more about yesterday's deadly shooting at an ice facility in Dallas.
Two detainees were killed and others remain in critical condition.
ICE Deputy director Madison Sheehan says the shooter appeared to
target the entire building.

convicted of two of the five charges prosecutors had stacked
against him. They could have left him behind bars for
the rest of his life, but the split verdict left
him acquitted on three of the charges, including racketeering conspiracy. However,
did find him guilty on two prostitution related charges. Defense

attorneys will ask the judge to overturn his conviction, arguing
the charge should not apply to him because intent was voyeurism,
which is sexual gratification from secretly watching people who are nude, undressing,
or having sex, and not for profit, and that the

are different ways to engage. But I'm curious. I wanted

I wanted to know your thoughts as you think about

kind of where we are in this moment, like what
you would like to see a Congressional Black Caucus do
in the face of what seems like un impossible and
intermountable odds. When when somebody is so insane that they
don't follow rules, they don't do this, it's questionable that

are accustomed to fighting a certain way and that way
doesn't work. You know, what do you do?

This is the largest Congressional Black Caucus that we have

all of the African American or black considered members of
the House of Representatives and the US Senate. And for
a long time, Rick, I think that there has been
this idea that if the if Democrats are not you know,

in power, that what power does the Congressional Black Caucus
has and I think that when the when the Congress,
when the Congressional Black Caucuss was created, they really were
called the conscious of the Congress, a body of African
American representatives that would bring up issues that nobody else

brought up. And I think as time has gone on,
we've seen strong Congressional Black Caucauss, we've seen those that
have not been as strong. But I think that there
is an importance for us to understand as we navigate
these current political waters how important the caucus can be.
And so I think, you know, younger members like Patman

Crockett to say Ilhan and others are showing that there
are different ways to engage. But I'm curious. I wanted
to know your thoughts, I mean especial Okay, I'm sorry,
I wanted to know your thoughts as you think about
(22:57):
kind of where we are in this moment, like what
you would like to see a Congressional Black Caucus do
in the face of what seems like un impossible and
intermountable odds. When when somebody is so insane that they
don't follow rules, they don't do this, it's questionable that

they follow the Constitution. And so when you when you
are accustomed to fighting a certain way and that way
doesn't work. You know, what do you do?

I mean, I don't know what they can do.

I mean, they need to stay together, they need to
have a singular, solid, solid message. But I don't know
what they can do. And I don't like the fact that,

According to stats, roughly fifteen percent of people who have
been married or are currently engaged have signed a prenup.

Younger generations are leading the charge.

Over forty percent of millennials and gen z have signed
a prenup, compared to just fifteen percent of the overall population. Now,
prenups were before we used to view them negatively, but
they increasingly are seen as a practical tool for financial
planning and marital stability.

say the rides systems were functioning as intended, and Universal

believe he suffered fatal head trauma mid ride. The coaster
is closed and deputies have opened a manslaughter review as
