Speaker 1 (00:03):
You're listening to press pass for Friday, July twenty fifth.
First you'll hear from head coach John Harball after the
day three of training camp practice.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Okay, good seeing everybody appreciate you being here. Great day
for football, but every day is a great day for football.
And the guys. The heat's good for us, really good.
That's how you get in shape, that's how you train.
And our guys trained in a great way today. They
dominated the heat, had a really good practice. So we're
in a good place. What questions you have? What was

(00:43):
the humidity? It was high heat in Texas one oh two.
I think it takes new effect. Both of those. You're
probably aware of that. Yeah, and asking a weather question. Yeah,
oh you got your fan. Jerry's got his fan. You
want to show, show the camera how you use it?
Show him? How can you get that? Jerry? That's nice,

(01:05):
it's nice. Are you an outdoor mouse or an indoor mouse?
If you're an outdoor mouse, purchases I have the high
playing How much does it take take a lot of
water for that body right there? Okay, but we digress.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
In three years camp would have seen them already played.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
To see.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
Yeah, you know I mean, like every every player, especially
a guy like that certainly, always have high expectations and hopes.
Aspirations is probably the right word. And uh, you know,
na just take it one day at a time and
see how far it goes and what he becomes. But
so far he's playing at a really high level. You know,
he's pasted every test. But there's more tests to come.

(01:53):
We're already keeping Mitchell. And I think Keaton, you know,
he's a versatile guy. He's obviously speed, but and uh,
I know that we saw this before, you know, in
his rookie year. But he can catch the ball, he
can run routes, and he's dangerous. I saw him on
a couple of different kind of routes out there. He

(02:15):
can really go.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
Yesterday, ro Quan made a crazy good play covering which
was kind of shocking actually in the sense of you
think that's a mismatch and Roll Crown made a great play,
but he could see our guys are running back challenging.
Those guys had a good day. Sixty three yarder, Alan
guraging is that to see him to live kids, They
had a good day. It was a good test day.

(02:37):
You know, had kicks, kind of situationally all week and
then to come out here and take it deep like
that as he's a good good day. So he's got
a Garders offense really turned round here last year the
game the last day. You know, I just what I
expected to see probably, I mean, you know, Zach's a

(02:59):
fantastic coach, great human being, works really hard, and he's
really good. So doing a great job. Willians had a
pretty productive day.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
What are you hoping to see for the next step
in his evolution?

Speaker 2 (03:10):
Yeah, well, just again we're just stacking days, just seeing
how far we can go with all the details. It's
not really it's not really too big picture right now,
you know. It's we're trying to lock in on the
little things. You know, when you do a lot of
little things, well then the big things kind of take
care of themselves. So that's what we're focused on.

Speaker 5 (03:28):
To talk about kind of who the new guys and
uncomfortable to.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
This situations they are past with. How do you go
about kind of coming up with those examples of situations
to put them.

Speaker 6 (03:39):
In and as the team gets better when you find it,
I guess more challenging to challenge him.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
Yeah, I haven't really thought about it in such a deep,
a deep way. We just try to cover all the situations,
you know, so as you go through training camp and
your guys at training camp, we try to set it
up from beginning to end and try to make sure
that we teach we uh we uh we we walk
through and then we wrap every situation we can both

(04:07):
at a teaching pace and also then at a much
we can as a game pace, you know, So we
just try to put in those situations. Then football is
just is just naturally tough. It's a tough sport, probably
the only sport where you start the season in one
hundred and two heat in decks and you finish and
you know, minus zero type conditions. It's it's just crazy
the way this thing works. And to me, it's one
of the things that makes the sport so great. So

(04:28):
that makes it tough as well.

Speaker 7 (04:32):
If you're get talking tomorrow, just looking ahead to the Monday,
when you kind of expectations for how to the.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
Temperance opinion they have.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
Uh X, what was it again? Expectations? Yeah, I mean
that's always exciting when the pads come on Monday, the
pads come on. Uh, we know we've got we've got
Saturday first, so we'll be thinking about that. But but
the guys will be, uh, they'll be excited because they
they've been out there doing a lot of football where
they can't really play football. And even at that, we're
not gonna be tackling. We we may go live with
the young guys at the end of practice if we

(05:02):
have time and we feel right about it, because we
want to get them tackling before the first preseason game,
and why not start. But you know, the blocks will
be more realistic, you know, the ball, the carries, the
punching the ball, and it'll all be more more like
real football. And I know they'll be excited for that.
The hookboy could use you. It wasn't out there to

(05:22):
talk to las team that con No, he's okay, he's good.
Just he's fine.

