This week on the show Michael is joined by Andy Tait aka Coach Taiters. Andy was in a bad place in his late teens, recently separated from his girlfriend, overweight and lacking any self confidence. But, through studying the world of fitness and nutrition and making a dedicated effort Andy has managed to turn his life around. He now lives in Canada with his wife and two children and runs his own personal training business.
