Tune in here to this Friday’s edition of the Brett Winterble Show!

Brett kicks off the program with Pete Kaliner for this edition of The Hangover as they discuss everything from quirky neighborhood controversies to big-picture questions about the future of civilization. The conversation launches with listener messages about Aero Plantation—an aviation-centric community where homes have private hangars and residents taxi planes down oversized streets. Brett jokes about cruising a biplane around like a golf cart, while both hosts admit they’re staunchly anti-golf-cart culture.

Later Brett turns his attention to callers, welcoming Spencer—a frequent contributor he praises for always adding depth to the conversation. Spencer provides a detailed history of Aero Plantation, explaining how Jim Nisbitt founded the unique fly-in community after building a successful metal-processing company that supplied exotic alloys for major aircraft and space projects. He recounts how residents were once required to own functional airplanes and be certified pilots, sharing personal memories and connections to the Nisbitt family.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
No place I would rather be than where I am
right now today one O seven point nine FMWBT Charlotte's
FM News Talk, and it's uh, it's the Hangover. And
here is uh, my good friend, one of my favorite
people in the entire world. He is Pete Callander. Thanks
so much for spending time.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
With us here.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
If I have to, yeah, sure, okay, So I want
to ask you. I'm going to ask you a totally
different question, Okay, a totally different question than than we
were talking about here a couple of minutes ago. Although
if you are part of that community you can call
in and tell us about it. We did get one message,
by the way, on the thing on the text line,
on the text line.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
Driven by Liberty buick gmgcc oh, No, I don't do
it that way.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
You do it that way.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
I do it that way, but you can do it
that way.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
I don't want to do it that way because that's
I don't want to copy your hustle.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
No, No, I wanted to catch on though, like votainer.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
Okay, So read read Reid as a listener since nineteen
fifty seven. He says, I have worked at aarrow plantation
as a contractor and the homes are large with runway
streets for the planes. Cars can move around freely since

(01:23):
the lots are huge and traffic would not get congested.
Rich entitled hoa rulers always want to keep the castle
free of the peasants, so let them eat cake. So
there you go.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
This is nice.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
I'm taking that as a testimony.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
And this is a story about a guy who put
up a lot of lights on his house and is
encouraging people to come visit. And by the way, the
kicker on that whole story, yes, sir, the dude who's
doing it, Yeah, is Jewish. He doesn't even celebrate Christmas
except for doing the light show.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
But anybody can the lights. That's what's really good.

Speaker 3 (01:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Yeah, he loves he loves seeing people come and enjoy
the show and all that. Yeah, yeah, make people happy.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
This is oh oh, there's another one here. Walter says
many of the homes have private hangars for their planes,
much like we have a garage for our cars. If
I hold on a second, if you if you live,
if you live there, I see, I'm gonna knock myself
right off the line here. But okay, if you live there,

(02:26):
wouldn't you want to have a biplane, like a like
a yeah, like a World War One biplane, real loud engine,
stand fairly low, you know, and just and just going around.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
I mean, even if you don't live there, wouldn't you
want to have a biplane?

Speaker 1 (02:42):
Uh? I've I've toyed about that a couple of times.
But I I don't. I don't think. I I'm not
I'm not an I'm not air ready.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
I wonder, like, I wonder, if I live there, could
I buy a plane and just drive it around the
streets like a golf cart, you know, like some people drive,
Oh my gosh, drive around our neighborhoods in golf carts.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Don't don't go down this this is this is just.
These are not that. These are not the droids you're seeking.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
I just putter around, you know.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
No, I'm I'm not a golf cart guy. I'm not either,
But I'm like, I'm like militantly not golf cart guy. Like,
if you want to do it, do it. But I don't.
I don't want to drive around on a golf cart.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
No, I don't either.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
I don't.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Yeah, I find them to be I find them to
be vehicularly inferior. Uh, to drive around a neighborhood.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
I don't Calender is available twenty four to seven, three
sixty five if you want to reach out.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
I don't understand, like the I know we got people
who ride around golf carts in our neighborhood, but like,
if it's short enough to walk it, then just walk it.
If it's if it's too far, then drive it. And
you have you have full protection from the elements.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
Well that's a good point. That's a really good point. Okay,
So I'm going to go back to my original premise here. Okay,
in this time that we live, right, we see what's
going on, a lot of bad stuff is happening. A
lot of things are happening. Your guess, I want you
to guess. Order will pine on this? Given how crazy

(04:10):
the world has really become in the last like twenty
five years or so, what will the people who come
one hundred years from now, what will they say about
us here in this time?

Speaker 2 (04:25):
I think they may say something like, Wow, how did
they have all of this stuff? Because we're living in
caves and huts?

Speaker 1 (04:34):
Whoa really, We're going to be in caves and huts
in one hundred years?

Speaker 2 (04:38):
Well, I mean that's the old that's the old axiom. Yeah,
you know what do what did what do? What did
Marxists use for light before candles? Light bulbs?

Speaker 1 (04:52):
Light bulbs?

Speaker 2 (04:55):
That's the Yeah, I mean that's I mean that, I
mean I feel like that's the that's the direction a
lot of the world is going. And I mean I
think it's going to be you know, nation specific or
or territory. I guess maybe at that point, who knows.
I don't know, like I could see it going and
going badly. But I also think there's gonna be things.

(05:17):
I mean, if the you know, if if civilization exists
in some form that resembles what we have now one
hundred years from now, there I think there probably would
have been, you know, a major conflagration, if you will.
I think there will be because because I do buy

(05:39):
into the the theory, the fourth turning theory, sure that
we go through these periods of crisis every eighty years
kind of like clockwork. And it's largely because the you know,
the generation that goes through a crisis, they then make,
they find solutions, they build something, people enjoy that and

(06:00):
that's sort of your spring, right and then your summer
and fall and then people become they turn inward. They
stopped caring so much about all of the community, the
communal stuff, that they don't think that they need to
participate in all of this stuff like civic organizations. And
then of course things start decaying, they fall apart, and
then you get to that fourth cycle, the winter cycle,

(06:22):
and it's kind of like, well, we don't remember how
to fix the problems. Look at the Look at Britain
for example. Sure, they literally don't remember how to govern themselves. Right,
it's amazing because and like they got you know, Brexit,
and now it's kind of like, well what do we do?
Like these European countries, they were all right on the

(06:42):
EU and the commissioners and all of that. Yeah, like
they rely on these other people to govern them. They
don't even remember how to govern themselves.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
It's insane. It's insane. And in fact, there's a story
that I came across like about a year ago, and
I never I meant to bring it to your attention,
but I never did, And it was this, the world
is running out of sand? What the world is running
out of sand?

Speaker 2 (07:06):
That's stupid.

Speaker 1 (07:07):
Sand isn't hold on.

Speaker 2 (07:09):
There's no way have you seen how big the deserts
are hold.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
On they sand is not spread evenly throughout the world, Pete, No,
of course not. And it's a non renewable resource and
the geologic process producing it is a lot slower than
than we use it. And so we are about to

(07:32):
run out of sand? What are we going to do?

Speaker 4 (07:35):
Then?

Speaker 1 (07:36):
I I'm look, I'm I'm going over to one of
these big box stores and I'm stack.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
I'm oh, that's smart.

Speaker 1 (07:42):
I'm going to get sand because that that will be
the that will be the currency of the realm.

Speaker 2 (07:46):
You're going to be a sand hoarder, a sand prepper.

Speaker 1 (07:50):
A sand prepper. You you need to immediately claim that
I just did that. You need to immediately claim that
on your uh you know, on your.

Speaker 2 (08:00):
Put a little TM next to the term yes sand order. Okay,
So where did you see this?

Speaker 1 (08:05):
Was this at like the basilon B No, No, No,
it's it's it's been it's been regurgitated a couple of times. Right,
So in twenty nineteen they were saying the world is
running out of sand. Twenty twenty four, is the world
really running out of sandy? Yes? It is, uh, And
there's a big panic that the sand is going away.

Speaker 2 (08:22):
With a loose sand panic of twenty five.

Speaker 1 (08:25):
That's correct. So it's because I'm blaming the people who
use glass.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
Well, I have glasses. I guess I'm partly responsible.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
But also glass itself just and I have you know, I.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
Have glasses in my cupboards. I have glass in my windows.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
How about this headline? No great, the global sand crisis
examining causes so.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
Stupid for real?

Speaker 1 (08:47):
Like there are literally yes, God, that's those are it?

Speaker 2 (08:50):
By the way, do you know what's on the bottom
of the ocean? You know what's under all that water.

Speaker 5 (08:55):
Sands?

Speaker 2 (08:56):
It's sand.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
You're still harvest it. It's not possible to.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
Step talking about you can harvests too deep a big shovel.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
It's too deep.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
Have you ever heard of the mo Hole project?

Speaker 1 (09:07):
Yes? I have.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
You are the only person I have ever heard say
yes to that when I've ever had asked.

Speaker 1 (09:12):
That's me.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
I did a whole school project on it. I did
a diorama on the three.

Speaker 1 (09:17):
I got breaking news. Yeah, Minnesota Governor Walls slams chaotic
immigration operations.

Speaker 2 (09:24):
That's not breaking news. Okay, it's not. He's been saying
that for a while.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
Is he is he the biggest mole hole that you know?

Speaker 2 (09:30):
Hmmm, we have our sheriff. He digs himself holes all
the time.

Speaker 1 (09:36):
I gotta say this. I know we're we're late, but
I got to say this, Bravo with the font, bravo
with the tiny font.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
He's ridiculous. Somebody in his office needs to learn how
to just type a press release without his big fat
face on the top of every single press release. It
weighs so much ink when I print them.

Speaker 1 (09:56):
Don't do it, Pete. I think we've done all the
damage we can do and it's going to be incredible
next week. What do you say?

Speaker 2 (10:03):
He doesn't really have that big fat of a face.
That was That was a low blow. He's not. It's
just very large.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
It's a large hear I can hear. Yeah, I can
hear it. Yes, I hear it. I hear it in
your voice. All right, well, listen, you are free to
go go check out the hangars and see if you
can drive around the neighborhood over there with the with
the display.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
I got to get a plane first, but yes, all right,
have a great weekend, Pete, Callander.

Speaker 1 (10:27):
Great to be with you, all right, And I am
whatever great to be with you, guys. It's a real
pleasure to be with each and every one of you,
and I mean each and every one of you. One
oh seven nine FM WBT Charlotte's FM News talk authority

(10:50):
that we've got. You know what, let me just tell
you something here. If you want to call, give us
a shout. You can reach out to us. What is it?
It's fa. I'm still getting the number right, right, So
it is five? I have seven zero one seven nine?

Speaker 6 (11:04):
Right?

Speaker 1 (11:05):
Is that what it is? That's what it is. That's right.
So reach out, you can call us, you can talk
to us. We are fully serviceable and happy to be
here with you, no doubt about it. So let me
go to a couple of messages that we got during
this last little run. If you want to see golf carts, Comma,
you should visit the villages in Florida. That's Bill E.

(11:29):
I agree with you on this, Bill. I agree with you.
I'm not I don't want to drive a golf a
golf cart. Golf carts are not for me. I'm just
not that kind of person. I don't mind walking. I
think walking is fine, but I do see people who
live in my neighborhood and are adjacent to my neighborhood

(11:49):
who will drive at all hours of the night in
their golf carts, And I always think it's I'm like, well,
what's that all about?

Speaker 7 (11:58):
Wait?

Speaker 1 (11:58):
Why are you on the golf cart? Why what are you?
What are you doing out there? I would just fire
up the car, especially now and it's cold as I'll
get out, right, that's what you want to have happen.
So you want to see what's going on there. Got
a message coming in from Frankie b he he installs
glass L O L. Well, yeah, that was the conversation

(12:21):
we were doing with Peach just a couple of minutes ago.
We were talking about whether or not there's a shortage
of of of sand. We are we are, we are
dealing with a sand crisis. The Great Sand Crisis is happening.
Take sand from the ocean to lower the sea, to
end the sand shortage. By Bob, that's a very practical

(12:42):
offer that you've got going on right there. Also, that's
like saying we're out of air spaceballs anyone. That's great,
that's that is absolutely great. And then finally we have
I love it, I hate E five. That's that's the

(13:03):
that's the whole thing. That's what that's that's Pam the
jam has got this thing absolutely in perfect, perfect union
with all of us. And that's what is That's what
is so so fun, so great, so awesome all at
the same time. All Right, I want you guys to
hear this. This is cut number forty one. This is

(13:23):
a guy called Ted lou Ted Lou is a is
a Southern California feller, and he's you know, he doesn't
like Donald Trump, hates Donald Trump, has hated him for
a very long time. And here's what he's saying about
what Donald Trump is trying to do with the with
the with the taking of the Venezuelan boats and whatnot.

