This week, stylist Nat Jacobson joins Leigh to debunk the myth that jewellery is just for special occasions, because really what are you saving it for? Nat loves to wear her carefully curated collection 24/7 no matter the occasion – and yes, even in the shower

For beginners, Nat recommends starting with necklaces that break up high-neck tops, focusing on building a "jewellery capsule wardrobe" where everything works together. Her golden rule? Don't buy pieces that force you to start a whole new collection.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
Hello, and welcome to Nothing to Wear, the podcast that
solves fashion problems and levels up your wardrobe. I'm Lee Campbell,

clothes and accessories we already own and tells us exactly
what is and isn't worth adding to our wardrobes. So
today we're joined by someone who proves that great style

(00:52):
isn't just about what you wear, it's how you wear it.
Nat Jacobson is a personal shopper, stylist, content creator, and
she's an a mission to help women feel pulled together, confident,
and totally themselves. They might be getting on a plane
to Paris, or they might be picking up some vegemite
scrolls after drop. So Nat has a background in fashion
and an eye for detail that is honestly so incredible

(01:15):
it makes outfitsing. NAT's Instagram is part mood board, part masterclass,
from chic layering inspo to the most perfect stacks of
jewelry you've ever seen. So today you see to help
us with just that jewelry, how to wear more than
just one piece, how to stack what colors gold, silver, rose, gold,

(01:35):
and the fact that this is the way you can
get personal style and there's no rules. So whether you're
looking to level up your accessory game or want to
get started with wearing jewelry, Nat is our person for
the job. Welcome Nat to the show. I'm very excited
to have you here. We're going to chat about jewelry
and how to effortlessly layer and look like you haven't
put any effort in. But first all new guests have

(01:58):
to answer to your questions. The first one is can
you describe your own style in three words?

Speaker 2 (02:03):
Ah? I would say my style is che it's playful,
and it's unique.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
I so agree playful. I love that Cardian Not that
we're here to talk about the actual clothes. Where is
that from?

Speaker 2 (02:14):
This is from Kitty van Kon song.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Oh It's delicious. It's so clever, colorful, beautiful, fun I
love it. Now there's a theory that rings pretty true
with most people. That we have a wardrobe full of clothes.
Might not be huge, might be big or small, but
there's a ten percent of that wardrobe that we just
reach for over and over. We like the other stuff,
but it's just those essentials that we love throw on

(02:36):
all the time. What's in your ten percent?

Speaker 2 (02:38):
A white T shirt and a white singler That's like
what I grab all the time.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
And is that because it's a good base to then
a layer the rest hundred one?

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Where's your favorites from Henny? Yeah, Henny's amazing, Yeah, basic, Yep,
they also do great one. I agreed, Jack and Jack.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
I haven't thought of them. I'm obsessed with the Uniglo
men's white teeth. Yeah, but now I've got some water. Trye.
You're here to talk about jewelry and hell past kind
of work out how to do it and even sometimes
were to start because I know for me, you know,
I do love jewelry, but I'm rushing around. I've got
to get to the office. I've got a five year
old and my bedroom's upstairs. I think, oh, I haven't

(03:17):
put anything on, But when I run up and put
a few pieces on, I always feel like my outfit
looks more thought through. So let's talk about it. When
you're styling jewelry, what's the first thing you consider before
you start layering pieces?

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Listen, I mean, I wear all my jewelry every day.
I sleep in my jewelry. So once I've built my stack,
it's on the only thing that I change are my
rings and sometimes my ear rings.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
I am looking at you. It's funny because I'm like
looking at all your gorgeous pieces.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
Yeah yeah, so bracelet's stay on necklaces.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
Staying and everything.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
So my rings are really what I change based on
what I'm wearing.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Why. Yeah, So it's kind of a set and forget,
which is very cool, exactly, and then you might tweak
and remove one or two things depending on.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
One hundred percent. That's what I do.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
It's not that much effort.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
It's not that much effort. The only time i may
mix it up a little bit more is when I'm
on holidays.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
Yes, I know, that's funny. I have a few little
holiday jewelry wardrobe pieces.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
Fun I want to actually ask you where did this
love of jewelry and layering and trinkets come from?

