Speaker 1 (00:11):
I'm still on a speeding bullet or power.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
We'll gonna lookomotive.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
Hey, we believe tall buildings at a single bound. Okay,
I'm cried. It's a third to Lincoln.

Speaker 3 (00:27):
Lincoln, Lincoln, bobingas banana banabeng gun feed bin ling gun Lincoln.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
They say this cat Lincoln is a bad mother. I'm
just talking about Lincoln.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
Good morning, Cincinnati. Welcome to twelve thirty w dB Z.
We are the buzz of Cincinnati, your talk station. It's
the Lincoln Where Show Live. We're here. I'm actually here

(01:03):
in studio. This is not a rebroadcast. I am here, Yes,
all right, yes, And a lot of people say they missed,
they messed their day up yesterday. They couldn't get right
with the rebroadcasts. Don't blame me. There's two fellas you
can blame. I'm not gonna name their names, but.

Speaker 4 (01:24):
It's too old, mister Ware. So let me explain something
to you, mister Ware. And I hate that we're starting
today off on a bad foot today.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
No no, no, no, no, I'm joking with you, dam
but let me so.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Yes, So, of course Chad had a doctor's appointment yesterday,
and what time was that appointment.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
I don't know what time it was, but listen, had
he run the board yesterday and while he was, of
course he's got his job to do as well, yes, yes,
so he would have been late finishing up his job
while running the board, and so.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
He couldn't get to his appointment, right, Okay, okay, that
understood me.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
Okay, okay, I understand that. Now.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
I was just shocked when I came here around twelve
thirty to see Chad here. I'm like I thought, Okay,
but anyway, okay, all right, that's a good you explained it.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
Well, thank you, sir. I appreciate that, all right, all right.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
All right, unbelievable. Well, anyway, I took care of the Wednesdays.
I have no more meetings with the with the Veterans
Service Commission. There's no more ten am meetings on Wednesday.
They will be at two o'clock on Wednesdays. So I
don't have to miss any more Wednesdays. How about that.

(02:38):
We got that straightened down. And the only reason why
we were doing ten o'clock meetings was because Victoria Parks
had council meetings on Wednesdays, and I guess they figured
the council meetings was more important than me coming to work,
so they voted to change the meetings to ten. But

(02:58):
since Victoria Parks designed from the board, then problem solved.
I made a motion to move it to two. It passed,
and we're good to go now. So yeah, check and
make his appointments any Wednesday at ten.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
Am or one am or whenever one pm.

Speaker 4 (03:22):
At one am. Yes, and people don't like when I
feel in anyway, mister w Y.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
Look, they would rather have you than have a rebroadcast.

Speaker 4 (03:31):
I'm telling you on Facebook Live. It'd be like six
people watching.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
Oh please. And at Shappazulu. You can't pay any attention
to Shappazulu.

Speaker 4 (03:40):
And I may get two calls for the day. I said, listen, right,
if you called in today, you can call in tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
You get a free day.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
Today I might get two calls and one of those
are from crime stoppers.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
So that's how my day unbelievable.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
Yeah, excuses, excuses, But anyway, folks, we were trying not
to let that happen again.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
During the week. It shouldn't happen unless I get sick.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
I might have an appointment that I have to go to,
and yeah, then anyway, I will give you notice, plenty notice.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
Terrence, so you can have all your stories and stuff together.
How about that? Alrighty, and Labor Day is coming up? Huh,
Labor Day is coming up? Well then, okay, that's the holiday.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
That's the holiday, and it's okay for that, you know
what I mean, rebroadcasting a holiday. Yeah, that's part for
the course. We can get through that. But during the week, Hey,
and see people saying I love it when Terrence fills in.
See they love you, Terrence. I don't know why are
you running from the people? Why are you running from

(04:46):
your people?

Speaker 1 (04:48):
Yeah? They don't say that when I'm actually filling in.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Boy, another shooting last night. Female shot sixth and Linn
right there in Queensgate. It's got to be somewhere near
that White Castle down there somewhere. I'm trying to think
sixth and Land. I know where seventh well, okay, maybe
it is, yes, sixth okay, yeah, I know where. That's
right where the White Castle is, yes, all right, but injured.

(05:15):
She wasn't killed, but she was taken to the hospital.
And what's this building right here? When we walk out
the apartment building on the way to the parking garage.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
What's that? What's the name of that? I don't know
the name of it.

Speaker 3 (05:31):
They have more paramedic runs in that building. I mean
every single day you see the fire department over there,
paramedics hauling. So about what the hell are they doing
in that building over there?

Speaker 1 (05:48):
Man?

Speaker 4 (05:49):
By the way, it's it's between seventh and sixth Street,
a sixth Avenue, seventh and sixth Street, sixth Street, yes,
and on a central avenue. So I guess what is
that Pride Way? They called it Pride Way or.

Speaker 1 (06:04):
Something like that.

Speaker 4 (06:05):
Anyway, right there in this apartment building. And then there's
apart Now that's not Uptown Towers. It's not Uptown Towers.
It's uh, it's the name of a church.

Speaker 3 (06:14):
I can't think of it right now, but anyway, somebody
on Fake Page Towers, that's what it is. I think,
I'm thinking, but uptown now, it's not Uptown. But anyway,
they I mean, every single day you go past their
firetruck and the paramedics are there, and I'm like, what

(06:36):
the hell is going on in this building? People are
dropping like flies in this building? Is it Do they
have air conditioning?

Speaker 1 (06:42):
There? Is that too hot?

Speaker 3 (06:44):
Or something's going on over there. I don't know what,
but something going on over there.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
I heard it was they heard the rebroadcasts of probably
that's probably it.

Speaker 3 (06:56):
That's what happened, and we can all blame it on
too young men, you know, all right? The enforcement of
the curfew starts tomorrow. The enforcement begins tomorrow. So parents,
when eleven o'clock hits, do you know where your children are?

(07:18):
It's eleven o'clock. Do you know where your children are?

Speaker 1 (07:23):
Huh? Where are they? Are they at home?

Speaker 3 (07:26):
Or are they running the streets getting picked up by
the cops and you will be notified to come pick
them up. Or maybe there's some nice cops out there
that might bring them home. I think if they have
a nice attitude, and you know they treat the cops courteous,
you know, they might take them home. But if they

(07:48):
come with an attitude, they're not taking them home. They're
gonna take them to the center.

Speaker 4 (07:55):
And unfortunately, some of these cops they're looking for an attitude.
They're looking for a reason. It's to rough you up
a little bit. So you gotta be careful.

Speaker 3 (08:02):
Yeah, you might not have Irish Rowley out there to
protect you anymore. We don't know, but they're having a
big black Men for Irish ROLLI at four point thirty
in front of City Hall today.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
I'll be down there. I gotta go give blood today.

Speaker 3 (08:19):
You know they I got talking to give him blood
and I'm supposed to do that at one thirty today
over at Corinthian Baptist Church, and I invite all you
keyboard terrorists out there.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
To come and give blood. Yes, are you gonna give
a sermon too? No?

Speaker 3 (08:42):
No, I'm not gonna give a sermon today, but I
would like to say. Reverend Damon Lynch the Third will
be on my TV show Sunday morning.

Speaker 1 (08:56):
And he was great. He talked to talk and he
walked the walk.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
Check him out six point thirty Sunday morning on Star
sixty four. Yes, and oh, speaking of preaching Sunday at
New Prospect, they had this twelve year old kid is
preaching at eleven o'clock. A twelve year old kid is

(09:25):
going to preach at New Prospect. I forgot the kid's name.
I think he's been on Jennifer Hudson before. Maybe he's
on the internet and he can really hoop. He can
really preach. He's a hooper.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
I think.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
Yeah, And you know, when you play the music, I'll
show you what hooping is. Play the music.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
No, no, oh, well at least it'll be entertained. Yeah, yeah,
I can't.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
I might.

