if we reported out that Bobby Brown, you know it
was a ruminant and said that Biby Brown used to
be extremely jealous of Ralph trans Man because Ralph Transmitter
would get all the ladies honey from the car answer
(05:00):
and Bibby just wouldn't get none. But now Bobby is
confessing to the world, letting the world know what he
did to get women.
Speaker 2 (05:07):

Speaker 3 (05:07):

Speaker 2 (05:27):
Ralph being in the group.
Speaker 7 (05:28):
Ralph had the lady screaming right all the time, you know,
just just his cuteness and his smoothness.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
Isn't that beautiful?
Speaker 4 (05:41):
Now searching the internet for pictures that junk work?
Speaker 5 (05:47):
Hey man, Well, Bobby, and I'm glad he let the
world know because I mean, man lying say y'all not
jealous of one another and stuff like that. But Bobby
is telling them roy and he's speaking out on it.
So congratulations Bobby Brown. And I'm sure now, honey, he
could go to the concerts and performing more. People gonna
love him, and he's gonna do just what he needs
to do to get the screening. So congratulations to Bobbi
(06:07):
Brown and his confession. And in my final story, y'all,
Lizzo is speaking out Lizo seeing her and she enjoys
being a big girl. Even though she's lost a lot
of weight. She said she still enjoy being a big girl.
People are saying, Lizzo, you're lying because you enjoy being
a big girl. You would have still been.
Speaker 2 (06:23):
A big girl. So, but her people don't know what
did you say, Ricky.
Speaker 3 (06:28):
I mean, they don't know how she said how she feel.
Speaker 5 (06:31):
But Ricky, if you enjoy being a big girl, you're
not a big girl no more. She's not a big
girl anymore because in terms of big girl, she's.
Speaker 3 (06:40):
On talking about it.
Speaker 7 (06:41):
I mean, I accept her whether she's.
Speaker 3 (06:44):
Big small, I don't care. I just want to stop
talking about her weight and her science all the time,
because I know her more for that than I do
her music.
Speaker 4 (06:55):
She needn want to bring it up.
Speaker 5 (06:57):
Thank you, but I think it's guilty. But I mean,
Barry White wrote the song I love you just the
way you are, and she just need to think about that.
Speaker 2 (07:05):
A lot of people need to think about those things.
Speaker 5 (07:07):
But we're gonna keep our parties lifted up in prayer
and everything is gonna be alright and crying.
Speaker 3 (07:12):
Please singing this song. He was singing that song, Yes
he did, Lord, don't go change.
Speaker 5 (07:19):
In conversations, he said, Ricky, yeah, he said, I love
the color your have.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (07:27):
That was back in the day when.
Speaker 7 (07:28):
Men used to sign yeah damn, Alexander ohnir if you
weren't here tonight, go ahead before I get you started,
okay song the coloradal.
Speaker 2 (07:37):
Is stormy seeds.
Speaker 5 (07:38):
On the high you say stormy seas and on the lawn,
just say beautiful gray. That's your color for the day.
For more information and mont dot com, huh what was
the low end? The low end was great, Ricky, because
you know grimey seed is great.
Speaker 1 (07:50):
All right, then y'all give it up and Gary with the.
Speaker 2 (07:59):
Win.
Speaker 7 (08:03):
Alight everything the Morning Show and listen every Wednesday on
the show's Wellness Wednesday.
Speaker 3 (08:09):
Notctor Collie is like to help you stay healthy, not
the Collie. And we have it to have you this morning.
What do you got for.
Speaker 7 (08:16):
Morning?
Speaker 3 (08:18):
Yeah, good morning morning.
Speaker 4 (08:20):
Thank you, Ricky.
Speaker 6 (08:21):
I appreciate that, and thank you for the opportunity to
bring health care information to the listeners of the Ricky
Smiley Morning Show. So guess what, Ricky, I am actually
in Dallas, Texas.
Speaker 4 (08:32):
Uh, I'm at the b n m A.
Speaker 6 (08:34):
That's the Black Nurses Medical Association conference and there are
a lot of Ricky Smiley Morning Show listeners here. So, Ricky,
yesterday my uber driver picked me up from the airport.
It immediately said to me, he said, I've heard your
voice before. Are you on the radio on the Ricky
smile and Marny show, well, I acknowledge that.
Speaker 4 (08:50):
Yeah, and then he said okay. He said, okay, if
I asked you a question immediately with the question. So
that's the.
Speaker 6 (08:55):
Format, so he said, And I thought this would be
good information for all the listeners. He said, I'm turned
thirty five years old and I'm now concerned about my health.
Speaker 4 (09:03):
I've also noticed that my bibles don't move like they
used to. What should I be doing to stay healthy?
Speaker 6 (09:08):
So I thought this would be good information once again
for the listeners of the Rickers Maley Morn Show.
Speaker 4 (09:13):
So, these are things that.
Speaker 6 (09:14):
Doctor Coya recommends that you should do to maintain good
health doctor Coya's Healthy Trio, So Ricky, most simple things.