Speaker 8 (05:29):
Land mentioned that they're restarting the really early boarding workouts
and maybe you're in.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
The gym with them sometimes.

Speaker 8 (05:34):
So does that mean to see all those guys out.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
There and it's so early on, it's awesome. It's awesome.
That place is packed. It about six o'clock it starts
really filling up, you know, seven o'clock it's packed. We've
got that's our schedule right now. But those guys they're
in early. I get it. You know, you get in
there even earlier, and you you get a little time.
You know, you buy yourself an hour or so to
get some breakfast and gather yourself, maybe recover from the lift,

(05:57):
but also the bonding part of it. Marlin's in a
great play. I mean he's setting a real high standard.
I would say that our most decorated players are setting
the highest standard for the team right now. When your
best players and your most decorated players are your hardest workers,
that's a really good thing. And you see that with
our team and everybody else. That's that's how you lead.
And Marlon along with all those other guys that you

(06:20):
know who they are, is at the forefront of that.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
Martin, when you.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Talk about Malachi, when you look at your secondary right now,
how do you feel about how they're jeling together with
some of the new faces that I think they're jelling
really well. I mean I see young guys. I mean
you saw an interception. I almost say number thirty because
he's still a rookie. You know, we're not talking about
we talked about Malachi. I guess twenty four. We could
call him twenty four, but he's a first round pick

(06:46):
Ruben Lowry because he had it first, he had a pick.
It was as good as player as you're ever gonna see.
But to see them on the same page the way
they've been. We came out here today in all this
heat and they weren't thinking about the heat. They were
thinking about executing their their plays, doing a good job.

Speaker 9 (07:04):
Next up is safety, Kyle Hamilton.

Speaker 3 (07:10):
What's your focus?

Speaker 10 (07:16):
I can't pinpoint one thing. I feel like consistency and
just you know, with leading and playing next to Malachi,
like doing my best to get him up to speak
because he's super talented. I honestly think he's miles ahead
of where I was at his at that point where
his in his NFL career, but super talented. So that's

(07:39):
a big thing right now, just you know, trying to
help him be the best player he can be, because
you know, once it all clicks for him, he's going
to be one of the best in the league. So
confidence saying that, and also just for myself, just you know,
keeping everything tight and making sure that you know, whether
that's zone man and man, trying to do stuff after
practice and you know, working against the best in the
world every day, so every aspect of my game I'm

(08:00):
trying to work on every day.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
Feel like, Yeah, I think, you.

Speaker 10 (08:10):
Know, he does amazing stuff without even trying, and I
probably doesn't even know that he's doing it. But he's
just so instinctual. And you know, he's got that little
bit holding him back just because he hasn't been in
it a long time. So once that clicks, then he'll
be he'll be a great player. But you know, I
think he knows the playbook more than I did. He's
he's confident out there, he's talking, and he's just so

(08:31):
willing to learn and be a sponge, and you know,
it's very admirable for somebody's age.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
In the first couple of years, he's celebrating the other
guys secutor.

Speaker 3 (08:45):
Yeah, for sure, I think we probably needed some of that.

Speaker 10 (08:48):
You know, guys can be a little centric gut times,
but I'm more even killed, so I need to have
that being.

Speaker 3 (08:54):
Been brought out of me a little bit. And Jayre
does that for us.

Speaker 10 (08:56):
And you know, everybody follows his, uh, his lead when
it comes the energy and stuff. And he's only been
here three practice days. But everybody can feel the difference
with him here. So thanks to everybody upstairs for getting
them here, and uh, just glad he's on our team.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
Though.

Speaker 2 (09:09):
We think they can get you to start celebrating more.

Speaker 10 (09:12):
Than uh maybe I don't know. It had to be
something crazy, but probably not. I'm probably gonna say same.

Speaker 3 (09:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (09:27):
I mean, you know, talent comes and talent goes, and
we lost a couple of guys who were a big
part of our defense last year and been parts of
this franchise for a while. But you know, we got
some guys that I mentioned uh previously that will help
us rise to the level we want to be at.
And I don't necessarily think it's a talent disparity. I
think it's more so you know, guys are in the

(09:48):
right spot, doing the right thing, and everybody's executing her
at high level and where I mean, we're only three
days in the camp, but as of right now, everything's
fine and dandy. But when you get into the season,
you need to have people who's gonna be on their
p's and q's during the game. So I think we
have those guys in the room, and you know, we're
still trying to raise that baby right now and get
it ready for this season.