(13:47):
Forty one go. I think Donald Trump is trying to
distract the American people from the real issues facing ordinary Americans,
such an ass grocery prices and health care prices and
electricity costs. Gas prices would be the most important thing
for you in California, Congressman lou and you should be

(14:10):
way lower than you are right now, because I'll tell
you this, I love buying gasoline here in South Carolina.
I love buying gasoline in North Carolina. I like buying
gasoline if I'm in Tennessee or I'm in Georgia. I
love it Virginia absolutely. I love paying for gas in
the way it is now, you know, distributed out on

(14:33):
the West coast is to tell you it was the
best coast. It's not the best coast. This is the
best coast, by the way. And so you go out
there and it's five dollars and twenty eight cents a gallon?
What is that? What is that? Why is it that
these maniacs decide, you know what, I'm gonna stay here.

(14:55):
I'm not going to bail out on California. I bailed
out on California. You folks that are still stuck there,
you should be bailing out on California as well. Why
is that you should be bailing out on California Because
regardless of when you leave, he's going to try to
tax you when you move to the other parts of
the country. And that's a that's a that is I

(15:16):
think one of the most unconstitutional things in the world.
Plus on top of that, you've got rampant crime, You've
got failing infrastructure. Did you see. I don't know if
anybody caught this on the on the news about an
hour and a half ago. But there was a massive
explosion in the in the Bay Area and it was,
you know, some sort of a gas explosion that that

(15:37):
was visible for miles and miles around. They try to
tell you, Gavin Newsom tries to tell you that the
greatest place you could live is in California. He's living
in another time and he's also living in his own
little fortress. He understands full well what is going on.
You have deterioration taking place, and you have a massive

(16:01):
underclass of people that you rely on for zero labor
or cheap labor. And that is absolutely what it is
that's happening here. Okay, California is a once upon a
time place. Nobody wants to move to California at the
stage of the game, unless you are fabulously wealthy or

(16:23):
you're trying to flee from some other place. But I
look at this, and I look at Gavin Newsom, and
I'm telling you right now, I'll call it. He is
going to be the nominee for the presidency in twenty
twenty eight. It's guaranteed. I don't want him to be
that guy. But they are so dumb. They will nominate

(16:43):
another Californian again, who is so out of touch when
it relates to the American people. This guy really thinks
he can do this. And I will give you, I
will give you the pecking order. It will be Gavin Newsom.
The second person will be uh, Josh Shapiro, and the

(17:04):
third person will be Ribs. Ribs will be the guy
that's going to be the vice president for one of
those two guys, whether it's Josh Shapiro or whether it's
Gavin Newsom, they will take Ribs and and he's gonna
he's gonna make a huge mess if there ever was one.
Put it, put it in the book bookmarket, and then

(17:28):
come back to me and tell me how right I was.
And I am Brett Literable. Great to be with you.
Check in, check in, check in, give us a call.
Let us know what where you're calling in from. All

(17:48):
this sort of stuff. When you call in to talk
about the different topics that we've got, just let it,
let us know where you're at. I'm just very curious.
Charlotte FM News Talk one O seven nine WBT. Let's
go and take a peek at something that I think
is really particularly interesting. And what that is, of course,

(18:09):
is the state of our country. Right, So Treasury is
ratcheting up investigations against guess who, that's right, the governor
of the state of Minnesota. Treasury is ratcheting up the investigations. Now,
who's responsible for the investigations. That would be a guy

(18:32):
who you're not going to be able to get away from,
and that is Scott Bessant. Scott Bessant is like a
dog with a bone on this situation. The Treasury Department
is now targeting businesses that people use to wire money
to family members abroad as the Trump administration ratchets up

(18:54):
the investigations into fraud within Minnesota's Somali community, Treasury secret
Harry Scott bessen said today on Friday, President Donald Trump
has targeted the Somali and diaspora in Minnesota with immigration
enforcement actions and has made a series of disparaging comments

(19:15):
about the community. He has said that the state is
a hub of fraudulent money and laundering activity, though there
have been little evidence for that claim. That's what they're saying. Well,
the new action was prompted in part by a series
of fraud cases. Wait a minute, there's no fraud here

(19:38):
except for the fraud cases that are happening, which means
it's not just a Somalia thing. It's not just a
Somali thing. It's not that at all. It's the American
taxpayers getting the money that goes across the oceans, and
there's nobody who's accountable for this. Just last night I

(19:59):
was watching waters World, right, and what was he doing.
He broke down a number of these cases that were
indicative of how these things were going. You had people
who were traveling to the Maldives to party and to
drink and to party even more. There is definitely fraud

(20:20):
that exists. It cannot be zero, just like it cannot
be one hundred. That's the thing that we're dealing with here.
So the new action was prompted in part by a
series of fraud cases, including a nonprofit called Feeding Our
Future that's not made up that actually happened, accused of

(20:40):
stealing pandemic aid meant for school meals. Prosecutors have put
the losses at three hundred million dollars. It's three hundred
million dollars a big deal. I think three hundred million
dollars is a very big deal. I think it's insane.
I think it's bonkers. Three hundred million dollars. The new

(21:04):
action was prompted in part by a series of fraud cases.
So they're not making that up. That's the that's not
what they they pinned on you. That's an actual piece
of evidence. Besant has pointed to a report by conservative
news outlet City Journal, which claimed that taxpayer dollars from

(21:28):
defrauded government programs flowed to al Shabab. Al Shabab is horrible.
They are the al Qaeda wing of that organization in Somalia,
so they got the al Qaeda hook up militant groups

(21:50):
that control parts of Somalia. And of course the report
sites unnamed sources, and the allegations have not been substantiated,
but federal secutors have not charged any of the defendants
with supporting terrorists. So what's going on here? Well, on
Friday today, Besen said on social media that the Treasury

(22:13):
Department will soon issue and order requiring money wire services
that people use to send money to Somalia to submit
additional verification with treasure. Here's the problem, and I talked
about this last week. The problem is people who use

(22:33):
the Huala systems are doing that because they tell you
that you're not allowed to make money on money, in
other words, interest, it's not permitted in the Islamic culture.
So what happens is you have to figure out a
way to get the money all the way over there.

(22:55):
And so where do they go. They don't go to
Western Union, they don't go to any of those other
places like that. Where they go is they say, Okay,
we're going to just send the money through the howala system,
and that's what they do. The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network,
a treasury arm that combats financial crimes like money laundering

(23:16):
and terrorism financing, will be deployed to assist in the effort.
Besin said, So they're going to check all of these things.
The problem is the problem is a lot of the
hawala systems are not they're not formally connected to anything.

(23:36):
They're just it's people that are just kicking money back
and forth that was supposed to go away back in
two thousand and one. In two thousand and two, do
you guys remember the bad old days of Hey, what
books are you reading? Hey, look at the library, Hey
what's going on here? I'm old enough to remember when
we were hit by on nine to eleven, and then

(23:59):
suddenly we had to all prove who we were, where
we were, where are money's coming from, et cetera, et cetera,
et cetera. But here's the thing that I am going
to demand, and I am going to demand this very
very clearly and very very closely. It's this. If they
stole three hundred million dollars out of the system, that

(24:22):
means that they got that money and they got to
utilize it and do whatever they wanted to do until
they were just absolutely happy as a as a clam.
But here's the thing. It's not three hundred million dollars.
It's not three hundred million dollars at all. It's three
hundred million dollars plus plus plus because the money was used, right,

(24:47):
So you don't just owe us three hundred million dollars.
You owe us probably something in the neighborhood of three
hundred and seventy five million dollars or four hundred million
dollars because you guys have played with this money for
all of those years. This is the problem that we have.
Why are we not telling a guy like Walls that

(25:10):
you're finished? When are you going to see him get indicted.
Donald Trump got indicted like seventeen times every every two weeks.
They were trying to put him in jail. Is Walls
completely able to just walk between the raindrops? How does
that work? It does? It doesn't make any sense. The

(25:33):
Democratic Party is operating in very very dark, dark areas here.
And what I mean by that is Walls is not
coming clean. You know who else isn't coming clean? Chuck
Schumer isn't coming clean. Chuck Schumer says, yeah, well, you know,
the shutdown hurts people, but it helps the Democrats. He

(25:56):
bragged about that with Morning Schmo over on MS and
miss Now and do you know what else Chuck Schumer
did And I'm gonna you're gonna hear this later on
in the programs. Chuck Schumer took money from who Nick,
you got any kind of a guess? And he I
just guess, guest, guess he got it from Epstein? He

(26:20):
got he got money from Epstein. That hasn't really been
talked about, that hasn't been looked at. Maybe Chuck Schumer
needs to go under the microscope. Maybe we have to
figure out what's going on here, because you know and
I know that they jacked up Donald Trump six ways
from Sunday. Well, mister Walls, Governor Walls, Hello, Walls. The

(26:45):
Walls are starting to come in and get compacted. You're
gonna have to have a better answer than what it
is that you're doing right now. That's all I'm saying.
That's all I'm saying. You're gonna have to have better
answers about where this money came from and when you
found out about it. Because three hundred million dollars is

(27:07):
three hundred million dollars plus the interest that we never
got back, period full stop. So let's let's just be
honest here and let's just be focused here that this
is the sort of stuff that we have to deal
with and that we have to understand. It's not a
free ride. It's not a free ride at all. We

(27:29):
have to show people that we're serious about keeping our
house in order. I'm Brettwiinnable. I approve this message one
seventy nine FMWBT Charlotte's FM News Talk. It is great

(27:51):
to be with you as we look at some of
the other big stories that are that are happening here.
And you know, one of the things when when we side,
we're not going to prosecute people because of whatever explanation
you know comes your way. We are have we have
to be in the position where we're gonna call them out,

(28:11):
where we're gonna say, listen, there are people who are
not following the rules. There are people who are not
in any way, shape or form, uh that are supposed
to do these sorts of things. Let me let me
give you a particular story. Okay, I was talking to
my son who is on his way back to our area,

(28:33):
and he said that he had a close friend of
his that was killed by someone who likely had an
illegal issued CDL. Now this is a terrible story, but
this is happening all around the country because and I

(28:53):
saw that Duffy Secretary Duffy for Transportation was doing an
evailility earlier today. And what they're saying is they are
going to deny money to the states that do not
verify the CDLs that are out there. And New York
happens to be the biggest plumb sort of thing where

(29:16):
you've got a bunch of people that are driving around
and it's not just it's not just CDLs for tractor trailers,
it's also people who are driving buses that are not
qualified or not vetted to do this sort of stuff. Now,
this is something that is basic. And when you think

(29:39):
about what we're looking at at this day and age,
one of the things we're looking at is this. We
are looking at a story that is a lie. If
you do not have a CDL and you are driving
a truck or you are driving a bus, you ought

(30:00):
to be arrested if you're not qualified for that job.
We have seen time and time again people on the left,
the hard left, the Biden left, the Harris left, the
Walls left, you know, the left of left, people who

(30:21):
turn their eyes away and they don't care if somebody
gets killed because they want to get their piece of
the action, period, full stop. And so at some point
these people need to be indicted and they need to
be brought to justice, and it's got to be done

(30:43):
at the federal level because you cannot trust. I mean,
think about this. If you have somebody who is driving
on a fake CDL and they kill somebody here in
Charlotte or environs, is Gary McFadden gonna gonna hold them

(31:04):
to account or is he gonna say no, no, no,
we're not doing that. I'm not calling ice I'm not
locking these people up. I'm not doing any of that stuff.
What is the purpose? What is the purpose? When it
comes to government, Government is supposed to operate in the
sphere that says, Okay, if you violate the law, you're

(31:26):
gonna be held to account. Drunk driving, distracted driving, a
guy driving a stolen car, people who were racing, doing
all the sort of stuff that you imagine, Right, You've
seen all of that stuff happen on all of our highways,
on all of the freeways, on all of these things, right,

(31:46):
and so could you imagine if you have somebody who's
racing down eighty five and they cause an accident and
somebody loses their life, and then all of a sudden,
the law enforcement people come up and they go, yeah,
they're illegal. I can't take them into custody. I'm not
gonna do anything. Well that's what that's what the the

(32:08):
sheriff does. And when when Ice shows up, he doesn't cooperate.
You see, this is the problem. This is the problem
these people who operate from a from a lawless paradigm
where they say, well, we can't put this guy into

(32:28):
but look, what's his name? The guy who went down
to El Salvador came back. We know he's a criminal.
He was smuggling people in, but now they're letting him out.
Some Obama judge is letting this guy out. You know,
a Brego Garcia, right, he got a he got an
audience with a senator. They were knocking back surveysas and

(32:51):
they were laughing and having a good time and all
that sort of stuff. Try that. If you're just a
regular American, you try that. If you're a woman, if
you're a male, if you're a declined to state, whatever
that is. But imagine that you get pulled over and
you say, hey, I want the Abrego Garcia ticket. That's

(33:13):
what I want. You guys got to hook me up.
There is either justice or injustice. There's no middle ground.
Either justice is being served or it is not being served.
And so when you look at these people who don't care,
who don't respect the laws, and when you see people

(33:37):
who are running organizations that also don't respect the laws,
we're cooked. I mean, that's what this is. It breaks
one's heart to see what it is that people have

(33:58):
to go through. And yet the bidens, the harrises, the
walls is these people who are fabulously wealthy through whatever
means they have, Nancy Pelosi, These people are fabulously wealthy.
While they would turn their back on you in a minute.