Speaker 2 (04:27):
So, okay, this is. It's not embarrassing, but it is
what it is. So I don't know. If you watch
the Rachel Zoe projects, of course, oh my god, that's
when my love for jewelry started. Like I watched that
show religiously and I was constantly looking at her hands
and her jewelry. And that's when it started for me.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
And that was quite a while ago when there wasn't
as much that choice.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
No, but that's when it all started for me. I
think my first couple of pieces were like Anita co,
I don't even know what that another is still around,
She's still around.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
How can you find out about all these brands?

Speaker 2 (05:00):
I'm in the world. I'm in the world of it.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Your algorithm must just be jewelry, jewelry.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
It is. It's jewelry, it's clothes, it's everything. Yeah, but
I love it Meto the best. Yeah, it's a sickness.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
Now we have a lot of listeners asked this question.
People say, I don't know if I'm a gold person.
I don't know if I'm a silver person, or I
am gold or I am silver, and then they get confused.
So talk to me about mixing the different kind of
metals and how we can do that, and is that allowed?

Speaker 2 (05:32):
Yeah? I think it is allowed for sure. I mean
I'm wearing a white gold necklace and then I've got
a bit of yellow gold up here. Yes, so I
definitely think you can mix, and yeah, it does work.
I'm more of a yellow gold person. I've got a
little bit of rose gold, so I'm mixing at all.

Speaker 1 (05:51):
If someone's starting out, you know, they've got a few pieces,
but they really want to get into the accessory game.
Do you think they kind of choose their gold? And
when I say gold, we're not talking fine jewelry. It
doesn't have to be you know, eighteen carrot gold. We're
just being the color, right. Do you think that they
start building their collection around one sort of color and
go from there.

Speaker 2 (06:10):
Yeah, I do. I definitely think to stick to one color.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
Yeah, because combining it all is easier if you're a beginner.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
Look, I just think that you need to know what
color gold suits your skin, and there's definitely something in that.
Rose gold is just softer on some skin timer.

Speaker 1 (06:29):
Rose old girl. But I do I mix them, but
I'm mostly rose.

Speaker 2 (06:32):
Yeah. I used to be too, and then I moved
over to yellow gold.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
It's hard to find rose gold. There's not a lot
of pieces and particular costume jewelry as well.

Speaker 2 (06:41):
I agree.

Speaker 1 (06:41):
I feel like gold and rose gold together. I don't
find that effect metal, but it's good to have a
bit of both.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
Yeah, I agree, I agree.

Speaker 1 (06:50):
How do people work out which one suits them? Just
what they are drawn to?

Speaker 2 (06:54):
It's what feels right in your gut. Yeah, And I
really think it's important for women to lean into that
and trust their instinct and if that's what you're drawn to,
go with it.

Speaker 1 (07:04):
I'm so glad you say that, because I know getting
your colors done is a big thing. And I had
mine done and the woman was amazed. But then the
month after that, I was like, oh, I can't wear
that off. But I was like, I think I look good.
I feel good. It brings me joy. If it's technically
not my color, who cares? And same with jewelry R.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
One hundred percent, yes, one hundred percent.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
Yes, we don't all have a million dollars. Fine jewelry
is expensive, so we kind of call that, you know,
fancy proper diamonds and gold fine jewelry. But then there's
kind of more. I guess costume jewelry is not really
the right word because I just think of like cheap
kids stuff, but you know, just fashion jewelry that's more affordable,
particularly if we're looking to layer. So do you have

(07:44):
some go to brands that you like or recommend to
clients or you've just seen doing well?

Speaker 2 (07:50):
A brand that I love constantly and wear and mix
in with what I've got is Karlie Paker.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
Oh, never heard of that.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
Yeah, she's very beachy, and that's right up my alley.
So she's got everything.

Speaker 1 (08:02):
So a bit bohemian, Yeah, yeah, a little bit.

