António Leitão Amaro, ministro da Presidência, falou nesta quarta-feira sobre o chumbo da Lei da Nacionalidade pelo Tribunal Constitucional. O governante explicou que o executivo não tem o mesmo entendimento sobre a declaração de inconstitucionalidade de quatro normas e acrescentou que será uma questão de tempo até que a lei seja aprovada e que validado o "essencial", agora o Governo terá "de trabalhar" sobre as partes "contestadas". Que futuro podemos esperar para esta lei? Este chumbo vai precipitar uma revisão da Constituição à direita?
