Correctional officer Christopher Walrath has pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter in the 2020 killing of Robert Brooks at Marcy Correctional Facility.

Ten correctional officers at Mid-State Correctional Facility in Marcy have been charged in connection with the death of 22-year-old inmate Messiah Nantwi.