(34:21):
Why because they don't believe that you are as equal
as they are. They believe that they are more equal
than you. And do you know where that came from, George, orwell,
that came from animal farm. Some animals are more equal

(34:44):
than others. That's not how the system is supposed to
be played. That's not how the system is supposed to function.
That's not how this should be. So when somebody unfortunately
loses their life on a highway, when somebody unfortunately loses
their life on a freeway on a surface street, and

(35:05):
you find out that those people were not supposed to
be in the United States, and those people were not
supposed to be driving a CDL, they were not supposed
to be driving a bus. What is the place where
you go to get that remedied? Where do you go?

(35:26):
It's a sh It's an absolute shame, and it's an
absolute sin. We have to understand that we're on our
own to a large degree unless you can write a
big fat check to a big fat Democrat. Maybe I'm
wrong I'll take the call. I'll take the call. That's

(35:47):
one hour down. We got two to go. Oh, I
got three because I'm in for breaking Brett Jensen as well.
I'm excited. Stick around, give it some.

Speaker 8 (36:15):
Relax, don't do it.

Speaker 1 (36:31):
Charlotte's FM News Talk one oh seven point nine WBT.
It's a pleasure to be with you. Hour number two underway,
and I've been remiss in taking the calls, so i
want to reach out one of my favorite people. Whenever
he calls any he makes us smarter, and it is
Spencer joining us here on the program. Spencer, Welcome to
the show.

Speaker 7 (36:51):
How are you doing.

Speaker 1 (36:53):
I'm doing well. Thanks for holding on that whole hour.
I'm sorry about that.

Speaker 9 (36:57):
Okay, I have information about UH Aero Plantation.

Speaker 1 (37:03):
Okay, what do you got.

Speaker 9 (37:05):
Well, the guy that started that place, his name is
Jim Nisbitt and him and his his brother w Oden
is that started a metal company in Monroe called all Back.
They they did UH all Vacuum metal Processing and they

(37:29):
did UH exotic alloys for UH seven of Boy and
seven O seven's Jimmy spacecraft, and a whole bunch of
other stuff. He was an instrument rated pilot him and
his wife both and they had a whole bunch of

(37:52):
land that had been inherited uh all over Waxall and
Monroe and Van White, South Carolina. And I mean they
had bunches of land. And that Arrow Plantation was a
farm that uh uh Jim Nisbet had obtained and he

(38:17):
put a put a runway on on the place.

Speaker 1 (38:20):
Wow.

Speaker 9 (38:21):
And it was just his huge mansion and his runway,
and him and his wife would fly all over the
United States. As a matter of fact, his wife was
in the Powderpuff Derby.

Speaker 1 (38:33):
The powder Puff.

Speaker 9 (38:35):
Racing airplanes, and unfortunately in uh, let's see when it
was at sixty seven, uh, she died in a plane
crash in powder Puff Derby race. The reason I know
all this stuff is because I dated his.

Speaker 1 (38:55):
Daughter twice, Oh my god. Wow.

Speaker 9 (38:59):
And all of his all of his uh children and
their cousins and stuff. We all uh played together in
Van Wike, South Carolina. So I know this place and
I know uh, you know, he started the aeroplantation with houses,

(39:21):
uh you know, like in the seventies.

Speaker 1 (39:24):
Well that's a lot mm hmm.

Speaker 9 (39:27):
And and everybody in those in those houses was required
to have an airplane.

Speaker 1 (39:32):
Wow. That's incredible. Now, now, did it have to be
a functioning airplane or was it just would it just
be an airplane?

Speaker 9 (39:39):
It had to be a functioning airplane and you had
to be a rated pilot.

Speaker 1 (39:43):
Holy cow, that's amazing. That's great information.

Speaker 9 (39:50):
And he also started a company, uh A finance uh
A money management company and Charlotte called Capital Technology.

Speaker 1 (40:02):
Wow. Well, that that's that's great. That is great information, Spencer.
I appreciate you calling on the on the program today
and uh, you know, flesh and that stuff out and
I hope you have a very nice holiday season. I'm
a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Thanks
for thanks for being out there. Spencer. It's always gonna talk.
You got it, You got it absolutely. See. Now, look,

(40:24):
we we get we get good information from people. That's always.
That's always a positive. It's better than it beats the alternative,
right in terms of what we're what we're looking at,
and what we're trying to trying to accomplish. Uh in
that regard as as well. Also, did you guys see
the story earlier today where there is going to be

(40:47):
a monument that is being built to the victims of
people who were not supposed to be in the country.
That's that's right. There's a there, there is an effort
under way to memorialize the people who lost their lives
at the hands of people who should not have been

(41:08):
in the country. And I think that's I think that's
a pretty important thing to do because we have these
people who have lost their lives in so many different
in so many different ways. Drunk drivers and people who
shouldn't be behind the wheel at all, who maybe don't

(41:29):
even know how to drive, or any of that sort
of stuff. To me, I think it's very important to
have a monument for the notion of those people who
have lost their lives by being trespassers in the United States.
And it's not being mean, it's not being cruel, it's
not being any of that sort of stuff. But for

(41:49):
goodness sakes, when you decide that you're going to bring
in what was the number yesterday, I said it was
fifty three million people who had come in to the
United States. That is a massive number. And if you're
willing to vet the people, then you would be able

(42:11):
to say, Okay, you're not allowed to come in because
of whatever else is happening. But the fact of the
matter is we have got to understand that there are
people who live and work among us who are wonderful,
people who emigrated properly, who did all the good stuff
that they were supposed to do, paid paid the fees,

(42:33):
did all this other stuff, and then you have a
group of people who are basically gate crashers. I always
use the analogy. It's a very simple analogy. You buy
yourself a nice concert ticket with your beloved and you're
going out there to see the show. You get into
the you get into the auditorium, or you get into
the theater, or you get into the stadium, and you

(42:54):
find that those seats have been occupied not by people
who have tickets for those seats, but they just want
to be in those seats because they feel like they
deserve it. That's not how the system works. There's there
is a lawlessness and there is a lawfulness. And my

(43:15):
default position is always the lawfulness, not the lawlessness. I think,
I think I've got it. It's the Brett Waterboll Show.
Good to be with you, okay. I I am rethinking

(43:42):
my my life choices. I am rethinking my life choices
on a couple of different fronts and I and I
got to just share this with you guys. Okay, I'm
a I understand that it's winter, but what we're about
to get is more than winter. This is going to

(44:02):
be horrific. What is coming this way? The observer today
brace for coldest day yet this season in Charlotte with
a low of Go ahead and guess Nick, what temperature
will it be? What will the low be that they're

(44:23):
talking about here in Charlotte. Tell me what you think
it is.

Speaker 6 (44:28):
Well, it's not fair because I have the weather report
in front of me from the newsroom.

Speaker 1 (44:33):
Okay, it's sixteen.

Speaker 2 (44:35):
That's brutal degrees.

Speaker 1 (44:36):
Brutal sixteen. Look, look sixteen? What is that? We are
in the south? Are we not in the South? I mean,
I know we're you know, latitude and longitude and all
this kind of stuff, But my gosh, what the heck
is this? An Arctic air mass is expected to reach

(44:59):
the Charlotte area on Sunday, resulting in temperatures low enough
to cause pipes to freeze and burst. Why why Charlotte's
low Sunday night will be sixteen degrees. That's not that's

(45:23):
not a temperature that you could double it and it's
still a terrible number. Like, I'm not I'm this is
no good for me. I don't like this. Charlotte's low
Sunday night will be sixteen degrees and the high Monday
will be thirty eight. Ooh, can I can I wear

(45:44):
my Can I wear my tank top to work on
that thirty eight degree day? According to the National Weather Service,
lows will remain below freezing Monday night twenty one degrees
Tuesday night thirty degrees. It will be even colder in

(46:05):
rock Hill, a low of fourteen degrees expected Sunday night.
The mountains, we'll see extremes that qualify as dangerous, with
a low of three degrees Sunday night in Newland and

(46:29):
five in Boone. Wind chills in the mountains could hit
zero to minus ten. What are what are we? Are
we in hath? Are we in hath? Are we going
to have to get those things? And what is this?

(46:50):
This is not agreeable. I'm not with this. You know,
it's like eighty one degrees out in Hawaii right now,
eighty one degrees. Water pipes can freeze and expand when
the outdoor temperature threatens to drop to twenty degrees fahrenheit.

(47:11):
You know what, I'm gonna have to go and get?
What am I gonna do? Okay, So here's what I'm
gonna have to go do. I'm gonna have to go
and try to find those noodles. You know, those noodles
that you have for the pool. I'm gonna have to
go find like five hundred of those things and then
just put them on all all of my different pipes
that I've got. And that's what I'm gonna have to do.

Speaker 8 (47:29):
This.

Speaker 1 (47:29):
This is crazy. I mean, I know it's winter. Yes
it's winter, but really it's not winter winter. It's technically
not even winter yet. Isn't winter like the twentieth or whenever?
I don't, I don't, I don't. I don't like this
at all. These wins usher in the coldest era of

(47:51):
the season, no doubt, confidence is increasing that the entire
area drops into the mid to lower teens east of
the mountains and single digits in the mountains. Stay away
from the mountains.

Speaker 6 (48:09):
Like I would.

Speaker 1 (48:10):
You know what I think I may be I may
be checking in from I may just go to the beach.
I may just go check in from the beach and
say Nick, I'm at I'm at the beach and I
can't go in the water because it's too cold. Mountain
wind gusts could could come in with the front at
forty miles an hour, and this is this is we

(48:32):
have got to stop this. I'm sorry. We have got
to change this up. We cannot. I'm not I'm not
bracing for this kind of stuff. And I know, I
know people are probably saying, Okay, you're such a wimp.
Don't be a wimp. No, once you get to like
twelve degrees, there is no there is no you know

(48:53):
what it is. And I and I and I, for
the life of me, I don't understand why why people
aren't panicking. I am. I like to pre panic in
advance because then I know what's then I know what's
coming our way. Oh okay, trying to win me over.

(49:15):
It's good time to snuggle with your kiddie and the
cats too, is it. Maybe let's see. Oh okay, we
got a message. This is an important message coming in,
uh Brett, this is me right now. Four fourteen degrees fahrenheit.
No good, Oh, that's Anchorage, Alaska. Come on now, Alaska

(49:38):
is its own thing that you can't use. Alaska Alaska
is no good. Oh boy, Mike is taking a shot
at me. You better stop it. You're starting to sound
like a liberal talking about work. I just can't no,
I'm dude, this is this is going to be very cold.

(50:01):
What happened to Jim? I haven't heard from him in
a long time, says Jenny. Jim, if you're out there listening,
he may not know that the signal changed. He may
not know, Jim. If you're out there, I have to
I have to summon him. Jim. If you're out there,
please check in with us. Let's see what else we
got here. I was skeptical about the change to one

(50:26):
oh seven point nine in McBee driving to dirty Myrtle
and you're going strong. Ninety nine to three signal is
toast eleven ten is legib okay? I that's that seems
like it was a coded message. I mean, this is

(50:47):
this is, this is amazing. Like I just I'm I'm
all about all of this stuff that we get to
do here. Now you tell me, you tell me, are
you gonna make some kind of a special preparation for
the cold that's coming our way? I mean, Mike, Mike,
I'm looking at you Mike, I want to know what
your special preparation is going to be. And don't tell

(51:08):
me that that you know you're you're just gonna go
out there and cut the grass. No way, Oh Brett. Okay,
good point, This really good point from Corey Brett. You
would actually be warmer in the water than when you
were out of the water. I don't want to be
in the water, period, full stop. That's it. That's not
my What do they say? What do the kids say?