Speaker 1 (10:10):
I might go over there to check this kid out.
They say he brings it. They say this kid brings it.
You got to learn a few pointers, right, Uh.

Speaker 3 (10:19):
Yeah, I might pick up something from this twelve year
old kid. Yeah, so I might be at New Prospect.
You might see it. See me pop in there, yes,
and check this little kid.

Speaker 1 (10:37):
His name is.

Speaker 3 (10:38):
I don't know what the kid's name is. Somebody will
tell me soon enough. Yeah, I can't. I can't remember
what he said the kid's name was, but he'll be
on the show Sunday morning to tell you about it.
And Damon Lynch talked about we talked about the forty
eight the twenty four hours, forty eight hours, and something's

(11:01):
about to happen. Something's getting ready to happen because the
guy wasn't arrested. And so be listening for an announcement
to be made anytime now, at any time, at any time.
I'm not gonna tell you what the announcement is. I
wait until it's announced but we will see, we will see.

(11:29):
But yeah, check out the Damon Lynch the third. I
was lucky enough to pull him away from Bible study
on a Wednesday.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
You know that was tough to do. He had he
was listening to the Bible study when he came into
the studio. When he came into the station, he's listened
to the guy filling in for Yes. I'm like, man,
I hate to take you away from that Bible study,
but yeah, they will. Okay.

Speaker 3 (11:59):
They say his name is Master Hilton Rawls. That's what
Kimmy Stucky said. I can't verify that. I don't know,
so yeah, meet me over at Corinthian at one thirty
if you are brave enough to give a little pint
of blood. Meet me at four thirty in front of

(12:22):
City Hall if you're for Iris Rowley.

Speaker 1 (12:26):
If you're not, I guess you won't be there.

Speaker 3 (12:28):
But if you are and you don't like what the
FOP is trying to do to her, meet us down
there at four thirty in front of City Hall. Maybe
they'll make some kind of announcement then. I don't know,
but something's coming down the barrel is Scotty and Scottie

(12:50):
Johnson said something's coming down to barrel, and he didn't
mean in a bullet type way. Then he changes and
something's coming down the pike. Okay, so same thing, same thing,
same thing. All right, let's see what else we have here.
Did you see the mayor and his safety plan yesterday?

(13:15):
He came live from his office. He was in his
office and he laid it out there, PowerPoint presentation of
all the things that getting ready to take place to
make Cincinnati a safer place. Yeah and yeah, Bernice King

(13:43):
will be intel. I think it's tonight. She'll be at Corinthian.
Tracy Art is supposed to be here ten thirty, so
she'll give us the whole rundown. I'll be broadcasting from
the First Financial tomorrow from ten till one for the

(14:04):
Black Family Reunion. I'll be there tomorrow from ten till one,
So check me out live down at First Financial. Yes,
I got a busy weekend. I'm going to the HBCU

(14:25):
game Saturday. The Lincoln ware Walking Club is in the
Black Family Reunion parade, and Tracy Artist will explain where
you can line up and all that stuff when she
comes in, because it's kind of complicated, and she'll explain
all that coming up, and let's see. Yeah, I got boy,

(14:46):
I'm supposed to do that. I gotta go to my
cousin's football game over at Sycamore, Little Caden Flucker going
over to check him out. He's really a baseball player,
but he thinks he can play football too, And I
don't know how long he's gonna play football. After a

(15:07):
couple of hits he's playing. I think he's playing wide receiver.
But he's scoring two touchdowns already, so he may not
be ready to give it up yet. But I think
he's more built for baseball than football.

Speaker 1 (15:21):
He's built sort of like Lie de la Cruz, long
and lean, thin.

Speaker 3 (15:27):
So we'll see, all right, We're gonna take a break
and then we'll come back. It's the Lincoln Ware Show,
twelve thirty the Buzz Sinnati, your talk station. I've got
Eugene Blaylock calling in. I guess a little bit after eleven,
sometime between eleven and eleven thirty. He is the superintendent
of North College Hills Schools. And he was sitting at

(15:48):
his desk in his office yesterday and he looked out
the window and he saw a fight, and he saw
the parents out there egging the fight on, parents egging
to fight on and he couldn't believe what he was seeing.
He ran out there and stopped the fight, and it

(16:09):
was it was a big commotion, but he said parents were.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
The ones pushing for the kids to fight.

Speaker 3 (16:20):
He is like, he's through. He's like, these parents need
to take accountability. They need to be responsible, and that's
what everybody's been saying. Oh boy, all right, let's go
downtown to the crime Stopper headquarters and check in with
my good friend, Detective Tiffany Green.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
And how are you today.

Speaker 5 (16:39):
I'm a lot better today, Lincoln.

Speaker 3 (16:42):
Yesterday, and I did not tell you I wouldn't be here.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
You probably thought I was here and nobody answered the phone.

Speaker 5 (16:48):
No, I was actually worried because it was a rebroadcast.

Speaker 3 (16:51):
Okay, so you did get okay, yeah, all right, Well
I'm glad you didn't call.

Speaker 1 (16:57):
But next time i'm off, I'll try to remember to.

Speaker 3 (16:59):
Tell tell you don't call in, Okay, And just like
when you don't call in, you remember to tell me
you won't be there, and you always do.

Speaker 1 (17:06):
You've been doing a pretty good job of doing that.
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (17:10):

Speaker 6 (19:27):
Led by Stephanie Bird my link sister, amazing woman.

Speaker 3 (19:30):
Yes, yes, and uh, that's gonna take place at one third.
What happens tonight at Corinthian.

Speaker 6 (19:37):
Bfr speaks with doctor Bernice King, the daughter of Martin
Luther King at seven pm tonight at Corinthian Baptist Church.
Gonna be a phenomenal time, free and open to the public.
I hope we packed the house. I hope everyone comes
out to support. Curtis Fuller will be our moderator for
the evening. A wonderful salist in the city. Don Mayor
will be special guests doing music tonight.

Speaker 3 (19:59):
All right, sounds good. Corinthian Baptist Church. It's pretty much
a place to be on day to day. Yes, starting
at one point thirty over there. If you want to
donate blood to the Red Cross, and we use a
lot of blood, let me tell you we need to
donate some back. We need to do that now. Then Friday,
what's gonna take place Friday?

Speaker 6 (20:18):
Friday morning? We have the BFFI Breakfast on Fountain Square.
Our keynote speaker is Cynthia Booth. There you'll hear wonderful
music from a jazz quintet, some college students here in
the city. I will be our talent as we open
along with Pommers Kim McMullen. Curtis Fuller will be our
host there as well. So we're excited about the bf
FAR Breakfast. Our Try Health is our presenting sponsor, and

(20:41):
World Community our co presenting sponsor, and Fifth Third Bank
presents the breakfast each year for us Lincoln.

Speaker 1 (20:47):
All right, that sounds good, and that's on Fountain Square.

Speaker 6 (20:50):
That's on Found Square. Then we just go right down
the street to the BFR Lounge.

Speaker 1 (20:54):
Yes, yes, and I'll be doing my show live there.

Speaker 6 (20:56):
You'll be doing your show live there, and we'll be
celebrating none other. And Jackie tagger Boyd. I call her
the Queen of hospitality here in the city of Cincinnati.
She's done so much for so many and we're honored
to be able to honor her.

Speaker 1 (21:08):
All Right, that's Friday.

Speaker 3 (21:10):
Then after the BFR Lounge, then I guess the next
event will be the.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
Parade.

Speaker 6 (21:18):
Uh huh after the BFR lounge. Well, actually on Friday,
a couple of things to do happen Lincoln. So while
we are at the breakfast, you'll see some tour buses
pull off with our college tour students.

Speaker 1 (21:31):
Oh okay, Yeah, they'll be.

