Tune in here to this Monday's edition of the Brett Winterble Show!

Brett kicks off the program by talking about a new peace plan between Benjamin Netanyahu and Donald Trump and rising violent crime in American communities. He expresses skepticism that lasting peace is possible so long as groups like Iran and Hamas remain unchanged, then pivots to a string of violent incidents over the weekend: a nightclub shooting in North Carolina, an attack at an LDS church in Grand Blanc, and the court appearance tied to an attempted assassination involving Charlie Kirk. Frustrated and emotional, Brett calls for harsher penalties, longer prison terms, and stricter accountability for judges and magistrates

We're joined by Breaking Brett Jensen to talk about the emotional congressional hearing held in Charlotte and the growing outrage over rising violent crime. Brett was on the ground at the hearing, where he witnessed powerful testimonies from victims' families and law enforcement. One of the most gripping moments came from Mr. Federico, the father of a young woman murdered in South Carolina, who passionately confronted a congresswoman after she misidentified his daughter. Brett also shared the story of a Charlotte officer who lost his foot in the April 27 shooting and spoke out about the failures of the justice system, especially with criminals being released before paperwork is even complete. He highlighted the disconnect between activists claiming the city is safe and the lived experiences of citizens and officers

Speaker 1 (00:18):
And it is the Brett winter Bull Show. Good to
be with you. Lots of stuff happening. We'll break everything
down across the weekend, across the divide. Everything is fair game.
Our telephone number is always seven four, five, seven eleven ten.
Right now, there is a back and forth going between
bb net, Yahoo and Donald Trump. We'll get you details

(00:40):
on what this new plan is to try to get
peace in the Middle East. We'll have to see how
it ends up working out. I'm very very skeared.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
You know.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
I'm being honest with you, guys. I am very skeptical
about this stuff because as long as Iran is Iran
and as long as Hamas is Hamas, you know, we're
not gonna I don't think we're gonna get much peace.
But the President of the United States is talking about
that right now. I'll get you the details in addition
to everything else that's happening out there. And I do

(01:13):
have I've like all the detail, all the all the
ins and outs of this sort of stuff, but I
gotta start off with man, this weekend was nutbag Central.
I'm just telling you this, this is crazy. So we
have this dirt bag who goes into I mean this

(01:35):
is just so bad in North Carolina. This dirt bag
goes and shoots up a club and then gets taken
into custody and he's got issues, which is not surprising
because most people who go into places that shoot things
up typically have issues. So we had nut bag number

(01:57):
one right there. We had nutbag number two with the
Latter Day Saint Church there in Grand Blanc, and then
we have we have nut bag number three. We have yeah,
nut bag number three, and that is obviously the Charlie

(02:17):
Kirk assassinator who showed up in court today. So I
just got to tell you I am sick and tired
of criminals. And on top of all that, we had
a hearing here. We had a hearing here where folks
were able to come and spend time with lawmakers and
including laws one lawmaker who didn't know who she was

(02:40):
talking about and was insulting people in this regard. I
just got to say something here. I am sick and
tired of crime. And I know it sounds super basic
and super easy to say that I am sick and
tired of crime. I have had it. I don't want
to see cash list bail, I don't want to see
any of this garbage that people try to give you,

(03:02):
that they try to give you a reheat or any
of that sort of stuff. This is not the way
we're supposed to live. Criminals are to be locked up
for extended periods of time. I want twenty twenty five,
thirty years. You go shoot a club up, You're never
getting out. You are never getting out. And I think

(03:25):
there is only one way we can fix this problem,
and it's absolutely I gotta be really careful the way
I want to say this. It has got to absolutely
be punishing the magistrates and the so called judges. This

(03:47):
is the only way we're going to get the streets cleaned.
Those people have got to stand tall before the man,
and the man is you and the man is me.
That is how we have to approach this issue because
these gosh, I wish, I wish I could say what

(04:07):
I really want to say, as long as we have
these dirtbag judges and magistrates. And I'm sorry, but it's true.
And I know you guys agree with me. You don't
have to call and co sign it. I'll do it myself.
Cashless bail, really cash list bail. You hear that hearing
from earlier today, the beautiful young woman down in Columbia,

(04:34):
the people who have lost their lives, and time and
time and time again. These judges in North Carolina and
South Carolina and the magistrates, and half of them I
think are crooked. I think they're getting paid on the side.
You know, I'm not using anybody's name, but I'm just
telling you right now, I feel like these people are

(04:55):
getting paid on the side. And I'm sick and tired
of this. I am tied of the crime in our communities.
You don't have a right to murder people. You don't
have a right to rape people. You don't have a
right to steal from people. You need to go into
the penitentiary. If you're a judge that allows this stuff

(05:16):
to happen, you should spend time in the penitentiary. And
that's a fact. I mean, how do we get a
guy shooting up a club, how do we get the
LDS church getting shot up? How do we get this
Charlie Kirk assassination getting hearing earlier? Today? They put it

(05:37):
off until October the thirtieth. My gosh, everybody saw him
do it. Like, why is there even Like, what's the case?
What's the case? Going to be there. You know, this
is a problem, This is an absolute problem, and it's
because we will tolerate. You will tolerate, We all tolerate

(05:59):
all this non sense sense that goes on. We need
these people to start getting locked up. And I don't
know how you do it. I'm not a politician. I'm
a guy with opinions. That's my job, that's what I do.
But I'm just I am so sick and tired watching
these criminals scoot and get through it every single time.

(06:20):
It's unbelievable. I went and I picked up the types
of sanctions that you can have for judges in North Carolina.
Here's like, here's how they punish judges in North Carolina. Okay,
you can have a private letter of caution, a confidential
warning issued when misconduct is minor and doesn't warrant public discipline.

(06:46):
Then you can have a public reprimand a formal public
statement that the judge violated ethical standards but can remain
in office. Why would you want them to remain in
office if they've violated the standards? Why what is that?

(07:06):
Then you have something even bigger. Here's what you get bigger,
A stronger censure, a stronger condemnation that may affect the
judge's reputation and standing, but doesn't remove them from office.
Why you see, already out of the box. You get
three strikes and nothing happens to these judges or these

(07:29):
magistrates or any of these other folks that are responsible
for this sort of stuff. Then what do we get? Suspension?
Fourth violation? You got a suspension. The judge may be
temporarily removed from the bench with or without pay, depending
on the circumstances. And then and then you can go

(07:50):
to removal from office. In extreme cases, let me let
me do it, Josh, Let me do it, Josh style it.
Extreme cases, the North Carol Line of Supreme Court can
remove a judge from office based on the commissions recommendation.
So would you ever throw him at office? I'm not

(08:12):
going to make that decision. Remember what he said on Friday,
Remember the way he was saying it on Friday. I'm
just I'm on CNN and I'm just really thinking about
how this is all gonna go, and how this should happen,
and should I really bring back the death penalty? Should
I do all those sorts of things. Uh, that's your job, dude.