Drink eight or more glasses of water daily to prevent dehydration,
optimize your kidney function, and to prevent constipation. Now this
is in addition to anything else that you drink. So
nothing substitute for water, not coffee, not tea, not soda,
(09:36):
not gatorade, not Jack Daius Hendy held at tequila, you
can't count those as things you're drinking. It has to
be eight glass of water minimal. And everybody thinks they're
drinking that much. Nobody's drinking that much. So eat a
bounce dad with protein and crunchy fruits and vegetables broccoli, spinach, tale, carrots, apples,
grapes and bananas should be in regular rotation in your diet.
(10:00):
Aerobic exercise so thirty to sixty minutes four times per week.
You don't have to join the GM and go work
out for an hour every day. This has to be
nothing more glamorous than walking anything to get your heart
rate elevated. You can do it in your neighborhood, but
if it's too hot outside, consider going to a mall,
which is a controlled environment, so raine snow, hot coal.
Speaker 4 (10:21):
You can go to the mall and walk.
Speaker 6 (10:22):
Just leave your wallet at home and don't go to
the food cought and buy a giant American cookie at.
Speaker 4 (10:26):
The end of your walk.
Speaker 6 (10:28):
So take supplements like vitamin D at five thousand and
that's units daily, along with a Mega three fish oil
if you allergic to fish or a flax seed or
so it being a canola based.
Speaker 4 (10:38):
Plant or else are good for that. And pro biotists
probodies God to give the.
Speaker 6 (10:43):
Good gil change your gut BYO to one is healthy,
so that you have good regular bowel movements, and that
your bowel movements are not so foul. If they're not
going to be fragrant, you're not going to basket the glow,
but they won't be bad if you're taking your probodies.
And then when you feel the urge to eliminate, go
to the bathroom. Don't hold it all day. Find a
(11:04):
toilet that you feel comfortable using in your workplace, if
that means going to a different floor or a different area,
whatever it is that you need to do. Just when
you get that urge, you need to go, because if
you don't go, you'll lose that urge, and that makes
the stool dryer and harder and more difficult to pass.
And that was what my driver was complaining. Now that
he's driving, you know, he drives all day and he
(11:24):
doesn't get to go to.
Speaker 4 (11:24):
The bathroom when he gets the urge to do that.
Speaker 6 (11:26):
So those are the things that I recommend in doctor
Coya's Healthy Trio. That's the vitamin D, the Mega three
fish on and the provider they.
Speaker 4 (11:35):
Have it Rick.
Speaker 7 (11:35):
And now you walking around with the babboons, ass.
Speaker 4 (11:43):
Red and Pink.
Speaker 2 (11:46):
And let's go to the phone you own.
Speaker 3 (11:50):
The callier, Good morning, Good.
Speaker 8 (11:51):
Morning, Richard smile in morning show. This is spam calling
from South Carolina. My question is, well, I'm a kidney
donor and I'm calling to find out some good natural
foods that I can eat for my kidney and how
much water should I drink.
Speaker 9 (12:06):
On a daily basis?
Speaker 4 (12:08):
Okay, amazing.
Speaker 6 (12:09):
I did not play in this call, but this is
perfect once again, eight to ten glasses of water to
keep that kidney function optimal. You measure the kidney function
by something called the glomerylar filtration rates, or GFR.
Speaker 4 (12:21):
The GFR should be sixty or higher.
Speaker 6 (12:23):
When you become dehydrated, that's not as much fluid to filter,
so your glomyla filtration rate goes down, and you want
that number to be sixty a higher. You know, ideally
eighty or higher, but sixty is the normal. Below sixty,
you start to get into what's called chronic kidney disease.
Speaker 4 (12:40):
And CKD is.
Speaker 6 (12:41):
Undiagnosed, but a lot of people suffer from it unless they.
Speaker 4 (12:44):
Get checked for it. You get checked for a doctor
Kye's office.
Speaker 6 (12:47):
So eight to ten glasses of water per day, not
counting get anything else.
Speaker 4 (12:50):
You drink and stay on enough protein to keep your
kidney healthy.
Speaker 3 (12:54):
There you go, ye on with dot Connie, Good morning.
Speaker 4 (12:57):
I have a question about the florida's function.
Speaker 9 (13:00):
I had four stillborns and two miomactamines, and I want
to know is there anything that I can do besides
pelt floor therapy because.
Speaker 4 (13:09):
It's starting to hurt really bad my pelvic floor.
Speaker 6 (13:13):
I want to know is there something else that I
can do besides therapy or is there any supplements or
anything that I can take to help me with the pain. Okay,
so the problem is you have inflammation in your pelvis.
You want to make sure that you're taking anti inflammatory
is vitamin D and I'll make a three fish. All
are good natural things, and then things like to America cocumin.
(13:33):
You need to make sure that there's no underlying infection.
You can get the pelvic infections and they are difficult
to treat and oftentimes undiagnosed because if you just do
a routine swab, it may or may not show up.