(51:29):
What do they always say? Oh, that's not my jam?
Is it not my jam? Or is it my jam?
You tell me, we'll take the calls. I'm Brett Whitterbule.
I've approved this segment. We get messages, we get messages

(51:52):
over at the WBC text line. Let me tell you.
Let's see. I got a guy who just says, Mike says,
I do like the new signal. Its lot clearer here
in Gastonia. If the fifty thousand watts was a blowtorch,
I would guess that that makes the one hundred thousand
watts a flamethrower. Yes, that is true, And he says,
my prep includes making sure of all my availability lines

(52:16):
are covered and will probably put a heat belt on
my well head inside my well house. Wow, I wish
I had a heat thing for my well house. That
would be pretty cool. All right, I'm gonna go out
on the phones line number three. Jim in San Diego. Jim.

(52:38):
People have been clamoring for you. They have been asking
where is Jim, Where is Jim? What is he doing? So?
Where in the world is Jim? Welcome to the show.

Speaker 10 (52:49):
Yep, I'm still in the same place, still suck behind
the newsome curtain. But I've been busy working for somebody
else for wages for about a week.

Speaker 1 (52:57):
Oh good, good, good to know, good to know.

Speaker 10 (53:00):
Yeah, that's all. I just was kind of confining. But
I was sitting right there getting ready to call when
Jenny clamored for me.

Speaker 1 (53:09):
So, well, see how you got it? See that's that's
that's how it goes.

Speaker 10 (53:12):
Perfect timing, Yes, sir.

Speaker 1 (53:14):
So what's on your mind?

Speaker 10 (53:17):
Well, about a week ago, I think it's been a week. Yeah,
that it was announced that the USS Nimics is being
prepared for decommissioning. And it's I know this is tangential
and everything. There's a lot of things going on, but
this is important. This is an important story because the

(53:37):
Nimts class represents a hallmark in a naval aviation, which
is the backbone of the ability of America to project
its influence around the globe. But the Nimits it was
the first time you ever heard the term supercarrier. It
came from the us S Nimics. The Enterprise was the

(54:00):
first nuclear power of aircraft carrier, but it had engineering
limitations and flaws that didn't allow it to be able
to be mass produced and in the numbers that the
Nimitts class carriers were produced. For example, one of the
limitations is it only has four reactors. The Enterprise the

(54:21):
four reactors and the Nimtz class carriers have eight. So
that is that the ability to change out and have redundancy,
safety and redundancy systems that allow it to stay on
station for uh for a long period of time. So
the Newport News, when the key was being laid down,
the mindset and the Admiralty made it a point to

(54:46):
let everybody know, we're going to make a lot of these.
We have to have this one done right. The sign
over everybody's head, the sign of in the real world
and in their minds was if it's not right until
it's right. Everything on the limits was done and checked,
the quality assurance, everything was baked in to make sure

(55:08):
that the contract would be rolled over to the Ford,
the Vincent, and all of the other ones that are
INMS class carriers. We have I think six of them now,
five or six of them that are an IMUS class
And that's because the care and the pride that was
taken to make the limits last and be durable and
be a venerable platform was uh was put in place

(55:32):
from the beginning, from the first to the steel beams
that made the keel. Everybody was on their best, on
their best footing.

Speaker 1 (55:39):
So so let me ask you, when when it gets decommissioned,
where's it gonna go.

Speaker 10 (55:44):
They will become a museum. Somebody will definitely make it
a museum. They will uh there, there's probably your your
cousin is probably part of the uh uh petitioning of
cures all over the country to try to get that
platform to become a museum somewhere, to get the funding

(56:06):
and get the uh maybe even a municipal referendum to
have it brought to somebody's great city. Maybe even Charlotte
will be able.

Speaker 1 (56:14):
To well, Charlotte is I mean, it's not gonna be
a Charlotte because we don't have I mean, we don't
have that kind of we don't have a.

Speaker 9 (56:22):
Port like that.

Speaker 10 (56:24):
Charter with you people think big.

Speaker 1 (56:27):
All right, Jim, I'm gonna think about that and thank
you for thank you for bringing that to our attention.
And we really appreciate you calling on the program today.
Thanks so much, man, Thank you. Yeah, you got it.

Speaker 9 (56:38):
All right.

Speaker 1 (56:38):
Well, let's let's stay in the neighborhood. Yankee Joe Line one.
What's on your mind? Yankee Joe?

Speaker 7 (56:45):
Get afternoon, great bread, winnable. Actually, you know what, for
the weather you guys are receiving, you can do something
that San Diego and North Carolina have in commons this weekend.
What's that is the return of Philip Rivers.

Speaker 1 (56:58):
Here we go, Here we going. Your thoughts on that
go ahead?

Speaker 7 (57:04):
Well I was talking about that, but I think you know,
it just shows you.

Speaker 1 (57:08):
Are you okay? Sorry?

Speaker 7 (57:09):
I'm running?

Speaker 1 (57:10):
Are you?

Speaker 7 (57:10):
Are you?

Speaker 1 (57:11):
What are you doing? Stop running?

Speaker 7 (57:13):
Stops running unless bigger and do a run.

Speaker 10 (57:16):
Oh my god.

Speaker 7 (57:17):
But I think the quality of play has gone down
so bad. Some games are just purely unwatchable. Got a
guy off the shelf. It's a lot better than the
guy on the field right now. So that's what we
have going on. I was gonna tell you about the
foreign thing as far.

Speaker 1 (57:32):
As riving, all right, wait can you can you stop running?

Speaker 7 (57:34):
Wait?

Speaker 1 (57:34):
Wait? Can you stop running for just a quick second
because it sounds.

Speaker 7 (57:40):
But as far as the foreign thing, yes, when I
was stationed in Japan, if you got to a car
accident as a foreigner, you're forty percent that fault, no
matter if your fault or not.

Speaker 1 (57:52):
Wow.

Speaker 7 (57:53):
Because if you were not there, the accident would have
never happened. And I remember there was this party Karachi
Gooood Tokyo. It's called Karachi Goop Park, and I used
to go there a lot, and it had this park
over there, but a lot of Middle Easterners used to
hang out of at Okay and all of a sudden,
these sides came up over there and said English, Spanish,

(58:16):
you know, Korean, all different languages. If you're not here
of legal status, you shall leave immediately.

Speaker 1 (58:24):
Wow.

Speaker 7 (58:25):
And so you can't say you didn't understand the language.
And he used to have this end of year show
in Japan. It was pretty amusing actually that when people
were at home or work or whatever the case is.
These agents would show up and it was on films.
I think it's just mosaic. You know, cover up the
face and didn't matter if you're in pajamas or you're
in swim trucks. If you didn't have your papers, you'd

(58:48):
have to leave the country immediately. Whoa judge, jury and
you had to go. And the thing is though, that
you think it's tough here. Even the military, when we're countries,
we just don't show up and.

Speaker 1 (58:59):
Say here you are sure, sure we have we have.

Speaker 7 (59:03):
Things we have to do, and actually there and you'll
put you onders.

Speaker 11 (59:07):
I was one time and it was funny because I
had my pass.

Speaker 7 (59:12):
When I did everything.

Speaker 1 (59:13):
Yeah, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry, Yankee, Joe,
I'm losing you man, I'm sorry. I appreciate the call.
But that that's a very interesting, uh turn of events.
There very interesting Tony reaching out saying if they couldn't
turn Enterprise into a museum, Nimmets won't be one. There

(59:33):
are also ten Nimets class carriers from Tony on that
on that regard, all right, stick around, we're gonna we're
gonna get a break. In here for a quick second.
I'm gonna come back. I'm gonna talk to Stan, and
I want to talk to anybody else who's on the
line right now. Okay, all right, you're listening to the
Brett whitterbul Show. Oh it's the Great Winnable Show. Charlotte

(01:00:07):
FF News Talk one oh seven point nine WBT. Let's
jump out and talk to Stan online two. Stan, welcome
to the program.

Speaker 5 (01:00:15):
Okay, bra I read this some of the highlights of
the Tyler Robinson trial, the person who was accused of
shooting fascinating.

Speaker 7 (01:00:23):
Charlie Kirk right.

Speaker 5 (01:00:24):
And there were some judges rulings that was just like
I thought, I will keep at an alternate universe. First,
he said they couldn't shoot. They was in allow cameras,
but they couldn't shoot any images that showed him in shackles.

Speaker 3 (01:00:37):
Right.

Speaker 5 (01:00:38):
Secondly, somebody noticed the cameras were showing him in restraint, so.

Speaker 9 (01:00:42):
He did that.

Speaker 5 (01:00:42):
But then there's one rulings that he made that he
said that he said that he would be able to
wear civilian clothing, specifically to avoid prejudicing jurors by portraying
him as a prisoner.

Speaker 1 (01:01:00):
Well, that's not uncommon when you have criminal cases, like
even O J when he was when he was put
on trial, he was wearing a suit every day. I mean,
I can see I can see where they would be like, Okay,
we're not gonna let him, you know, wear fancy stuff.

(01:01:22):
But you know, I think at this stage of the
game that that's probably that's probably what they're trying to say,
is because if you're putting him in the seat, you're
you're putting him behind the eight ball, is what it is.
What I'm guessing that that the that the defense attorney
would say, Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:01:38):
But at a certain point, aren't you just like, okay,
but he's a prisoner. You would expect he would be
a prisoner.

Speaker 9 (01:01:43):
You know.

Speaker 5 (01:01:43):
It's like, yeah, I almost think I'll think that, like
almost they have like a mangoni here, and they're gonna
take it.

Speaker 1 (01:01:48):
Well, he Luigi Luigi wears street clothes. He doesn't have
his uh yeah, these guys have they have Yeah, I mean,
it's look, it's very frustrating. I I'm trying to remember.
So I was a member of a jury in the
Bronx back in the in the nineties, and it was

(01:02:12):
a murder It was a murder case. Right, and and
I'm trying to remember the guy, the guy who was
there that was the ultimately he was convicted. He had
street clothes on too. So it's I think they do
it because they don't want you to put it in
your mind that you're going to be biased by the thing.
And if and if you did have him in the
in the orange jumpsuit, that that might be a cause

(01:02:34):
for you know, appeal, But hey, you put him, you
put him looking.

Speaker 5 (01:02:39):
Yeah, if they're trying to avoid anybody, I have one
more question for you.

Speaker 1 (01:02:43):
Go ahead.

Speaker 5 (01:02:45):
You were talking about the weather while ago. Yeah, and
I told it was going to be the question for you.
So would you rather have the government regulate the weather
or have it be twelve degrees?

Speaker 1 (01:02:57):
Oh, I'd rather I'd rather have a twelve degree because
because eventually this too shall pass. I mean at some point, right,
it's not going to be like that forever. The government
would would screw it up and would make it. They
would break them. They would break the weather.

Speaker 5 (01:03:12):
God do something.

Speaker 1 (01:03:14):
They would break the weather. They'd be like, God, sorry
it's broken. We can't do anything. But don't worry about it.
Just give us more money and we'll try to fix
it for you.

Speaker 5 (01:03:24):
Always enjoyed, so you take care enough.

Speaker 1 (01:03:25):
Hey, hey, hold on, hold on, I got to ask
you a question. Yeah, what do you think of the
of the decision that came out with Michael Jordan and
and and the UH and the and the races.

Speaker 5 (01:03:38):
Well, you know, I've always thought that, just to a
certain extent, that people try when they have a business,
they try to eliminate, to eliminate competition and and try
them and you like the outcome to give certain people advantages,
and they always do that. And I think that what
we're going to come out of this is gonna be
some kind of hybrid because I do I do think
I've always thought that giving certain teams because they've always

(01:04:01):
been in. I think, no matter what you did in
the past, you've got to come out to day. You
got to earn it today, and if you don't, you
don't get in.

Speaker 1 (01:04:07):
Yeah. Good point.

Speaker 5 (01:04:08):
I think that's a better competition model.

