Speaker 1 (00:16):
News Talk eleven, ten ninety nine to three WBT first
program of the week. Actually technically not really true. We
did have our october Fest Day yesterday and it was
really awesome. I had a great time with Nick Craig
and me Brett witter Bull. It's good to be with
you here on a Monday, and there's a lot of
stuff that we're going to talk about. We're going to
actually disabuse people of crazy thoughts that they've got because
(00:43):
the reality is what the reality is. Over the course
of the next couple of hours, we are certainly going
to dive into a number of different topics, mostly important
because we're seeing a states rights insurrection coming from of
all places, Illinois, Illinois. Are you kidding me? Yeah, There's
(01:08):
Brandon Johnson, the most incompetent human being maybe to walk
the earth at this stage of the game. And Pritzker,
who could never ever, ever pass up a seventh a
seventh portion of whatever it is he's eating. But you
look at these people. This is unbelievable. And I love
(01:29):
to do these kinds of shows. These are the best
kinds of shows that we can do because I can
teach you, guys, or remind you guys about what's going
on here. Okay, so let's start with something very basic,
very basic. Illegals are getting money. Illegals are getting money
(01:52):
from the Democratic Party, and I can prove it to
you in three sound clips. I can do it for
you in three sound clips. Because the big lies on
the program over the weekend was, oh, there are no
there's no funds going to the illegals. There's nobody, there's
(02:12):
none of that going on. Well, let's let's start right
out of the gate with the content. Okay, let's go
to Kate Beckelder O'Dell. She happens to be a person
very smart Wall Street Journal, and she understands cut number
one exactly the fraud that is in place that Chuck
(02:32):
Schumer wants to have in place permanently and forever Cut one.
Speaker 2 (02:37):
Please, premiums are going out either way. The question is
what the exposure is. I mean, we need to stop
and appreciate what an indictment this is of the Affordable
Care Act that now we have to shovel you know,
half a trillion dollars into it or people will not
buy the product or won't think it's worth its value.
I mean, Alicia also raised the point of fraud, which
is a really really salient one when we're talking about people,
(03:00):
there's the coverage. Basically, what the Biden administration did was
make it so many people paid nothing for these plans
and they were auto re enrolled every year, didn't have
to go back and sign up. And what that means
is some people don't know they're enrolled. Forty percent of
people in these types of plans had no claims in
twenty twenty four. I mean, this is this should be
(03:21):
a bipartisan outrage to fix, but it's not because Democrats
have you know, made it all turn it into a
panic about healthcare.
Speaker 1 (03:28):
But so the fact of the matter is Joe Biden
fraudulently put money into these these programs that they were
not entitled to. Illegals are taking the advantage, and I
will I'll get you the details on that. Don't worry
about that. We're starting to build a little bit. Mark Kelly,
the most incompetent human being in all of the Democratic Senate,
(03:49):
Mark Kelly, he just says, we got it, We just
got it, We just got It's terrible. It's the worst
thing ever. Cut number two.
Speaker 3 (03:56):
Please, they always go to undocumented people illegal immigrants. They're
gonna blame illegal immigrants for everything. If you are undocumented
in our country, you cannot get healthcare from the Affordable
Care Act exchange. You are not eligible for Medicare, you
are not eligible for Medicaid for undocumented people. So they're
(04:18):
just making that up. They just like to blame brown
people for brown people. Yeah, that's pretty that's pretty much it.
Speaker 1 (04:24):
Yeah, there you go, brown people. It is brown people.
We're just gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna just blame brown people,
brown people. Okay, Mark Kelly. Mark Kelly is a silly,
silly man. He is the silly goose because he understands
exactly what's going on with this. There is fraud. There's
absolutely fraud here. The fraud has been mandated by the
(04:48):
federal government in case you didn't know this. So I'm
gonna I'm gonna teach mister Kelly, not Gene Kelly. I
love Gene Kelly, but this silly guy, the silly goose,
I'm going to teach them something here. It's impossible to
provide an exact total for how much money has been
spent under the Emergency Medical Treatment Active Labor Act called
(05:12):
MTALA m TALA since it's enactment in nineteen eighty six,
as there is no specific federal budget or dedicated funding
mechanism for it. Instead of it being a spending bill,
m TALA is an unfunded mandate that requires hospitals and
(05:35):
emergency departments to provide medical screening and stabilizing care regardless
of a patient's ability to pay. That is where all
the illegals are going. They're going to the emergency room.
They don't go to the they don't go to any
other place but the emergency room because they know they're
going to be able to get what they need. The
(05:57):
cost of m TALA is the result of uncompensated care
absorbed by hospitals and physicians. So if it's unabsorbed hospital
and physicians, who's paying for it? Not the illegals, Not
the demented lunatics who are laying on the sidewalk because
(06:19):
they got a bad batch of some kind of drug. No, no, no, no, no,
those people don't ever pay. You know who pays? You pay?
You pay? You think the doctors pay out of their pocket.
I think the hospitals pay out of their pocket.
Speaker 4 (06:31):
No.
Speaker 1 (06:31):
The whole reason why you have this problem that's the
debate issue is that the Democratic Party apparently doesn't understand
what MTALA is. A major source of uncompensated care. M
TALA is a significant driver of uncompensated hospital care, with
emergency departments providing more of this care in the uninsured
(06:54):
areas than any other anything else. Now, how much do
they spend? Well, this is money that Chuck Schumer says
doesn't exist, but it does. One two thousand three estimate
by the American Medical Association for the Health Policy Research
put the direct cost to physicians from m TALA mandated
(07:17):
uncompensated care four point two billion dollars annually annually, and
this goes all the way back to nineteen eighty six.
So you want to take four point two billion dollars
for forty years, and you want to take a look
at what that looks like. That looks pretty bad. This
is why Chuck Schumer gets all all randy when people
(07:38):
are telling him, no, no, no, we are actually spending
a ton of money on people who are not supposed
to be in the United States of America. A twenty
twenty two article cited data that American hospitals absorbed seven
hundred and two billion dollars in uncompensated money between twenty
twenty twenty two. That's almost a trillion dollars. Chuck Schumer
(08:04):
is a liar. Chuck, You're a liar. Hakeem Jeffries, You're
less than a liar. You're not really lying, You're just
you're just sad because of the hats and all the
things that are going on. But seven hundred and two
billion dollars, who pays for that? You pay for that
because illegals are coming into the country and and tap
in our systems, and nobody gets to get out of
(08:28):
that conundrum. This is the problem. This is why you
can never believe democrats, period, full stop. Yep. I said it.
Oh my gosh, two of the most incompetent human beings
that walk the earth right now, I'm looking at it
at Fox News. I don't even want to put I
(08:48):
don't even want to put the sound on this because
you will get dumber listening to Pritzker and Brandon Johnson.
I don't want to I don't want to be responsible
for you guys having to go go and give yourself
a mental kolonic after this, because these these two guys
are just sad sacks, two sad sacks in a pod.
(09:08):
It's it's unbelievable. My gosh, I've got sound I am
gonna play. I will play sound from from the quote
unquote Governor of Illinois, and I will also play sound
for you later on with the uh mayor air quotes
(09:29):
of Chicago, who has by the way, he has a
five percent approval rating. Okay, do you know. Let me
tell you something here. Okay, let me tell you something.
I think Osama bin Laden has a has a bigger
number than that. Okay, given given all the stuff that's
gone on in the Middle East, I mean, this is
(09:50):
this is amazing. These guys are amazing. Five percent approval.
That means ninety five percent of the people want to
get the heck out away from this guy. And this guy,
this guy is not ready for prime time. In fact,
I would say if I had to trade a mayor,
I think I would trade Brandon Johnson for any other mayor,
(10:15):
including Karen Bass, to be a replacement. I mean, my gosh,
because this guy just he has no idea what he
is doing. He can't even Oh, it's just it's unbelievable.
So let's let's look at this for a second, because
this is important. What I'm about to tell you is
very important, all right, Mike Johnson is keeping us on
(10:42):
the right path. Let me give you a little example
of this. Okay, Mike Johnson goes on with Marge from
Face the Nation, and she is so mad at Mike
Johnson for basically saying what I just said in that
(11:03):
last segment about how we are still funding the illegals,
whether you want to say it or not. So let's
go to cut number five. Mike Johnson explaining this to Schumer,
and of course Marge cut five.