Speaker 3 (10:06):
Kind of talking about it.

Speaker 11 (10:06):
But give five first round picks in the secondary that
everybody's excited about the talent level there, what does it
take on you guys to play together so that that
talent kind of clicks and it works out the way
we can't.

Speaker 10 (10:19):
Yeah, I mean the five first round picks thing is
cool and all, but at this level doesn't matter. I mean,
there's guys every year who coming here on drafting and
make the team. There's the first rounders who are bussed
every year. So I really think it's a matter of
everybody having their ego and leaving it outside of the room,
and everybody being willing to sacrifice for one another, not
even within the room, but within the defense, within the team,
and on a day to day basis, Like the stuff's

(10:40):
not easy that we do every day, and so you
got to be unselfish. You gotta be willing to put
yourself and put your body and your mind and your
time on the line for one another. And I think
that we have a good foundation with that within the room.

Speaker 2 (10:52):
We see you, So keep away the screen sound when
you're playing schlock. That's something.

Speaker 11 (11:02):
Fun to play.

Speaker 5 (11:03):
The back.

Speaker 3 (11:06):
First, you said not taking repeat that.

Speaker 2 (11:09):
Sorry, you prefer to play the back end where.

Speaker 10 (11:13):
You I mean, you're You're probably not gonna like this answer,
But wherever the coach wants me to be.

Speaker 3 (11:19):
I mean that.

Speaker 10 (11:20):
I've gotten asked that a lot, and I really don't
care if i'm as long as I'm out there and
I'm able to go play football. It doesn't matter where
I can go line up in three tech if they
need me to. It probably won't end up well, but
I'll go do it. It's not one position that I
like better or worse. It's just whatever the team needs
me to do at the times.

Speaker 3 (11:39):
Today.

Speaker 10 (11:40):
Same thing I thought Nate since he got here, I
think he's gonna be one of the best in the league.
And I'm kind of throwing that out a lot today,
but uh no, I truly believe that is with Malachi
and Nate. Like Nate just he's one of those guys
it's not afraid to line up against whoever's nameless faces opponents.
Just line it up, let's run it man's own, whatever
it may be. And today it's been Actually he's competing

(12:00):
at a high level. He's done that for the past
three days and super excited to see what he does
in year two. And I think he's probably gonna have
one of the bigger jumps from last year this year
than Ain't violent team.

Speaker 12 (12:11):
Watch years standout players. I think that says about the
bigger picture.

Speaker 10 (12:27):
Yeah, I mean, I don't want to speak for everybody else.
Everybody has a unique situation, but you know, we all
care about football and we're all here, so I mean
we try, we try our best not to We try
our best limited distractions and uh, you know, business is
business and it is a business that we play in,
so you know, stuff happens sometimes, but you.

Speaker 3 (12:46):
Know, we're all here. We always want to play football.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
He's not one of the depots to be fear specifically
in the division. What does a Raven's deepest that's fear
look like?

Speaker 10 (13:01):
Uh two thousand, let's say that defense is I mean,
I keep it short and sweet. That defense was really good.
So we're nowhere close to that right now. So but
I would to say that if I didn't think we
had the potential to be that. So, uh, that's the
ultimate top of the mountain. They obviously won the Super Bowl,
so uh, answer your question, that defense, it's some taking

(13:22):
year but seems.

Speaker 8 (13:23):
To be the main focuses or changing.

Speaker 11 (13:24):
So Sam wors for me.

Speaker 10 (13:26):
I think it's been a big freedom thing for him.
Like within our system, he doesn't want us to be robots.
Wants to go out there and make plays, and he
knows the talent he has in the room at every
every position, every level. So having that trust and that
faith in us is a big, big, big thing for us.
You know, we we give our all for him every
day and he does the same thing for us, and

(13:46):
he allows us to go out there and make the
defense our So that's one thing that he's uh entrusted
us with more, just like responsibility this.

Speaker 3 (13:54):
Year year.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
Communication. Fols are companiesy and it's books very easy for
you guys to do the first couple of games, So
what you want makes it definitely if you guys put
in to make any.

