Foi membro do Conselho Económico e Social, coordenador do núcleo de estudos e avaliação do Observatório do QREN e diretor de Serviços de Análise Económica e Previsão do Gabinete de Estratégia e Estudos do Ministério da Economia. Antes de tudo isto, é uma voz lúcida e heterodoxa no debate publico sobre política económica.

The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways.