Speaker 5 (11:21):
Because they want to do this, you know what they
counter proposed. They want to spend one point five trillion
dollars and they want to return hard working tax payer
dollars to fund healthcare for illegal aliens. It is in
their bill. Go to Speaker dot govern see it for yourself,
page fifty seven, Section twenty one forty one. They're using
this for political games, and it is shameful and real
people are getting hurt.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
Well that I have looked at that text.
Speaker 6 (11:45):
It doesn't explicitly say what you are indicating, but unauthorized
immigrants very intelligible basia it does.
Speaker 5 (11:51):
It says very simply, they want to repeal the changes
that we made in the in the Working Families Tax Cut,
the one big beautiful bill. And what those changes were
is it removed healthcare going to illegal aliens. It removed
all the fraud, waste, and abuse, and the Congressional Budget
Office CBO said it achieved the desired result. They project
it'll save almost two hundred billion dollars. Chuck Schumer's proposal
(12:12):
on page fifty seven wants to return that two hundred
billion dollars of taxpayer funds to pay for illegal aliens
and other non citizens. That is a fact, and you
can check it out on my website Speaker dot gov.
Don't trust me. Look at Chuck Schumer's own paperwork.
Speaker 1 (12:27):
It's amazing, it's amazing. And then here comes, here comes
somebody who's got a hankering for a hunk of knowledge.
Here Kristin Welker, NBC News, and I look, I think
she's being very fair. She calls out Hakeem Jefferies because
(12:47):
he's basically not being any kind of a factor in
this debate, in the discussion. This is cutting number six. Please,
Kristin Welker.
Speaker 6 (12:55):
Let me ask you, because you say this as a
Republican shutdown. But it's Democratic senators who are withholding their
votes on what is called a clean resolution that means
no strings attached, which is something quite frankly, Leader, that
you and other Democrats have advocated for in the past.
Speaker 1 (13:10):
Take a look.
Speaker 6 (13:12):
They do not use the threat of shutting down government
to try to advance your policy agenda.
Speaker 3 (13:20):
First thing that the House has to do is pass
a clean six weeks star a continuing resolution that is
at the fiscal yeah, twenty twenty three levels is the
only way forward.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
So they did it. They did everything that those guys did.
They even dug up dirty Harry, Harry Harry from Vegas.
I mean, my gosh, look at this. This is insane.
The reality is this shutdown should never have happened. It
should never have happened at all. And unfortunately now the
(13:57):
Democrats are making a bigger mess off of all this stuff.
What do you mean by that, britt Why are you
saying the Democrats are making a bigger mess. It is
a bigger mess. It's a terrible mess. It's awful. First
of all, repeat after me illegals get money from the
federal government. They do, they're able to get the stuff
that they need, that they want, all that sort of stuff.
(14:19):
It's just it's one of these things that just doesn't
seem to make any sense to me. And I'm a
fairly informed person by my own standards here, Okay, I'm
a fairly informed person. But unfortunately, unfortunately, and I watched
a brilliant analysis earlier today about ten o'clock in the morning,
(14:42):
and it was Mike Johnson pursuing the case against Chuck
Schumer and the shutdown. The reason why Chuck Schumer is
trying to drag you through the mud as an American
taxpayer and make you feel badly is because he has
no hand zero. He needs to go and say hello
(15:02):
to mommy, and Mommy in this case is AOC. AOC
is the boss of the Democratic Party, and Chuck Schumer
cannot possibly stand that reality because he is feckless. He
is he is incompetent, and he just wants to be
there because he's got nowhere else to go. Oh wait,
that was from a that was from a very famous movie.
(15:27):
You know, you know what I'm talking about. I can't.
I just I don't have anywhere else to go. I
don't have anywhere else to go. If I'm not a senator,
I'm a nobody. Well it's it's not it's not quite that.
That's an officer and a gentleman. By the way, Uh,
I don't think Schumer's an officer or a gentleman. I
think he's just one of these guys that's just trying
(15:49):
to look like he's got a handle on things. But
he doesn't. He doesn't. So we have a government that
is shut down for all intents and purposes right now,
right and it is entirely a Democrat run shutdown. So
I mean, you can go in there, you can whatever
you want, you can do whatever you want, you can
(16:09):
talk about whatever you want. They're not going to give
you any sort of a relief. Why because they're vindictive.
They hate Donald Trump. They hate that you voted for
Donald Trump, they hate that Donald Trump exists, they hate
all that sort of stuff. And now we're starting to
see the insurrection, the real insurrection. And I'm gonna take
(16:31):
you down to a place where you'll understand this beautifully
and you'll be able to deploy it against your foes
and your friends maybe. And I'm gonna break this down
for you because now they are trying to go back
to the old school politicking. Democratic Party old school politicking.
(16:52):
Let's just say that's about like eighteen fifty six, okay,
pre civil war, and they're trying to goat people into
thinking there's going to be a civil war. There's not
because they're going to lose. Come twenty twenty six, News
(17:29):
Talk eleven ten, ninety nine to three WBT, it's good
to be with you seven oh four five seven zero,
eleven ten, if you'd like to opine, if you've got
thoughts from across the weekend, all that stuff happening as well.
All right, so let's talk about let's talk about insurrection. Insurrection.
I know it's an ugly thing to think about, but
(17:50):
the reality is, over the course of our long history,
there have been insurrectors who are out there in the
business of insurrecting and all sort of things that we
can go all the way back to seventeen eighty six.
In seventeen eighty seven, that'd be the Shase Rebellion led
by Daniel Shayse, the armed uprising of Massachusetts. Farmers protested
(18:13):
crushing debt and tax policies. Rebels stormed the courthouses and
attempted to seize the Springfield Armory, crushed by the state militia,
but it exposed weaknesses in the Articles of Confederation and
led to the US Constitution. Overall, I'd say that's a
(18:33):
plus one because you got the Constitution out of that.
The Whiskey Rebellion seventeen ninety four out in Pennsylvania, farmers
resisted federal excise taxes on the Whiskey. President Washington personally
led troops to suppress the revolt and asserted federal authority
(18:54):
over state and local resistance, which actually set in motion
the way things kind of are today. Right. You have
you have the federal authority is the supreme authority. Except
if you're trying to put down an insurrection in a
place like Portland or Chicago. That's the problem because, in
(19:22):
the famous notion of Howard Cosell, for those who remember
Howard Cosell, once upon a time walked into the ABC building,
uh and and was taking an elevator down. And as
he was coming down in the elevator, uh, they stopped
at one particular floor, and a woman, a very very wealthy,
(19:47):
uh well put together sort of a woman comes in
and gets on the elevator with Howard Cosell. Howard Cosell
had a lit cigar in his mouth and was puffing
and talking and puffing. And she gets on and she says,
(20:07):
you know, you're not supposed to smoke in the elevator, Howard,
And Howard Cosell looked at her with a straight face
and said, rules are for ordinary people. And that's what
he said. Now, this is the sort of thing that
we've got. We've got Pritzker, a billionaire's billionaire there in shytown,
(20:32):
and you've got the Portlandia people over there ignoring all
the rules. They don't want to see anybody getting deported,
they don't want to see people going with ice, they
don't want to see any of that sort of stuff.
This is a problem because the federal government is supreme.
That's the supremacy nonsense that you people always want to ignore.
(20:54):
Like Donald Trump gets to deploy troops if he wants
to go into Venezuela. Now he has to get the
approval from the Congress after a period of time. That's
the War Powers Act. But you know, it's really basic stuff.
It's like really easy to understand. So so you had
you had the asserted federal authority over the state and
(21:18):
local resistance there in the Whiskey Rebellion in seventeen ninety four.
Nat Turner's Rebellion in eighteen thirty one was a violent
slave uprising in Virginia led by a preacher, Nat Turner.
