Sorridente, Luís Montenegro saiu da votação final global do Orçamento do Estado (OE) para agradecer a “confiança do Parlamento” na proposta do Governo, mas sem deixar de sublinhar que, mesmo não saindo “desvirtuado”, o OE vai custar mais 100 milhões de euros por causa das propostas aprovadas “à revelia” do executivo. Notando que o PS e o Chega “não resistiram à tentação de invadir a esfera de actuação do poder executivo”, Montenegro seguiu as pisadas do seu ministro Gonçalo Matias, que também escolheu como o alvo o Partido Socialista – o elemento-chave para que o documento visse a luz do dia.
