Het aantal jongeren in pensioenfondsbesturen neemt toe, onder meer dankzij initiatieven als de PensioenLab Academie die jongeren onder de 35 opleidt tot pensioenfondsbestuurder. Inmiddels zitten er zelfs enkele twintigers in pensioenfondsbesturen.