Speaker 6 (21:32):
Going to Miami University, Northern Kentucky University, Cincinnati State, and
University of Cincinnati, led by Kim Hucklebee, one of the
chairpersons for the BFR team. Also, doctor Eric Jackson will
lead us on the BFR Historic Tour. We've been doing
that for the last three years. We go to the
Harriet Beecher Stowe House. This year National Underground Railroad Freedom
Center sponsored by Metro. So we have a ton of

(21:55):
things going on all day Friday and then Saturday we're.

Speaker 1 (21:57):
At the banks.

Speaker 3 (21:58):
Okay, yeah, tell us where is the parade route. Everybody's confused.
They don't know where to go, they don't know where
to park. Okay, pill of sa in on that.

Speaker 6 (22:06):
Okay, So we're just doing one street for the parade route,
Marriing Way. So if you know where the Black Music
Walk of Fame is, you know where Smell Park is,
that's where we'll be. If you are participating in the parade,
there's information on the website and information is being disseminated
to all parade participants.

Speaker 1 (22:24):
If you're going to come out on line, the streets
to Lincoln.

Speaker 6 (22:27):
Just align all of Marrinway from the Black Music Walk
of Fame until you get to Yateman's Cold, so we're
just doing a straight shop. There's parking available on Eggleston,
and there's parking available right there on Marringway for the
parade participants. There is a lot designated for people that
are participating in the parade, but there are paid lots

(22:47):
on Eggleston and on Marringway. The parade will start at
eleven am this year and we start lining up at
nine am, so we're really excited about it. Our theme
this year is Everlasting Endurance, and the parade has always
been an amazing time.

Speaker 1 (23:02):
I posted a statement on website.

Speaker 6 (23:03):
Lincoln because I wanted everyone to know that the City
of Cincinnati, specially Vince Unit and Avondale Town Center, asked
us if we would consider another location for the parade
because the Avondale Town Center is growing and you have
to have a staging area to legally do a parade.

Speaker 1 (23:21):
And we didn't have a staging area anymore. We were bringing.

Speaker 6 (23:23):
People outside streets and we were doing really a lot
of things that we had to do to make the
parade happen.

Speaker 1 (23:30):
Now, it's it possible.

Speaker 3 (23:31):
You could have moved it too Evanston or maybe on
Hill or somewhere and found a better staging area.

Speaker 1 (23:37):
Is that possible? Because we like to keep it in
the hood.

Speaker 6 (23:39):
You know, I agree with you, Lincoln, And when I
tell you that we tried, we looked at a lot
of different places, but we also thought about doctor Heights's
original vision. Her original vision was that we made sure
that we're celebrating black history. And also the park was
a big focus because that's where you see your economy stimulated.

(24:00):
Want people to be there to support your food court,
your retailers, your nonprofit. So when we looked at the
different routes that the city would approve, Marin Way was
the best location and we culminate in the park. So
this year, as soon as the park opens at noon,
there will be people in the park and we're excited
about it. It's not to say, Lincoln for future years

(24:22):
that maybe something else won't become available, but please come
out and support this year.

Speaker 3 (24:26):
Yes, and parade starts at eleven and they'll walk right
on into Sowrier Point and that's when everything will begin.

Speaker 1 (24:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (24:36):
Central State's Marching Band is our special guest marching band
this year. They are also come into the park and
perform there for us.

Speaker 1 (24:43):
Again.

Speaker 6 (24:44):
Just thanks to everybody for all of your support. This
is our thirty seventh year. My Black Family Reunion. Dot
Org houses all the information. When I say we have
an amazing four days lined up, we absolutely do and
we need the city support. We need everyone to come
out Saturday night.

Speaker 1 (25:01):
None other than Midnight Star headlining the stage.

Speaker 6 (25:05):
Been in constant communication with my friend Bobby Lovelace from
Midnight Star. There e static about being with us. Fred
Hammond will headline on Sunday. We have pavilions throughout the park.
We'll go from the skating rink to Yateman's Cove, so
asking everyone to come out. There's something for everyone Lincoln,
if you have a little kid or if you're a senior.

Speaker 1 (25:25):
The National Council Negro Women.

Speaker 6 (25:27):
Will be there with the Senior Pavilion, Kevin Odgers and
Ohio Kings with the Sports pavilion, Eddie Hawkins with the
Neighborhood Games. We have the Aks with the Children's pavilion,
Felida Carr and her team.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
With Youth and Young Adult pavilion.

Speaker 6 (25:42):
Then we have Jamal McMullen and revend Michael Mitchell with
the Spirituality Pavilion, So there's literally something for everyone. We
have an amazing food court this year. Retailers will be there,
nonprofits will be there, a health pavilion presented by Tri Health,
our presenting sponsor. We have sixty three sponsors that thought
of not robbery to support the event this year. So Lincoln,

(26:03):
thanks to you and everyone. Wendell Young is going to
be our Grand Marshall along with his wife Kathy, So
we're very excited to have Wendell Young. Excited for all
the parade judges that will be with us this year.
I'm iris Rowllie will be a judge. She's always I've
been a part of BFR and that's a phenomenal job.

Speaker 1 (26:21):
So we're excited to see so many come out.

Speaker 6 (26:23):
Mayor Brian Pool will be a judge this year from
the village of Woodline, my hometown. Okay, so just excited
about a Lincoln all right.

Speaker 1 (26:30):
It sounds like it's going to be a great weekend.

Speaker 3 (26:32):
It all kicks off today tonight, and make sure you
are become a part of the Black Family Reunion this weekend.

Speaker 1 (26:40):
Lincoln with the Walking Club be walking again this year.
Walking Club will be right there. We'll be right there.
Look for the pink shirts. We'll be there absolutely. Thank you.

Speaker 3 (26:49):
All right, Hey, thank you for stopping by Tracy and
straighten everything out on the parade. And hey, looking forward
to it. I'll see you said, I'll see you tomorrow.
Thank you, thank you.

Speaker 1 (26:59):
All right, let's take a break and then we'll come back.

Speaker 3 (27:01):
Twelve thirty The Buzz, The Buzz of Cincinnati, your talk station,
The Lincoln Wear Show till one o'clock this afternoon. It
is Thursday, Yes, Thursday, and kick it off the Black
Family Reunion weekend. And it's gonna be the weather wise,
it's gonna be great. Weather wise, it's gonna be great. Yeah,

(27:25):
I got the parade, I got the uh oh, I
gotta go. I'm going to the HBCU baseball game. You know,
the Reds play the Brewers this weekend and tomorrow night,
I mean Saturday night is the HBCU game. Some of
the proceeds go to HBCUs and and I'm going to

(27:47):
that and uh boy, I tell you, it never ends.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
It never ends. It's tough being me, let me tell you,
all right.

Speaker 3 (27:58):
Five one, three, seven, nine, twelve thirty. The UH brawl
suspects were in court this morning. Six of them were
in court and they went before Black Judge Trigs. They
were UH set for arraignment this morning. So we'll see

(28:22):
what happens to uh. Asia Devon of Evanston, Dominique Kittle
of Walnut Hills, Jermaine Matthews of East Price Hill, montez
Meriweather of South Cumminsville, Patrick Roseman of Reading and the
Kira Vernon of Evanston. Yeah, we'll see what lies ahead

(28:45):
for them. Yes, and somebody I think that they could
face up to thirty plus years. You know, that's just
for a fight. It wasn't a riot. It was a fight.
It was a brawl, not a riot.

Speaker 1 (29:04):
But anyway, what can you say.

Speaker 3 (29:07):
Yeah, I'm looking forward to talking to Eugenie Blaylock. I
think he's from Chicago too. It's from Chicago. I'm pretty
sure he's from Chicago. I'll find out when I talked
to him. But he's fired up what he saw the
parents doing yesterday with this fight. The second day of

(29:31):
school and they're out there in the street fighting. He
looked out of his window and saw it. He jumped
in his car and drove to the scene to break
up the fight. This is the superintendent. I can't imagine.
I can't imagine uh, superintendents breaking up fights. You can

(29:51):
imagine principals doing that. But man, oh man, he's from
He must be from Chicago.