What happened, well, it resulted in dozens of deaths and brutal,
brutal retaliation it sparked. Unfortunately, it sparked harsher slave laws
(21:44):
and deepened sectional tensions. Here's the problem that was the
Democratic Party in that time. They didn't believe that people
of color had the same rights as Caucasian people, and
they were absolutely wrong for that. They wanted to be
part of the American family. And then you get into
(22:07):
the New York City Draft Riots eighteen sixty three. You've
seen some of it portrayed to a certain degree with
the phenomenal movie. They're in New York City during the
Draft Riots, working class protest against the Civil War conscription,
(22:27):
fueled by racial and economic resentment. Rioters targeted black citizens
and abolitionist institutions. Now, the Democratic Party had nothing to
do with abolitionist institutions. That was strictly coming from Lincoln
at all. That's what that was from. You can claim
that you want to be part of that, but it's
(22:48):
not true. The Democratic Party has a very deep and abiding,
awful list when it comes to the horribles. When it
came down in that way, what happened, what happened here?
Over one hundred people were killed, making it one of
the deadliest civil disturbances in US history. Then you get
(23:08):
into the nineteen twenties, nineteen twenty one, nineteen twenty one.
Who was president in nineteen twenty one, just take a look.
You could just go back and take a look who
was the president in nineteen twenty one. It could be
a Democrat. And the fact of the matter is the
Tulsa Race massacre took place in nineteen twenty one. White
mobs attacked prosperous black neighborhoods in Greenwood in Tulsa, Oklahoma,
(23:33):
and you ended up with hundreds killed, thousands displaced, and
the community raised meaning destroyed, long suppressed in public memory,
now recognized as a racially motivated insurrection. And it was
the Democratic Party once again. And I'm gonna go ahead
(23:54):
and save you the save you the difficulty. I'm gonna
save it for you here, right here, what about jen
do worry the sixth, twenty twenty one, Yes, Yes, supporters
of Donald Trump stormed the Capitol to disrupt the certification
of the twenty twenty election. Resulted in deaths, injuries, and
widespread arrests. Legally classified as an insurrection because Fencnancy wanted
(24:23):
it to be called that. Every other riot that's ever
taken place, it was not an insurrection under her tutelage.
And so that is the fact of the matter is, yes,
that was an insurrection. But now that January sixth insurrection
is in the past, and what we've got going on
(24:44):
in Chicago and what we've got going on in Portland
and other places, I'm sure that will pop up. You've
actually got an insurrection that's happening now against Ice, and
Ice is under the control of the executive branch of
the government. And so the more you go out there
(25:07):
and you beat people up and you try to hurt them,
and you try to burn things and you do all
that sort of stuff, just remember, ladies and gentlemen, just
remember that is an insurrection. That is an insurrection. And
I actually have a way to solve for the insurrection,
especially in Chicago. I have a very easy fix, and
(25:27):
it's something that will cost a whole lot of money
for Pritzker to deal with and Brandon Johnson to deal with.
Stay tuned News Talk eleven, ten ninety nine to three WBT.
(25:47):
All Right, I've got something spectacular for you, and I
want to give it away now because I want you
all to have the ability to be able to collect it.
And it's this okay. WBT Night is a very special
event and for Liberty Mountain the Revolutionary Drama production, which
is going to be tomorrow, Tuesday, October seventh, twenty twenty five,
(26:10):
and it's the two hundred and forty fifth anniversary of
the Battle at Kings Mountain the actual date itself. The
event included a special bonus performance. We're gonna have a blast.
It's gonna be amazing, and I'm gonna give away my
four pack of tickets to caller number I'm gonna go six.
(26:33):
I'm gonna go Caller number six is gonna get these tickets.
WBT Night at Liberty Mountain the Revolutionary Drama. It's gonna
be phenomenal. We're gonna be there at the Joy Theater.
I'm gonna be remoting their live coming up into the performance,
and it's gonna be fantastic. So please caller number six, seven, four, five, seven,
(26:54):
oh eleven ten, caller number six, And I can't wait
to see you all. It's gonna be a blast. It's
gonna be amazing and going to be so poignant and
amazing just all the way around. Good Luck Caller number
six gets those tickets. Good luck, good luck, good luck.
All right, So here's what I got, Here's what I got.
(27:14):
I'm just gonna say this, and I'm gonna say it
one time. This situation that is going on in Chicago
is maddening. Over the course of the last few years,
you've seen just out of control crime and danger and
(27:35):
things like that. And now you've got Brandon Johnson who
does not want to play ball with the federal government.
You've got JB. Pritzker who does not want to play
ball and follow the rules and follow the laws and
all that sort of stuff. These folks are are flouting
much that they shouldn't be flouting. And so you get
(28:00):
to a place, and I got to tell you something.
You get you get to a place and you say,
all right, here's what we've got to do. We we've
got to somehow get a handle on the situation. So
there were a number of media availabilities earlier today, where
you had CU you had you had Charlotte not Charlotte,
you had Chicago p D, you had people who were
(28:23):
in charge of of certain things in the city of Chicago,
et cetera. Pritzker wants to have a fight with pretty
much the rest of the country, is what it seems
to me. He wants to He wants to be president,
but he doesn't want to have to do the hard
work of trying to persuade h law and order types
of people and things like that. He clearly does not.
(28:46):
He wants to run for office, just like Gavin Newsom,
just like Eric Swallwell, just like all the the the
usual sort of folks, uh that that are that are there.
If Chicago decide that they're not going to play ball
and follow the laws, whether it deals with ice officers,
(29:07):
whether it deals with the ability to go and catch
criminals and take them to court, all that sort of stuff,
since they don't want to do that, they don't want
to be a part of that, then I think there
has to be a downside for the people of Chicago.
I think there has to be something that is going
(29:27):
to make a point to the city of Chicago that
will teach them that the federal government is the supreme
is the supreme body at the stage of the game. Look,
I understand we have a federalist system, which means the
states have a say. The states do have a say.
But when it comes to national security and things like that,
you know, you had thousands and thousands of people traveling
(29:52):
through the airports in the United States under Biden's tutelage,
and he was flying them all over the country, people
and stash houses, doing all this sort of stuff, dark
of night, early in the morning, all that sort of stuff.
So maybe it's time that we reach out to uh Duffy. Okay,
(30:13):
we know Duffy is right, he is the Secretary of Transportation,
and maybe we figure out how many people were getting
moved around through Chicago during that period of time, and
maybe it's time to decertify Midway and O'Hare and say,
(30:33):
you guys can't you guys can't take flights anymore. We're
not gonna run flights through Chicago until you guys get
your get your get your mind right, and you decide
you're gonna do something that's gonna make make make Americans
more safe. Now that's a possibility he could do that.
The president could do it. They can say, listen, you
guys moved a whole bunch of people all around. They
didn't have an identification, We didn't know who they were,
(30:56):
We didn't know where they were going. How many terrorists
may have come in over that period of time. Well,
then maybe maybe we have to do a big review
of of of of O'Hare and uh and midway. I
could see Trump doing this because he's got to make
the point that you can't just follow rules that you
(31:17):
want to follow and not follow laws that are actually
entrined uh in that way. And unfortunately, right, unfortunately, this
is this is what passes for good what good government
doesn't make any sense, you know when when you look
at this, it's it's something that people are are are
(31:40):
are talking about in a big way, and unfortunately they
just don't want to see the security that that's out there. Yes,
there was another shooting uptown at the park this weekend.
The city is trying to keep it on the d L.
It's actually not because uh we my good friend before
my program comes on, he was talking about that that event.
(32:02):
So I don't think they're covering that up. I think
it's been reported on et cetera, et cetera. I don't
have a name for the person who's asking me that question,
but you know, yeah, I think I think people are
aware of that, and there's a lot of people who
are starting to change their minds about where they want
to go and hang out. Wow. Wow, is that the
(32:43):
tree i Atlas? Is that what we're hearing?
Speaker 7 (32:45):
I like it.
Speaker 1 (32:46):
President Trump has flipped his shut down approach, leaving Congress
to take the heat. Have you heard about this, ladies
and gentlemen, You probably have not. The current shutdown is
a showdown in Congress rather than a battle between true
and the lawmakers. So here's how this is going to
play out. President Trump's trying to get the Hamas thing
(33:06):
all squared away and see if that, you know, we
can get some peace in that part of the world.
