Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is Bisius Joseph's One Walk of the Third and
AlSi and Church Nashville, Tennessee. And how of the week
to all of you seeing the Bible says any shesion three,
It says God wants to do exceedingly abundantly of all
you could ask her things. I want you to go
this week thinking big. I want you to stop apologizing
for anything small. God is a God who's big, and

(00:22):
he wants to do big things in your life. And
so often we allow ourselves to be limited because of
the mentality and the crowds we hang around. I cheer
people all the time. You can't be big if little
got you. God wants to do big things with a job.
See this in your career. And God got a blessing
and it's got your name on it. Whatever God promise you,

(00:42):
he's able to perform. So when you pray, don't pay
for small stuff. Don't pray for big stuff. Don't just
pray for the cost, play the owner dealership. Pray outside
the box. I want you to know something. So the
two people fishing, they will out their fishing. One father
with the front, another father with the sun. And the
father looked over and saw his partner catching fish and

(01:04):
throwing them back, and they were catching nothing. The frustrating
upset went over close to the boat to find out
why are y'all throwing fish back and we aren't catching anything.
It was because it looked in the boat and realized
that they had a small frying pan and if the
fish they caught did not fit the frying pans, they
threw it back. The question of you today is your
frying pan too small? Your praying and believing God for stuff,

(01:26):
but are you preparing to receive? But God's gonna bring
today your season and make sure your expectation matches your manifestation.
Dad is so, I want to thank God for you today.
I want you to be blessed hate Check me out
on YouTube Mountains and Nashville and follow me at Joseph
Walker three on Instagram and let them know you were
listening to the Ricky Smiley on the.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
Show's on the Freaking Smiling Morning Show.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
Here's what's going on in the news.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
In Stillwater, Oklahoma are investigating a shooting on the campus
of OSU. It happened yesterday around three forty am outside
a residence hall after people returned from an off campus party.
Three people were shot, including at least one student. Two
are recovering after undergoing surgery, while another has been released.
Police say there's no ongoing threat to campus. However, no

(02:23):
arrest had been made. Investigators were asking for the public's help,
and also across the country this weekend, millions took part
in no Kings protest, with demonstrators speaking out on issues
like ice raids, the economy, and troops deployed in US cities.
Most of the rallies were peaceful, but there were several
arrests in Denver and Chicago. In LA police used tear

(02:46):
gas late Saturday night to clear a downtown crowd they
refused to leave, but the protests wrapped up peacefully in
most other cities and in other news, many Americans are
feeling the squeeze when it comes to our payments. A
new report shows auto loan delinquencies have served more than
fifty percent since twenty ten, turning what used to be

(03:08):
one of the safest form of credit into one of
the riskiest. The main culprits skyhigh car prices, with the
average vehicle now topping over fifty thousand dollars for the
first time ever, plus soaring insurance, rising repair bills, and
those punishing interest rates and those longer term car loans
really aren't making things any better. Meanwhile, other types of debt,

(03:30):
like credit cards and mortgages have actually seen fewer late
payments for infall. On these stories and more, Goda, Ricky
Smiley show a dot Com. Now here's a look at
sports Rocky, the sports genius is in the building already.

Speaker 5 (03:46):
Now Friday. It is Monday, not Friday.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
That's a Friday, Holy Cat, I.

Speaker 5 (03:50):
Like where your mind is. Okay, it's already Friday. Let's
go get it, hey man.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
A lot of football happened over the weekend in college
and NFL. Let's start with the NFL because there's only
one game still talking about. That's the Denver Broncos. They
was down nineteen to zero at the end of the
third quarter and scored thirty three points in one quarter
the fourth quarter to beat the Giants thirty three to
thirty two. They tied the most points scored in NFL

(04:16):
history in one quarter.

Speaker 5 (04:16):
Man, So that game was crazy.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
Former Tampa Bay running back Doug Martin passed away this
past Saturday.

Speaker 5 (04:24):
Man, no info on the cause of death.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
He's thirty six years old, too young, entirely, too soon, man,
So we'll see. We'll keep you guys posted on that
right there. Alabama got the job done versus Tennessee college football.
Two Monday night football games tonight, and of course one
of them is my Detroit Lions playing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
And of course the Houston Texans got the Seattle Seahawks.

(04:47):
Man's on be tuned in both of them. Dog on
games man, it's my quick sports support right there. Good morning,
brigingy Tack.

Speaker 5 (04:55):
Drop it like it's had, drop it like it's hard.

Speaker 4 (05:01):
At spot.

Speaker 3 (05:02):
This the all of eighteen. Good morning everybody. I'm your girl,
Brad tat Tana and this is the hot spot. But
we bring you music, movies and more so let's get
off into it, well, y'all. Brandy was performing with Monica
doing that The Boy is Mine tour stop in Chicago
when she abruptly had to walk off the stage and
she did not come back. Monica sang the remainder of

(05:23):
the set solo, and the audience was sent home without
hearing the duo's iconic track The Boy is Mine. They
speculated that not Monica, that Brandy was frustrated with the
sound issues, but Brandy revealed that the actual reason she
was that she had to walk off the stages because
she was dehydrated. In an Instagram post on Sunday, she wrote,

(05:43):
I sincerely apologized for the abrupt end to last night's
performance in Chicago. After weeks of NonStop rehearsals, last night,
I experienced dehydration and feelings of wanting to faint. Everyone
involved agreed that prioritizing my well being was of the
utmost importance. I'm deeply grateful to my sister Monica for
stepping up with such grace and professionalism, and to the

(06:05):
entire crew for their continued care and support. So we
hope that Brandy is feeling better. Yeah, man, because the
feeling dehydrated and about to pass out while you're on
stage is not cool because I felt that way before.
And the lights everything can be too much. It becomes overwhelming.
You get hot, Yeah, you get hot. You're moving it

(06:26):
and you're trying to keep going for the crowd and
then they screaming the roar from Drea some Yeah, you're adrenaline.
Everything like it is a lot on the body, so
you have to like get your adequate amount of rest
because if you don't, it will take a toll on you.
And you gotta drink a lot of water. And I
know they rehearse a lot because that show is like
a good hour or two hours long, so you know,

(06:48):
it's a lot of dancing and moving around and changing
so many outfits and so many different things. So we're
gonna keep Brandy in our prayers and Monica because they
I heard they kill it when they perform together. So
I can't wait to you when they come to Atlanta.
All right, y'all. Moving on, last, but not least, congratulations
to job Rule. He recently visited The Sherry Shepherd Show
and revealed it he's about to be a granddaddy. His

(07:10):
daughter Brittany and her husband Tevin are expecting their first child.
And check out how he found out.

Speaker 6 (07:15):
I'm about to be a grandfather. I don't even sound right.

Speaker 5 (07:24):
Grandfather. How did she tell you the big news?

Speaker 6 (07:28):
So you know, it was very cute the way she
did it. She put the sonogram in a box and
it was like a card that said you're now grandma
and grandfather, and the sonogram was in the thing and
she said, I got a gift for you guys, and
we thought it.

Speaker 5 (07:42):
Was a real gift. Yeah, go in the room.

Speaker 6 (07:44):
So we go and we open it up and she
got the camera on me and see my expressidency me
and my wife He's expression and it was it was
an amazing moment.

Speaker 5 (07:53):
So now you're going to be grandpa.