Speaker 1 (30:00):
You know. Maybe he knows Twin. Who knows?

Speaker 4 (30:07):
Yeah, he's heard about Twin getting expelled a few times.

Speaker 3 (30:10):
Yeah, Yes, I think he's a guy that started his
four day work week. If I think it's Mount Healthy,
I mean I think it's North College Hill and not
one of those schools started a four day week. And
it seems to be going pretty well.

Speaker 1 (30:30):
Yes, seems to be going pretty good. Three men charged.

Speaker 3 (30:41):
In a two million dollar heightst from a Brinks truck
and I think they were black guys too, I think
they were. And they got caught, but they didn't steal it.
They got away for a minute. They were charged with
three men and a former Brinks employee. See, he knew

(31:05):
where the money was gonna be. He knew where they
was gonna have two million dollars, which truck was gonna
have two million dollars in it? And then he told
him you got to hit this truck anyway. Uh Dayshon Hughes, Munchkin.
They these names, Brian Wallace, tray Vine Jackson.

Speaker 4 (31:29):
They you know what gave you the first clue that
they used for black folks.

Speaker 1 (31:33):
Mister Ware.

Speaker 3 (31:38):
I mean from Philadelphia was one of them. Philadelphia. But uh,
they stole two million dollars from a Brinks truck. They
had help from the inside. Former Brinks employee knew where
the money was going to be and they hit the
truck and man, all right.

Speaker 1 (32:01):
Let's go to Steve Reese. Steve Reese, how you doing, Lincoln?

Speaker 7 (32:07):
Good morning, good morning, good morning, How were you?

Speaker 8 (32:09):
I just wanted the.

Speaker 7 (32:11):
Community to know how hard you have been working on
the Veterans Committee. That's a commissioner resappointed you too. You
have really done some great work. You have been very
active and they need to listen to you when you're
talking about opportunities for all veterans and your big event

(32:31):
that will be coming up pretty soon about.

Speaker 1 (32:36):
A week on Saturday, a week from Saturday.

Speaker 7 (32:39):
And most people don't know that Lincoln where is on
the Veterans Committee, And you'd be wondering who gets on
what boards and when they get on the board, or
are they doing anything for us? And Lincoln is really, really,
really got his teeth in it. He's really getting those
veterans and all the veterans that you know need to

(33:01):
call Lincoln, and Lincoln, I'll give you the number to call,
and you need to focus on that because there's a
lot of benefits and as you well know, a lot
of things have been cut out. Second, I would like
to encourage everybody to sport the Black Music Walk of Fame,
and Tracey's been working hard on that to try to

(33:22):
put that together. But unfortunately the Commissioner rees has to
go to Florida. We've got a family emergency and she
will not be able to be the marshall ahead of that,
so she got to return to Florida for that, so
she won't be riding in the parade. But that still

(33:42):
doesn't stop you from supporting the parade. It's just that
she won't be available, but we always been. And then
I was I have been selected as one of the
legends a couple of years ago in the Black Family Reunion,
and I appreciate that and I want to say thank you,
thank you to that, and I'm in support of black

(34:04):
families doing all sorts of things. And then third, I'd
like to thank all the people that supported the Black
Music Walk of Fame and we went over the thing,
went over the number we were trying to get, the
two hundred and fifty thousand, and now I understand that
we're almost up to three hundred thousand visitors that have
gone through the Black Music Walk of Fames and linking

(34:26):
you did a great job and the selection and your
committee selecting the hardest that we inducted and stars, and
then i'd encourage everybody to take their family, their friends
and go down there and see what we have on
the riverfront on a permanent basis that you can. It's
open from I think eight in the morning to eleven

(34:48):
at night, and light shows and all kinds of stuff.
It's just beautiful. So we're trying to make progress and
we're trying to do the things that need to be done,
and I appreciate everybody's putting their shoulder to the wheel.
And then I understand that they're going to unravel the
statue for Martin Luther King at two o'clock.

Speaker 3 (35:09):
Yeah, I think it's is it a ribbon cutting or
the actual statue.

Speaker 1 (35:13):
I don't think that's up there yet, is it. I
think it's well, I don't know. I thought it was
a ribbon cutting the break ground, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (35:19):
But it happens today at two o'clock, I believe two o'clock.

Speaker 7 (35:23):
And they've been working on that a long long time. Yes, yes,
And as you will know, our church, New Friendiceship is
right down below it, and we sold. I was able
to pay off that church two hundred and fifty thousand
dollars mortgage on that church was debt free. But we're
going to put a sign of and sell the church

(35:44):
because membership and everything. We're going to sell the church.
And if you know anybody out there looking for the
development of church, now you can't come and say can
I give you fifty dollars a day and get fifty
dollars next week and do that. We're going to sell
church New Friendship Baptist Church, the church and Jesse Broaches

(36:07):
is her number is five one three, two four to
two forty three fifty five. So we are going to
eventually leave, leave from Redding Road after many, many, many
many years of being there and the facilities just got
too big, you know.

Speaker 3 (36:23):
Just so New Friendship is up for sale. There will
be a for sale sign up.

Speaker 7 (36:29):
There will be a sign up, Okay. So I'm just
trying to talk about a few positive things that are
going on in the community that all are happening, right,
and thank people. And then I just want to thank
all the people because our community has been supporting of everything.

Speaker 1 (36:47):
Yes, yes, yes, all right, And thank.

Speaker 7 (36:49):
You Lincoln for all your work on the veterans program.

Speaker 1 (36:54):
Thank you. I appreciated Steve, and my man Richard Heading.

Speaker 3 (36:58):
He's working along side with me too, Richard Head and
the former mayor of Lincoln Heights.

Speaker 7 (37:03):
Yes, all right, Well, y'all are turning upside down. If
I was a veteran, I would call Lincoln Ware and
I'd be at that program and get all the resources.
And Commissioner Reach came up with a great idea of
let's have a consolidate and have a big program. And
then when they said who should you a point, she

(37:24):
did not hesitate. She said, I want Lincoln Ware, who
is a former veteran who knows the community, and be
on this board. And I'm so happy that you said yes,
I will accept.

Speaker 1 (37:35):
All right, Steve, thanks for your Kyle, appreciate it. All right.
That's Steve Reese. Let's take a break, we'll come back.

Speaker 3 (37:42):
The lincoln Ware Show twelve thirty The Buzz and your
talk station lincoln Ware on a Thursday morning. And Eugene
Blaylock from North College Hills Schools coming up a little
bit after eleven, and I've got the buy in high
school Oakmont Education. They're coming up sometime after eleven. Also, Yeah,

(38:07):
a lot of schools are going back. When does public
school start? Are they back? Did they go back today
or the next week? Maybe it's next week. I think
it's next week they start. Jericha says, I'm in dating
and I'm donating blood Saturday at the Veterans Healthcare event.

Speaker 1 (38:25):
Okay, you're talking about the twenty third.

Speaker 3 (38:31):
Okay, all right, I hear you. But yeah, I bet
you're not one. I haven't seen one person who on
this Facebook chat said they're going to give blood. They're
big talkers on that keyboard. Oh they can talk plenty

(38:52):
of smack on the keyboard. But when it comes down
to doing something.

Speaker 1 (38:58):
Where are they? Where are they? All right? Oh?

Speaker 3 (39:03):
Cincinnati Public starts next week? Yes, next week? All right, doll,
Let's go to the pharaoh.

Speaker 2 (39:10):
Pharaoh, how you doing It'm all right, Lincoln, what's up, Lincoln,
have you heard anything yet?

Speaker 1 (39:18):
No, Pharaoh, But I will have something.

Speaker 3 (39:20):
I'm going to see the guy probably today, so we
will have a yes.

Speaker 1 (39:25):
Or a no.