Speaker 10 (14:11):
Yeah, it's I think it's the off season. You know,
we don't just pull up and it's the first time
we've been together since Buffalo. You know, there's no fancy
here and you guys are here sometimes, but you know
we're putting in the work during the spring, during the summer,
and we're texting each other, calling each other and that way,
so we get out here, we're not behind eight ball
because you know, when we go out the Buffalo week one,
we want to be the best we can be and

(14:31):
carry that momentum from then on. So there's no secret
at all. It's just putting in the work and spending
time with each other, honestly, because you've got to be comfortable.

Speaker 3 (14:39):
And I think that's why Gaires jeled.

Speaker 10 (14:41):
So well with us, because he came in and is
like pretty much like, don't be a stranger, Like I
need to be in every conversation you guys are in
so that we can be together in the locker room,
man on the field.

Speaker 3 (14:51):
So I think that's been the biggest thing for us.
Appreciate y'all.

Speaker 9 (14:58):
Now you'll hear from Cinner, Tyler Linderbaum.

Speaker 2 (15:06):
One this year last year.

Speaker 3 (15:07):
Again, if you're trying to replace multiple guys this year,
we start.

Speaker 2 (15:11):
Camp with a lot of familiar faces. Can you feel
kind of the difference?

Speaker 3 (15:15):
So this started camp.

Speaker 4 (15:16):
Playing the last year line, Yeah, I mean, uh, you know,
anytimes you have reps together, it certainly helps.

Speaker 5 (15:23):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (15:23):
The position is certainly a feel thing.

Speaker 4 (15:26):
Getting used to playing next week next to each other
is big and you know, having guys coming back with
experience certain helps. But to a new year, there's gonna
be new challenges and new stuff we need to work on.
But you no happy, happy so far with you know
how we're coming in here and working hard and trying
to get better each and every day.

Speaker 11 (15:45):
Excited obviously, got a lot of new faces, involvementsive line
for it's been like getting those guys.

Speaker 4 (15:51):
Yeah, you guys have been awesome, good group work, really hard,
you know, really talented and you know, just excited to
see the improvement from you know, day one to the
end of camp and going into the preseason games.

Speaker 2 (16:07):
Cross train some of their guards as centers. How involved
are you? How involved are you with those.

Speaker 11 (16:11):
Transitions and helping guys who are used to snapping the
ball getting used.

Speaker 2 (16:14):
To playing in the middle.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
Yeah, I mean, I think the biggest thing at that
position one snapping the ball, is just getting the reps.
You know, these guys are you know, they work out
their craft, they're talented. But you know, any pointers I
can help out and help with, you know, I certainly
say something, but it's one of those things where you've
got to get the reps and and feel it out
to to get better at.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
Your goals or you guy that you know, it takes
time and off some books.

Speaker 1 (16:41):
Of that and have.

Speaker 3 (16:49):
Yeah, absolutely, you know I have goals.

Speaker 4 (16:50):
I'll keep them to myself, but you know, personal goals,
team goals, and something that you're striving to get better at,
you know, think about.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
That each day and each each new season.

Speaker 4 (17:01):
So you're on your his belt. And yeah, you know,
Daniel Daniels looked awesome one just coming in and in
really good shape, you know, so he's certainly been challenged
to do so, and I think he took that challenge
on and then just you know.

Speaker 3 (17:21):
Continue to get better and better each and every day.

Speaker 4 (17:24):
You know, I'm excited for Daniel and the things that
he's gonna be capable of doing this year.

Speaker 3 (17:32):
Away from from the.

Speaker 2 (17:34):
Coach, d look for and tell us some differences between
the two stylistic.

Speaker 4 (17:38):
The big ones, you know, I think I don't know
too many differences. One, they both love the game of football.
You know, they're gonna challenge you. They expect the best
from you, and that's what you kind of want an
O line coach. You know, since day one, we're up,
stepped in and done a tremendous job, you know, obviously
taking over a tough, tough situation, but you know, guys

(18:01):
have responded well to him and take his coaching, and
you know he's he's made us a better uh unit
and a better football team.

Speaker 3 (18:11):
One day. Just have tops first day.

Speaker 11 (18:15):
Mine.

Speaker 3 (18:19):
Yeah, it's good.

Speaker 4 (18:20):
You know, anytime you got to here play football, it's
it's a it's a great day. You know, it's always
the first few days back are always you know, kind
of getting back into the groove of things. But it's
been good at like how the team responded to the
heat today, you know, and just look forward to more
practices like this.

Speaker 7 (18:38):
And I would obviously that offense ran a lot of
his own schemes, and I know you guys still do
that in Baltimore. But with just the amount of the
stuff that you guys run, I guess, how have you
kind of evolved, not only physically, but strategically and technically
to kind of dog.