Speaker 1 (01:04:11):
That's a great idea. I love it. Good stuff, Stan,
I always like talking to you, man. Thanks enjoying the weekend. Yeah,
you got it. Caffeine like compound in dark chocolate tied
to slower biological aging. Wooh, So we have the ability

(01:04:31):
to do this thing, which is pretty good. New research.
This is from Everyday Health. New research suggests that a
chemical compound in antioxidant rich dark chocolate may have an
anti aging effect. The study, conducted at King's College, London

(01:04:55):
and published today in the journal Aging. Get that at
my house. They mail it to me every week, Aging.
Have you seen my aging yet? Found that the people
with higher levels of theobromine, which is a caffeine like

(01:05:15):
compound in cocoa beans, in their blood, had fewer markers
of biological aging. We have got an excuse to eat chocolate.
How's about that the theobrime or the the obrimine could
help slow down our cells as they age, says Candice Pumper,

(01:05:44):
an RDN, a staff dietitian at the Ohio State University
Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, who was not involved in
the study, but apparently she knows these things. However, she cautions,
the research is in its infancy. No, don't be feeding

(01:06:05):
chocolate to infants. Oh no, no, okay, it's infancy and
a lot more work needs to be done. I see
what you're doing here. Okay, okay, Candice Pumper, I see
what's going on. You think that we need more research,
meaning you want to see how much more candy, how
much more you want to eat? That's that's what I

(01:06:27):
think that is. The study is not a permission slip
to start eating a lot more dark chocolate. Says Scott Keatley.
There's always gotta be a killjoy in the in the bunch,
a dietitian, nutritionist and co owner of the keat Lee
Medical Nutrition Therapy in New York City. I had a

(01:06:49):
you know what, anything in moderation is fine, anything in
moderation except for one thing. Do you know what the
one thing is that you you should never tolerate? You
know in that in that regard, do you know what
that is? Government? Government? You know, it's it's just how

(01:07:10):
it is. We just just just just all in moderation
except for government. You're welcome, all right. Well that's two
two hours down, another great hour straight ahead. So happy
to be with you all our number three. It is

(01:07:55):
a pleasure to be with you. I am Brettwitable and
you are listening to Charlott. It's FM News Talk and
one oh seven point nine WBT. Great to be with
you here today, all right. That was don't tread on
me right by the by the great band Metallica. And
I wanted to come in with this because I am

(01:08:15):
somebody whose default position is almost always being able to
chart our own sort of direction, right, And I'm a
little perplexed by something that the President is trying to do.
And it's not necessarily anything that is going to bother
me because I don't use this product. But there are

(01:08:40):
people who might not be in the right frame of
mind when they decide to get involved with this product.
So President Trump is expected to sign in executive order
to reclassify marijuana as soon as Monday. That's according to

(01:09:01):
a source talking to CNBC. So as a result of that,
pot stocks have surged, they are taken off. So when
we look at what we're seeing, all right, I personally,
like I said, I've never been a guy that wants

(01:09:22):
to consume marijuana. I'll have a cocktail, I'll have a beer,
I'll have you know, stuff like that. But I've never
been excited about cannabis for a variety of different reasons.
But cannabis stocks jumped on Friday as the White House
is preparing to signific significantly ease the federal restrictions on

(01:09:43):
marijuana weed producers Tilroy Brands and canopy Growth jumped more
than forty four and fifty two percent, respectively. Cannabis greenhouse
operator innovative industrial properties surged nine percent. So you get
the idea about what this is that is happening. So
President Trump is expected to issue an executive order as

(01:10:06):
soon as Monday that will allow for the reclassification of marijuana.
A person familiar with the matter told CNBC. Such a
move would allow cannabis companies to fall under different tax
regulations and encourage investment. Cannabis stocks took a leg up
on Friday's midday training. So The Washington Post first reported

(01:10:30):
Thursday that Trump was expected to use an executive order
to do this, to move it to reclassify it as
a less regulated Schedule three drug from a Schedule one.
Axios reported that the potential reclassification of marijuana out of
a group that includes heroin into a lower tier of

(01:10:54):
less dangerous drugs such as steroids, taiwanol co, et cetera.
This is what the President is potentially looking to do.
So the question for you in this audience, Obviously, you
can get marijuana in North Carolina and in other states

(01:11:14):
as well. Your thoughts on this, Is this a good move?
The reason why I raise this is it's the challenge
that always kind of comes about. If you go out
and you reclassify marijuana, what's gonna happen is it's not
gonna be twenty one plus, it's not gonna be eighteen plus.

(01:11:36):
It's gonna be kids that are much younger. Now. I
understand that there are plenty of kids that are smoking
weed and doing their thing. I get that, But once
you put the impromoter of it being okay, it's okay,
things start to change. And that is one of my

(01:11:56):
basic arguments that I wanted to lay out there for
you guys. When you look at what's happening, I understand, Uh,
there is a huge number of people around the country
who enjoy it. There is a huge number of companies
that wants to get that wants to get into that business.
But tell me the difference between and I'm not I'm not,

(01:12:21):
I'm not like a prude. Tell me why we tell
people not to smoke cigarettes, but you can consume cannabis, right,
you can't. You're not supposed to consume the tobacco plant.

(01:12:42):
But it's better for you to serve, what to take,
what to get what? See? That's the thing that I'm
looking at. This is what I'm wondering about. Again, I'm
not judging you. I'm not making fun. You're not gonna
hear me, you know, doing a show and saying, oh
the podheads. I mean, that's just like nine teen eighty six. Okay.
I'm talking about why we're reclassifying this, especially when there's

(01:13:06):
a whole bunch of other stuff that we could be
doing at the same time. Right, there's a number of
things that could be done. Does this open the doorway
to psychedelics? Does this open the doorway into other sorts
of things that people can use to either recreate or

(01:13:27):
to manage their their body autonomy. That's the question that
I've got for you, and I'm really curious to see
where you come down on this, because you know, there's
a multi, multi, multi billion dollar marketplace that is out there,
and let's you know, let's let's have this conversation. Mark

(01:13:49):
online one, Mark, Welcome to the program.

Speaker 12 (01:13:53):
Hey, good afternoon, sir. If you're doing.

Speaker 1 (01:13:55):
Well, I'm doing well, thanks for calling.

Speaker 12 (01:13:58):
I speaking about this, you know, the cannabis issue and everything.
I'm kind of for it. I have to be honest
with you. And the reason of my logic is you
think about the effects of alcohol, which is completely and
totally legal. You know, of course you have to be
twenty one to partake and all that. It's way more

(01:14:23):
harmful on your system from what I know so far
now I'm not a doctor, but way more harmful on
your system than cannabis. And since they have started the
I don't know what they do to modify it, but
you know, we have all these dispensaries now they make
the little gummies and things like that. And I am

(01:14:45):
one of those people that suffers from wicked insomnia. And
I have to say, since I started using gummies, I
get the best sleep at night. It's wonderful. And if
we can make it legal here in America, we don't
have to worry about people trying to sneak it across
our borders with other items as well, you know, and

(01:15:06):
it could be regulated. We could start a whole new
industry from it. People could benefit monetarily. But I do
think we really need to regulate it, keep it out
of the hands of children, make it, you know, an
adult only, just like we do alcohol. But that's you know,
you asked for an opinion, So I'm just.

Speaker 1 (01:15:26):
Yeah, I know, I'm gla, I'm glad. No, no, I'm I'm
stoked that you called because that's those are all very
reasonable points. Those are all reasonable things that that are
out there. One of the things that I'm that I
that I'm curious about is why the president is doing
it by an executive order instead of saying, Okay, let's

(01:15:47):
let's legalize it or let's put it out, you know,
in a different sort of matter, because the next president
that comes in can can turn it, can turn it off,
you know. And I think that's that's one of the
things I'm I do appreciate what you said though, and
I think you have a great take there, and I
appreciate you being in on the show and call back again.

(01:16:09):
You're you're the You're the kind of person that I
like talking to.

Speaker 12 (01:16:12):
Well, thank you, sir. I listen every day and love
your show, and congratulations being on the FM dial and
just real quick, I know you've pressed sure, loving the
the jam and guitars in between your segments now and
stereo in my truck on the way home.

Speaker 1 (01:16:28):
Oh that's great much Oh man, I'm so happy that
you're happy. That's awesome. Thank you very much for the
for the call, and don't be a stranger. Come by anytime.
Mark it. So it's a pleasure to talk to you.
All right, let's get a break in. Everything is fair
game from across the entire program. Uh, and I also
got a couple of other things we're gonna be throwing
in here as well. My name is Brett Witerable. It

(01:17:04):
is the Brett Winter Bull Show. Pleasure to be with you,
Charlotte's FM News Talk one oh seven point nine WBT.
We're getting lots of lots of people who are liking
how it sounds on that one hundred thousand watt blowtorch.
I mean it is. It is really cool to be
able to talk to all these great people all the
way around. Let's talk to Sam next online too. Sam.

(01:17:26):
Welcome to the program. Wait, how you doing, Brett doing
great things?

Speaker 7 (01:17:31):
Hey?

Speaker 13 (01:17:32):
I know if you realize that you're call screener. Did
you know that marijuana used to be a registered pharmaceutical?

Speaker 1 (01:17:42):
I have heard that, but I didn't. I've never seen
that the documentation of that.

Speaker 13 (01:17:46):
Yes, yes, used to be a resident pharmaceutical. But when
Big Pharma started creating her own pharmaceuticals and found it
cannot be patented because it was, of course naturally sourced,
and well that sort of kind of killed it. And
it does have I mean, i'd like, I don't use it.
I don't condone, I don't condemn, of course, but it does,

(01:18:09):
like a lot of other products out there, have a
vast array of medical purposes. If it's not like it's
in other problems to go, if it's not abused, and yes,
it should be regulated, it should be prescribed. But I mean,
they can't control you growing your own then, which I
think is what's hurting the fact that they don't like it.

(01:18:32):
Because you can grow your own, you don't have to
buy it from problems with companies.

Speaker 1 (01:18:35):
That is true. That is true if you would be
able to. I mean, there are plenty of places, especially
out on the West Coast, where you can get the
stuff that you need and you can grow it on
your own property and things like that. That's absolutely a fact. Yes,
So I appreciate you, thank you, thank you very much.

Speaker 7 (01:18:57):
Appreciation.

Speaker 1 (01:18:57):
Have a good day, yeah you as well. Absolutely, Let's
go to Stacy Online four. Stacy, Welcome to the show.

Speaker 14 (01:19:05):
Hey, how are you doing.

Speaker 1 (01:19:06):
I'm doing well. Thanks well, I'm glad.

Speaker 14 (01:19:09):
To see you guys on one hundred thousand Waite Blow
porch and now I can listen to.

Speaker 7 (01:19:13):
You further out.

Speaker 10 (01:19:14):
So here's the point.

Speaker 14 (01:19:15):
Yes, marijuana has grown stronger and stronger in THCHC levels
over the years, from way back when when I was
a teenager and did partake. I would say, so, my
issue is this is intrusion. Is that if my neighbor
next door is smoking, or when I'm on vacation and

(01:19:36):
smoking in the room, then I have to smell it, okay,
all right, And then the problem is is that we
all experience it every day driving down the highway, smelling
the odor of marijuana constantly. That's true, and they're under
the influence. I can't drink one or two beers and
go down the road, and they shouldn't.

Speaker 1 (01:19:56):
Be able to.

Speaker 14 (01:19:57):
I don't have a problem with VAP I don't have
a problem with the medical side of marijuana. But the
problem is is that they've been genetically mutating these plants
to make it stronger to the point now where you
basically have psychotic episodes, if you will, or euphoric episodes

(01:20:19):
kind of like acid when you smoke enough marijuana, So
the reclassification is not necessary. There's plenty of consuming going on.

Speaker 9 (01:20:29):
Now.

Speaker 14 (01:20:30):
What it does is it straps the hands of law
enforcement that when they do catch you out driving down
the street smoking a joint, hitting a pipe, whatever it is,
it's limiting their ability to control the consumption and where
it is consume that. And I don't think that state
laws are keeping up with the marijuana THC levels to

(01:20:56):
the point to where it's being governed correctly if you
ask me, and I hear the argument for alcohol in
cigarettes in the whole nine yards, right, But let me.

Speaker 1 (01:21:08):
Tell you there's a there's a difference here though, because
if okay, I'm using your your original analogy, right, if
you if you knock back a couple of a couple
of beers and and then you get behind the wheel,
it's going to have an effect on you. And you
and I both know that there's stuff that you can
buy in the in the in the beer in the

(01:21:29):
beer case where maybe it's going to be much more
potent than than just a little bit, you know, just
a cores light. Okay, you can get like eight percent
and you know, big tall boys and stuff like that.
But the other problem is you can't really measure how
high you are because they don't really have that kind
of a test like they would for you and me

(01:21:50):
if we got pulled over for drinking beer. And that
that's the point. Yeah, that's the challenge and until they
and look, I think it would benefit everybody if they
were able to actually figure out a way to say, okay,
this is how much, this is how high you are.
You can't drive a car. And unfortunately it's catch as

(01:22:10):
catch can at this stage of the game.

Speaker 14 (01:22:12):
And I think if he goes through with the executive order,
then we're gonna let the cat out of the bag
and we'll never put it back in.