Speaker 2 (39:27):
It will call you tomorrow, okay. But uh, anyway, Lincoln,
you know, I want to talk about a few quick things.
You know. First of all, even though there's no mention
of it, but do you hear people talk about this
meeting they're gonna have from a city hall whatever. Yes,

(39:50):
no one says anything about it. But I'm willing to
bet you that the police chief and her croonies, they
have gotten together based on this overall situation here in Cincinnati,
and they have talked about the possibility of maybe a
riot going on. So get those shotguns and tear hairs

(40:14):
out of the yard, out of the back room and
put them in your car just in case. Nothing on
the news about it. They have had that discussion.

Speaker 1 (40:25):
It's just a show of support for Iris Rowlie.

Speaker 2 (40:28):
Well, I know what that I'm saying with the police
have done that. They haven't put it on the news,
but I know the police chief has talked about it
with her croonies, the possibility of it. See something else,
You remember what I had told you about years ago
about you know that REX eighty four plan. Remember the

(40:51):
King Alfred plan I spoke to you about years ago.

Speaker 1 (40:54):
Yes, yes, yes, remember.

Speaker 2 (40:56):
You remember what I What I said that plan consists.

Speaker 1 (40:59):
Of not really but tell me again.

Speaker 2 (41:03):
But remember I told you about it is a plan
that in the event that black people got out of
control in America, what the federal government would do.

Speaker 3 (41:15):
Oh, they would shut down the exit ramps on the
interstates every.

Speaker 2 (41:19):
Black person in America and put every one of us
in a concentration camp and jazz every one of them. Oh,
you know that is the plan, Lincoln. I have a
copy of the Rex eighty four president every president every
now and then updates it by signing it to keep

(41:41):
it in effect every president, so you know, so you
know Trump signed it. Yeah, you know, keep it in
effect in the event black people get out of control
in this country.

Speaker 1 (41:57):
All right, I'm running. I know you.

Speaker 3 (42:00):
I got to cut you short today. Some days I'll
let you go a little longer. Today I'm running a
shorter time. I got to go, phar real. Thanks for
your Kyle, un'tbelievable. All right, let's go to the superintendent
for North College Hill Schools, mister Eugenie Blaylock.

Speaker 9 (42:13):
How you doing, Hey, I'm surviving.

Speaker 2 (42:17):
Let's say that.

Speaker 3 (42:17):
Oh man, So I wake up this morning, I see
the news and I hear you upset at some parents
who were egging on a fight. Take us back to
when you were sitting in your office and you looked
out the window.

Speaker 1 (42:31):
What did you see?

Speaker 9 (42:33):
So I'm sitting in my office, I'm sitting at my desk,
and I have my secretary say, hey, we have something
going on outside. I get up, I look out the window.
I see a group of students talking to each other, agitated,
pointing up the street. And then I see a parent
in a car and she's talking to them and she's
pointing up the street, and then they take off on

(42:58):
I guess I was saying south on Savannah, and she
does a U turn and starts driving up there. So
I leave out and jump in the truck and ride up.
They one block up. They have the entire intersection blocked off,
and I have the parents here, the parents encouraging them.
Let them fight, let them fight, let them go heads up,

(43:20):
let them fight, let them fight. And then you have
the students lock up. They're fighting, you know, really going
at it. And then you have other.

Speaker 10 (43:26):
Students that's around and they're not you know, involved per se,
but they're right up on them, watching and moving and whatnot.
So I kind of blew the horn, rose my truck
a little bit closer.

Speaker 9 (43:39):
And told my sill, hey, hey what you doing. Let's
get up out of here. And a couple of the
suits you know, looked over when they saw me, you know,
kind of walked away, start moving towards, you know, the
other way, and I just say, hey, this is not
what we're doing. But then the parents ocurage the kids
to fight again.

Speaker 1 (43:55):
After you're there. They still after.

Speaker 2 (43:57):
I'm there, and I push the way, they.

Speaker 9 (43:59):
End up getting to another. So it was I mean,
it was it was crazy.

Speaker 3 (44:04):
And so did you ever get a chance to talk
to the parents after the fight stopped? Did you get
a chance to say anything to the parents, like why
are you doing this? Or anything like that?

Speaker 9 (44:14):
You know what, Lincoln, I did not. I actually stay
to my truck and I had the window down. I
was talking to the studs. I actually put myself in
harm's away from being there, and when I was turning
the truck, I kind of realized, hey, you need to
move the truck because the kids start running. How the
crowd goes with a fight. So the mobs start coming
towards the corner, and that's where I was. I actually

(44:35):
pulled down the street continue to you know, usher my
suits to say hey, looks get out of here, and
then I went on from there.

Speaker 11 (44:42):
So I never had.

Speaker 9 (44:43):
Opportunity to touch base with the parents at all. I
don't even know who the parents are.

Speaker 1 (44:48):
Okay, you don't even know there.

Speaker 3 (44:50):
Now, I did hear where you say you were gonna
punish some of the kids that were in the fight.
Can you do that and they weren't on school grounds?

Speaker 9 (45:00):
Yes we can. Number one, you have the two kids
who are fighting. Those are the kids who all of
them involved can be punished. We have something in our
discipline Code of Conduct where we have a zero tolerance
and it would be going home with the parents today
just for them to remind their students. But we have
a zero tolerance for violence, disruptive, harassing, intimidating, bullying, or

(45:22):
any inappropriate behavior by students. Also, as far as our
student Code of Conduct, students can be disciplined for misbehavior
that occurs all school property. When the behavior and danger
the health and safety of students within the district or

(45:43):
adversely affects the educational process, so students can be held
accountable after school, hours, before schooling, after school. If it
creates an environment, an unhealthy environment, even those students who
were just watching, those students may face consequences.

Speaker 1 (46:08):
Man.

Speaker 3 (46:08):
But this is why you see kids acting up out
of their parents encouraging this stuff.

Speaker 1 (46:14):
What is that? What message is that sending to the students.

Speaker 9 (46:18):
And I think that's where I'm at. You know, everybody
quick to blame the schools, They quick to blame, blame lock,
they quick to blame the principles, and I think the
blame lies with the parents. You know, when I was
coming up, it was the adults, the parents acting like
adults and holding the kids accountable. But when you have
the parents involved in this type of behavior, encouraging this

(46:40):
type of behavior, that apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
As far as I'm concerned, it has to start at home.
I think as a community, as a community, we have
to or you have to stop blaming the schools. You
have to blaming the police, you have to blaming the government.
We need to blame the pea parents. Those are the

(47:01):
primary teachers, those are the individuals who should set the
example for their kids. Lincoln. We do a lot of
things at North College Hill to teach our students self
regulation skills, teach them ways to deal with conflict non
violently using their words not their hands. But they hear
at school and then when they go home and hear

(47:22):
something totally different.

Speaker 3 (47:23):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, they're getting two messages, two messages.

Speaker 1 (47:27):
Unbelievable. Well, I'm glad you know you're speaking out.

Speaker 3 (47:31):
I know the police chief here in Cincinnati has said
a lot about the parents need to be The police
chief here said we can't raise your kids for you. You
got to raise your own kids. So you're saying the
same thing. So one of these days people going to
listen to that and start raising their kids, you know what.

Speaker 9 (47:49):
I think they're gonna have to. And the sad part
is I talked to the police chief in North College
Hell and I was told that they're going to make
some arrest you know, the students who are in involved
in this and be arrested for rioting the students. The
parents who are involved in this, they can be arrested
for possible child endangerment or child abuse. So I'm told

(48:10):
by the North College Hill police department, and we've been
working together so between you know, the school, the North
College Hill School District, the North College Hill School District,
the North College Hill Police Department, the mayor, the city manager,
we've been in constant communication on what we can do
to help the situation and speak out on this manner.

(48:31):
And the police said they're going to take a hard
stand on this, and I think they need to after
stand what happened, you know, down during jazz festival, the
big broad that they're talking about a week later, when
I saw some other kids fighting. I mean, it's getting
ridiculous and somebody is going to get hurt, and I'm
praying and hoping nobody is killed.