(08:32):
Grounds for sanction. Sanctions may be imposed for willful misconduct
in office, persistent failure to perform judicial duties, habitual intemperance
meaning you're doing cocaine or you're drinking alcohol, or you're
doing whatever it is that you're doing that you're not
supposed to be doing, and then conduct prejudicial to the

(08:53):
administration of justice. And then finally the violations of the
North Carolina Code of Judicial Conduct. You can you can
complaint and they'll just put that in the circle in
the circle barrel. Yeah, put it right there, Put it
in the put put it in the shredder. This is
the problem. This is the problem, the reason why you
are not safe on the streets of Charlotte. And look,

(09:13):
I know, I heard all the statistics. Oh yeah, we're
totally safe. Everything's safe, everything's good, We're cool. Yeah. Tell
it to the guy that got assaulted on the bus. Uh,
tell it to Arena's family, Tell it to all these
people that have had to deal with all of these
enemies of society walking around. All right, that's what Curtis

(09:34):
Sleevuld calls them, enemies of society. The Commission cannot change
court rulings or assign a new judge to a case.
All proceedings are confidential unless the Supreme Court imposes discipline.
If you're considering filing a complaint or want to understand
the process better, you can visit the North Carolina Judicial
Standards Complaint Form. Wow Battles show them. Aren't you sick

(10:00):
and tired of all the criminals? Aren't you just sick
and tired of the crime? Aren't you sick and tired
watching these people get away time and time and time again,
fifteen twenty thirty times. Are you tired of it? I'm
tired of it. They need to be put away, and
maybe they need to share a cell with some of
these people that don't understand how it is you're supposed

(10:21):
to administer justice. It doesn't make any sense to me.
News Talk eleven ten out of nine three WBT. Great
to be with you, Happy to welcome to the program.
Breaking Brett Jensen joining us here. He was there at
the hearings or earlier today. Break this down for the audience.

(10:44):
I know that you were studying this very closely. How
did this thing go off?

Speaker 2 (10:49):
There?

Speaker 1 (10:50):
Brett?

Speaker 2 (10:51):
You know, wasn't quite sure what to expect.

Speaker 3 (10:53):
You know, you've got all these congressmen up there, and
a couple of congresswomen, three congresswomen, and the rest congressmen,
and I think there were like maybe sixteen of them.
Then you had about five or six people that were
going to speak as witnesses. And before that could even happen,
the congress lady from Wake County and she gets up

(11:17):
there and she misidentifies Irena Zaruska, the father of the woman,
the young daughter, a blonde just a few months ago
from the Shawt area. She goes to visit Columbia. Her
friends in Columbia, the University of South Carolina. While there,
a man breaks into the house, forces her naked on

(11:39):
her knees, puts a shotgun under into a ribcage and
pulls the trigger while she's begging for her life. And
all he wanted was debit cards and credit cards. And
the guy had been arrested thirty nine times and twenty
had been charged with twenty five felonies, and he was
walking the.

Speaker 1 (11:59):
Street disgusting, absolutely and should should have been put down
like a dog.

Speaker 2 (12:04):
That is disgusting, right, exactly.

Speaker 3 (12:07):
So, so he was there to speak about his daughter.
He was extremely passionate. Federico, mister federicop. So the problem
is he had a big picture of his beautiful daughter,
and the congress lady misidentified her as Arena Zarutsk, and

(12:27):
he cut her off. Well, hearing had not hearing had
been going on for ten minutes and they're just giving
opening speeches, and he cut her off and actually said,
how dare you? And this is a very large man,
like he's.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
Six', five six,' four, six', five.

Speaker 3 (12:46):
You know built, like a linebacker and has a, very very,
big booming voice and he's, pounding the table? How dare
you and he's yelling, at The congresswoman the democrat Lady
Out of wake County, up in raleigh and he's, yelling
at her how dare you not know? Who she is
and you're at This hearing howd and he's yelling at
her and This is what and she Just kept saying,

(13:08):
I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry, i'm so sorry, and he's.

Speaker 2 (13:11):
Like you will, remember her name you will.

Speaker 3 (13:13):
Remember this moment and he's in obviously extremely passionate because
this is only like, four months old this murder is only.
Four months old and so so that set the tone
and then it, was from, there you know a lot.
Of heartbreaking. STORIES the gentleman i did not realize. This

(13:35):
until today one. Of the officers we All remember the
april twenty seventh shooting a year and, a half ago
where four law enforcement officers Died. Here, in charlotte ye
well he, was also, injured you know because many others
were shot but, not you know did.

Speaker 2 (13:49):
Not, pass thankfully well.

Speaker 3 (13:51):
He WAS injured and i did not know this had,
his foot amputated so he was there, in A wheelchair
and i did not realize one of the officers had
his foot have their foot.

Speaker 2 (13:59):
Amputation as a. Result of that and he gets up.

Speaker 3 (14:02):
There and he starts talking about how we just don't
understand a, lot of times me and all, my fellow officers,
we sit, there we go. What's the point they're literally
let back on the street before we can even.

Speaker 2 (14:16):
Finish the paperwork the magistrate or the judges.

Speaker 3 (14:19):
Let them out they're back out, on the street either
with cashless bail or a very low bail that's. Easy
to do we're filling out the paperwork and they're already
back out. On the street and there were these Two
very hardcore democrats sitting, next to me older people that
were protesters earlier in the morning Talking About no King's
day and charlotte is safe and there's a big mass

(14:40):
protest outside. The federal courthouse one of the older people
looks to, me and says because, they, were.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
Like OH that's, not, i said. No it is talk.

Speaker 3 (14:48):
To any officer they will tell you that criminals are
often let back on the street before they're done. With
the paperwork and, the Response was as god is my.
Witness for equitable, the, response was well maybe they.

Speaker 1 (14:58):
Need less, paperwork, well listen uh that's that's what they're,
going to say because they're pro criminal and that and.
That's the issue we have a very large constituency of
people who are pro criminal that want criminals walking. On
the streets they maybe they're benefiting from it in, some
Particular way but i'll, Tell, you this uh the average
regular person who's who's in the sound of our, voice

(15:20):
right now they don't want they don't want criminals. In
their neighborhood they don't want people coming through the window
in the middle. Of the night they don't want to
see their families destroyed because somebody wants to steal a
some kind of a card or. Whatever it is And
and the american people. Have had it and if they
if they want to stand there with, their no, kings
you know signs or, whatever it is, you know what that's.

(15:41):
That's their prerogative. God bless, Them let them let them
do what they, want to do but just stay out
of the way when it comes to actually. Enforcing, the,
law well right.

Speaker 2 (15:51):
And there were a, lot Of Them and alma. Adams
was there.

Speaker 1 (15:55):
How how how how how did?

Speaker 2 (15:56):
She?

Speaker 1 (15:56):
Comport herself uh in this hearing.

Speaker 3 (15:59):
She she started talking about politics and Started Going after
donald trump and some, of the things, and, then said
basically crime's, not that, bad you.

Speaker 2 (16:08):
Know it's it's it's it's lower.

Speaker 3 (16:09):
Than it, was you know Last year in charlotte, and the,
girl you know the girl died.

Speaker 2 (16:14):
In Her district arina zaruska?

Speaker 1 (16:17):
Did she? Did She? Did alma adams did she? Attend?
The memorial? Uh last week no. She DID not oh
i wonder why. SHE did not i guess she was?

Speaker 4 (16:25):
She?

Speaker 1 (16:26):
Did not, yeah, maybe busy, yeah.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
You know yeah and but. Here's THE thing and i
was telling.