Speaker 2 (08:06):
She's also like so she's got the gold pieces and
then she's got a little beaded pieces. It's just very
summary and beachy and I love, love love her brand.
Then I also love by Charlotte. Yes, they also have
some nice pieces. A little bit up from that is
Sarah and Sebastian obviously they're a nice brand. And Arms

(08:27):
of Eve also amazing amazing pieces. Yeah yeah, and one
of those are Aussie. Yeah love that yeah.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (08:44):
We want to start experimenting layering. Where do we start?
You know, I'm kind of a wrist girl, You're and
everything jewelry. Is there an area do you think that
you should start building your collection or should you you know,
focus on the race, focus on the fingers, focus on
the neck. I mean it's individual. But do you think
necklaces maybe.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
Yeah, I do. I love necklaces, and I think wearing necklaces,
like if you're wearing a high neck top, breaks up
and it just shows something on the neck. And I
think whenever I'm styling somebody, I'm like, you just need
a little necklace just to like break up what's going
on there. I love and I always tell people you
always need to have like a V necktop, Yes, show
some skin, to have a little necklace just sitting there,

(09:27):
a little bit of sparkle, or even if it's like
a colorful beaded necklace, it's just a little something.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
Yeah, it kind of finishes it off the outfit. Yeah.
When you say high necktop, do you mean so that
like that then it sits over.

Speaker 2 (09:38):
Yeah, so it sits over. So if you're wearing like
a round necktop, yeah, I have a necklace that just
sits on top of a white T shirt. I just
think it's.

Speaker 1 (09:45):
Nice funny you say white t shirt because I've got
black high necktops. But then if I put a chain on.
I feel like I look like the rock. You know, Yes,
you wore the black total neck with the big chain.

Speaker 2 (09:54):
Yes, But then I also think it's nice to hide
your necklaces. I really do. And I even like it's
kind of funny, like just to have that little bit
of chain detail coming through at the top of a top.
You know you've got it, but you don't want to
show it.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
It's really subtle, it's really.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
And yeah, you just let your black top do the talking.
If that's the sort of sleek look that you're going for,
you you need to always show you jewelry. I often
hide it.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
Yeah, you can be wearing it, but it's not making
a huge statement. You don't take it off. It's just
like you've got your undis on top of exactly, yes, exactly,
I love it. I find that a lot of friends
of mine that you know, really love fashion, but they
might just have what I call, quote unquote a normal job.
They don't get to sit here and talk about jewelry
all day, but they kind of save their jewelry for

(10:38):
going out. Yes, so they're going out to dinner or
they've got a wedding, but other than that, they kind
of don't really they might have their wedding ring if
they're married, or you know, some earrings. But talk to
me about jewelry for casual outfits because I actually prefer
layering for more casual every day where just wear it.
Just wear.

Speaker 2 (10:57):
I mean that's all I can say, Like what are
you saving it for? And you could be wearing a
tracksuit and have your jewels on, and it just elevates
the whole look. I don't save anything I love, like,
there's just no point.

Speaker 1 (11:09):
There's no point. And I also think if you're going
somewhere fancy, you might have, you know, a beautiful suit
or dress, and oftentimes that's making the statement, and you
might want a simple.

Speaker 2 (11:17):
As And that's what I was going to say to you.
When I actually go out and I do get dressed up,
that's when I pair back. That's when I take a
lot of this stuff off and I keep it super minimal.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
Yes, and then you're every day at casual clothes, Like
you say, you might be in a tracksuit, I'm doing
the school run. But if i've you know, got my.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
That's when I start the stack.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
Yes, I love that, And you know what, that's a
lot less washing and dry cleaning. I love it. Fashion
moves in trends faster than ever before. Does jewelry too, Uh,
not for me.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
I don't lean into trends for actually anything, not for fashion,
not for jewelry. Again, it is a personal taste and
you have to wear what.

Speaker 1 (11:57):
Suits you, okay, But generally, like say we're just going
to the US field and you've got your Levis or
you might go into Maya or David Jones. Do trends
come and go in jewelry in terms of like, for example,
big chunky link chains and fobs are right, they come.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
In and out. Yeah, I do think they coming in,
But you know, like I just think I never thought
I would wear a big chunky chain bracelet. Just never
thought that I would.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
And I just want to ask about your stack because
that's phenomenal because you have got really chunky, really fine,
some colored jewels from what I can see, So you've
got a bit of everything there, and that kind of
is what makes that your personal style, because it's not
all just one thing that's in the stores right now.

Speaker 2 (12:39):
That's right, that's exactly right. Links have been in forever,
but it's only now, at this time in my life
that I decided I need that to finish off my stack. Right,
that was the final piece. Oh yeah, ever.