But this government shutdown isn't Donald Trump's first rodeo navigating
a lapse in government funding, But this time the focus
is less on the White House, as all eyes are
locked on Congress and its budget impasse. While the thirty
(33:28):
five day shutdown during Trump's first administration centered around the
president's priorities to fund a border wall between US and Mexico.
The current shutdown doesn't pit the White House against the
legislative branch. Rather, there is a stalemate between Republicans and
(33:49):
Democrats in Congress in Congress over certain health care provisions,
meaning going to illegals. And they can say it's not true,
but I broke it down for you in the beginning
of that last hour and it is absolutely true. Alleviating
pressure on the White House and giving Trump time to
(34:13):
post videos showing House Minority Leader Hakim Jeffries, Democrat of
New York, in a sombrero in an AI generated clip
underscoring Republicans claims that the Democrats want to provide healthcare
to illegal immigrants. It's established, We established it already. There's
(34:34):
no reason why anybody's going to try to try to
snow you. That's what's happening. So what's going on now, Well,
now it's about the Democrats getting their house in order.
You got to get sixty votes, right, there are fifty
three votes in the Senate for Republicans. So assuming that
(34:56):
all the Republicans stick together, you've got fifty three you've
got to get to sixty, which means if you do
the math, you got seven that need to come across
the line. They don't want to do it. So when
people start getting fired, when people start losing their jobs,
(35:16):
when people start losing their cars and their houses and
all that sort of stuff, it will be because of
Chuck Schumer. It will be because I'm not You can't
even blame Hakeem Jefferies because Hakeem Jeffries has no hand
in this. He has as much of this as as
you and I have, which means nothing, because he is
(35:38):
He's the House leader for the Democrats, and Mike Johnson
is the Speaker of the House. So this is really
about John Thune sitting there saying, all right, Chuck, when
are you gonna start playing ball? It's really Chuck, I know,
this is a guy who does have any strategic thinking nothing.
(36:03):
If he wanted to get something, he could go and
talk to the President of the United States and he
could say, mister President, listen, what can I do to
get X, Y and Z. Chuck doesn't want to do
it because Chuck does not like Donald Trump. And can
you imagine many people in this audience you work with people.
(36:25):
You work with, folks, and the reality is there are
people you have to work with that you do not like.
Sometimes you can't even stand them, but you have to
work because that's the job you have, and that person
has to be a part of the thing. Chuck Schumer
just doesn't care. He doesn't care. He's got he's got
all of you know, his his his lifetime and wonderful
(36:48):
sort of jobs and and things like that. But he
won't cut he won't allow these other folks to come
in and say, look, we want to try to reopen
the government. So I think they are going to try again.
I believe that they're supposed to try again tonight. I
don't know if it's going to work. My guess is
probably not. My original prediction was that this was going
(37:11):
to be a four day shutdown. I lost I lost
all my hand with that. One's just nothing. I said
it was gonna be four days. We're well beyond four days.
So now it's up to Chuck. Now, you could, if
you wanted to, if you wanted to be somebody who's
going to be a proactive person, you could call Chuck
Schumer's office on problem. The problem is, though government shut down,
(37:35):
so you can't even get a phone call in there.
So it's all about Chuck and and Chuck doesn't understand
how to try to do a deal. There is a
very different sort of approach that people have, and one
of the people who has been working on the backsides
of these sorts of things is Vice President JD. Vance.
(37:57):
He's adopted a proactive role carrying the administration's position and
told reporters Tuesday that he predicted the shutdown wouldn't last long. Well, again,
he was wrong. He was wrong about that. So now
we have to wait and see when they're going to
be able to possibly get together and figure out how
it is that this is going to be fixed. Because
(38:20):
when you look at all this and you see how
all this stuff goes, it's a it's a it's a
tough it's a tough negotiation, even in the best of circumstances.
Now we have to wait and see, we have to
wait and see how how this gets fixed. By the way,
have you been following the lefty MSNBC UH deal that's
(38:43):
going on in Virginia. This is just a despicable story.
It all deals with a person who is competing to
win the attorney general's job in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
And we've got a problem. Here's what the problem is.
(39:05):
This person John Jay uh is or Jay John John Jay.
That's it. So this individual got on a conversation with
a couple of people and talked openly about seeing other
(39:26):
lawmakers have their children killed. I know it sounds like
such a far out crazy thing, but this has now
rocketed up and people are looking at this and they're saying,
wait a minute, did you say that? Did you Did
you really say that that this this couple who happened
to be in the world of politics as well, Did
(39:47):
you really say they were fascists? Did you really say
that that their children should be killed? Did you say
any of that stuff? Did that really happen? And why
did you say something like that? Why would you say
something like that? It doesn't matter what the excuse. It's
a terrible look. And this guy is hanging on by
a thread because everybody is now coming out saying this
(40:08):
guy not ready for prime time. Who knows why the
heck he was saying these crazy things to people. But
this shall not stand inside the Commonwealth mass of Virginia.
And the fact of the matter is Spanberger, who's running
for the governorship against wins Smears, is now saying she
(40:32):
doesn't know anything about this despicable Winsom series is gonna
win this, all right. This is a shocker. I don't
know why this would happen. Up to five thousand Cubans
(40:54):
are fighting alongside the Russian forces in Ukraine, according to Reuters,
or as one of my friends from back in the
day would call it, routers, it's not routers, it's routers.
Up to five thousand fighters are actively participating in Russia's
invasion of Ukraine, Reuters reported October the fifth, citing an
(41:17):
internal US State Department cable seen by the outlet quote
after North Korea, Cuba is the largest contributor of foreign
troops to Russia's aggression, with an estimated between one thousand
to five thousand Cubans fighting in Ukraine. What happened to
(41:38):
the What happened to the North Koreans? Where'd Norks go?
They were there for a while. The US circulated an
unclassified cable sharing details about Cuba's support for Russia's war
in Ukraine as part of its campaign to counter a
United Nations resolution calling for Washington to lift its embargo
(42:00):
on the Caribbean nation, which has been in place since
nineteen sixty. The October second unclassified cable, sent to dozens
of US missions, directs diplomats to urge foreign governments to
oppose the resolution, which has passed the UN General Assembly
every year since nineteen ninety two, of course, because they're
(42:24):
all left wing. While the United Nations resolution holds symbolic value,
only only the United States Congress can ultimately lift the
decades long embargo. Isn't it weird that all the stuff
that Joe Biden did he did, he never turned it
(42:47):
back over again. Remember remember Barack Obama and Joe Biden
back in the day, they were going to normalize with
the Cubans. Okay, that was what they were saying. And
it was weird that Joe Biden never flipped it back.
I wonder why he never flipped it back. I have
my suspicions. I think he didn't have you know, enough
(43:10):
doray me coming into the into the coffer to try
to get that done. But that's, to me, is a
very very strange sort of setup. According to Reuters, the
US State Department declined to provide additional details on the
Cuban fighters, but said it was aware of reports that
(43:30):
they were serving alongside Russian troops. Moscow has been recruiting
foreign fighters from countries such as well. These are these
are some big wins you ready, Nepal, Somalia, India, and Cuba.
Wait a minute, Hold on a second, they're not. They're
(43:54):
not even given a look to the Maduro regime. I
would have thought that they would be part of them.
I would have thought that the Russians would be like, Hey,
we're going to get the Maduro regime. We're going to
get them to be a part of this now, because
you know Hugo Chavez and all the communist stuff that
was going on there. Moscow has been recruiting foreign fighters
and again those are Nepal, Somalia, India, and Cuba since
(44:16):
the start of its full scale invasion in twenty twenty two.
Last year, Bloomberg reported that Russia was offering generous payments
and the promise of citizenship to Cuban fighters, despite Havana's
attempts to curb recruitment. At the time, the number of
(44:37):
Cuban recruits was reported to be in the low hundreds.
Why would you want to I understand, why would you
want to go and fight in Ukraine. Like there's got
to be a better place to go. Like I would
probably go and kick it with Maduro. I mean it's
(44:59):
you know, you'd probably be better off there. But I
mean I don't want anybody, you know, doing anything like that.
Cuba and Russia have maintained close ties since the Cold War.
Most recently, Cuba joined the Russian led Bricks Group. Were old,
on a minute, they don't have two nickels to rub together.
