocated my toenails. They all felt
like my two big toenails have fallen off of.
Speaker 1 (22:26):
Yuck, yuck, yuck.
Speaker 2 (22:27):
So I went deep into it and you can do that.
Like everyone's like, don't get schillac or a cylic or
anything for too long because your nail actually sort of
it doesn't breathe, but it needs you know. It's anyway,
my two big toenails have completely fallen off, so maybe
nail glue is different to super glue. For a good
reason I have and now I'm researching what I'm going
to do. When then these TEAMU toes came up. They're
(22:47):
like a whole toe with a nail, such a little
latex toe. I'm gonna have to do that for summer.
Speaker 1 (22:51):
Because toenails grow so slow.
Speaker 2 (22:53):
They really don't compared to fingernails.
Speaker 3 (22:56):
Okay, mine, I'm starting from scrat to take your by glow.
Speaker 2 (22:59):
I'm taking that's true. I'm starting from scratch. I have
just skin stubs.
Speaker 1 (23:03):
Oh no, yuck. Please read get read.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
The directions and do not use household glue on your body.
Thank you for joining us.
Speaker 1 (23:13):

wearing a pot you don't understand, don't look at it.
Speaker 2 (23:18):
I'm very lucky. We're going to Hamilton Island and for
the weekend in a few weeks. I am freaking out.
Speaker 1 (23:23):
Your tea, Mutos Dieter help me. I can't get your
team mute.
Speaker 2 (23:27):
I think.
Speaker 3 (23:27):
Also, I don't know if that's true about I've had
gel on my fingernails.
Speaker 1 (23:31):
And form of jack.
Speaker 2 (23:32):
But my point is also like that's made for nails.
I use household super glue. But guys, if anyone knows
what I can do, like I think, I'm gonna have
to get crocs and with them in the water.
Speaker 1 (23:40):
All right, we will be off to km out and
then what are we doing after that?
Speaker 2 (23:44):
You going to clean my thing? Oh?
Speaker 1 (23:45):
Yeah, and I'm gonna show you watching Balgala.
Speaker 2 (23:47):
And I know you hate feet, so I can't wait
to show you my note on it.
Speaker 3 (23:50):
I don't if you get your feet out, I'll leave
your house and not I really I hate feet with
a passion. So the idea of a hoof without a
toenail on it just no, I'm not looking.
Speaker 1 (23:59):