Speaker 1 (12:51):
Say never, we'll have no arm left I know. But
when you know, those big chunky chains go quote unquote
out of fashion, you're not taking it off?

Speaker 2 (12:59):
No? Yeah, I like that, Yeah, definitely not. No, they
all mean something to me too.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
Now, so can be sentimental, right, and it doesn't have
to be you know, a five thousand ring that is sentimental.
It can be a more affordable piece than you still
love and look after and it kind of it's a
little memory. Yeah, talk to me about proportions, because you've
got a bit of everything sort of like chunky and
thin and da da da da. But if you know
someone that's not as advanced in layering as you, how

(13:27):
do we get our proportions right?

Speaker 2 (13:28):
I think it's important to consider textures layering.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
Do we want different textures?

Speaker 2 (13:34):
Yeah, definitely, definitely. You don't want to have the same
textured necklace. I mean you can, yes, in a different.

Speaker 1 (13:42):
Layer, but to add an interesting vibe.

Speaker 2 (13:44):
Yeah. So, like this is like a beaded chain, and
sometimes I wear a beaded ball chain. Yes, slightly longer,
but I wouldn't wear it too.

Speaker 1 (13:52):
Close, Yes, a bit too matchy matching, yeah.

Speaker 2 (13:54):
Too much, Emaci, So definitely lengths. Play with different lengths, yes,
play with different textures.

Speaker 1 (14:00):
I'm only I mean, I know what a long and
a short necklace is. My husband very kindly brought me
a necklace for my ten year winning anniversary, and they
were like, what length do you want? I don't know.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
Short.

Speaker 1 (14:10):
They're like, well, short's different to other people. So I
think it can be handy to even just get out
your favorite necklace and measure it.

Speaker 2 (14:15):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (14:15):
I was like, I don't know, forty five centimeters.

Speaker 2 (14:17):
I do that all the time.

Speaker 1 (14:18):
Well, I've never done this before. And then I finally
tried someone and I was like, actually, I want it
to be quite sure. I want forty two, whereas I
would have shopped online and gone, I'll sixty, I don't
know whatever, and that sixty is quite long.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
When putting together a stack, I put so much thought
into it, do you, yes? Okay, so much thought? So much?

Speaker 1 (14:34):
Do you lay it out first or you just start
putting them on?

Speaker 2 (14:37):
I start putting them on, and I also I think
about what does it need next? What's the next layer?
Does it need color? Like for example, this bracelet bracelets
if you got on but this ruby bracelet I wasn't
going to get originally in rubies. I was going to
get it more with diamonds, And I thought to myself,
I don't need any more diamonds. I don't need any

(14:58):
more sparkle. I actually need something that grounds it together.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
That's a bit contrasting in color.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
Yeah, it's not always about diamonds. It's not always about sparkle.
So that's why I went with the rubies.

Speaker 1 (15:10):
So you really thought about it. I need to start
thinking about.

Speaker 2 (15:13):
That, you really do. You need to think about everything
we've discussed about layering, about textures, but you also need
to think about does it work with what you already have.

Speaker 1 (15:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (15:24):
I say that about fashion, and I say that about jewelry.
I never go and start a brand new stack, Like
I'm not going to go buy a piece that none
of my other jewelry goes with.

Speaker 1 (15:34):
Yeah, Otherwise, even if it's just having a moment, or
it's a cool brand or everyone's wearing it.

Speaker 2 (15:39):
No, it's a waste of money because then I'm like, now,
what what am I going to do? Now it doesn't
work with any of my other jewelry? Pieces. Now I
need to start building and building again, so everything has
to always go back with my wardrobe or with what
I have. It's like a capsule wardrobe for jewelry.

Speaker 1 (15:54):
Yeah, you are wearing an incredible amount of jewelry that
you often don't take off. But I want to ask
about storage, because how do you store your jewels?

Speaker 2 (16:01):
Don't ask me to that is wrong person to ask.

Speaker 1 (16:05):
I love hearing that.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
No, I'm not proud of the way I stack. It's
literally laid out on my bathroom.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
At least it laid flat.

Speaker 2 (16:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
I just cleaned out my wardrobe recently and it was
semi organized. But then the fine chains, I just was like,
I found a clump of fine.

Speaker 2 (16:19):
We're all in this together. I get asked this question
all the time, so everybody is the same. Ye, nobody
has a secret.