What are you talking about? They they're they're they're joining
(45:21):
the Bricks Group. They're really they want to be part
of the bricks you know, the bricks, Right, that's the
that's the other version of the uh of the you know,
terrible deals that are being put together, uh in that regard.
But here we go, here we go. I mean, I'm
just I'm looking at this, and I'm just saying, why
(45:45):
doesn't Vladimir Putin just say, you know what, Okay, we're done.
Because if you're down to them, if you're down to them,
who's next, who's next? Nobody nobody's gonna want to come
and fight. Nobody's gonna want to come in there and
do that sort of stuff. It's a scary world and
you're you're gonna end up. I mean, my gosh, you're
basically taking on NATO the entirety. And NATO's got a
(46:06):
whole lot of weapons, especially the drones. They have caught
up in a big way. And I'm telling you right now,
it's very interesting to see how that all comes to pass.
Uh No, no, no joke at all. Uh Breaking Brett
Jensen's got a special guest who's going to be joining
him tonight on the program, and it is going to
be Are you guys ready for this? Mark Harris. Mark
(46:29):
Harris is going to be uh talking the Congressman. I
saw him just over the weekend. It was a very
nice moment. H Jon Stewart and and and the great
folks over Cabaris County. Uh They they had a big,
a big old get together and I got the chance
to talk to a whole bunch of great people, great patriots,
(46:50):
all that sort of stuff. So yeah, Mark Harris is
going to be in with the breaking Brett Jensen today
on the on the program, and he's got he's going
to have trom endous information for you, because it was
really fantastic to hear about a number of the different
things that are being successfully worked on, right, And that's
(47:12):
that's a that's an amazing it's an amazing thing to
think about how you're actually still able to get stuff
done even if the Congress is quote unquote closed, or
even if the Senate is quote unquote closed closed. And
here's why it's important, because you're able to come back
to your constituencies and to talk to folks and tell
(47:33):
them about the things that are actually still occurring, and
do not go to sleep on any of this sort
of stuff, especially this attempt to try to get peace
with Hamas and all of that. And you have to
remember something very important when when it comes to the
strategic picture, this strategic picture would be much more different
(47:54):
than it is now. When bb Netanya who decided he
was going to go and make those beepers go off
in a very painful way, and he took out Hebola,
You take out Hezbola, got a you got a much
better path when you're trying to get Hamas to get
to the negotiating table. But if you have those two
groups together at the same time, that almost never happens.
(48:18):
And that's an important part of that story as well.
Oh boy, we got a scandal. We got a scandal.
(48:40):
What if I told you Jack Smith? You guys, remember
Jack Smith. There was a guy who's gonna put Donald
Trump in jail. Do you guys remember Jack Smith. They
went and they got him from Europe. He was out
there in Europe and they went and they got him,
and they brought him in to try to jack him up.
Remember that. Okay, Jack Smith, hold on to your hat. Hold.
(49:03):
This is a big story. It's a big deal. This
just dropped in the last twenty minutes. Jack Smith tracked
private communications and calls of nearly a dozen Republican senators
during January the sixth probe. According to the FBI, this
(49:28):
is a big deal. Former Special Council Jack Smith, that
of the weirdo guy, mister weirdo Brett. You better not
say it because when he gets back in power, they'll
come after you. It probably will. Former Special Council Jack
Smith was allegedly tracking the private communications and phone calls
(49:52):
of nearly a dozen Republican senators as part of his
investigation into the Capitol riots. A doc reviewed by Fox
News Digital revealed that Smith and his Arctic Frost team
investigating January sixth were allegedly tracking phone calls of GOP
(50:14):
Senators Lindsey Graham. They spied on Lindsay Graham. They spied
on Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee. They spied on Ron Johnson
from Wisconsin. They spied on Josh Hawley of Missouri. They
spied on Cynthia Loomis of Wyoming. They spied on Bill
(50:34):
Haggerty of Tennessee, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama,
and GOP Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania. This guy's gotta be
stand up before the man. This guy's gonna go to jail.
Speaker 3 (50:52):
This is you.
Speaker 1 (50:54):
You just played with the wrong guys. The document, recently
discovered by Cash Ptel and exclusively obtained by Fox News
Digital is titled CAST Assistance and dated September twenty seventh,
twenty twenty three. CASTE refers to the FBI's Cellular Analysis
(51:20):
Survey Team. The document, which has the names of FBI
agents involved redacted, marks the case idea as Arctic Frost
Election Law Matters Sensitive Investigative Matter dash CAST. The document
(51:43):
states the names of the lawmakers and that on those
FBI Special Agent Smith's teams conducted preliminary toll analysis on
the toll records associated with the lawmakers, and FBI official
told Fox News Digital that Smith and his team were
(52:06):
tracking the senators and were able to see which phone
numbers they were calling, So he was spying. He's a spy.
They called the location the phone call originated and the
location where it was received. A source said the calls
were likely in reference to the vote to certify the
(52:28):
twenty twenty election. Well, how would he know that? How
would this weirdo know this if you're only seeing who's
talking to who? This weirdo, I mean, Jack Smith is
a Weirdo's weirdo. Arctic Frost was opened inside the Bureau
on April thirteenth, twenty twenty two. Smith was appointed as
(52:49):
special counsel to take over the probe in November of
twenty twenty two. Fox Digital has learned that the FBI
Director of the Deputy direct Dan Bongino, is briefing those
lawmakers right now as we speak. A source said. Bongino
(53:12):
and Patel felt it was important that the senators as
soon as possible got the discovery of the record. It
is a disgrace that I have to stand on Capitol
Hill and reveal this that the FBI was once weaponized
to track the private communications of US lawmakers for political purposes.
(53:36):
Bongino added, under our leadership, the FBI will never again
be used as a political weapon against the American people.
FBI officials told Fox News Digital that the newly discovered
records were pursuant to an oversight request by Chuck Grassley,
Republican of Iowa. Patel and Bongino personally discovered the additional
(54:01):
review of Arctic Frost case after his request. That was
Grassley's request. An FBI official told Fox News Digital that
Arctic Frost is a prohibited case and that the review
required FBI officials to go above and beyond in order
(54:22):
to deliver on the promise of transparency. The American people
deserve the truth, and they will under my leadership, they
will have it, said Patel. We promised accountability and those
who weaponized law enforcement, and we will deliver it. Patel added,
under our watch, the FBI will never again be turned
(54:43):
against the American people. I don't believe that for a minute.
The minute you get President buddhaj Edge or Pritzker or
Pritzker buddhaj edge, whatever it is. You know darn well,
they're gonna absolutely start weaponizing it again unless you can
get these guys and put them in jail. I mean,
I don't know that that's gonna happen. This guy smith Man,
(55:03):
he's got he's got a lot of he I think
he's got a lot of stuff on people. Patel added,
under our watch, the FBI will never be turned against
the American people again. Smith, after months of investigating, charged
President Trump in the US District Court for Washington, DC
in his twenty twenty election case, but after Trump was
(55:25):
elected President, Smith sought to dismiss the case. Judge Tanya
Chutkin granted the request. Smith's case cost more than fifty
million dollars. I mean that is so you were able
to spy like you were able to spy on senators,
(55:48):
those senators. If I'm those if I'm those senators, I
think you got to jack this guy up as far
as you can. And I think what you have to
do is you have to you have to assue him personally.
You got to break them. This is this is this
is crazy. Now go do Obama, Now go do Biden,
Now go do Harris let's go let's go see what
(56:09):
those records look like. Right, if that's if that's if
that's what you guys want to do, you want to
go look up the records. Let's go look up the records.
But they wouldn't do that because these folks are playing clean.
The other folks don't play clean. Dudes talk eleven ten
(56:47):
ninety nine three WBT, So what do you know? How
you doing? Everything's great? Seven oh four five seven eleven ten.
Speaker 4 (56:55):
I I.
Speaker 1 (56:57):
I just I'm just sitting back here and I'm trying
to take all of this in. They spied on senators, Like,
how down and dirty? Is that? Seriously? I'll take two
calls on that, if that's what you want to do.
I also have to do this because I cannot tell
(57:18):
you how many people have come up to me in
the last three four days wanting to know the update.