Speaker 3 (18:51):
Everything in his ass? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (18:53):
I mean I think you know, each scheme, you know,
you got to approach a little different, know whether it's
zone inside zone power, but you know, just you get
that with reps, get that from coaching, you know, philosophies,
you know, you learn to take stuff from what you
learned in college and you in learning in the NFL,
and then you try to apply that together to what

(19:15):
are various schemes you're running. But you know, the better
you're at, the better you are at multiple schemes, and
more versatile you can be.

Speaker 2 (19:25):
I know, we asked you, I learned something about the
extension fam I mean, is that something for you the
kind of person where you wouldn't want that to sort
of carry into a season? For you open to something
happening whenever it happens, or kind of what's your mindset
on that as you get closer in football?

Speaker 4 (19:40):
Yeah, you know, I'll let Neil to handle that, and
my job is to be as prepared as possible and
get this football team ready to go week one.

Speaker 3 (19:48):
So that's all I'm really worried about.

Speaker 12 (19:50):
You consider there's a lot of guys in your conferent
situation that you know building.

Speaker 3 (19:56):
Or made us think of it wouldn't have done. OK,
why did you choose?

Speaker 4 (20:00):
I'm just I'm just I didn't work on my craft
and I didn't get better.

Speaker 1 (20:04):
So after his first week of Raymond's training camp, take
a listen to rookie Malachi Starks, Just how would you.

Speaker 2 (20:17):
Evaluate how your training camp is going to the park?

Speaker 5 (20:20):
Yeah, I mean, uh, it's going good. It's a little
different than I thought it would be in terms of
just just like, uh, it's my first camp, you know,
uh so just really figuring it out and leaning on
the older guys. But it's been really good. We got
a really good group of guys. Uh, guys who want
to win, Guys who want to do things the right way,
and I'm just excited to be here with them. It

(20:43):
seems like you're getting more more breast going after the
ball when the opportunity comes.

Speaker 2 (20:47):
Is that a sign of just you getting more comfortable
and whatever is being accurate?

Speaker 5 (20:52):
Yeah, I think I think it's it's like my learning stages.

Speaker 3 (20:56):
You know.

Speaker 5 (20:57):
It's like you get here and you learn like obviously
how to practice like a probe, but also like when's
the right moment to do things and when's not the
right moment to do things? You know, but like at
the end of the day, you still want to be competitive,
so really just trying to figure out the balance and
that and just figure out, you know, where I need
to be and also, like you said, just me getting
more comfortable within the system and playing my game of football.

Speaker 6 (21:17):
Help you coming into a secondary where there's so many
guys that have been first round picks and come in
and that's been to start their NFL experience with that,
you know, the pressure and the feeling of being a
first effick to give you that.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
Advice, Yeah, I think I think it's huge.

Speaker 5 (21:30):
And just like when you look at the guys, just
like their personality, I mean like it's such a great
room to be in, and just like the knowledge that
they have and even the guys you know that that
we're in first round pick, just like our room is
very deep in general, from top to bottom. So just
to me, for me to be able to come in
and learn from everybody, I mean, it's it's going to
be a huge in my development, and I think it's
also helping everybody else. You know, the better you can

(21:52):
teach somebody else, the better you actually know the system.

Speaker 8 (21:54):
So, Okay, Kyle just said that he thinks you're way
ahead of where he was, as I guess, what has
it been like playing next to him? What are some
of the things that you've learned or want?

Speaker 5 (22:04):
Yeah, I think he's generous, But uh, I think he
I said this, like there's levels, you know, and Kyle's
he's on that top level.

Speaker 3 (22:14):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (22:14):
And I think just a bit able learn from him.
I think like when I come off like always go
to him like, hey, like if this happens, like what
do you like?

Speaker 3 (22:21):
What do you think?

Speaker 5 (22:22):
And then like when they get in this set, like
what are you thinking? So just like continue to like
learn from him, but also like to see how he
sees the game of football. I mean, like he's he's
so smart. Like you think you know football too, you
get around people who know football and then you realize
you don't know that much about football. But you do though.
But it's just really just being able to learn from him.
I think it's been huge. And for me to be

(22:43):
out there with him, I means it's awesome against Yeah,
I think I think iron stoppers are and I'm going
against you know, the best in and out every day.
Uh and uh, you know, Munking Monkey is.

Speaker 2 (22:59):
The best in the league.