Speaker 3 (16:32):
PEOPLE this, afterwards, i said yeah they're, saying that, crime
you know, murders are, down you know a major Percentage.
HERE in, charlotte i, SAID problem, was i said those
crime stats Are. ONLY through, june i said in the,
last three months we've damn near had thirty murders just
in the.

Speaker 2 (16:45):
LAST three, months i, said you know maybe like around
twenty twenty five murders just in the.

Speaker 3 (16:49):
LAST three, Months i said so those crime stats are
completely irrelevant yea.

Speaker 2 (16:53):
From because they Only.

Speaker 5 (16:54):
Go.

Speaker 1 (16:54):
Through june, Insane all right so you're going to be
covering this tonight, right.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
In depth a full hour of, breaking this, down the
testimony the private one on ONE interviews that, i did
afterwards it's all and you're Gonna hear mister federico give
his passionate speech about.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
His Young daughter good, God bless him god bless those
people that are trying to. Fix This Problem breaking. Brett
jensen tonight, thanks so. MUCH my friend. I, appreciate it.

Speaker 2 (17:17):
Bright thank you.

Speaker 6 (17:17):
You Got it news talk eleven NINE.

Speaker 1 (17:37):
To three Wbt It's The. Brett winnable show it is
good to. Be With. You all right so, we've, got
this uh we've got this new deal that is uh
sort of taking shape at least in in. In, certain
ways okay so today You had bb netanya who Come To.
The white house he actually got on the phone with

(17:59):
the present it in And bb netnah Who And the
Prime minister of cutter to apologize for that raid that
occurred the last couple of weeks because they were trying,
to wipe, out you know these these terrible individuals who
Were connected to. Hamas at home and So They decided

(18:25):
president trump And bib netnak who got on the Phone
With the katari prime minister, and, they said listen we
Apologize for the we apologize for the raid that took place.
In your territory there was one person who was killed
that was that That, was from cutter and he apologized.

(18:45):
Profusely for this and that was the beginning of the
Discussion Of what president trump has Put Together With susan
susie wiles Obviously also the israeli and so they've got
a twenty point plan to get Peace In the middle

(19:06):
east so that this. War WILL stop and i will
go through this. List fairly quickly gaza will be deradicalized
as a terror free zone that does not pose a threat.
To its neighbors gaza will be redeveloped for the benefit
of The. People of gaza if both sides agree, to
the proposal the war. Will immediately end israeli forces will

(19:29):
withdraw to the agreed uponline and prepare For hostage. Releases
number four within seventy Two hours of israel publicly, accepting
the agreement all hostages alive and deceased.

Speaker 6 (19:41):
Will.

Speaker 1 (19:41):
Be returned five once all, Hostages are released israel will
release two hundred and fifty life sentence prisoners Plus seventeen
hundred gazins who were Detained after the. October seven Attacks
for every israeli hostage whose, Remains a released israel will
release the remains Of. Fifteen deceased. Gazins number six once

(20:06):
all the, Hostages are returned hamas members who commit to
peaceful coexistence and to commissioning decommissioning their weapons will be
Given in. Amnesty number seven upon acceptance, of this agreement
full aid will be Sent Into the gaza strip. At
a minimum aid quantities will be consistent with what Was

(20:28):
included in january nineteen of. Twenty twenty. Five number eight
entry of distribution and Aid In the gaza strip will
proceed without interference from. The two. Parties number nine gaza
will be governed under a temporary transitional governance of a

(20:49):
Technocratic a. Political palestinian committee and then there's a whole
bunch of other details. In that, REGARD number ten a
trump economic development plan to Rebuild and energize gaza will
be created by convening a. Panel of, experts number eleven
a special economic zone, will be established with preferred tariffs

(21:12):
and access rates.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
To.

Speaker 1 (21:14):
Be negotiated twelve no one will be Forced, to leave
gaza and those who wish to leave will be. Free To,
GO thirteen thirteen hamas and other factions agree to not
have any role in The. Governance of gaza fourteen a
quarantine a guarantee will be provided by regional partners TO

(21:37):
ensure that hamas and the factions comply. With their Obligations
Fifteen the united states Will work with arab and international
partners to develop a Temporary. International stabilization. Force number sixteen
israel will not Occupy. Or annex gaza and then there's
a bunch of details. In that seventeen IN the event hamas,

(22:00):
delays or rejects, the proposal above including THE scaled, up
aid operation will proceed in the terror free areas handed
OVER to the IDF. And the issf eighteen and interfaith
dialogue will be Beginning nineteen while, gaza's redevelopment advances AND

(22:22):
when the pa reform program is, faithfully carried out the
conditions may finally be in the Place for a palestinian self.
Determination in statehood and, then Number Twenty the united states
will establish A dialogue between Israel and the palestinians to
agree on a political, horizon for. Peaceful prosperous coexistence that's

(22:44):
basically the. Thing, that's happening so, in other words you
have to. Stop the war you can't be. Keeping your
weapons we're gonna have the people, exchanging their prisoners and
then you're going to go through a whole bunch of
economics stuff. In this regard now. Here's the problem this

(23:04):
thing can fail, on, day one okay because, it's very
hard and we saw this in many places, around the world,
but most recently we were Trying, to rebuild afghanistan we
were Trying to rebuild iraq while we were. Still fighting

(23:25):
insurgencies the only way you get peace is you wipe.
Out the insurgencies the insurgents have got to, be absolutely
destroyed and then you can have the conversation to go about. In,
that regard now the problem with THIS deal that i
see is there is no mention Of, anything Involving iran

(23:49):
and iran is the malevolent actor that Wants to see
hamas continue doing, what they're doing and they want To
see the hesbo doing those, sorts of things and they
want to see the who these. Doing these things you
have got to you have got to Either sideline the

(24:09):
iranians or or get them into, a piece here because
this is what the fight is going, to ultimately be
because they are the that's the malignant, force right there and,
they're trying, to you know. Rebuild their weapons they're trying
to rebuild their nuclear facilities and all that, sort of
stuff and. THAT'S the problem i see that, as a. Huge,

(24:31):
huge problem now perhaps there's an offer, on the table
or these guys want to try to get their money
or whatever it's. Going to be that remains. To be
seen but this is a twenty point plan that was
just dropped about an hour and, a half ago and
that is that is the. Set of details you can

(24:51):
find it over at Over At. The white house they've
got that they've got to post it up over. There
as well there's Talk eleven TEN i'm three wbt great
to be with you seven oh four five seven, zero
eleven ten and you can you can send us MESSAGES

(25:12):
on the wbt text Line Driven BY. Liberty buick gmc
you can also call in on the. Program as well
that's that's one of the great things about. Doing talk
radio we get to actually talk, and have conversations even
even fascinating conversations that are happening all around the all around.
The area here so let me Go To, This Chuck,

(25:35):
schumer chuck schumer he's he's fit. To be tied he
doesn't like seeing ice actions taking place in the in.
The different cities this is, Cut Number one chuck schumer.
On stopping Ice Gull.