The update Interstellar Comet three I at lists first image
from Mars Perseverance Rover Sparks debate over alien mothership theory.
(57:40):
That's right, we have a thing. We have a thing
that's on Mars and the thing was passed over by
the one eye Dally Whopper, And yeah, people are kind
of freaking out about this because it looks like it's gigantic.
Interstellar Comet three I at list first image from the
(58:01):
Mars Perseverance rover has triggered global discussion among scientists and
space enthusiasts. The photo captured by NASA's rover on Mars
shows a bright cylindrical shape that is moving swiftly across
the night sky. I mean, it's it's quite something. NASA
(58:28):
released the Perseverance image of the three Iye Atlas. All
it looks like, is it just looks like a little
it looks like a like just a little rectangle. It's
like a white rectangle against a black sky. And people
are saying, is this three Eye Atlas. I created a
lapse time using nine minutes of images captured by the
(58:52):
Mars Perseverance on October the second where we will actually
get to observe something there. And so they this guy
did this, He's put this out there, and it's it's
just it's looking kind of like it's moving really really fast.
I don't know, I don't know what's gonna end up
(59:13):
happening here. This thing is it looks like it's just gigantic,
I mean really big. You know you think about this
kind of stuff. I mean, it's really it's it's really wild.
By the way, Uh, two thumbs up for Master of Puppets,
by the way, going to going to Isaac over there.
What else did we get here? Let's see? Wow, this
(59:36):
is a this is like a screed. Let's see here. Okay,
Hey Brett, thank you for what you do being a
patriot of the airwaves on this issue. With the liberal
officials refusing help from the National Guard to bring stability
and peace to their cities, this is beyond belief how
any leader would invite chaos and stand by as law
(01:00:00):
listeness goes unpunished. But a way to help stop some
of these imbeciles is for every single person that is
negatively affected because the Guard wasn't allowed to come in
should sue the mayor or governor as they are culpable
and liable for what happens to the citizens and the
(01:00:22):
results of their stupidity. If my car, house, et cetera
is vandalized, God forbid, a relatives loses their life. Heck,
if it costs me more gas stopping in traffic, do
these libtards. I would sue these morons personally for millions.
(01:00:45):
They are responsible for the decisions they make and words
that come out of their mouths. Sue the hell out
of them. Okay, you can't do that. You can't sue.
The problem is you can't sue the government. You have
(01:01:05):
to get permission to sue the government, and then you
can try to sue the government.
Speaker 4 (01:01:10):
I know.
Speaker 1 (01:01:10):
It's like really crazy, like you have to go and
ask a judge, can I am I allowed to sue
this person? And then they'll say no, And then you'll
say no, I think I should because otherwise they the
people who get into these positions of power, like Pritzker,
like Brandon Johnson, like Gavin Newsome, all those people, they're
(01:01:33):
just gonna they're just gonna say no, I'm just doing
my business. I'm just doing the thing that I'm supposed
to do, and I am protected from this. In some ways.
It's also the same way that you're able to shield
President Trump or President Biden from getting sued for making
a decision. It's a really hard it's a very tall
order to try to do this. This is Miller. Welcome
(01:01:58):
to the show. Yes, I'm well, thank you, sure, sure,
no problem. What's on your mind?
Speaker 3 (01:02:08):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (01:02:13):
Oh, I'm sorry, Hold on a second. That is a
That is the worst connection ever, Miller, I'm sorry I
did that. That is such a bad connection. Uh, call
me back, Call me back when we fix it. Yeah,
call me back when when we have it fixed. That
(01:02:33):
way we'll be able to we'll be able to figure
that that stuff out. Uh. Something they may be you
know what was that? Jack Smith? Was Jack Smith? Jamin us?
Is that what's going on there? I think that was
a three Atlas? Was he three iye atlas? Whenever I
hear the phrase three iye atlas, it feels like a
(01:02:55):
gross thing to say, like, like, what happened? Well, I
woke up this morning and I had a three eye
at liss And you know what, I can't go to
work today? Why not? The three eye Atlas is getting me.
I don't know what the probe. No, there's no probing.
There's no probing. Okay, there's no probing, and no, not
(01:03:16):
even not even for fun. There's no you do not
go with the three eye at lists for fun, probing,
none of that stuff. We don't need that. I think
it's Jack Smith. I think Jack Smith just tried to
take us down. A couple of pegs. I think that's
what's happening. I think a three eye atlas and a
couple of pegs with Jack Smith Colonel Mustard in clue.
Speaker 4 (01:03:54):
I I.
Speaker 1 (01:04:01):
News Talk eleven ten, not A nine three WBT seven
oh four five seven zero eleven ten. Good to be
with you in the third hour of the program, and
we've got lots of stuff. I want to go back
to all the back and forth that's happening amidst these
people who are in Chicago, and for whatever reason, the
Chicago folk, they seem to be comfortable, the people that
(01:04:25):
are running the city, they seem to just be all
about this sort of stuff. I don't understand it. I
don't get it. I think it's terrible. I think it's awful.
I don't want to see people losing their lives. I
don't want to see people getting harmed or any of
that sort of stuff. But let's go to Brandon Johnson.
Brandon Johnson fancies himself a president of the United States
(01:04:47):
at some point, and he's even acting like it. Guess
what he did. Guess what he did? He did an
executive order. Who knew Chicago executive order, Yes, Chicago executive
order cut number eleven letter rip.
Speaker 4 (01:05:02):
Today we are signing an executive order aimed at reining
in this out of controlled administration. The order establishes ice
free zones. That means that city property and unwilling private
businesses will no longer serve as staging grounds for these raids.
Speaker 1 (01:05:24):
You know what I say. Here's what I say to
you there, Brandon. Let me let me tell you something here, Brandon, Okay,
I got something for you. Why don't you take that pen,
take that paper, and why don't you write on that
pen with that pen on that paper, why don't you
write crime free zones, crime free? I want I want
(01:05:46):
you to put an edict out that says there are
crime free zones in the city of Chicago. That would
be amazing, that would be awesome. But no, little Brandon
doesn't want want to make it safer. Brandon wants to
make himself famous, just like Mandami. See, Brandon is basically
(01:06:10):
a dollar store version of Mendami Mendam. He's got hundreds
of millions of dollars. He's got money coming this way,
that way, in every possible way you can imagine. And
you want to be famous, Well, congratulations, I think you
are famous and Here's what I think. I think what
needs to happen next is if this guy steps off
(01:06:30):
the curb incorrectly, does something like that, take him to custody,
take the mayor of Chicago into custody, and and bring
him bring about the federal charges that I think he deserves.
So so swimmingly, he's saying that it's an ice free zone. Well,
you know what, I think. I think there's a way
(01:06:50):
to fix this, and and I do think this is
an important way to get this done. Pull all the
assets out of Chicago. Pull all the assets out of Chicago.
I would actually maybe go in a reverse pattern. I
might be dumping people into Chicago so that he can
get the full brunt of everything that's coming his way.
(01:07:12):
The problem is the problem is it's not fair to
the people who are hard working Chicagoans. It's not fair
to the people who have to ride the public transportation
and all of that sort of stuff. So when is
it that we're going to see the protests against Pritzker
and the so called mayor of Chicago. When are we
(01:07:33):
going to finally see them being held to account because
people are being murdered in the streets. When is that
going to happen. When is that going to happen? And
you see the difference between Democrats and Republicans is this.
Republicans want everybody to do well. They want everybody to
(01:07:56):
do well. Democrats only spend their efforts on people who
are giving them money. That's the problem. See, this isn't
a pay for play game. This is a scheme that
is being played. And what's happening is you've got JB.
(01:08:18):
Pritzker going around and bad mouthing the people of law enforcement.
They are bad mouthing regular cops. They are bad mouthing
state police, they are bad mouthing ice. So let's get
all these guys together and say, listen, listen, when is
(01:08:40):
it that the people who can least afford safety and security,
when will they be regarded. You think about all of
the people who have been murdered in the last five years.