Speaker 1 (16:31):
My wardrobe's mostly draws. So I've got a drawer and
I've got all those felt things, and it starts out good,
but then I'm busy and then I changed my mind
and I don't know how, but my fine chains are
just this one of those things that happens in the
ocean when everyone changes. Yes, and I don't have the
patience or the eyesight. I've given it to my husband
and every night he sits there with the needle and
kind of tries.

Speaker 2 (16:50):
To, honestly, like find chains for me. I don't go
there for that exact reason.

Speaker 1 (16:55):
Like the top one you're wearing is delicate, but it's
not fine fine, fine.

Speaker 2 (16:59):
Yeah, I've just I can see it. Fine chains tangle.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
So we talked about really fine chains and layering. If
it's super fine, like you say, just where one? But
otherwise do you find do you tangle or entangle? You don't?

Speaker 2 (17:13):
Yeah? Know, nothing tangles? Wow? Okay, So it's about the
this is minimal today actually ye two five?

Speaker 1 (17:20):
No, I love this. I'm inspired because I do have
so many beautiful pieces, but I just think I can't.
It's probably more about the weight and the length to
keep them from tangling. So if they're super fine or
too similar, they will.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
Yeah, it's all about thickness and different lengths. Okay.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
And on the hand, I mean that's obviously a bit different.
I wear an Apple watch, which is just not very chic,
but I can't live without it.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
You should put all that. On the other hand, all that, yeah, oh.

Speaker 1 (17:42):
No, yes, I never thought I was allowed. Why Oh
my gosh, I.

Speaker 2 (17:48):
Have nothing on this hand. Sometimes I'll wear my wafte.

Speaker 1 (17:50):
So you have nothing on your right hand, and that's
your watch hand.

Speaker 2 (17:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
And then so your stacks on your less.

Speaker 2 (17:55):
All on there. It's all on there.

Speaker 1 (17:58):
WHOA, you just got my mind? One more question? Yes,
before we do booty and budgets. I'm a brand new client.
I'm scared of accessories and jewelry, and I say, now
help me. I'm worried about looking overstyled. I remember that quote,
I can't remember who said it, but look in the
mirror and take one thing off. I feel like you're
the opposite of that. But what do we do? How

(18:19):
do I get started or not be so scared?

Speaker 2 (18:22):
I think, first of you've got to have a budget
in mind. Then I need to understand your lifestyle. I
need to understand you. I need to get to know
you and what type of style you want. Do you
want to stack up? I've done this like, I've actually
stucked up many clients, and I love it and I
love seeing it come to life.

Speaker 1 (18:41):
And do you do that in real life? Do you
go to the shops rather than buy online? Like, because
you've got to show them to kind of Convince.

Speaker 2 (18:46):
They're both so I love obviously supporting brands in Australia,
but I also support brands overseas, and there's a lot.
There's actually more overseas. Yeah, they just have more. Yeah,
I mean it's with everything. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (19:00):
Yeah, so at a population down here, Yes, a lot.

Speaker 2 (19:03):
Of it's online, a lot of it is in store.
And I think when you start layering up as well,
it's a journey. I don't want to lay you up
like hit you hard.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (19:12):
I think it's like, let's do the next bracelet for
a milestone, or let's do it for something special.

Speaker 1 (19:29):
It's very expensive.

Speaker 2 (19:32):
How old you are?

Speaker 1 (19:32):
These my favorite part. So obviously we're talking about jewelry,
so bougie can be really fancy, and then budget's obviously
more affordable than that. It can be an item or
a brand. Yeah, let's start with our budget.

Speaker 2 (19:47):
Budget. Carlie Peker, she's not.

Speaker 1 (19:49):
The one you said that. I'm googling this right now.

Speaker 2 (19:51):
So, Carlie, I'm so drawn to what she has. She's
got amazing beaded pieces.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
So hang on, did you say this is your bougie
or this is budget? Okay, yeah, this is budget. You're
going to spend me so much money. I'm going to
check out her website. All right, talk to me, bougie.

Speaker 2 (20:07):
I've got two on my wish lists currently.

Speaker 1 (20:10):
Tell us maybe they'll come true.

