more about yesterday's deadly shooting at an ice facility in Dallas.
Two detainees were killed and others remain in critical condition.
ICE Deputy director Madison Sheehan says the shooter appeared to
target the entire building.

was firing indiscriminately throughout the whole building, and so the
shooter was at a building nearby and shooting directly into
the building, going across the entire length of the building.

inflicted gunshot wounded at a new nearby apartment at I

did find him guilty on two prostitution related charges. Defense

attorneys will ask the judge to overturn his conviction, arguing
the charge should not apply to him because intent was voyeurism,
which is sexual gratification from secretly watching people who are nude, undressing,
