Jennifer writes: While my story may not be as heartfelt as most, it is still sentimental to me as it’s a turning point in my life. I was a mom to 6 amazing kids. Unfortunately, my then husband and I did not share the same beliefs and grew apart. Although we no longer got along, I was trying to make things work for my kids. One day he said if I ever got a tattoo, he would divorce me. The hotel I was working at was holding a tattoo expo and I was always up for a challenge. Mission accomplished! That was my first and only tattoo, he is now my ex-husband and I’ve rekindled with an amazing man from high school who supports me unconditionally. Now that my daughters are grown and have their own tattoos, I’d love to get something meaningful to us.