Speaker 2 (48:49):
But that's if we.

Speaker 9 (48:50):
Don't stop and parents take accountability, that's what's going to happen.

Speaker 3 (48:54):
All right, Well, I'm glad you out in front of
this thing, and you go to hope those kids accountable
who were there fighting, and maybe you'll find out who
their parents were and you can get called at me
in and have a good long talk with them and
maybe this thing.

Speaker 1 (49:09):
You know, now, you you're from Chicago, right.

Speaker 9 (49:12):
So from Cleveland Corner, raised in Cleveland.

Speaker 1 (49:15):
I don't know why I thought you were from Chicago.

Speaker 9 (49:17):
Then the rest of you said talk to the parents.
Somebody asked me today like, well, you're gonna talk to
the parents. Yeah, No, I'm gonna deal with things that
I can control. I can control the students. I can
deal with their actions. When the parents act out, then
the police they have to step in.

Speaker 1 (49:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (49:34):
So, unfortunately or fortunately I don't have to get caught
up in that piece of it. But I am going
to hold the students accountable. And if those students come
and see me during expulsions, guess who are gonna be
sitting there next one?

Speaker 3 (49:46):
Their parents? Yep, yep, you're right. Hey, doctor Blaylock, you
see that. Hello, sir, Okay, thank you for talking with us.
Were appreciate it, and now I'm sure we'll talk again
sometime real soon.

Speaker 9 (49:59):
Hey, anytime. I appreciate the support.

Speaker 1 (50:01):
All right, thank you for college.

Speaker 9 (50:03):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (50:03):
All right.

Speaker 3 (50:03):
It's doctor Eugene Blaylock, the superintendent at North College Hills
Schools that said he had to break up a fight
that the parents were egging on. Let's break for News
twelve thirty the Buzz your talk station. Uh, just talk
to Superintendent Eugene Blaylock out of North College Hills School

(50:25):
District and two days. Schools that have been over two
days and they're already fighting two days. Didn't take long.
And of course I'm thinking back sixty eight, it didn't
take long for Kennedy Heights and Avendale to have their
little yearly fight. It happened every year. It's just a

(50:49):
little skirmish and then it was over. Everybody was friends,
you know what I mean. But it was something about
Avondale and Kennedy Heights. Every year there would be a
fight right after school started, right a day or two
after school start. Every year it would happen, all right, Yes, sir, oh,
I thought you.

Speaker 1 (51:09):
You knew I was gonna ask you something. Yes, So
why did you pick those fights? Mister ware? Why did you?
Why did you start those fights? Believe me, I did
not start those fights. What was a beef about? I
don't need. Nobody knew. I don't know.

Speaker 3 (51:24):
Nobody knew what the beef was about. But it would
be a fight. They just know they have to fight. Yeah,
I guess it was claiming your territory. I guess at school.
I don't know. I don't know. It just it was
just something they did every year, all right, let's go
to Sandra Jones.

Speaker 1 (51:43):
Sandra Jones, how do you do it?

Speaker 12 (51:46):
You know, so you think about it, you're fighting for nothing.
It was like getting the air, you know, it's like,
what's wrong. Something is definitely going to where we're just
that gee boy and the principal the second day of school.
You can hear his passion for it.

Speaker 1 (52:00):
Oh yeah, yeah.

Speaker 12 (52:01):
And the parents. I'm telling you, Lincoln, it's just a
different day with our parents. I mean, you know, somewhere,
a long, long time ago, we dropped the ball and
teaching folks what it's like to be kind and respectful
and how to share. And so what you're seeing is
the results of that, and so we I think we
got to get involved, those of us that have enough
sense that's not gonna keep looking for the problems but

(52:24):
helping with solutions. We can do this, Lincoln. I you know,
my heart tells me that. And I remember one of
the elders telling me I was twenty five at the time.
I was, you know, down hold without saving the world,
and he said, baby, if you still let this at fifty,
you didn't you crazy? And I'm now he was ninety nine,
and I'm like, no. By the time I get fifty,
the world's gonna be better shoes. Well so I starbody

(52:47):
didn't see, but thank you for allowing so I have
to be on the show on Sunday. That was I
watched the recatch up. You know, I talked so fast, man,
I tell you, I really have to slow down when
I'm talking. I tell you, folks that may not ever happens,
don't look for us.

Speaker 1 (53:02):
They understood what you were saying. Sundra Jeales. It was
a good show. Thank you for coming on there.

Speaker 9 (53:07):
Appreciate it was really cool.

Speaker 12 (53:08):
So folks come out and celebrate. Help us buy a ticket,
buy a table. Sponsor this organization. I'm no longer the CEO,
but I'm still involved because I think what we're doing
for our seniors is so important. This past Monday, I
had the opportunity to go visit the Councilor and Aging
and try health new setting that they have for our
seniors called Pace, you know, and all I could think about,

(53:29):
you know, we have enough resources in our community to
have such program sets like that. You have one at
the Late Senior Center over at New Prospect Baptist Church.
We have places our seniors can go, and we need
to create more. Why would we continue to allow other
folks to reap the benefits from our wealth. I'll never
truly understand that. So I know what mister and Nettliones

(53:50):
was talking about. Yeah, one more thing like in Avondale. Right,
So there's two major churches in Avondale. That's the sales.
So you got Corbo Presbyterian, where Reverend Wallis was the
footprint of Avendale. He cared so much about this community
to where he was willing to do whatever to make
sure that the folks got a fair share. And so
and then you got new Friendship Baptist Church.

Speaker 2 (54:11):
Reverend Harvey was you know, very vocal. He was just buried.

Speaker 12 (54:14):
Yeah, Adam in about, Hey, we're gonna save our community.
I look at Avondale. I look at where we're gonna
have the statue of releasing from Marthinuther King, all the
families that's gone, all the properties that's not longer no
longer owned by black folks, and and I'm thinking, like,
what have we not done? Well, we have not pulled
our dollars together to buy up our community. So there

(54:34):
are things that we can do. You got two major churches, right,
what's gonna happen. You see the churches down in the
West End, they're converted into housing and apartments. That's been
on the market for one point five million dollars. Why
can't we bring that kind of money into our churches. So, Lincoln,
I'm hoping that all those folks that used to attend
those churches get back. It's just like your black historical colleges.

(54:56):
They be beg enough you do give a dollar. We
got to start, you know about how we spend our
money and who we spend our money bit with and
I return on our investment. So thank you for the opportunity.
People check out our website, buy a ticket for this organization.
You're not gonna make me rich. I mean I feel
like I'm already I've already taken a leave of absent
and pay because I believe in this organization. And that's

(55:17):
why I was able to pass it on to my niece,
because I need this organization to be here long after
we're gone. People, so get involved with what's happening.

Speaker 1 (55:26):
Lincoln.

Speaker 12 (55:26):
Thank you for you know, you went from four hours
to two hours to one hour, so you really got
a cushion job and you enjoy it.

Speaker 1 (55:33):
Well, I'm back in three hours now.

Speaker 12 (55:38):
Well, I hope that they do something with the rebroadcast,
that they allowed somebody to buy some some AUR time
so they can Before.

Speaker 1 (55:46):
The pandemic they used to sell time.

Speaker 3 (55:49):
But after the pandemic, I don't know what happened and
never did return again.

Speaker 12 (55:54):
In the pandemic was five years ago. I know what
has happened since then, I know it. We got to
get the message out.

Speaker 2 (56:00):
To our people.

Speaker 12 (56:01):
If we're not gonna buy the Cincinnati Hero where it
comes out every day, did we better figure out how
method of communicating because right now it sucks and were
in trouble and our babies are suffering because of our
lack of leadership.

Speaker 1 (56:12):
All right, thank you by Sondra Jones.

