ഒളിവുജീവിതം അവസാനിപ്പിച്ച് രാഹുല്‍ മാങ്കൂട്ടത്തില്‍ എംഎല്‍എ വോട്ടുചെയ്യാനെത്തി . പാലക്കാട് കുന്നത്തൂര്‍മേട് നോര്‍ത്ത് വാര്‍ഡ് ബൂത്തിലാണ് നാലേമുക്കാലോടെ പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെട്ടത്. ബലാത്സംഗക്കേസിനെ  തുടര്‍ന്ന് പതിനഞ്ചുദിവസമായി ഒളിവിലായിരുന്നു. 
ഒളിവുജീവിതത്തിന് ശേഷം പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെട്ട രാഹുലിനെതിരെ സിപിഎം ബിജെപി പ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍ പ്രതിഷേധിച്ചു.

He had been in hiding for fifteen days following a rape case. CPM and BJP workers protested against Rahul after he appeared following his time in hiding.