Speaker 4 (25:50):
Of los angeles got upset and the lower court. Threw,
it out first we will fight it in the courts
along with you know people who. Will file, SUITS but
second i would hope that's Some of, our REPUBLICAN colleagues
seeing i know They're loyal to trump and does. Whatever
he wants but this is so far stepping over THE
line that i hope some of them would join us
in legislation to prevent. It from happening we have Such

(26:13):
a proposal i'm.

Speaker 1 (26:13):
Part, of it okay this. Is very interesting this is
one of the most Interesting stories that i've read in.
A long time and this is BY. The way, Msnbc
all right democratic voters are furious with party leaders and
that disaffection. Has a? Cost? What, what, why, negativity, defeatism.

(26:38):
Scorn snark Contempt democrats in congress are, hearing it all
lots of it from inside. Their own tent they are
trying to be more proactive to raise Alarms about the.
Republican Healthcare Crisis The Federal Communications Commission chair brandon carr

(27:00):
is corrupt, use of, Power for instance but. It's Never
enough the Democratic brand has. THIS is shocking i want
everybody to take a deep breath here because this is.
Gonna Shock you the democratic brand has tanked. In the polls.

Speaker 2 (27:18):
What?

Speaker 1 (27:18):
About the resistance is there? NO more resistance i thought there.
Was a resistance how could they be tanking? In the
polls they're doing what the what? The people want those
same surveys also Show That Despite president donald, Trump's low
ratings americans still have more Trust In. The republican party?

(27:40):
Why crazy reason this is. The craziest Reason you're gonna
you're gonna think about WHEN when when, I, say this
okay it's hard. To believe this you may want to
may want to get the, dump button, ready you know,
just IN case because i don't want. To, offend anybody
so what what is? Going On here president? Trump's low
ratings So they say americans still have more Trust In

(28:05):
the republican party, to, handle immigration, crime the, economy foreign conflicts.
And even? Extremism, what's left like what's what's left? On?
The table upstart Senate Candidates like michigan's Mallory McMorrow And

(28:31):
main's graham plattner say, that if elected they Would Vote
for chuck Schumer as. The, Senate, leader again yeah. They
have to. They have to they have to say that
because if they if they, Don't Say that chuck schumer
will just, destroy their present. Their their candidacy so they
they have. To do THAT they really i, it sounds

(28:55):
silly but. It's really true america is trying to survive a.
Twelve alarm fire the only ones with the tools to
extinguish It are, the republican, perpetrators. They say perpetrators the
disaffection runs deep on social. Media among voters democrats will
need to try. To Rebuild This the jimmy kimmel feurer is.

(29:20):
A good example after the late, Night Hosts suspension house
democratic leaders issued A statement accusing TRUMP and the gop
of waging a War On the first amendment and cars
should be resigning immediately and vowed to investigate what maybe
a corrupt pay. To Play Schemes has jimmy kimmel? EVER come,

(29:41):
back i mean he's been suspended for a, really long time?

Speaker 7 (29:44):
Right?

Speaker 1 (29:44):
Is, he oh oh. He Came Back he's. Jimmy Kimmel's back. Jimmy,
Kill's back whoa so what are? They yelling about what are?
They yelling like this doesn't. MAKE any, sense, I mean,
LOOK i understand i Understand that the democrats do not
want to handle the, issue, of immigration, crime the, economy foreign.

(30:06):
Conflicts or extremism they don't want. To do that they
don't want. Any of that they just they don't they
don't have an answer for those. Sort of challenges and
so this is the this. Is the problem you have
people who overthink what it is that you need to do.

(30:29):
To be successful. They overthink it what is the most
important issue? In your mind what is the most important
issue in your? Way right now if you're just sitting,
at your house or you're, sitting in traffic or you're
doing any of these, sorts of things what is the
most important? Thing, for you economy money, in, your pocket

(30:53):
crime international terrorism not being a factor Here In. The,
UNITED states, like i mean these are these are pretty
easy things, to actually do and if you Were Working,
AS chuck schumer i think would probably prefer. To do
this but he's got a very radical group of people,

(31:15):
in his caucus and they they call The. Tune With
chuck all chuck has to, do is say, you know
what we are, pro legal immigration and we want criminals,
to be deported and we want, we want jobs and
we want prosperity and we want. All of that but,

(31:35):
the problem is It's Like the, no, kings people right
it's all the radicals that are out there that are
that are that. Are The problem chuck schumer still does
not have an answer for What Happened. TO charlie, Kirk i,
mean i'm sorry but he didn't go go out and
give a big speech and say don't assassinate political figures

(31:56):
like this is this, should be, said. You know abundantly
but he doesn't want to talk about any of this.
Sort of stuff you have to be able to talk.
To your caucus you have to don't, do those things don't.
Say those things if you, say those Things well THEN
i'm gonna i. Have No power, news talk eleven ten

(32:31):
ninety NINE. To three wbt it's a great day to,
be here together all, of us together with. So many
things did you guys see who's thinking about Running For.

Speaker 5 (32:41):
The?

Speaker 1 (32:41):
Alabama senate bid, because you know maybe you, don't Know
This but tommy tubberville is gonna go And leave the
senate and he's gonna go and run for The. Governorship
of alabama so there is an open seat that will
come To Pass, And Paul finebaum paul finebaum is considering

(33:06):
A departure from espn To. Run for senate and it
was earlier today he Was Talking to clay travis, and
he said are you really? Thinking about this, and, He
said yeah i'm really. Thinking about this kind of an interesting.
Sort of approach so the story kind of goes LIKE

(33:28):
this That Espn analyst paul finebaum says he's considering leaving
the sports network to Run for the senate seat Being Vacated.
By tommy tuberville in An, interview without kick a, conservative
Sports outlet fine baum said that he was mulling a
campaign after one or Two people in washington reached out

(33:51):
to him to gauge his interest in running. For the
office finebaum is a Household, name in alabama where he
spent roughly three decades covering college sports and. Print and
broadcast his radio show was A fixture of, alabama sports
coverage especially during the Heyday of The university of alabama
college football dynasty and Intense. Rivalry, with auburn tubberville the

(34:18):
Head coach at auburn from ninety nine to two, thousand
and eight announced earlier this year that he's not going
to be Running for another senate term and will instead run. For,
the governor wow? WHAT would happen i wonder what would
happen if people, start doing this because you'd HAVE to
assume i would Assume Right that paul finbaum's probably. A

(34:41):
conservative guy he is Wanting. TO represent, alabama i think
what if you start what if this becomes, the next
thing like all the coaches decide that they want to
go out and they want to start, running for office
that be that would be that would. BE very interesting
i think there is a meeting that is taking place pretty,

(35:06):
much right now and it is the meeting to stop
the shutdown. Of, the government now remember we did tell
you LAST week and i laid it. Out for you
the stuff that needs to be funded is going. To
be funded even if quote they shut. Down the government

(35:26):
they're not going to shut. The government down people Will
Get their, Social security checks they'll get all the sort
of stuff that they need that is going to. Continue
to happen military is going. To get paid necessities are going,
to be handled all that. Sort of stuff you would
basically probably. Not even know you would probably not even
know that that's what's. Going To Happen so president trump

(35:50):
is Meeting At the White House. With chuck schumer he's
also going to Be meeting with jefferies and then the
rest of, the other folks which, would be, obviously You
know the Speaker of The House. And John thune john
thune had a commentary about this. Over the weekend this,

(36:11):
is number two, Cut Number, two John thun, the majority
leader On what. The democrats want cut number two totally Up.