You think about all the people who lost their lives, children, men, women,
(01:09:04):
elderly people who lost their lives, and nobody ever stands
up to say that is wrong, that is not the
way it should be, that is not the way that
anybody should be treated. Because every single person in the
city of Chicago, every single person in Portland, every single
(01:09:25):
person in Charlotte. They pay taxes, They have a right
to be able to travel freely, they have a right
ingrained in them to be able to be safe. And unfortunately,
we have an absolute doult. This guy is an absolute adult.
(01:09:48):
He doesn't understand that people don't want to get shot.
People don't want to get stabbed, people don't want to
get raped. People don't want any of that. They want
to be able to go to work, come home and
spend time with their loved ones. But this guy, this guy,
(01:10:11):
this guy. I don't know where they found this guy.
I don't know where they decided that he was going
to be the answer to the question, My gosh, we
could have just kept Lori lightfoot. I mean, we could
have just kept her in the seat. Instead, you got
somebody ten times worse than her, who doesn't care what
(01:10:31):
you think, and who doesn't care what we think, and
definitely doesn't care what goes on late at night with
gunfire and people losing their lives. This is the problem.
And yet, and yet people will continuously push for this.
(01:10:53):
They will push for this, they will push for this,
they will push for this, and this is absolutely despicable,
absolutely Despicable News Talk eleven ten on nine three WBT,
that winnable show. All right, let's go to tough guy
(01:11:17):
Brandon Johnson from Chicago. Cut number thirteen. Please, I want
to hear I want to cut number thirteen. If I can,
please go for it, Go go. I'm America.
Speaker 3 (01:11:27):
I know you're going to talk about the Texas Card
Illinois Guard, but can you give us a little bit
about what your next steps could be to fight that?
Speaker 4 (01:11:34):
Well, Look, our Corporate Council has been in constant communication
with our Attorney General for several months now, and I
just want to offer this up. A couple of years ago,
I said very candidly that the right wing in this country.
Speaker 1 (01:11:52):
Want a rematch of the Civil War.
Speaker 4 (01:11:55):
I just I want that to sit in right now
because the President of the United States of America has
declared war on the people of Chicago and people across America.
He's more interested in giving billions of dollars to other
nations while farmers and urban cities around this country are
literally being destabilized. And so whether it's the legal system,
(01:12:19):
whether it's through executive order, or whether it's through the
brave women and men who are serving as rapid responders.
We literally have people who are volunteering in this city
on the southwest side, the northwest side, all over this
city to make sure that we're protecting children from being
(01:12:39):
separated from their families.
Speaker 1 (01:12:43):
And we're talking about.
Speaker 7 (01:12:44):
Volunteers who are literally putting themselves at risk of being
shot and killed by the federal government. And so, whether
it's the legal system, whether it's our continuous struggle for
liberation through organizing and whether to executive action, or whether
it's through law, it would be nice if we actually
had lawmakers in Washington that would actually hold this president accountable.
(01:13:10):
And if they won't do it, then the city of
Chicago will use in every single tool that's available to this.
Speaker 1 (01:13:15):
Why don't you just stop people from shooting each other?
I mean, if you've got all this power, why don't
you just get stop shooting people? Why not just go
I mean, what did This guy is a clown? I'm sorry,
but he is. You can't control Let me understand this, Okay,
you cannot control the violence on the streets in your community,
(01:13:38):
but you're gonna go take on the next civil war,
Like what are you talking about? This is why there
is a crack up that is happening right now, and
you're seeing it in different constituencies because they do not
(01:13:59):
have the best interests of the tax payers in hand.
He doesn't care about people who actually are doing the
things that they should be doing and doing them with
no support from the state of Illinois or any of
that stuff. Illinois is a dying state. It is not
(01:14:22):
a vibrant state. And so this guy wants to try
to be famous for being famous. It's so weird, it is.
It is just such a weird way to go on
this because it's it's just not the reality does not
(01:14:42):
match what this guy's trying to trying to sell you,
and so they want to try to make this there
there's a there's a piece here that I think is
is really good by a by Nulty over at Breitbart.
Insurrectionist Chicago mayor Brandon Johnson claims Trump supporters want rematch
of the Civil War. Nobody wants a rematch of the
(01:15:05):
Civil War. It doesn't make any sense. And so but
he thinks that like this is the way he's gonna
be more popular. He's goofy. He doesn't know what he's
talking about. Like quote, I say very candidly that the
(01:15:26):
right wing in this country wants a rematch of the
Civil War. Brandon Johnson doesn't even understand that Abraham Lincoln
came from Illinois. Well really technically Kentucky, Illinois. What no difference,
no difference, And he give me a no difference. Abraham
Lincoln's from Boston, North Carolina. Okay, very good, fine, perfect, Okay,
(01:15:49):
that's good, that's good. But Abraham Lincoln, come on, where's
he buried Illinois? He's buried in Illinois, he says, I
say very candidly that the right wing in this country
wants a rematch of the Civil War. Well, you would
(01:16:09):
lose because you're a Democrat and the Democrats are the
people who wanted to agitate for the Civil War. So
you would lose bigly, Okay, bigly, And that's the fact.
But Nolty has a really great analysis here. We all
(01:16:30):
know who wants and who is currently fighting a hot
civil war against America, and that's Democrats like Brandon Johnson.
And this is nothing more or less than history repeating itself.
What happened in eighteen sixty Confederate democrats in the South
wanted to hold onto their cheap slave labor, and as
(01:16:51):
soon as they believed Republicans might take all that cheap
slave labor away, they launched the Civil War. And so
it is the same today. In order to hold their
cheap illegal labor, which is what you're seeing, Democrats have
(01:17:13):
created a confederacy of lawless sanctuary cities and states, and
just now, like in eighteen sixty, those same Democrats are
waging literal war against a federal government that is guilty
of nothing more than wanting to enforce the federal law
(01:17:33):
by deporting illegal aliens. That's not a crazy take, it's
actually a really good analog in terms of the back
and forth. In eighteen sixty, Democrats started a civil war
because Republicans wanted to liberate their slaves. In twenty twenty five,
Democrats started a civil war because Republicans want to deport
(01:17:54):
their illegal labor. What do you have. Who are the
people that are running the skirmish lines Antifa, West Coast, Chicago,
you name it, and they're being funded. This is the
(01:18:15):
challenge that we're seeing here, and again you're doing it wrong.
You are absolutely totally one hundred percent wrong with the
way you're approaching this entire issue. Because everybody understands what
the stakes are. Nobody is out there publicly agitating for
(01:18:38):
a civil war except for the people who want to
try to really remake it from the eighteen sixties. Republicans
are not looking to do that. It's it's just one
of these things. And it's sad, and I want peace
and I want protection and I want all that stuff.
(01:18:58):
It's incredible important to be doing those sorts of things.
I want everybody to be prospered, prospery. I mean, that's
that's what I want. All right, Let's get down to it.
(01:19:23):
Let's break this down, Let's break it wide open, Let's
do all this sort of stuff. Okay, what does it
mean to be an American? What does it mean to
being an American? Being an American carries both privilege and
responsibility rooted in a legacy of freedom, diversity, and civic duty.
(01:19:51):
That's what it means to be an American. I'm watching
these idiots spread across the country hoping that this experiment,
and it is an experiment, fails. Why would those people
(01:20:13):
want to see this experiment fail? Because everyone of these
folks has never succeeded in life. People want to see
us at each other's throats because they've never really tasted
the sting of a civil war, and they're spending their
(01:20:38):
time LARPing and goofing and doing silly things. If you
took them for just twenty four hours and brought them
to any battlefield in the world, they'd be crying because
they couldn't get deal dash and they couldn't get you know,
(01:20:59):
any of the stuff that they need. They wouldn't be
able to put up with it. Heck, I have grave
doubts on the ability for any of these people, these
progressive leftist whiners, from ever defending the United States of
America in any way, shape or form. I believe they
are the people that would surrender immediately and turn their
(01:21:22):
back on the greatest country in the greatest experiment of
all time. We have core values and ideas. We have
core values and ideals freedom and liberty. The foundational promise
(01:21:43):
of America is individual freedom of speech, religion, press, assembly.