Speaker 2 (20:13):
So Milestone's by Ashley milestones By. She's got a beautiful
rainbow ring. And this is what I mean, like, I
love color. I love something that's cute and fun and
a bit unique and a bit unique.

Speaker 1 (20:25):
Is she Australian? No, she's in La Okay, so La
has a lot of great jewelry brands.

Speaker 2 (20:31):
Yeah. Yeah. She basically just has the most insane curation
of jewels from all over.

Speaker 1 (20:38):
There's one that a lady of follow in America, Monic
or something. She's in New York. Don't follow her if
you don't. She makes the most incredible, really unique diamond
pendance and rings. Yeah, and I looked at them and
then I was like, oh, four hundred thousand.

Speaker 2 (20:51):
Dollars, Yeah, four hundred thousand dollars.

Speaker 1 (20:53):
Well, I mean these diamonds must be like humongous. And
I was like, ohe Levisa rips that off soon. That's
so good. I love what'sie.

Speaker 2 (21:01):
My other bougie would be an insane ring that I've
got my eye on from Lucy Delius. She's in the
UK doing to me. You're gonna love her. So she's
got a very sort of antique. She's on Netaporter and
she's got a very antique way of doing her jewels. Yes,
and I kind of love that.

Speaker 1 (21:19):
But you know what, that's another really good point. Antique
in secondhand you can get some of my losing love
love amazing pieces. I haven't been sleeping lately and I
stumbled across an auction and I bought the most amazing
ring for a one twentieth of what it was worth
and I bit on it in the middle of the night.
I woke up the next morning I'd won it, and
I was like, what have I done? But it's incredible

(21:41):
and it's original, and it's circular fashion.

Speaker 2 (21:43):
The crazy thing is is I actually go into antique
jewelry stores and I see pieces that brands now have copied. Yes,
it's crazy. It literally does do a full circle, isn't it.
It's insane.

Speaker 1 (21:56):
Yeah, So if you are spending big money, obviously hold
on to it. It's an airloom. Yeah, all right, I'm
going to quickly do my bougie and budget. Yeah, go on,
so my budget's very budget and it's lovesa. So last
year I went overseas and I didn't want to travel with,
you know, my nice jewelry, and I wanted something that
I could swim a lot with. And I didn't know
that Lavisa did a waterproof collection. And look, if it's

(22:17):
fine jewelry and proper gold, it's waterproof. But also, you know,
more affordable stuff sometimes cantarnish, you know, I get that
weird green skin sometimes from the nickel. Anyway, Lavisa has
a whole waterproof range, and I love the waterproof gold
plated stainless steel Paloma chain short necklace. It's fifty five dollars.
It's like a curveling chain, like imagine that stacked. And

(22:38):
I honestly came back. It wasn't that one might now
want that. I came back and I didn't put on
all my other jewelry, and I wore them for months
and everyone was like, oh, where's that from? Yes, and
you know what if you're jump in the ocean and
do a Kim Kudashi in a new earring or something
for loft, worry, no, you know, that's a bit sad.
My bougie. I follow an account on Instagram called Constantina Vintage.

(23:00):
Do you follow her? She has the most Yes, I've
bought one necklace once. I just she's my bougie. It's
all seventies, eighties, nineties jewelry, some costume jewelry. I bought
a beautiful vintage costume chavant she necklace and she had
a big sale, so it was a couple of hundred bucks.
But there's stuff that she has. I honestly need to
unfollow her. But she's an Australian business and it's circular

(23:21):
economy because that applies to fashion.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
Hasn't she been around for a long time?

Speaker 1 (23:25):
Yes, I only discovered her a few years ago, and
now I wish I didn't. I think the joy of
realizing that jewelry, you know, can go around and because
of what it's made of, it's the best thing for
circular economy. I agree, Nat, I want to come over
and play with all your jewels. I'd love I feel like,
you know, imagine little girls.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
Just yeah, I do that with my girlfriends.

Speaker 1 (23:46):
Do you I do?

Speaker 2 (23:47):
Thank God?

Speaker 1 (23:48):
How you should do stacking parties? Like how to for hens?

Speaker 2 (23:52):
Noat.

Speaker 1 (23:52):
I loved chatting to you. I could chat to you
all day. I feel like you've spent a lot of
my money. Thank you for coming, thank you my pleasure,