Speaker 8 (36:18):
To the democrats this is the ball is. In their
court there is a bill sitting at the Desk in the.
Senate right now we could pick it up today and
pass it that has been Passed, by the house that
will be signed in the Law by the president to keep.
The government open, so this decision, in my judgment at this,
point in time is up to A. Handful, of democrats.

Speaker 1 (36:39):
Okay so let's go. Back in time let's go. Back
in time.

Speaker 2 (36:44):
This is.

Speaker 1 (36:44):
Cut number eight this is this Is the panicky this
is the panicky notion, of a shutdown of a of
a of a. Government shut Down, and The democrats the
democrats were once. Upon a time we're not.

Speaker 2 (37:01):
Going to shut.

Speaker 1 (37:01):
The government down we don't want the government to, be shut.
Down absolutely not we don't want to. Shut it down
this is. Cut number eight. Fire it up go.

Speaker 4 (37:11):
To hold these people hostage instead of just letting them,
do their jobs which they want to do while we work.

Speaker 2 (37:18):
Out our. Differences so wrong.

Speaker 9 (37:22):
This is democracy and, in a democracy hostage tactics are
the last resort for those who can't win their, fights
through elections can't win Their, fights in congress can't win
their fights, for the presidency and can't win their fights.

Speaker 8 (37:39):
In the court doesn't shutdown as any duration With harm
hardworking americans.

Speaker 4 (37:44):
And our economy why SHOULD we ask tsa officers to
go without their hard earn pay while they.

Speaker 2 (37:49):
Protect our airports i'm A.

Speaker 10 (37:51):
Senator from virginia some of the hardest effects of shutdown
will be seen.

Speaker 4 (37:55):
In my state if the, government shuts down it Will
be average americans.

Speaker 2 (37:58):
Who suffer most.

Speaker 11 (38:00):
If some right now are trying to figure out how
they're going, to pay rent how they're going to, make
mortgage payments how they're going to keep, college payments going
how they're.

Speaker 2 (38:08):
Going to keep, the lights on how they're going to
keep food.

Speaker 12 (38:10):
On the table had, the government shutdown hundreds of thousands
of people would have not. Gotten their paychecks federal employees
would have been.

Speaker 2 (38:18):
Furloughed sent home.

Speaker 8 (38:19):
Our military, will get paid head start teachers, won't get
paid our wildfire fighters will get paid present federal prison guards.

Speaker 1 (38:28):
WILL get paid a.

Speaker 4 (38:29):
Government shutdown means seniors who Rely on social security could be.
Thrown into chaos our veterans COULD see regional va offices
shut down and support services.

Speaker 1 (38:39):
Put on hold shutdowns are not good.

Speaker 3 (38:41):
For the economy.

Speaker 9 (38:42):
Shutdowns cost taxpayers billions of.

Speaker 13 (38:45):
Dollars per week shutdowns cost the economy.

Speaker 1 (38:48):
Billions of dollars they.

Speaker 10 (38:51):
Cost businesses money they could even cost a downgrade to the.

Speaker 4 (38:56):
Nation's credit rating families WHO benefit from wick and other
nutrition programs could.

Speaker 2 (39:01):
See benefits halted.

Speaker 14 (39:02):
If this, shutdown continues indefinitely Thirty nine million americans will
risk not. Having enough food they WILL lose their Snap,
benefits in february So that means american children will be going.

Speaker 13 (39:13):
To bed.

Speaker 14 (39:14):
Hungry it's unacceptable.

Speaker 11 (39:15):
The longer that this, shutdown goes On the more americans that.

Speaker 15 (39:20):
Will be affected critical services and our economy are being
threatened with.

Speaker 14 (39:24):
Poison pill partisanship shutting down the government should not be.

Speaker 9 (39:28):
A negotiating tactic hostage Taking is all they have left
a last gas of those who cannot cope with the
realities of. Our jama, pursuits.

Speaker 1 (39:43):
Oh no we're all. Going to die but they want to.
Shut it down now they're saying they want to. Shut
it down they want to try to shut. This thing
down did, you guys know do you have any, idea
Deadly Serious as joe, biden would say do you know?
What they want do you guys know? What they Want what?

(40:04):
The democrats want they want like one point seven trillion.
Dollars to spend they want to be able to spend that,
Stuff that really i'm not. Making it up i'll pay
it off for. You Straight Ahead. I'm brett wotable you're
Listening To The. Brett wardable, Show all right so we

these these different sorts of stories and we're able to

(47:47):
to break them. Down for you we do it. IN real,
time i mean it's really it's it's unbelievable, what we've
got uh. In this regard you want to hear the left.

A bigger telescope scientists have DISCOVERED That, three I atlas
a manhattan sized interstellar object That potentially has alien, tech

(50:32):
in it is much larger than we were previously. Led
to believe this thing. Is even bigger FIRST discovered By
nasa on, july the first the cosmic anomaly has been
Underwatched by The Harvard astrophysicist avi loebe and his team

(50:52):
as it Shoots Across. The solar, system the object which
is believed to, be a comet reported, has interstellar origins
making it the third ever that. Has come through is
now the team has gleaned some. Sizable new, intel all
right we were, ahead of this by the way LAST

(51:13):
week when i told you that this thing is now
bigger than thirty. Three billion tons. It's getting bigger what
kind of a? Comet gets bigger they arrived by this
number by calculating the object's trajectory To find that atlas's

(51:36):
gravitational acceleration is smaller than forty nine feet. PER day
squared i don't know. What that means this was then
compared to how much mass it was shedding via gases.
And Dust particles lobin company also found that the diameter

(51:57):
of its solid density nucle must be larger than three point.
One miles across the upper limit of current, projections are
that based on the Observations of the hubble telescope has
been utilized for for this. Sort, Of, stuff thankfully thankfully

(52:17):
despite the rocketing, Toward home base atlas poses No. THREAT
to earth i don't believe that. For a, minute no. Way,
no way however its anomaloust trajectory will bring it Suspiciously,
Close to Jupiter. Venus and mars they found They. Found

(52:41):
on venus they have these they have these things now
on The planet on venus that that looks, like like
veins like veins on The on. The venus planet like
it's like that they could because you're able to look

(53:01):
at this thing with like all the all the technology
now you can see all this stuff. That's, Going on
No i'm not. I'm, not joking, thankfully, despite rocketing right
we don't have to. Worry about it it's not. Gonna
hit us it is going to disappear though, for a
minute and then it, may come back but it's not.
Gonna hit. Us we're. Fine everything's cool the government knows

(53:23):
the government? Knows WHAT'S up can.

Speaker 18 (53:26):
I make an out of? The box recommendation what?

Speaker 1 (53:28):
Is the uh what is the out of? THE box,
recommendation i mean why would you? Want to know you're
gonna break it up into a bunch. Of other pieces
it's better than. THE full spaceship i don't.

Speaker 13 (53:39):
Know about that maybe.