So I would go through a course of antibody anyway,
something that covers things like leboploxys and a leboquine zip
row or even a xyptromycin, but at a higher dose
(13:57):
than the Z pack. The Z pack is two hundred
and fifty milligram. If you want to take a five
hundred milligram tablet for at least four days, and then
an anti inflammatory medication like Molta and at Bill or else,
and also make sure your partner gets checked to make
sure they don't have any underlying diseases or infections that
could be reinfecting you and causing this problem.
Speaker 7 (14:16):
As well as Wednesday, and we're still taking your medical
questions this morning. We got the one that on the
doctor MJ. Colly on with us this morning. So let's
go to the phones. Now, Good morning, Good morning.
Speaker 10 (14:26):
My question is the vitamin D. Is there such thing
as too much vitamin D? Because I'm taking the vitamin
dal and my doctor was saying that's too much.
Speaker 6 (14:39):
Well, they oftentimes when the doctor says that, they are
just unaware of the recommended doses or optim on health.
The recommended dose is five thousand. That's that's junius per day.
Some people give us little as three or four hundred
because that's what they're orientated to.
Speaker 4 (14:53):
But that literally does you no good.
Speaker 6 (14:55):
Now, the normal range for a vitamin D is thirty
to ninety milligrams, So when you have within that ring
y'ads only, you want to be sixty to ninety up
to even one hundred. The higher than that can predispose
you to things like kidney stones and golfstones.
Speaker 4 (15:10):
But that's highly unusual.
Speaker 6 (15:12):
That a person would go higher than that if they're
taking that dose. So it's important that you take a
therapeutic dose. The first choice with any medication or supplement
is to take the medicine or not to take the medicine.
Then the decision is to take a dose that works
to create to fix the problem that you like. So
oftentimes people will tell me, they say, doctor Kye, I'll
take blood pressure medicine, but I want you to give
(15:33):
me the lowest dose possible, and that just is not
what you need to do.
Speaker 4 (15:37):
Your objective is to take a dose that's going to
provide the benefit that you like.
Speaker 3 (15:41):
I joined out the callia good morning.
Speaker 9 (15:43):
I recently had a brush reduction. I went from a forty.
Speaker 4 (15:48):
Two J down to a D size, and.
Speaker 9 (15:53):
I was having back pains before, but now I'm having
these really sharp pains in my lower back, kind of
like some spasms.
Speaker 7 (16:03):
I guess.
Speaker 9 (16:04):
So I want to know basically, is the spasms that
I'm having in my lower back is it because my
body is trying to adjust to the weight that I
don't have on my test.
Speaker 6 (16:19):
Normally, when you need a breast reduction, the stress and
strain is on.
Speaker 4 (16:23):
The shoulders and the neck, not the lower back.
Speaker 6 (16:25):
So having had that problem eliminated, it's probably just that
you need to do some range of motion exercises to
stretch your back out, you know. And you also everybody
gets a little arthritis in that back at this point
in life, so the genesis joint disease in the back
is probable. So again, over the counter anti inflammatories such
as Moultre and advil or elite or give you some relief.
(16:47):
But range of motion exercises where you stretch that back
out and including things more serious like yoga or tai
chi can help. But I also get to know your
friendly neighborhood countterpractice to make sure that you're back is.
Speaker 4 (17:00):
Appropriate and proper alignment. That will give you more benefit.
Speaker 6 (17:03):
So make that a part of your your regular health regimen,
visiting your counterpractice and you will do better.
Speaker 7 (17:09):
And anybody having background we do button naked yoga yoga
on y'all. Y'all meet us over at the Holiday and
Express conference room.
Speaker 4 (17:18):
Now that yoga.
Speaker 7 (17:19):
That's hot yoga, hot yoga right there.
Speaker 3 (17:25):
We only have to call you good morning.
Speaker 11 (17:28):
I would like to know what are some good things
to use for like hyper pigment of the skin, like
hyper night the superceed Okay.
Speaker 6 (17:38):
Hyper pigmentation happens in versusly everyone as we age, and
those are the dark spots that you can get.
Speaker 2 (17:44):
Uh.
Speaker 6 (17:44):
It makes your fingernails dark, and it's especially prominent in
people that have a gray instead of pink mucous membrane.
So it's the inside of your mouth is gray and
your gums are gray and not pink, then you are
more successible. There's no problem with hyperpigmentation. Uh, it's not
a conditioned proper it's just more of a clinical clash
cosmetic issue. A lot of people want to be lightened.
(18:06):
So if it's on your face, you can use a
base or cover it up with makeup, or there are
skin lightning products. But you want to make sure that
you don't reverse the problem because if you take a
skin lightening or you apply skin lightening, it makes it
too white. It's going to make it more dramatic. It's
going to stand out even more. And once it's been
lightened like that, it will not repign that.
Speaker 7 (18:25):
Oh wow, hey dot call you know what we're doing
up next, right, We're doing We're doing the Blind Help,
Blue Eyes Soul week.
Speaker 4 (18:35):
Man.
Speaker 3 (18:35):
We finished. Boy.
Speaker 7 (18:36):
I got some dog on Wham for you today. I
got some George Michael for you today. So before we
do that, let everybody know how you can be reached.