Speaker 1 (01:22:19):
That's right. That's a very important point.

Speaker 9 (01:22:22):
And thank you.

Speaker 1 (01:22:23):
Hey, I appreciate you being out to Stacy. Call back anytime.
You're a great caller. Man. Absolutely all right, let me
get to I'm gonna get Ronnie on three. Ronnie, what's
on your mind?

Speaker 11 (01:22:34):
Huh?

Speaker 1 (01:22:35):
Are you sir doing well? Thanks so much for calling.

Speaker 11 (01:22:37):
Thank you for taking my call. I would just like
to say I do appreciate this FM dial you've got now,
thank you, And I add to what the guy was saying, yes,
we definitely need to. We need to be able to
test the levels of THC, just like the levels of alcohol,
because that is definitely an issue. Another thing is a

(01:22:58):
man can drink a beer on the weekend, but he
can't go smoke a joint and then fell a drug
test on Monday.

Speaker 1 (01:23:03):
You know oo yeah, yes, and nice.

Speaker 11 (01:23:06):
One more thing I'd like to add is twenty five
years of the fire service. I retired in twenty eighteen.

Speaker 1 (01:23:13):
God bless you.

Speaker 11 (01:23:13):
I found more. I found more violent issues with people
drinking liquor than I ever did smoking pot.

Speaker 1 (01:23:21):
Sure, I believe that.

Speaker 11 (01:23:23):
And we also talk about marijuana being a gateway drug.
In my opinion, alcohol is a bigger gateway drug than
any other drug out there because it's a whole lot
more available.

Speaker 1 (01:23:34):
That's true. That, that is true. Wow, Ronnie, great stuff.
Thank you for your service, sir, and I appreciate you
call me anytime. You're a great caller.

Speaker 11 (01:23:45):
Absolutely well, thank you, Thank you. I really good for
sent this new radio station.

Speaker 7 (01:23:49):
And have a great weekend both.

Speaker 1 (01:23:51):
Hey you too. Stay safe out there. I've got one
thing I'm gonna say when we come back, and nobody
has caught onto this yet. Sticker there's a there's a
big thing that is going to be complicating this, and
it's not what you think. I'm Brett Witterble. It's a
pleasure to be with you, and I am Brett Witterable.

(01:24:23):
It's great to be with you. Charlotte's FM News Talk
one O seven point nine WBT. It's a pleasure to
be with each and every one of you. You know what.
I'm just tangentially on one thing. I want to just
I do not understand what the heck is going on
with this Candace Owens and uh ms Kirk uh. I don't.

(01:24:45):
I don't understand why she's being targeted. It doesn't make
any sense to me. I don't. I don't get the
whole Candace Owen thing with with Erica Kirk It's very
very strange to me. Okay, that's the only editorial I
wanted to put on this. But there's another sort of
angle here that exists when it comes to the President

(01:25:07):
wanting to decriminalize or use an executive orders so that
you can possess marijuana, purchase it, all that sort of stuff.
And here's the problem. You guys know that I came
from California. I was in California. For a long time,
it felt more like a sentence than, you know, than

(01:25:28):
a lot of But here's the thing. I was friends.
I never had a marijuana card, even for any reason
at all. I've never been a marijuana guy. I spent
time over in Holland, I spent time in Amsterdam. I
am well acquainted with all the things that are offered

(01:25:49):
up over there. But when it comes to your Second
Amendment rights, this is where it's gonna get a little
bit hot, because because you go with an executive order
to decriminalize marijuana or to allow people to experiment or
do those sorts of things, the books still have the

(01:26:14):
ATF forms right. And I knew plenty of people in
Southern California, in all of California, but in Southern California
specifically when I was in San Diego who would go
to the marijuana dispensary and would have to fill out
the form. They'd have to, you know, do all that

(01:26:35):
sort of stuff that they were doing. And on that
form was the big question, do you are you an
unlawful user of or addicted to marijuana or any depressant, stimulant,
narcotic drug, or other substance Now if you said no,

(01:26:59):
but you were you using, what could possibly happen? You See,
this is the problem because when you go to eighteen USC.
Nine twenty two six G three, federal law prohibits an
unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance from possessing

(01:27:25):
a firearm or ammunition. Now, there are state conflicts, no
doubt about it. Even in states where marijuana use is
legal and permits or protections exist for cardholders, federal law
supersedes the state law. State issued medical marijuana cards can

(01:27:48):
be considered evidence of unlawful use under federal law, potentially
leading to federal charges. If the individuals found with a firearm.
Think about this, You can buy marijuana here in North Carolina.
Do you have a gun? I mean, don't. Don't all

(01:28:09):
answer at the same time, but you see what I'm saying.
This is why even I don't. I don't use marijuana.
But let me just tell you something. If you want
to use marijuana, then you definitely don't want it to
be an executive order because an executive order doesn't shield
you in that regard. You have to you have to
fix this on two different lanes. You have to fix

(01:28:32):
the ability for marijuana to be out there and you
can buy it legally, et cetera, et cetera, but you
also have to work on the ATF side. You have
to work on the ATF side and say, wait a minute,
hold on, And that's gonna be one heck of a
fight if you think about that, Because what happens if
you're in California and you've got medical marijuana or you've

(01:28:54):
got marijuana marijuana okay, and you go into I don't
know what a state would be a competing problem, but
like let's just say hypothetically, Utah is not medical marijuana friendly.
I don't know if it.

Speaker 5 (01:29:07):
Is or not.

Speaker 1 (01:29:09):
And you go in and you're carrying that's a that's
a problem. See, the states exist for a reason. The
states are the things that need to be satisfied. And
then you have the federal government on top of that.
So anybody who's you know, doing any of this kind
of stuff, my my, my recommendation is to make sure

(01:29:32):
like you're you're following the law. And I don't know
what that is. My guess is if you went out
to California, that you would probably be able to find
a lawyer who would be able to explain it all
and do all that kind of stuff. But there's a
lot of states that don't that that don't that don't
play that game. You know, you're talking about having cannabis usage,

(01:29:52):
purchasing and possessing a firearm, and and if you're a
registered medical patient, it could be what whatever. They can
just say whatever they're gonna say. So that's that's the
only advice I would. I mean, and I'm not a lawyer,
but I but I I know what the rules are.

(01:30:14):
I mean, I'm a I'm somebody who believes in the
power of parabellum. But I don't smoke weed. But I
know I understand what the response is. You know, you
get you go drive it into some state and you've
got both of those things in your car. It's it's
it's it's a it's a toughie. It's it's it's tough

(01:30:34):
stuff all the way, all the way around. Ts A
is giving airline passenger data. Where do you think it's going.
They're giving it to ICE. Ts A is giving airline
passenger data to ICE for deportation push. The Transportation Security

(01:30:57):
Administration is giving US Immigrat officials the names of every
airline traveler as part of the Trump administration's widespread deportation program.
According to The New York Times, TSA several times per
week gives US Immigration and Customs Enforcement a list of

(01:31:20):
travelers expected to be passing through airports. The Times reported
ICE can then match the list against its own database
of people subject to deportation and send agents to the
airport to detain those people. How's about that. That's something

(01:31:41):
that we haven't really addressed yet, Beth. I want you
to stay there. I'm going to take your call straight ahead,
no worries, Please be there. I'm Brett Winnable. It's a
pleasure to be with you. Brett Whatable Show, Charlotte's FM

(01:32:07):
News Talk one oh seven point nine WBT. That's great
to beleave with you. All right, let's jump out and
talk to Beth. Hello, Beth, welcome to the program.

Speaker 4 (01:32:16):
Hey there, Happy holidays.

Speaker 1 (01:32:18):
Happy to you as well. Thank you for calling.

Speaker 4 (01:32:20):
I'm not a drinker nor a smoker, but I've always wondered,
you know, considering the number of dui accidents, deaths and
that kind of thing. I've never heard of somebody killing
somebody or getting in an accident when they were high
on pot So why should one be okay and the
other not?

Speaker 1 (01:32:40):
Hi, it's a fair point. That's a very that's a
very fair analysis that you're laying out there. Uh and
I and I don't know, right, Uh, when you when
you when you try to try to look at this
sort of approach, my guess would be because alcohol is
so much more readily of available that that it just

(01:33:02):
it over it overcomes everything that could possibly be in
the other side of the of the argument, right, and
you know, and and that and that's that's an interesting point.
And I I really I wish I wish I could
find what that number is, uh and and try to
figure that out. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:33:20):
I've actually looked, and I couldn't find anything on it,
which may atven question more why is one okay and
one not? I think somebody in the government should probably
look at that. Because the prohibition was lifted and it's
okay to drink, why not smoke? In most cases, from
what I understand, if you smoke, it makes you more mellow,
and you're not going to get behind the wheel because

(01:33:41):
you just want to sit there and eat twinkies.

Speaker 1 (01:33:43):
Well, that's true, that's true, or you or you may
fall asleep while you're driving, which which is is a
suboptimal uh setup as well. But look here the my my,
my whole position on this. And like you said, you
don't drink and you don't smoke, and I don't. I
don't smoke, but I will drink. You know, occasionally we
have to make sure that the government doesn't just do

(01:34:04):
this this sort of you know, hey, it's a quickie fix.
You have got to get legislation through so that everybody's
protected all the way around, and unless unless you want to.
There's no shortcuts here, right, It's it's what it's what
it's worth in that regard. And that's a great that's
a great take, Beth. I appreciate you calling and call

(01:34:25):
back any time. I really enjoyed our conversation.

Speaker 14 (01:34:28):
Yeah, have it.

Speaker 4 (01:34:28):
Merry Christmas.

Speaker 1 (01:34:29):
Thank you, Merry Christmas to you as well. Absolutely. Okay,
so she's exactly right there. There are virtually no recorded
deaths from a direct lethal overdose of natural cannabis alone. Okay,
So but what about the other stuff that maybe they're
adding in, you know, I mean it's nearly impossible to

(01:34:49):
consume the amount of THHC required for a fatal o
bit well, yeah, but okay, But the question is really
should be what happens when you're smoking and then you
crash you crash a car. You know, it's obviously you
know it's gonna be much easier if you wanted to
overdose on alcohol and knock away a big bottle, then

(01:35:13):
you're probably gonna end up very, very sick. When it
comes to marijuana. That's like, that's a whole other that's
a whole other kettle of fish in that regard. I'm
actually kind of shocked. I'm actually kind of shocked that
people are are forward thinking about all of this sort

(01:35:36):
of stuff. It shows that over the course of time,
you can begin to bring people into having more liberties.
Like that's one of the things that's important. Like we
all remember the old days. Many of us remember the
old days when you know, you smoke the weed and

(01:35:57):
you're gonna go crazy and jump off a roof. Eh
was never really like that, I mean, unless you were
doing something really bad. But when you think about freedoms
and the freedoms of being an American, I don't want
I don't want a whole lot of these people coming
and telling me what I can do and what I

(01:36:19):
can't do. And again it's even including stuff that I
don't do, So like I don't need Elizabeth Warren giving
me a lecture. I don't need Nancy Pelosi giving me
a lecture. I don't need you know, this one or
that one telling me what I get to do. I
feel like we have enough agency over ourselves. Now there

(01:36:39):
are people who do not have that much agency. And
that's the weirdest thing because when you go to some
big cities, it could be anyway. It could be Charlotte,
it could be New York, it could be Chicago, could
be LA. You will see people who are out of
their minds, clearly either altered by chemicals or mental illness,

(01:37:04):
and people will just stand there and watch them walk
into traffic the wrong direction, and nobody will try to
help them. And that is that is something that is
so crazy. Like if you think about skid Row and
La or or in other places, these people are on
a whole other trip and nobody goes and saves them. Right,

(01:37:28):
And when you talk to these people, especially liberals in
those conditions you know who were seeing this, and they say, well, no,
they have the right to be like that. No, if
you're out of your mind and you're not really doing
what you're supposed to be doing. Somebody ought to be
able to kind of scoop you up and take you
and let your detox and and and get to a

(01:37:51):
very different place, but unfortunately they don't. They don't. The
people who are in charge will top rate a whole
lot more of somebody being out of their minds super high,
laying on a sidewalk than they will somebody who is
wanting to own a particular kind of firearm. You know,

(01:38:12):
you're not allowed to have that kind of gun. Why
can't Why can't I have that kind of gun? Well,
I can't have that kind of gun because it's a
scary gun. Well that that's sort of the point, isn't it.
Isn't it? I mean it's it's kind of the point.
And that's why I always thought it was a despicable
thing to see in places like Philadelphia and New York
where people are just gonna hand out narcotics and crack

(01:38:34):
and other stuff like that and say, well, you know what,
otherwise they're gonna they're gonna get really sick if they
don't take the heroin that we're giving them that's been
funded by the soroses, et cetera, et cetera. You know,
it's a very complicated situation. I wish that everybody had
good judgment. I wish that everybody had the ability to
pace themselves and not go overboard and all that sort

(01:38:57):
of stuff. But unfortunately human beings are flawed people from
the beginning, and so it's up to us to at
least if you see somebody who's maybe in some kind
of a difficult position, to help him out. But at
the same time, some people don't want to be helped,

(01:39:17):
and if you try to do it, they're gonna get
mad and maybe try to hit you or maybe kind
of stick you or where that's gonna be. And we
certainly don't want to see that happen. Hey, it's a
Friday night. Do you know what this means? Breaking Brett
Jensen is away and you're gonna get more Brett Winterble.

