Speaker 1 (00:00):
I'm Kenny Brown, and what's trending is carl Carlton. You
might not know the name, or you might, but he
is the one behind bad Mammagamma. She's a bad Mamma Gamma. Well,
it was announced that he has died at age seventy
at age seventy two, so they have not announced exactly

(00:20):
what he passed from, but they said that about six
years ago that he did suffer a stroke. So condolences
to his family and all those who loved him. Also,
if you ever sat down and watched your soap operas
back in the day, General Hospital Luke Spencer whose real
name is Anthony Geary, he also died this weekend on

(00:44):
Sunday in Amsterdam at age seventy eight. Now Rob Reiner
and his wife Michelle, one of their three children, unfortunately
has been arrested for their murders. Nick Nick Reiner is
the one. He is the middle child of that couple
and he was arrested for the murders of his parents,

(01:06):
Rob and Michelle Reiner. Now they also said that Nick
is on suicide watch in administrative segregation in LA And
they said prior to the stabbings, they said that you know,
they all went to a party at Conan and O'Brien's house,
and they went as a family. They said Nick looked
out of place, he was acting strangely, making people feel uncomfortable,

(01:29):
and he got in a very loud argument with his father,
Rob Reiner. Now it has been documented and they have
done a film together kind of depicting some of their life.
And Nick struggles with addiction and homelessness. So it's just
really a sad situation that you know that would come
from one of your own children. But mental illness is real,

(01:51):
substance abuse is real, and you know they've all they
documented that they've tried, They tried everything. When it came
to their son and Donald Trump, he is catching a
lot of heat for his very i'll just say, insensitive
words when it came to the death of Rob Reiner,
and it's really drawn a lot of criticism from both

(02:13):
sides of the aisle and all over Hollywood. Now, he
was saying that Rob Reiner passed away, claiming that he
was being controlled by Russia and he was politically opposed
to him, tried to undermine his leadership, and he called
him a tortured and struggling comedy star, and he said

(02:34):
that the murders were reportedly due to the anger that
he caused early others, and he from what he described
as an incurable affliction with a mind crippling disease known
as Trump Derangements syndrome. And he doubled down on those
comments he had no shame. People were surprised. I don't
know why people are still surprised by the things that

(02:55):
Trump does. So, I mean, this is of the person
that we're dealing with now. Rapper to Baby, he is
coming out and speaking up about a allegation that he
had a sexual relationship with Kimora Lee Simmons. After funk
Fleck said live on the radio that you know that

(03:15):
that had happened. So the baby he went on social
media and he said, I just see my face of
my name attached to some stuff. Out of respect for
the woman, I felt the need to come clear, come
clear that s up. That s is one thousand percent false.
And he said, O G, I don't know what the
hell you're going you got going on or what. But

(03:37):
he said, why why would you even feel comfortable throwing
my name in some mess like that? And also Trey Songs,
I don't know what was going on with him, but
he's back in trouble again. He's been charged over the
weekend with allegedly destroying property at a hookah bar in
New York City and assaulting a nightclub employee earlier this month.
Now they're saying that Sunday he was at Mira NYC

(04:00):
Hookah Lounge in Midtown, Manhattan, and they said he intentionally
damaged more than fifteen hundred dollars worth of hookah setups,
DJ equipment, and sofas. And this is the second crime.
After the police showed up to the club to see
what was going on and arrest him for that, well,
they found that he was wanted for a second crime
where he allegedly assaulted an employee inside Drama Nightclub and

(04:25):
Times Square on December fourth. So they're saying that Trey
got irritated when club workers asked him and his crew
to leave because it was closing time on December fourth,
and they said that one of the employees grabbed Trade
by the arm, prompting him to punch the guy in
the face, swell his eye and all that stuff. And
so he got two counts of assault, harassment and criminal

(04:48):
mischief for Trey songs, and of course he pled not
guilty to the charges in his arrayment and he was
released without bail. So they said that we a wait
to see what actually comes out of this because they're
saying that these employees were trying to harass them and
surround at them, and his security was really just trying

(05:08):
to protect Trey. So we'll see what the details are
and how that comes out when they get that footage.
And lastly, well Mariah Carey, the Queen of Christmas, well
she is going to be performing at the Winter Olympics
opening ceremony in February, so we will see Miss Mariah
doing her thing at the Winter Olympics, which, of course

(05:31):
we all want to see Miss Mariah do her thing