Those rights are protected by God and the concept institution
and cherished across generations. Equality and justice, the belief that
(01:22:10):
all people are created equal and deserve fair treatment under
the law, is central to the American identity. It's not
about slave labor, it's not about undercutting the dignity of
people who come here desperately so that you can get
your own sort of end of the deal. It is
(01:22:35):
central to the idea of the American identity, even as
this nation continues to wrestle with how best to fulfill
that promise opportunity and innovation. America is known as a
land of opportunity, where people from all backgrounds can pursue
(01:22:57):
their dreams, build their businesses, and can contribute to society.
What contribution are you seeing coming out of Chicago? What
is the contribution to edify the United States of America.
Everybody wants to get their little piece of the action
and try to be Internet famous. But what are you doing?
(01:23:20):
Are you going delivering meals on wheels to the elderly,
people who are shut ins, people who are not able
to get around? Are you, Brandon Johnson? Are you and Pritzker?
Are you guys taking money out of your pockets so
that these folks can eat, So that these folks can
get medical care, so that they can do any of that.
Speaker 4 (01:23:40):
No, no, no, no.
Speaker 1 (01:23:41):
You're looking for the ultimate in the underclass. And what
you're doing is we want to take the people who
can do nothing without our permission, and we'll use them,
will use them for their labor at a cut rate price,
(01:24:02):
as long as you join the Democratic Party. Participation in
democracy is a civic responsibility. Voting, staying informed, and engaged
in public discourse are vital duties. But most of all,
(01:24:23):
you need to be an American. You don't get to
vote because you just landed here and you want to
get the freebies and the hookups and everything else that
you can possibly do. Democracy thrives when citizens are active.
Citizens are active, not passive. Respect for the rule of law.
(01:24:44):
Upholding the constitution and legal processes ensures the stability and
the fairness service and stewardship. What are you doing, Pritzker?
What are you doing? Newsome? What are you doing? Brandon Johnson?
What are you doing? Mandami? What are you doing for
(01:25:04):
your fellow citizens? Again? The hookup, the hookup, the hookup.
This is the problem that we face. This is what
we understand pluralism. America is a mosaic of cultures, languages,
and traditions. Embracing this diversity strengthens the nation. But remember
(01:25:31):
what nation you are in and whom you are becoming.
From the Declaration of Independence to civil rights movements. Americans
are shaped by the narrative of struggle, triumph, and renewal.
(01:25:51):
Each generation inherits the task of preserving freedom and passing
on values that sustain the public. Not the Democrat Party,
not the Republican Party, but the American Republic. Many Americans
draw strength from religious or philosophical convictions that guide their
(01:26:16):
actions and shape their communities. But it takes moral courage
to be that person speaking truth, defending the vulnerable, and
standing up for justice even when it's unpopular. That is
part of the American spirit. That is a huge part
(01:26:36):
of the American spirit. Too many people want to exploit,
too many people who have been brought in the dark
of night into our communities, and they will never have
the opportunity to breathe freely. They will be held in servitude.
And that is in direct opposite misition of the United
(01:27:01):
States of America. We liberate, liberals exploit. In case you've
(01:27:24):
missed it, it is described as a disgrace. The folks
who were in charge of the government back in the
Biden administration spied on Congress. They spied on Congress. It's
(01:27:44):
described as an absolute disgrace. Jack Smith, the weirdo from
Europe who was specially brought in to carry out a
mission that I think is absolutely horrific. Jack Smith tracked
(01:28:05):
the private communications and the phone calls of nearly a
dozen Republican senators during the j six probe. According to
the FBI, the former Special Council Jack Smith was allegedly
tracking the private communications and phone calls of nearly a
(01:28:30):
dozen Republican senators as part of his investigation into the
January sixth Capitol riots. A document reviewed by Fox News
Digital revealed that Smith and his Arctic Frost team were
investigating January sixth and were allegedly tracking phone calls of
(01:28:55):
Republican Senators Lindsey Graham, Marshall Blackburn, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin,
Josh Hawley of Missouri, Cynthia Loomis of Wyoming, Bill Haggerty
of Tennessee, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama,
(01:29:16):
and GOP Representative Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania. The document, recently
discovered by FBI Director Cash Patel and exclusively obtained by
Fox News Digital is titled Cast Assistance. This was dated
(01:29:37):
September twenty seventh, twenty twenty three. Caste refers to the
FBI's Cellular Analysis Survey team. The document, which has the
names of FBI agents involved redacted, marks the case ID
(01:29:58):
as Arctic Frost Election law Matters Sensitive investigative matter. Cast
The document states the names of the lawmakers and that
an FBI special agent on Smith's team conducted preliminary toll analysis,
(01:30:20):
which means the toll records associated with the lawmakers, so
they were able to say, Okay, Lindsey Graham is talking
to Dan Sullivan, Cynthia Loomis is talking to Josh Hawley,
and so they were under surveillance. They were being spied
upon by the FBI. And who was in charge of
(01:30:42):
the FBI? Anybody remember whose the FBI boss was? Anybody remember?
And anybody remember? The fact of the matter is they
were spied on. And I want to know where the
warrant was from. This is what we have to find out.
(01:31:04):
Where did the warrant come from? Because this foreign interlocutor,
and let's be honest, this is a guy who was
working out in Europe. And I wonder if he was
doing his spycraft stuff off off shore so that he
was able to utilize other sort of assets like Why
(01:31:27):
would he want to spy on senators? Why would that
be the case? Was he in the support of Adam Schiff?
Who was it, who was it that was responsible for
all of this? And where where are the warrants for
you to go and spy? I'm thinking he was probably
(01:31:49):
overseas and was using it through za. An FBI official
told Fox News Digital that Smith and his team backing
the Senators were able to see which phone numbers they called,
the location the phone call originated from, and the location
(01:32:10):
where it was received. A source said the calls were
likely in reference to the twenty twenty election. How do
we know that? Like, why should we believe any of that? Oh?
Which just was part of the j sixth thing? Remember
the j sixth thing that they set off. Arctic Frost
(01:32:33):
was opened inside the Bureau April the thirteenth, twenty twenty two.
Smith was appointed as Special counsel to take over the
probe in November twenty twenty two. Wow, that's a big
stretch of time. So April to November. How many months
is that before Jack Smith came in out of Europe.
(01:32:56):
I think he was spying on much more stuff than that.
Fox News Digital learned that the FBI Deputy Director Dan
Bongino is briefing those lawmakers on the discovery of Smith's
surveillance Monday afternoon on Capitol Hill. So I guess what's
(01:33:16):
gonna have to happen is the FBI is gonna have
to go in subpoena Jack Smith. I think they're gonna
have to go and bring them in, and probably once
we get through the funding situation for the government. My
guess is they're probably going to bring them in, probably
at night. They should do a big old thing like
(01:33:38):
at night so everybody can see what was part of
what It's a disgrace that I have to stand on
Capitol Hill and reveal this that the FBI was once
weaponized to track the private communications of US lawmakers for
political purposes. Bongino told Fox News Digital that era is over.
(01:34:01):
Bongino added that under our leadership, the FBI will never
again be used as a political weapon against the American people.
I wish I could believe that. I wish I could
believe that one election cycle and you're going to have
the same exact outcome. FBI officials told Fox News Digital
(01:34:24):
that the newly discovered records were pursuant to an oversight
request by Chuck Grassley from Iowa. Patel and Bongino personally
directed additional review of the Arctic Frost case after Grassley's request,
and FBI official told the Fox News Digital team that
(01:34:45):
Arctic Frost is a prohibited case and that the review
required FBI agents and officials to go above and beyond
in order to deliver on the promise of transparency. The
discovery part of the broader ongoing review, Fox News Digital
(01:35:09):
has learned the American people deserve the truth, and they
will be under the leadership of Cash Patel. We have
to wait and see how this all shows up. Smith,
after months of investigating, charged Donald Trump in the US
District Court for Washington, DC in his twenty twenty election case,
(01:35:29):
but after Trump was already elected to the presidency. Huh,
very interesting stuff. I wonder if Trump knew this in advance.
This is just being deployed against Schumer and Hakim and
everybody else. All right, that's gonna do it for me.
(01:35:51):
Coming up, you got breaking Brett Jensen and Mark Harris
coming in the Congressman News Talk eleven, ten, nin nine
three wo