(01:39:38):
I'm sitting in for breaking Brett Jensen. And we got
a whole bunch of stuff we didn't even touch. I
got stuff that you are gonna wanna hear and maybe
not want to hear, but I'm still gonna say it.
Enjoy the weekend, Enjoy the upcoming episode of me in

(01:40:00):
for Breaking Brett Jensen. I'm Brett Woitable one O seven
point nine FMWBT Charlotte's FM News Talk, and I am
Brett wittabule in for the other Brett Brett Jensen who
is going to be away. But I am taking up
the mantle and doing this fourth hour in the program.

(01:40:22):
One of the things that I found to be incredibly
shocking is the revelation that just took place with what
happened over at Sycamore Brewery. Now, this is a very
sad story. It's a tragic story for a young woman
who was violated allegedly. Obviously, we have to see what

(01:40:44):
is going to happen here, but we have got to
understand that there are bad people who walk around everywhere,
and sometimes they might be okay people and then suddenly
they snap or whatever it is. But when looking at
the stories from the last twenty four to forty eight hours,

(01:41:06):
you see what happened to the former coach over at Michigan,
You've now seen this story about Sycamore Brewing, and it's
a terrible thing. You just never know what is going
to happen, and human beings, I don't know if you've
been watching a lot of the coverage on Fox News

(01:41:29):
in the last few days. But I do look at
what's happening in so many places, this seven six' fourth
thing where they're torturing kids and driving kids to, suicide
all this sort of, Stuff and it's easy to say
that it's all social. Media it's very easy to say
it's all social, media but you have to, Remember, look

(01:41:50):
there was No, internet there was no anything else like.
That When cain slew. Able people have choices that they,
make people decide today is the day THAT i am
going to. Go and you can imagine everything that we've
seen just in this past, Year Charlie, kirk Watching Candae

(01:42:13):
owens take swings At Erica kirk and all these sorts of.
Things And i'm not putting all of this exactly on
the same sort of, plane but we're seeing a great
amount of disf function in the world, today more than,
EVER i, think more than ever. Before or is it
because we have seen this kind of? Stuff is it

(01:42:36):
because we just never heard about it because it would
be a local news story or there would be a
very quick, report and we didn't have the twenty four
to seven cycle where we're watching the news twenty four
hours a. Day, LOOK i probably consume fifteen to twenty
hours of news a. Day it's on in front of

(01:42:59):
me ON i, me my. Monitors i'm listening to it
on our incredible radio station as. Well and so we are.
Jaded the culture has become very. Jaded and then you
add on top of that the issues that are out
there with social. Media now here's the. Problem and this

(01:43:19):
is something That i'd like to sort of go down
this road with, you and it's. This you can own
a gun and never fire the. Gun you can own
a gun and you can go out on a. Rampage
nobody's going to be able to stop. You god forbid
that ever. Happens but you understand What i'm. Saying people

(01:43:40):
can choose to do good or they can choose to do.
Evil for some, reason AND i don't know, why but
the notion of evil seems to be this seductive sort
of a, thing and rather than edifying, people building them,

(01:44:00):
up encouraging them doing those sorts of, things the human
condition is such as fallen people that these people decide
to do horrible things and they have almost no conscience about.
It you, know when you think. Back the left is

(01:44:24):
very enamored with the use Of, nazis And Donald trump's A,
nazi and people who are maga Ar, nazis and everybody's A.
NAZI i was in that courtroom about a year, ago
AND i sat in the room where all of those
people sat when they were being, judged AND i can
tell you this right, now there is a heaviness and

(01:44:50):
a very specific sort of thing that's in that. Room
it feels like everything in that particular court chamber In
nuremberg is doused in, evil AND i felt, THAT i
felt the heaviness of. It in, Fact i've said this

(01:45:12):
before AND i don't want to go off on A nazi,
tangent but The nazis, are you, know absolutely no doubt about, it.
Demons and when you look at this and you go in.
There one of the things that struck me At nuremberg

(01:45:34):
was the idea that they have all the words explaining
what you're looking, at because there's. Display there's a display
in there at the museum and you can make out
what they're what they're talking, about but it's all In.
German and it's interesting because people, said wait a, minute

(01:45:58):
we should be able to, learn we should understand why
they were doing, this we should understand how we could
stop this from ever happening. Again but The german government
put it as a display where you look at a
panel and then you look at the concentration, camp and
you look at a panel and you look at some
of the. Torturing you look at the, panel and then

(01:46:18):
you look at. This but it's only In german unless
you Speak german or you have the ability to kind
of Divine.

Speaker 3 (01:46:24):
German.

Speaker 1 (01:46:24):
Right they don't want those people doing. That AND i
sit here AND i look at the craziness that we have.
SEEN i mentioned to The Charlie kirk. Assassination and you
watch this guy who is the person that is being.
Charged i'm going to go with in is until proven.
Guilty but you look at that guy and he's laughing,

(01:46:47):
yesterday he's laughing and giggling with his. Lawyers we have
done something so unbelievable in modern day. Times we have rung,
out we have taken the bloody nature of, life and

(01:47:08):
we have rung out the ability to have outrage in proper,
measure in proper. Measure this is WHAT i think is
so frightening because in so many ways it feels to
me like we are raising, predators, predators AND i don't

(01:47:30):
really have anything ELSE i can say in that. REGARD
i don't want to see this next generation become so
coarsened that taking a life is just another. Act what
do you? Think what do you? BELIEVE i Am Brett,
Witterble tell me what you. Think ONE o seven NINE

(01:47:51):
Fmwbt CHARLOTTE'S Fm News. Talk it is great to be with.
You our telephone number is, always as you well, know
sevenh four five seven zero one oh seven. Nine you
can reach out. There you can talk to us on
the on the. TRANSOM i always call it the. Transom
what it is is it's actually the text. Line so
feel free go either. Way and we certainly applaud your

(01:48:16):
stick toitiveness with. Us And i'm telling you we are
having the day of our lives because these are great.
Opportunities AND i wanted to start off with a with
a little bit of a dark kind of a, connotation
but the fact of the matter, is at the same,
time we have light in so many. Places we should

(01:48:37):
never be beaten down to such a degree where we, say,
ah it just it's not worth it. ANYMORE i don't
want to go, ON i don't want to do any
of that sort of. Stuff that's not the case because you
do not have a resurrection unless you have the. Crucifixion
and that's something THAT i think is really important when

(01:48:57):
you when you think about everything's supposed to be, easy, easy.
Pasy we can buy, this we can put it on,
credit we can do all these sorts of things like.
That the most important thing that we can do as human,
beings but specifically As, charlotteans as people around our, area
the best thing that we can do is. Engage, engage
engage and talk things over and look at different sorts of.

(01:49:24):
THINGS i mentioned to you THAT i probably watched fifteen
hours OF tv a, day and it's really it's just
like it's my news That i'm watching to see what's
happening BECAUSE i need to be up to. Date, otherwise
you know you're gonna be you're gonna be a little
bit mad with. Me but here's the. Thing what we
see In, WASHINGTON, dc what we see In, raleigh what
we see in a number of different places that is

(01:49:47):
not that is not real. Life real life is the
person who's driving right alongside, you right, now standing in
line at the, market going to Do christmas shopping or
having a nice dinner or that sort of. STUFF i
am an. Optimist i'm not a, fool But i'm an.

(01:50:08):
OPTIMIST i believe that there are better pathways if we
just take those offers and we try to make it
a better. Place you, See i'm gonna use you for a,
moment AND i want to give you an example of. Somebody,

(01:50:29):
Now Philip. Rivers everybody knows Who Philip rivers. Is he
was a great. Quarterback he had basically. Retired he was going,
into you, know to become one of the people that
would be enshrined and stuff like. That but he's such
a humble guy for the opportunity that he's got in

(01:50:49):
playing for playing for The. Colts AND i want you
to hear this BECAUSE i think this clip is so it's,
refreshing it's. Nice it's the sort of stuff we should
be happy. About if you ever saw the Movie The, natural,
right this is sort of in that same sort of

(01:51:10):
storyline where you get to come, back and he just
seems to be so happy to have that. Opportunity here's
what it sounded like earlier today when reporters were talking
to him about coming back after all these years and
playing in THE nfl. Again listen to, This.

Speaker 3 (01:51:29):
Ken i'll try to get. Emotional actually you asking that
as simple as can be as a coach THAT i
love and an organization THAT i really enjoyed being. With you,
know mister ersay believing in me in that year in
twenty twenty when it didn't go so good in twenty.
Nineteen and, shoot the teammates THAT i were able to play, with,

(01:51:53):
shoot fourteen of them are still here training, rooms the
SAME pr guys, are the same quipment. Room was just,
saying and they wanted, Me and you, KNOW i try
to keep it as symple as. That and, uh you,
know a, game a GAME i love to, PLAY a
game THAT i thought it was WAS i was done. Playing,

(01:52:14):
CERTAINLY i wasn't really hanging on any hope of playing.
Again i'd kind of i'd kind of thought that ship had,
sailed but, uh something about it excited. Me and, uh
it's kind of one of those. Deals the door opens
and you get to walk through it and find out
if you can do.

Speaker 1 (01:52:28):
It so could you imagine like just, obviously THE nfl
is the highest level that you can go and once
your once your world is is your world and you
walk away from. That you know it's very hard to come.
Back but imagine in your life looking back across your.
Life this is important stuff. Here if you if you

(01:52:50):
look back across the arc of your, life if you
could come back for one more time on a stage
with the, band with your, band with, football with, wrestling with,
basketball with, baseball with whatever your thing, was and you
could do it one more, time just one more outing

(01:53:14):
or two more, outings because who, Knows Philip rivers may
go on a run and we may see something, incredible
like would you do? It would you want to do?
It let me sweeten the. Pot what if it wasn't
that you were going to do it again on your?
Own what if you could get the band back. Together
what if you could get your friends who you played
with at that time to have that opportunity all over.

(01:53:37):
AGAIN i, mean certain sports are going to be a
little bit easier to, play. Right you could play, golf
and you may not have played golf in a lot of,
years but you know it's a nice way to go
and do, things or play tennis or pickleball or whatever it.
Is but the idea of being able to come back
after a. YEAR i, mean, look we're talking about twenty,

(01:53:59):
nineteen twenty, twenty this PRE covid and the idea that
this guy's able to go and do this is pretty.
Cool it's pretty. Cool we have to acknowledge that that's
a pretty cool, thing no matter how no matter how
you slice, it no matter how you dice. It the
idea to be able to get back out. There, NOW
i can imagine there's some there are some sports it'd

(01:54:20):
be very hard to, Do like like if you were
a professional not, professional but if you were an amateur,
wrestler you may you maybe getting crunched up there a little.
Bit i'm not talking about THE wcw or That i'm
talking about you, know Actual Roman greco. Wrestling but that's
that's an incredible thing to, uh to to think about

(01:54:41):
and to sit back and, say, wow what what would
that be? LIKE i WHEN i was first WHEN i
was first living In, boston one of the best THINGS
i got to do WAS i had a couple of
guys that were my, friends AND i got to go
out and skate on the ponds and and got even
to play a little bit of a pickup hockey and.