Speaker 1 (53:41):
They felt that. The space craft they thought at first
that it was a spacecraft based on several. Pieces, of evidence.
Yeah they're saying this is what these. GUYS are saying
i can't. Make it up but there's something even. Bigger
than that you? Ready, for this okay. Here we, go
be prepared, ladies and gentlemen especially. You science types i'm not.
A science guy i just. Like scaring people so here's,

(54:04):
what we. Got All right the earth's flipping magnetic field
sounds like a creepy scene from. A, Horror movie okay
isaac is walking out. Of the studio if our planet
flips and no one's, around to hear it doesn't. Make
a sound scientists have managed to put a chilling soundtrack

(54:24):

result is. Absolutely bone chilling the underground rock music was
unveiled in twenty twenty Four At the Technical university of
Denmark And The german Research. Center, for geosciences okay, this

Speaker 1 (55:05):
Last chomps event the dramatic reversal occurred roughly forty one
thousand years ago when the magnetic field switched north was south,
and vice versa causing auroras to go Streaking across the
ecuador the Equator. Or around ecuador and while there's no

(55:26):

As it sounded you actually can listen to the. Sound of,

fibermaxing a wellness trend that sees people consuming as much dietary,

(56:13):
fiber as possible it could do more. Harm than good devotees,
of the trend which has been gaining traction across the
social media for the, past six months claims that sticking
with it for a period of time, promises improved digestion,
fuller for longer and of course enhanced energy levels that

(56:36):

space thing that's going to become, in our Way and
the brits they're talking about being fuller for longer and

(56:58):

a PhD biochemist with over forty years of experience is
saying fibermaxing promises benefits, as improved digestion feeling, fuller for
longer and enhanced energy levels and. So called detoxification, no

Speaker 20 (59:54):
She wanted it to line up with the New, moon
in virgo which This year meant august twenty third tracks
because she points out in the Piece that by august
twenty fourth she was waiting. Impatiently for, results the, witch
they Reveal promised on august twenty third that quote you
will see the first results within two. To three weeks

(01:00:16):
this was Eighteen days before. Charlie was killed not satisfied,
with this curse the amped, Up one alone jezebel reached
out to a quote Third Witch pristus lilan jezebel opined
if enough people cursed, a single person would the.

Speaker 1 (01:00:32):
Results.

Speaker 20 (01:00:33):
Be STRONGER quote when i asked her if she'd noticed
more political figures being, targeted these days.

Speaker 1 (01:00:39):
She said yes, The next day.

Speaker 20 (01:00:41):
Lillan sent the jezebel writer proof of the hecks she
had cast quote a, photograph in flames the edges, slowly
Curling inward, engulfing charlie's ridiculous scrunched. Up little, FACE she,
whispered i imagine Writes to, The jezebel reporter trust the unseen.

Speaker 1 (01:01:05):
That ladies and. Gentlemen is disgusting that is disgusting all.
The way around and the fact that this that these,
people want, to you know play that game and do that.
Sort of, stuff you know we we Know Exactly where
charlie kirk, is right now and we know where he was,

(01:01:25):
in that moment, in that. Terrible ugly moment but you got,
to remember, something all right what goes, around comes around
and to go in and to. PLAY that game i
just got, TO tell YOU i think i, think it's shocking.
But it's. Not it's not, it shouldn't be because she

(01:01:48):
says in that in that report that that is that
was what they. Wanted to do they're trying to go,
after political figures but they don't understand that there is
much greater power in the light than it is. IN the,
dark i mean that's that's that's what that's what is important.

(01:02:08):
In that regard the left is really beginning to crack
up in a lot. Of different ways there's a there's
a An Organization Called Medea's Touch and adam mackler came
IN on on cnn yesterday and this is. Cut number
seven this is this IS something that i think. Is

(01:02:31):
very interesting he he goes all in on all the
crazy that he can Possibly Stand and scott jennings he
just lays in wait for? What comes next. Cut. Number,
Seven please.

Speaker 10 (01:02:46):
Yeah i'm pretty tired of conservatives gaslighting about the current
Political Environment and donald trump's rhetoric when all of this
escalation can be traced back to His entrance. Into american
politics his claim to fame Was saying that obama Wasn't.
Born in america he was the first presidential candidate to
have his crowd chant lock her up about. A political
opponent you can bring. Up the insurrection even in the
past few weeks my Home. City of chicago he posted

(01:03:09):
A photo of chicago being Invaded by The. Department of
war so the broader Point Here is donald trump endlessly
deflects and tries to blame it on the other side
when he is the one responsible for amping up The.
Tension In america and i've spent all of, my formative years,
throughout high school throughout college looking to The president who
i'm supposed to be able to, look up to and
seeing somebody who's trying to place blame, on the left

(01:03:31):
who's amping up, the rhetoric, constantly and yeah.

Speaker 12 (01:03:34):
It's not good so You Think it's donald trump's fault
that it deranged left is climbed up to the top
of a building and shot up the ice facility, not
once now But.

Speaker 10 (01:03:42):
TWICE in texas I Think it's donald Trump's fault that
america has gotten to. THIS heated place i think that's.

Speaker 12 (01:03:47):
No responsibility for the radicalization on the left that's causing,
this violence now twenty nine year.

Speaker 10 (01:03:52):
Olds radicalized by online communities. And online algorithms i'm not going.
To blame That, you're really trump but he was caught
in a lot of online video game algorithms and All These.
Communities donald Trump but is trump? Ten Years ago donald
trump amped up The? Tension in america so.

Speaker 12 (01:04:07):
So he ran, ten years ago and this guy then,
ten years later. Somehow you're connecting can't you just take? Responsibility,
for it oh let's do the has.

Speaker 10 (01:04:18):
To take responsibility twenty two year old YouTuber you, want
ME president want.

Speaker 1 (01:04:24):
I WANT you to i want.

Speaker 12 (01:04:25):
YOU to understand i want you to understand that we're
in the middle of an epidemic of. Left wing Violence,
they're attacking Ice. They shot charlie it's happening all. Over
the country We Have these free palestine people running around
trying to Burn Down the. Pennsylvania governor's mansion. On And
On the, president trump's fault the president that is radicalized

(01:04:45):
to the, point of saying we're done talking and.

Speaker 10 (01:04:48):
We're Gonna start is trump amping, down the tensions amping?

Speaker 1 (01:04:53):
Down the tap is?

Speaker 12 (01:04:54):
He is he is he taking? The tensions down is
he trying? TO do that i think he's mad that his,
friend got murdered, if.

Speaker 2 (01:04:59):
He okay.

Speaker 1 (01:05:02):
Okay so little twenty two year old guy is all,
he's all upset, he's very angry he's all this sort
of stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:05:09):
That's.

Speaker 1 (01:05:10):
Going on here why not just start a, campaign of saying,
don't shoot people don't shoot, people over politics try to
defeat them at. The ballot box see. That's the problem
and it's not lost on me that this twenty two
Year old with medea's touch is exactly the same age
as the person who Murdered Who murdered charlie kirk because

(01:05:35):
they didn't have an answer, to the debate so they
had to try, to erase him and they've only. Made
Him bigger news talk eleven ten NINETY Nine Three Wbt,

of A Sound from jd vance in the in the

(01:06:45):
in the prior period before the, Meetup took place. Cut,
number nine please.