Speaker 3 (56:14):
Thanks for your call. Let's take a break and then
we'll come back. The Lincoln War Show twelve thirty The
Buzz from Banyon High School, Oakmont Education in the studio
with me Anthony Booker, who is the director of Banyon
High School, Randy Smooth, executive director oak Mount Education and
a new charter school.

Speaker 1 (56:34):
I guess tell us a little bit about it. Tell
us about this new school. Thank you for having us.

Speaker 4 (56:39):
Yes, Banyon High School is a new drop out, recovery
and prevention free public charter school here in Cincinnati. We
service students ages fifteen to twenty one. We are open
and free to anyone they would like to they would
like to enroll. We specialize in career technical education. We
have instruction, we have healthcare, we have business, all nationally

(57:03):
accredited programs just to help students not just get their
high school diplomas, but also prepare them for a life
after high school with a sustainable career making sustainable wages.

Speaker 1 (57:15):
Okay, Now where is the school located?

Speaker 13 (57:17):
So, school is located in Roselawn Bond Hill area. Is
at six eight seventy one Stiak or ste G E. R. Drive.
And if you're coming from downtown Cincinnati up to seventy
five North, you get off of the products Seymour exit
as if you're making a right on the corner of
Padock Seymore. In that big building with the flag in
front of it, that's US.

Speaker 1 (57:35):
Okay, okay, all right. Now, this is a public high school,
public high school. It is YEAP public high school.

Speaker 3 (57:42):
And so what makes this school different than any of
the other schools. So I think the big difference for
US is one our flexibility. We make sure that we
meet students and families exactly where they are. We offer
a flexible schedule so that they can have not just
educational and then also not have to disrupt their lives.

(58:02):
But most importantly, it is the fact that we offer
these career technical education programs. We offer nationally recognized credentials
so that students cannot just get their high school diplomas,
but can also get into the careers. And that's the
thing that I think Sensu's apart more than anything. In addition,
our focus on placement, not just getting students high school diplomas,

(58:24):
not just getting students their credentials, but we have a
staff who is their only job to get those students' jobs,
make sure that those students are able to walk directly
into their careers. And then we follow those students for
a full year after graduation to make sure that they
can stay in those jobs and be a partner for
not just the student, but then for the employer as well.

Speaker 1 (58:45):
Now is this the first year for the school. It's
the first year.

Speaker 13 (58:48):
This is the very first year to high school. And
I think one of the things that also makes it
unique is that we're servicing students that are ages fifteen
to twenty one and not just eighteen, So those kids
that may have had some disruptions in their program prior
to the age of eighteen, now we're going to go
up to twenty.

Speaker 1 (59:05):
Okay, Now when does school start?

Speaker 4 (59:08):
So school, we are currently accepting applications for enrollment. We've
been enrolling all summer long. We currently have students who
are in the building getting ready for their you know, orientation,
making sure they know our culture, sure they know our rules.
So if anyone is interested in starting, they can come
and roll in person. They can enroll on online at

(59:30):
our website or any of our social media pages. But
we are currently accepting enrollments current And so.

Speaker 1 (59:36):
It's grades nine through twelve, is that's what it is.

Speaker 4 (59:38):
That's correct. It's a traditional high school in that regard.
We have all all grades. The only difference is that
we do go to twenty one. But it is a
it is a high school format.

Speaker 1 (59:49):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (59:50):
And how can people call up and get their kid
registered and if they maybe they get suspended from another school,
you will accept them in.

Speaker 1 (01:00:01):
How does that work?

Speaker 13 (01:00:02):
So our number is actually it's out of town are
at code, but it's eight one two two two one
thirty seven zero nine.

Speaker 1 (01:00:09):
So give that number again real.

Speaker 13 (01:00:11):
Slowly eight one two two two one three seven zero nine.
They can also, like I said, like you mentioned before,
our social media platforms, our website, things of that nature.
They can also apply there. Okay, I want to schedule
a tour, they can also call it. Okay, now that
that's Oakmont Education.

Speaker 1 (01:00:29):
Is that? Where is that out of?

Speaker 4 (01:00:30):
So Oakmand Education is the management company. We are out
of Akron. But we have twenty two drop our Recovery
and Prevention high schools in Ohio. We also have UH
one in Iowa and one in Michigan. So oak My
Education is not new to the Drop our Recovery world.
We're just new to Cincinnati and we have schools very close.

(01:00:51):
We have a school in Hamilton, we have a school
in Middletown, and we are just uh, we're just elated
to be able to bring this this school to Cincinnati.

Speaker 3 (01:00:59):
So and you're taking applications right now, you registering kids
to start, and you got your teachers all set up
and ready to go.

Speaker 13 (01:01:08):
So you guys, we're set up and ready to go
take applications as we speak. So yeah, if you have
a young person again one ages fifteen to twenty Onemont
being in high school is quite a great option for
them as well.

Speaker 1 (01:01:21):
And is this a lot of individual teaching or is it.

Speaker 4 (01:01:26):
Inom setting in that regard because of our platform of
being extremely flexible, right, and we want to make sure
that we meet students exactly where they are. We are
brick and mortar and we do have teachers in every
single classroom who does live instruction every single day. There
is an online platform and component to it. So the students,
again from that flexibility standpoint, they can work from home,

(01:01:47):
they can work at night, they can work on the weekends,
whatever time they have. But we are a traditional, brick
and mortar, in person high school. We just want to
make sure that we can provide some options for folks
make sure there's no obstacles for them in getting their education.

Speaker 3 (01:02:02):
A lot of people on this Facebook chat are saying,
is this a sort of like a replacement for DON School?

Speaker 1 (01:02:09):
So it is.

Speaker 4 (01:02:09):
It is not a replacement. We're an option for any
family who maybe went to DON, who who need something different,
who needs something a little more non traditional. We're not
affiliated with DON at all, but we do offer an
opportunity for any of the students who went to don
who are displaced.

Speaker 1 (01:02:28):
They have a home at Banion.

Speaker 4 (01:02:29):
And they can come and restart their educational careers with us.
Similar in that we are flexible. We are a charter school,
we are public. We do have career technical education as well.
But we welcome all students. We welcome any student who
just feel like they need a different start, any different platform.

Speaker 1 (01:02:49):
We're happy to have them at that Banion. Okay, give
that phone number out again, real slow again.

Speaker 13 (01:02:54):
Eight one two two two one three seven zero nine.

Speaker 1 (01:02:59):
Eight one two two two one three seven zero nine.

Speaker 3 (01:03:04):
All right, So folks call that number an alternative for
your high school student. And uh, I guess it's the note.
It's it's like a public school. They don't have to
pay to go. It's right there.

Speaker 4 (01:03:16):
Free tuition, tuition, fruition, public charter school.

Speaker 1 (01:03:20):
And we welcome, we welcome anyone.

Speaker 4 (01:03:22):
We can't wait to meet your families and meet your
students and hopefully they can find a home at Banion.

Speaker 1 (01:03:28):
All right.

Speaker 3 (01:03:29):
And people saying you said up to age twenty one,
they can actually go to the school up to age twenty.

Speaker 4 (01:03:34):
One, that is correct. If you start the school year
and you're twenty one. Even if you turn twenty two
during the school year, you can finish as long as
you start at twenty one. And that's another one of
those things that makes us a little bit different.

Speaker 3 (01:03:47):
Okay, all right, once again eight one two two, two
one three seven zero nine, call that number, get your
kid sign up. And you do a lot of a
technical type education over there. So can you explain that
a little bit?

Speaker 1 (01:04:03):
Absolutely so.

Speaker 4 (01:04:05):
Our career technical education is truly one of our separators.
So we have a nationally accredited construction program through NCCR
core OSHA ten Our students typically across the state are
working with Habitat for Humanity. They're doing lots lots of
work within their community. In addition to that, we have
our healthcare program that is nationally accredited through NHA. It

(01:04:28):
is a phlebotomy program that students can then go on
and do patient care tech and they can also do
medical assisting all the same year, and it's free. In
addition to our introduction to the workforce program where students
can learn how to how to how to start a business.
It's an entrepreneurial type of program. And again those programs
are free. Everything that you do at beany in high

(01:04:49):
school is free. We absolutely want to make sure that
we eliminate all obstacles for families and students who want
those things.