(01:55:03):
STUFF i. WASN'T i was no, longer you, KNOW i
wasn't Winging. Gretzky but my daughter had a birthday party
and we had it at a at a rink uh
in in Southern california of all, places AND i can
tell you it was it was really cool to to
go back out and get on the. Ice and WHAT

(01:55:25):
i did WAS i didn't really talk about being able to,
skate BUT i was able to. Skate i've I've i've
been able to ice, skate AND i, UH i waited
till the kids were all on the on the, ice
and THEN i came flying out AND i AND i
went around the uh the rink three or four times pretty.
Fast and it was cool because my wife and my

(01:55:48):
kids were looking at me like with their jaws down
going we didn't know you. Could all, right that's, gonna that's.
Gonna that's gonna end that. Conversation and welcome. BACK i
Am Brett wootable in for Breaking Bret. Jensen it is
a pleasure to be with you guys today and spending
spending time with the one of the smartest audiences anywhere

(01:56:13):
you can. Go i'm not sucking up by the way we.
Are WHAT o seven point NINE FM Wbt CHARLOTTE'S Fm News.
Talk and one of the things THAT i wanted to
dive into this is this is something that's, very very,
interesting And i'm amazed that this hasn't really bubbled up
in any, way shape or, form, because as you, know

(01:56:36):
the issue With epstein and all this other stuff that's
going on that is that is still an. Issue people
are are are very much concerned about, this especially The
Democratic party in the in The house Of, representatives right
so they they are they are all about looking at
this story and and, saying, Look Donald trump's, Involved he's,

(01:56:57):
Involved HE'S i really don't think he. Is but there
is somebody who's. Involved by the, way when it comes
To Jeffrey, epstein somebody who in a million years you
would probably not think would be the. Guy are you
ready for?

Speaker 9 (01:57:14):
This are you?

Speaker 1 (01:57:15):
Ready you gotta be ready for?

Speaker 7 (01:57:16):
This.

Speaker 1 (01:57:17):
Schumer schumer got thousands of dollars in donations From Jeffrey,
epstein who knew all you had to do was go
back and look at the. Research and all you had
to do is look back and, say hold on a.
Second Hold On july, tenth twenty, nineteen is when this

(01:57:37):
was dropped in The New York. Post Nicky schwab is the.
Writer so here's how the story. Goes BECAUSE i GUESS
i just thought everybody was, saying we're just going to
Target Bill, clinton and of, course you, know The president
Called Bill clinton And President. Trump but look at This

(01:57:59):
Senator Chuck, schumer who called On Labor Secretary Alexander acosta to,
resign had Said President trump should answer for his friendship
With Jeffrey. Epstein, Well Chuck schumer accepted thousands of dollars

(01:58:19):
in donations from the alleged. Pedophile we know he's. Pedophile.
Now that was from twenty nineteen throughout the nineteen. Nineties
so this wasn't just one, Donation this wasn't two. Donations
this was an ongoing setup of. Donations, now why are
we not seeing that ON. Msnbc why are we not
seeing that ON, ABC, NBC, Cbs? Telebundo you, know why

(01:58:45):
are we not seeing? THAT i don't, know kind of.
Interesting The Federal Election commission records show That schumer received
seven one thousand dollars donations From epstein between nineteen ninety
two and nineteen ninety, seven first AS Us congressman From New,

(01:59:08):
york and then when he was vying to be the
state senator in nineteen ninety, eight an election that he.
Won now hold on a. Second, epstein who was Arrested
saturday in charge this is back in twenty nineteen and
was charged with sex trafficking and a related conspiracy count

(01:59:34):
for allegedly sexually abusing a vast network of underage, girls
also gave ten thousand dollars to who, well it was
ten thousand dollars to victory In New york a joint
fundraising committee established By Chuck schumer and The Democratic Senatorial Campaign. Committee,

(01:59:57):
well IF i may Quote Gomer pyle Gal, Lee epstein
gave an additional five thousand dollars to Win New, york
A schumer associated joint committee that benefited The Liberal party
Of New York. State, oh and it goes. On both

(02:00:20):
Of epstein's donations to the committees came In october of
nineteen ninety eight and look to have primarily benefited THE
dscc and The Liberal party Of New, york As epstein
would have already met the two thousand dollars limit on
donating individually To schumer at the, time donors could give

(02:00:44):
one thousand dollars to a candidate per, election once in
the primary and again in the. General that means That
schumer liked entities received a twenty two thousand dollars. Combined
schumer's Spokesman Angelo rafaro, responded while these campaign accounts closed

(02:01:09):
about twenty years, ago and even, then the campaign never
controlled the two political action, Committees Senator schumer is donating
an equal sum to an anti sex trafficking and anti
violence against women. Groups the Top Senate democrat previously donated

(02:01:32):
fourteen two hundred dollars the amount donated to his campaigns
by accused sexual Predator Harvey weinstein to several charities supporting.
Women on The senate floor On, Tuesday schumer made Three
epstein related. Demands, wow who would have? Thought who would

(02:01:54):
have thought that a guy Like Chuck schumer would be
entangled with what was going going on With? Epstein, now,
look DO i believe That Chuck schumer knew that he
was abusing, women raping, women doing things like? That you know?
WHAT i want to believe That Chuck schumer is more

(02:02:16):
of a human being than being that kind of a. Guy,
okay So i'll give him the benefit of the. Doubt
but this guy's been dancing and prancing and yelling and
screaming and hitting the table and doing all this kind of,
stuff all this kind of. Stuff and, look if you're
willing to go after all those high profile, people you

(02:02:37):
have to go After Chuck. Schumer somebody needs to come
out and call Out Chuck, schumer because just because it's
from a long time ago doesn't mean that you're off the.
Hook there's no statute of limitations from kicking it with
the with a guy Like, epstein even if it's just taking. Money,

(02:02:57):
wait isn't that the standard that you guys are trying
to do With Donald. Trump, once once you have been
near him one, time you are guilty. Forever, no, no,
NO i don't believe that's the. Case and you could
look At Donald trump and you could, say you, know
he made the decision to get the heck out of that,

(02:03:20):
world and he did he severed any relationship with that.
Guy and look what he's. Done they've they've they've brought
out the documents earlier. Today, Uh Caitlin, collins you, know,
oh look at look at all of. This this is
really it's. Terrible it's the worst thing. Ever oh my,
gosh but they keep bringing him. Out so why are

(02:03:42):
we Seeing Chuck? Schumer why Is Chuck schumer not in the? List, somebody,
please somebody please coming Up Tim. Burchett he is An american,
patriot AND i want you to hear what he's trying
to get. Accomplished my Name's. Brettwood it Is brett wooterable

(02:04:07):

Fm News. Talk It's Brett woitable in for Breaking Brett.
Jensen final segment of the. Program so there's a guy
by the name Of Tim. BURCHETT i Like Tim burchett a.
Lot IF i had to kind of swap for a
similar sort of, PERSON i would definitely Take Tim burchett

(02:04:30):
from the state Of. Tennessee he's somebody who is loud and,
proud AND i like the way he approaches. THINGS i
think he's a super smart, guy AND i think he
understands the nonsense that goes on In, WASHINGTON dc almost
better than anybody else. Around so when you when you
get into What Tim burchett's trying to, do this thing

(02:04:51):
is so common sense it's like so common sense THAT
i can't even believe it. Myself What Tim burchett is
trying to do, IS i, know get ready for. This it's,
very very very. Controversial he is he is wanting for
us to stop sending money to The. Taliban wowof good
luck with that. FIGHT i mean he wants to he

(02:05:15):
wants to actually take money from The. Taliban that that
group of people who just sent us somebody who murdered
our our our guards woman and wounded our. Guardsman, yeah
that's that's exactly. Right and so he's getting a hard.
Time He's Tim burchett's getting a hard time because he

(02:05:36):
can't get to. Sixty you, know you got to get
to sixty in The. Senate everybody knows. That so he
can't get to, sixty and nobody wants to help him,
out and so we continuously SEND i promise, You i'm
not lying tens and tens of millions of dollars every
single month to The. Taliban they're take we're taking our

(02:05:59):
money you work, for and we're giving it to those,
despicable disgusting maniac you know. What, Okay, Fine SO i
want you to hear this because a lot of people
were very upset When doge was going on and people
were checking into things you're not supposed to check into.
Anything don't rock the. Boat don't rock the, boat, Baby, No,

(02:06:22):
no that's that's not what it. Is this Is Tim
burchett and he tells you the whole story of why
this is. Happening AND i nearly punched my computer because it's.
Frustrating why are we giving? Money why are we giving
money to The taliban Because Joe biden promised the? Money

(02:06:44):
what check this?

Speaker 6 (02:06:45):
Out, hey, Everybody tim barts.

Speaker 15 (02:06:47):
It as you, know As i've been championing the cause
to quit paying the dead Gum, taliban forty million or
forty five, million whatever is a week we give it
them over over five billion dollars total since The buy.
Administration every, week every week we can't stop the. Bill
we can't when we can't get the bill passed in The.
Senate it's taken me over a year to get it

(02:07:08):
out of that Gam house and we got it fell
over in The. Senate who is a, staffer but he
was a FORMER i, believe ambassador To afghanistan and his
name is What Tom West and apparently our good Friend Tulca,
gabbard and The trump administration denied him his security clearance

(02:07:31):
because of his alleged cozy relationship with The, Taliban and
SO i suspect that's what's going on in The. Senate
that's why they're they're stopping the. Bill and people, say,
well y'all are in the, majority why don't you.

Speaker 6 (02:07:44):
You just act like.

Speaker 15 (02:07:45):
It, well you've got to have sixty votes over there
to pass a bill of this.

Speaker 6 (02:07:49):
Significance and that's the hold.

Speaker 15 (02:07:50):
Up and, uh we're going to continue to see this
kind of nonsense until the country wakes. Up AND i
don't care what party you're, in we shouldn't be paying
these people any.

Speaker 6 (02:08:01):
Money they will hate us for.

Speaker 15 (02:08:02):
Free all they're going to do is use that money
to come at us in a different area and Kill
americans and kill our. Allies that, gummut this is what's going.
On i'm letting you know about. It you can make the.
Call call your, senator if you've got A democrat. Senator
this is beyond. That this is this is, actual in my, opinion.
Corruption we know this money flows, around we know you

(02:08:25):
Know Elon musk told us about it flowing into dark money.

Speaker 6 (02:08:28):
Campaigns AND i think some of this.

Speaker 15 (02:08:30):
Money i'm not sure if this is or some of the,
other but surely it's flowing back into the pockets of
politicians In.

Speaker 6 (02:08:36):
Washington and it's.

Speaker 15 (02:08:37):
A REPUBLICAN i hope they call them out of here in,
chains and A democrat as, well BECAUSE i don't.

Speaker 6 (02:08:44):
Care i'm sick of.

Speaker 15 (02:08:45):
It we're thirty eight trillion dollars in, debt we're sending
over forty million dollars a week to The, taliban and
The United States congress doesn't have the guts to stop.

Speaker 6 (02:08:55):
It that's. Pathetic let's fix, it thank.

Speaker 1 (02:08:58):
Y'ALL i know we GOT i know we got people
in our audience here right now who fought over. There
they've lost friends over. There they had all that sort
of stuff that was that they should never have had
to do Because Bill clinton decided he wasn't going to
be serious about dealing with Al kaita and stuff like.

(02:09:20):
That Tim burchett's a. Patriot that's a patriotic. Guy like
he's not making any, bucks he's not pulling in any,
money he's not doing any of. That he's just trying
to get to this decent place where we have people
who understand that we should never send our money there.

(02:09:41):
Ever in, FACT i would clawed. Back but, unfortunately what
we're seeing is that somebody's trying to get. Paid and you,
heard you heard what he was. Saying you understand what
the what the storyline. IS i, mean, honestly there are,

(02:10:03):
people there are homeless, Vets there are people who lost
their lives before they could get help back in The United,
states and we bring all of these people in unvetted
Because biden says, so even Though biden didn't know what
the heck he was talking, about this, is this is

(02:10:23):
this is absolutely. Nuts so but this is how things.
Go this is how things are gonna be ordered in
this particular. Way and because you got one guy that
feels like he got, dissed he didn't get his his
his payout or whatever it. Was so now we're gonna
we were gonna make you now send all that money

(02:10:45):
back to the. Town all The taliban's got to get
to get all that. MONEY i wouldn't give him another.
DIME i wouldn't Give, Honestly once upon a TIME i
thought that maybe it's a good idea to try to
help out people around the. World and, sure there are
people that are definitely in need of, need But i'm.
Not i'm not going. Back we don't have any kind

(02:11:07):
of a thing like we did After World War, two
where we promised we were going to rebuild. Them and
you AND i both know That china has moved into that,
area that they are exploiting that. Area we had an
Incredible Bogrum air. BASE i, mean just think about all
the stuff that we left. Behind President trump is right
what he says that the stuff that is left, behind

(02:11:29):
you know, what we should have gotten it. Back but
it'll never. Happen you AND i both know it'll never ever.
Happen that doesn't for. Me I'm brett Witter. Bowls Stay
warm on ONE o seven NINE Fmwbt CHARLOTTE'S Fm News.