Speaker 21 (01:06:50):
We are going to shut down the government unless you
give a trillion dollars for medical benefits. For legal aliens
the major healthcare reform that we've done in this administration
is we've made it harder to give your harder and
tax dollars to medical benefits. For Illegal aliens the democrats,
want undo that and they're saying that unless you give
that money to, those legal aliens unless you give those
benefits to, those illegal aliens we are going to shut down.

(01:07:12):
The people's government it's such a stark contrast between. Two
parties priorities we want to put the government to Work
for the.

Speaker 2 (01:07:20):
American People first.

Speaker 21 (01:07:21):
The democrats want to shut down the government because we
won't give free benefits. To illegal aliens it's, such a
good again contrast For what the democrats stand.

Speaker 2 (01:07:29):
For and what.

Speaker 21 (01:07:30):
Republicans stand for we're not Going, to be look we're
not going to be taken hostage by the democrats desperate
desire to give your tax money. To illegal aliens we're
just not going.

Speaker 1 (01:07:38):
TO do, it i, mean come on are? You kidding me,
This is great this is a great way that he, is,
messaging saying listen the left wants to just pour another
trillion dollars into illegal benefits and that is not going
to be, acceptable to anybody like who would even think?
About doing that who? Would do that, and you know

(01:08:03):
TWO hours, ago i said Why don't the democrats have?
Any good ideas because they constantly opened the door. Into
their nose they don't Understand that the american people are
sick and tired of, all the spending, all the money
all the. Stuff going around you just it's this is.

(01:08:25):
This is lunacy and when you think about how all
this stuff. Comes to pass, oh oh yeah another you
want another one point, Seven, trillion dollars sure let me
go get. It for you i'll just go pick it.
Up right there. Here you go here's your bag, Of Money.
There chuck schumer and you know full well if you give,
him the money he's gonna say. It wasn't enough this

(01:08:50):
is how the, YOU know what i don't even THINK
it's a i don't even Think It's the. Democratic party
ANYMORE here's what i. THINK it is i think It Is.
THE schumer party i think It is The Schumerian, the
schumer party the who else? Could it be it could
Also Be The, hakeem Jeffrey's Party. The jeffrey party that's.
WHAT it, is i mean where are we supposed to

(01:09:12):
get one point seven trillion dollars? In this mix how
is that? Supposed to happen somebody Please Tell. Me John
thune john thune's not all on, Board With this mike
johnson's not on. Board with this the overwhelming number of
people in this country are not about this in any.

(01:09:33):
Way at all it doesn't. Make Any sense chuck schumer
wants to just continue to. Move the goalposts that's all he.
Wants to do he wants to be like we've seen.
A hundred TIMES you and i. Have seen it we've
lived through it, a hundred times, two hundred times pulling
the football Away Just as charlie. Brown's gonna kick that is.

(01:09:56):
What this is You Could give Chuck Schumer. And hakeem
jefferies and, by the way what does it tell you
that the two most powerful People In the united States
on the democrat side are both Coming Out, of new
york a place As Much as new. York is important

(01:10:17):
sure there's a lot, of stuff there but they do not,
in any way shape or form represent the overwhelming number
of people.

Speaker 2 (01:10:25):
In the.

Speaker 1 (01:10:25):
COUNTRY it's, Awful i mean Thune Is, from south dakota
and what You Have with mike johnson is somebody Coming.
Out Of. Louisiana That's america New, york's not america not
even by. A long shot, mandami wants, to you know, take,
every nickel diamond penny and throw it. Out the window.

(01:10:50):
You got it, i'm telling you the progressives have. Got
To stop the progressives are doing. You very dirty i'm
talking about the other people inside The inside the House.
And the senate you guys are not being served, well
at all and it's just going to continue to hurt
You and. THE american people i can guarantee you. This

(01:11:12):
right now if you if you went and took a
poll of of of, a million people he had a.
Million person poll nobody wants to put put more. Money
into this they're just trying to make it. Impossible To
Govern and chuck schumer is going to pay a mighty
price when. He gets deposed when he's out and you

(01:11:33):
END up with aoc, in that seat because that is
exactly what is. Going to happen you're going TO have
aoc uh and you're Going To, have hakeem jefferies and
you're going to have two very very very radical left
people who will be Very excited About Mandami and alvin
bragg And All the latitia james and all the stuff.

(01:11:56):
That's Going on new york is unfortunately punching well. Above
their efficacy and that. Is the, problem that is that's.
How it goes and if they want, to, do it,
look you know you you really want to, go up
there you really want to go, climb up there you

(01:12:17):
really want to go do that. Sort of STUFF who
am i? TO stop, you, i say yeah, go for
IT go, for i mean where are? The Normal people?
Where's where's where where are the normal People In? THE democratic,
party i mean there ARE people that i. Don't Necessarily

okay you know what, that this is this is a better.
Job For You. WES wes, moore i, mean these guys

correct you caught us last week about The Scheme. Of
chuck schumer you said there, were twelve thousand at least
twelve million people that Signed up for obamacare that never
even filed a.

Speaker 1 (01:14:21):
Clink, yep and everything.

Speaker 15 (01:14:24):
And you know it's just. It's so, interesting you know
what was it on Your show that shumor had? An
imaginary constituent and he would have only because these two
guys they called him. OUT on, IT i mean i
think it's Time for old chucky to take a bread
and go, to you know take a someabnacle and re. Examine,

(01:14:46):
his life.

Speaker 1 (01:14:47):
Yeah you are you. Are exactly right he would make
up these very specific details and. They didn't exist these people,
was a family, and you know he what? Did he
say he said He, voted for trump but the wife Didn't,
vote for trump and all this. Kind of, stuff it was.

(01:15:09):
It was bizarre, But That's look chuck schumer learned, at
the best at the best that he could. Possibly have
learned And It. Was Joe biden joe biden taught him
everything that he. Needed to know and that's really. WHAT
it was.

Speaker 7 (01:15:25):
I would have loved and been able to go too that,
Congressional thing today brett.

Speaker 15 (01:15:29):
For my two cents in, BECAUSE you know i called
in when they had the shooting right. At, the courthouse
yes the, last, three.

Speaker 1 (01:15:36):
Months YES sir no tv.

Speaker 15 (01:15:38):
Station reported it and that's where the media, is, complacent with,
uh you know promoting. The democratic again it's a sad
day when you can't even and there are so many
things that, have, happened uptown, sure you know but people
are not.

Speaker 1 (01:15:54):
Tuned into that do you when you have to go
in and and and file documents her or or or
doing the things, that you're doing do you do you
feel unsafe when you when you go.

Speaker 2 (01:16:05):
Into?

Speaker 1 (01:16:06):
Certain, areas.

Speaker 6 (01:16:08):
No no.

Speaker 15 (01:16:10):
They, Being honest bread I'M con seal. Peri.

Speaker 1 (01:16:12):
On that smart. I'M very, smart i, MEAN.

Speaker 15 (01:16:15):
You know i Believe In. THE second amendment, I don't
hunt i. DON'T kill ANIMALS i hope i never.

Speaker 1 (01:16:20):
Have to use a gun on, Anybody for sure but if.

Speaker 15 (01:16:22):
This it comes down to my life being, In imminent
danger i'm gonna make the right.

Speaker 1 (01:16:29):
Choice.