Speaker 5 (23:00):
So just to be able to come out here and
go against him, and go against the guys on offense
and learn from them as well just how they see
the game from their side to help me has been
huge in my development as well about the Starter as
a freshman and Georgia, it's probably yeah. I mean, uh,

(23:20):
nothing is easy and nothing is given. You earn everything,
and uh, just the work after that comes with it.
You know, just because I was the first film doesn't
mean my spot is guarantee. I gotta work like everybody else,
and I gotta I gotta prove it.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
You know.

Speaker 5 (23:35):
There's a lot of expectations, there are a lot of
standards that come with that. Uh, but I gotta prove
myself worthy of it, learn and respect all the teammates
that I have, and just go out there day and
day and give my best.

Speaker 2 (23:48):
Your first champs expect.

Speaker 5 (23:53):
Honestly, I don't know. I came in with a very
open mind. I just I really just want to come
out here and compete. I think, like that's my nature.
I think that's the nature of of uh this organization,
in especially the dB room. So just being able to
be in that room, like I said, with guys like that,
it kind of just you know, like you look over,

(24:14):
you look over to your left, you see Kyle. You
look over to your right, you see Marlon. You look
over to your left, you see you see Nate. You
look over your c J I R. I mean like
you see everybody right, Uh you see Jalen So I
mean like and like when they do something, it makes
you want to it makes you want to up your
level of play. Uh So just for me to be
able to be in that room, I mean, like it's crazy, we.

Speaker 2 (24:36):
Always see what you're doing. Can you talk to us
a little bit about your presence in the film room
when you're doing individual meetings? Is there an area that
you feel like most comfortable?

Speaker 5 (24:46):
Yeah, I think I think just learning. I think my
biggest thing is, like I just love to learn. So
like it's very like open discussion like in meetings. You know,
like if if you don't know something, don't sit there
and not know. You know, ask and if you have questions,
you asked, So that way everybody's on the same page
because if you got a question, ten times, somebody else

(25:06):
has the same exact question. And that's just how it
works and it's always gonna be that way. So just
being able to feel comfortable in that space, and you know,
it also comes with the learning, Like I know, like
in order to learn the system, it's how and out,
Like I gotta have questions. I gotta be curious about everything,
and I think that's what I've been doing so far.

Speaker 2 (25:24):
Once you get settled in, you'll see your personality on
the field or did you keep it more business like
or how would.

Speaker 5 (25:29):
You describe I think I think it's a little bit
of both. I think, uh, I think what you see
most of the time is my personality. I'm very calm, uh,
very goofy, but there's there's a time for goofiness in business.
And I think, uh also just getting comfortable, like you said,
new system, new people, So just figuring it out, trying

(25:50):
to find that balance of being myself, but also you know,
learning as well the.

Speaker 2 (25:55):
Talent and the secondary.

Speaker 9 (25:57):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (25:57):
You have some personalities in there too. And those guys
like to talk.

Speaker 11 (26:00):
Does that.

Speaker 3 (26:05):
A little bit?

Speaker 2 (26:06):
Uh a little bit.

Speaker 5 (26:07):
I would just say, like it's it's energy, you know,
and that's that's what you need, is a dB uh
as a football player in general. But the guys in
that room, just the energy that they have, I mean,
like you feed off of it, you know, and like
I said, just kind of like making the play. Like
he makes a play, he makes a play, it makes
you want to go make a play. So the energy
kind of feeds that way as well.

Speaker 8 (26:28):
Marlin said, you definitely did make an interception yesterday, but
there was something weird about it.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
Can you take Yeah.

Speaker 5 (26:34):
I mean it was we were on this field here,
and uh I can't remember if it was seven on
our team, but I was in, I was in a
deep half and uh baits ran a seven and I
think I don't know what it was. Lamar threw it
and I was the only one back there, so I
called it. But uh no, it was. It was weird
because like everybody just kind of like stopped. I don't know,

(26:57):
I don't know, I don't know, I don't know what happened.

Speaker 2 (26:59):
But no, it was. It was a good experience.

Speaker 5 (27:01):
But also just continue to learn, you know, the guys
on offense and defense, I mean, like they're so smart,
and I think just the ability to really take their
knowledge and put it with mine and like figure out
how I want to whoa my fault, figure out how
I want to play within myself in the system is
gonna be huge. Uh yeah, yeah, it was.

Speaker 2 (27:26):
Sorry, Thank you.

Speaker 9 (27:31):