Speaker 15 (01:16:29):
AND everything uh i had a guy throwing Water, bottles
at TIVOLA oh and i and he was in the
island and so. Uh he was he came up to
my car and getting getting ready. TO throw it i
rolled the WINNER down and i showed him my UH peacemaker, and,
i said now do you really want to? Go for,

(01:16:51):
this you know he was gonna try to. Bust my weapon,
oh my god even though he might, have been il
that woke his consciousness up and he had full caught.

Speaker 7 (01:17:00):
You're.

Speaker 1 (01:17:00):
Just there yeah see this is, this is that this.
Is the problem these are the problems. That that Happened
And and i'm i'm glad you. Called, in today man
it's always good to, Talk. TO you ralph i, always appreciate,
it all, right.

Speaker 7 (01:17:12):
Thank, you.

Speaker 1 (01:17:12):
Man yeah, absolutely look here here's the. Thing nobody knows
nobody knows when you're gonna end up with a with
a negative interaction with somebody who might be out, of
their mind might, be on drugs might be a combination
of all of this. Sort, Of stuff right but. Here's

(01:17:32):
the thing. We have people we have people that understand
full well that they they, should be incarcerated but they
get to slip out of out of that sort OF
responsibility because i. Don't understand, it you know, people, will

(01:17:55):
say well he had, a, bad childhood okay but if he's,
beaten people up or he's robbed in people or stab
in people, or shooting people you should be incarcerated until
you learn how to be a better person where you
don't go out, and harass, people hurt people all this.
Sort of stuff and this is this is the problem that.

(01:18:17):
We're dealing with this is the problem that. We're dealing
with so when you go to these, sorts of situations right,
by and large people. Are are peaceful they want to.
Be left alone and when you get into a situation
where you have somebody that's going to prevent you from

(01:18:38):
being able to transact your business or anything, else like
that you've got a real major problem and you have
to make a decision as to how it is you're going. To,
Handle this now once, upon A time and i'm old,
enough to remember and it goes all the way back.
To the seventies you used to have the ability to,

(01:19:01):
lock people up whether in jail or, in an institution
because they were not able to take. Care of themselves,
they were dangerous they were a, danger to society or
they were, danger to themselves and so you would you'd
have to go and you'd, have, to say listen we're
gonna give you meds and we're gonna, keep you here
and this is. What's gonna happen and that's how. It's

(01:19:22):
gonna go i'm old enough to remember when they had
This Thing. Called scared, straight you guys any any of
you guys, in This Audience. Remember scared straight where they
would take, these punky kids these these these these young
people who wanted to rob and fight and beat and
do all that, sort of stuff and they would put
them in with real hardcore inmates at at, maximum security

(01:19:47):
prisons and those, inmates would, say all right we're gonna
show you. What prison's like you want to, Go to
prison we're gonna show you exactly. What it's like and,
they would say give, Us your shoes we're gonna. Take
your shoes we're gonna we're gonna take, all your stuff
and now you, want it back come and get. It
from me that's, what they did AND those inmates i
think saved a lot of lives on the inside by

(01:20:11):
making sure that these kids never wanted to go to a.
Maximum security prison why don't?

Speaker 6 (01:20:17):
We do.

Speaker 1 (01:20:17):
That it worked you can look It Ups. Called scared
straight It was a it was a very big thing
in the late in, the late seventies and a lot
of people turned around as a. Result, OF that yeah,

(01:20:43):
i get it you have gassed always under its at
always coming and last.

Speaker 2 (01:20:47):
And bring it.

Speaker 1 (01:20:47):
Up To back news talk eleven NINE To Three Wbt,
Brett winterbole show good to. Be with you let's jump
out And Talk. To Military, dean military dean welcome.

Speaker 6 (01:20:57):

Speaker 1 (01:21:02):
Show, what's happening.

Speaker 5 (01:21:04):
Well you've been beaten. Around the bush beaten. AROUND the
bush i wanted to call in last. Week about insurgency
i'm one of the wonderful people who have extensive training in,
that subject matter and then tonight you're beat around the
Bush About. The democrat party i'm born And Raised In,
new york city and there's an awful lot of people

(01:21:25):
who pray in a. House without corners if You understand,
what i'm saying shouldn't you're you wonder how those people
could be Voting For. The democrat.

Speaker 2 (01:21:34):
Party i'm old habits are.

Speaker 5 (01:21:35):
Hard to break but it's Time for the american public
to look around and Know That the democrat party has
been bribed. Out of existence everything is being Paid. For
anti american the insurgency is. Within our government people just.
Aren't realizing it you.

Speaker 1 (01:21:55):
Are you are right when you when, you say this
because there are very, very well connected very very wealthy
investors who are doing a lot of things that we
would otherwise not, want to do we would not. Want
to see, like last WEEK last WEEK i was i

(01:22:18):
was looking. At This story soros foundation gave eighty million
dollars to groups tied. To, extremist violence now why would anybody, want,
to say, yeah here's money go be tied. TO extremist
violence i don't think, that persuades? Anybody does it you
would know, better than, me, my friend.

Speaker 5 (01:22:40):
Right it doesn't persuade. Anybody who's patriotic.

Speaker 1 (01:22:43):
That is correct that is. That is correct so how
do so you've, You've seen things, you've lived things. You've
done things how do you persuade people who may be
brainwashed or or not wanting to think? About another approach

(01:23:05):
how how does one go? About? Doing, THAT uh, dean.

Speaker 5 (01:23:10):
I mean no one wants blood.

Speaker 1 (01:23:12):
In, The streets sure.

Speaker 2 (01:23:13):
So do you let?

Speaker 5 (01:23:15):
The system fail or? WHAT'S the, Madness I Mean new
york city is going.

Speaker 6 (01:23:23):
To go.

Speaker 1 (01:23:23):
Under It's sad new. York Is Horrible new.

Speaker 5 (01:23:25):
York city is Going, To be venezuela north yep.

Speaker 1 (01:23:27):
In a year that is, that is true and and and,
and and LOOK you Know. I LOVE curtis he i
don't think he's got the numbers. That he needs he
would be great as a as a. As a mayor
and then you've got you've got the other. Guy running now,
AND YOU know i I think that mandami's got basically

(01:23:48):
got a lock.

Speaker 2 (01:23:49):
On.

Speaker 1 (01:23:49):
This place now it's so. Radical over.

Speaker 5 (01:23:51):
There it's right you've replaced with brainwashed kids who, are
over educated and all the foreigners in the Kind And In,
new york city and so, it's and yes we are
a country, built on immigrants but it, was legal immigrants
everybody who wanted to come here and work hard to create.

Speaker 2 (01:24:12):
Something to.

Speaker 1 (01:24:12):
Themselves that's right and what we've got now is you've
got a situation where. Everything is, bifurcated and uh these
these folks are not they're not looking for The. Best
in america and it's. A sad thing everybody, wants to
hustle but they. Don't want to they don't want to make.
The country strong.

Speaker 5 (01:24:31):
They're just putting.

Speaker 1 (01:24:31):
Their hand out that's. A free ride, thanks. FOR calling
man i always appreciate. Talking to, you, you're you're you're
you're a light, in the, world my friend and thank. You,
very much.

Speaker 7 (01:24:41):

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