Speaker 13 (01:04:55):
And then the other thing is if they want to
contact me directly, Anthony Booker as a director, I'll give
them my I work direct number as well five one
three two one eight two two sixty four again and
they can call in or text.

Speaker 1 (01:05:09):
We'll go from give that number again five.

Speaker 13 (01:05:11):
One three two one eight two two sixty four.

Speaker 3 (01:05:16):
All right, well, it sounds like it's gonna be a
great alternative. Banyon High School, Oakmont Education and give them
a call area code eight one two two two one
three seven zero nine. Get your kid registered today and
let them get off the twenty twenty five school year
on the right side.

Speaker 1 (01:05:35):
I love it. Thank you so much.

Speaker 3 (01:05:36):
All right, thank you for joining me. Appreciate having all right,
let's take a break. We'll come back twelve thirty. The
buzz your talk station link and we're with you till
one o'clock. Let's see we got miss Nettie holding on
Pastor hughes Uh holding on Sister Bridge, Rick Junior, and
I believe we have the Dukester let's go to the Dukester.

(01:05:58):
It is Thursday, Free Side Thursday. What's cooking?

Speaker 14 (01:06:03):
Hey, Good morning till you Lincoln, and welcome to Free
Side Thursday. Bus listeners. It is Thursday August at fourteenth
and for most of the students are back in class,
so folks make sure that you keep that under consideration
while driving through the school zone. It's also only nine
days before the big classic Lincoln Courtlaw Home West End
Reunion jumping off at the Union terminals. That's right, and

(01:06:26):
you can still get your tickets here at the Dukester
for this event Saturday, August of twenty third. And trust me, folks,
this is one event you don't want.

Speaker 2 (01:06:34):
To miss now, Lincoln.

Speaker 14 (01:06:36):
On the Dukester's menu today is our Christy catfish nuggets
with steak fries and coal cloth. All slide on by
for a country fried chicken with green beans and potato salad.
How about our tender meat loaf with garlic mash, potatoes
and gravy and fried corn.

Speaker 1 (01:06:51):
But my tick for.

Speaker 14 (01:06:52):
Today, Lincoln is our barbecue baby back red meal with
baked beans, mother's cabbage and hot buttered corn. Bree is
dining or carry out, folks, you're gonna love your meal
at the Dukes. Take it easy, Lincoln.

Speaker 3 (01:07:06):
All right, that's the dukester right there in the Summit
Plaza on ready Road. All right, Miss Nettie, we're coming
to you in just the second. Hold tight, don't call
sharing and telling to make me let you on the air.
I'm coming to you, miss Nettie. But Pastor Hughes, what's
going on? How you doing?

Speaker 8 (01:07:25):
Doing?

Speaker 15 (01:07:26):
Pretty good man? How you doing?

Speaker 1 (01:07:27):
I'm hanging in there, hanging in there.

Speaker 3 (01:07:29):
Yes, sir, uh, well, yeah, you're talking about the event
for thirty at City Hall.

Speaker 1 (01:07:36):
Yah, sir.

Speaker 15 (01:07:36):
So at four thirty today we're having an event called
Black Men for Iris Rowley. We want to have a
make an unprecedented statement wherein just black men come together
to throw our unwavering support behind a black woman. And
I think that's needed in this time, especially with the
work than sister Iris Roley is doing. As you know,
and I'm sure your listeners know, with the Eternal Order

(01:07:58):
of Police is trying to do their her, and we
want to make a statement that our black women are
off limits and that black men we support her. So
that's what we're doing today at four thirty. This work
is critical because as we know, black men suffer probably
and I might be wrong depending on how the stats show,
but we do know that black men suffer from police
brutality and all things like that. And black women always

(01:08:20):
stand for us. But the problem in our history is
we haven't always stood for black women. So we're trying
to change that narrative. But we're trying to bring about
a new course of action where we show our support
to a black woman. And it starts with us right here.

Speaker 3 (01:08:33):
All right, and that's today at four point thirty and
on the steps of city Hall, on the steps of
city Hall.

Speaker 15 (01:08:39):
Yes, sir, four thirty, on the steps of city Hall.
We're inviting all black men to come on out and support.

Speaker 1 (01:08:44):
All right, Pastor Hughes, thank you for calling. We appreciate it, Yes, sir,
appreciate you.

Speaker 15 (01:08:49):
Man.

Speaker 3 (01:08:49):
All right, let's Pastor Hughes there, four thirty steps of
City Hall today.

Speaker 1 (01:08:56):
Yes, so check that out, all right, miss.

Speaker 12 (01:09:02):
Beautifully nice. And to the lady, the first lady of
Walk and Talk, sharn.

Speaker 1 (01:09:08):
Wall and you could call her all you want.

Speaker 3 (01:09:11):
She can't make me put you on their well maybe
she can't. Maybe she can't do it.

Speaker 12 (01:09:17):
Things that make me pray for you, and I pray
for you and your family, Shan Wist Yes, okay, okay.
And I played prayed for Tracy Artists. Yes in the
Black Family Reunion.

Speaker 1 (01:09:32):
Yes, you do a lot of praying. You've been doing
a lot of prayer.

Speaker 12 (01:09:35):
Years and his family and I prayed for Nedd Matthews
and her family.

Speaker 1 (01:09:40):
Why you've been praying a lot?

Speaker 12 (01:09:42):
I've been praying a lot. And Deluis Watterson, she's my sister.
And also to Jesse and Iris.

Speaker 1 (01:09:49):
Rolette, yes, Rolat.

Speaker 12 (01:09:52):
I won't make sure because hey, he'll been young man
when he comes out here to us, white young man. Oh,
bless is hard that he comes with the name tag
on him. He came out here to tell us that
our guess elected is going to be a high out
of high, out of high higher.

Speaker 1 (01:10:12):
Oh switch his name.

Speaker 12 (01:10:15):
He better have a name tag and they better have
some papers.

Speaker 1 (01:10:19):
Well, we read he wasn't from Duke. I can tell
you that.

Speaker 12 (01:10:23):
I can tell you he wasn't from Duke either, Yes,
because Duke would have bought some papers and said no.

Speaker 3 (01:10:29):
We read they would just send it to you in
the in the bill. You would see that in the
bill they don't have to come to you do it?
They just put a little note in your bill going up.

Speaker 2 (01:10:40):
Yes, that's right.

Speaker 12 (01:10:42):
So I know this young man, bless his heart, direct energy,
that's what he takes. He had on his shirt, but
he didn't have his name tag on. And then I
asked him, I said, do you got a paper so
we can read about where you you know where you're from,
or you signed us up for He said, it's gonna.

Speaker 3 (01:11:01):
Go up and up and up and up, and you
should sign up with us if you don't want to
pay those high prices.

Speaker 12 (01:11:06):
Well, I didn't sign up with you, and he didn't
have no paper, and he didn't have no name tag on.
Went to all my neighbors, and all my neighbors are
smart as hell. Oh boy, they're smart. Okay, all right,
I just want to say that to you and to
everyone out bad oh the real Tas Howard, thank you

(01:11:27):
for being on the ones and twos, No bread, no water,
just meet and Lincoln, well, thank you for being there. Okay,
all right, And I thank you for the schools coming
on banyon and oh my god, I got the numbers
wrote down.

Speaker 1 (01:11:47):
Baby, Oh you going to that school.

Speaker 11 (01:11:49):
I'm gonna call him and sign up.

Speaker 12 (01:11:51):
I already got out of plum.

Speaker 1 (01:11:53):
You got yours from dying school?

Speaker 12 (01:11:55):
Yes I did, Yes, yes I did. And I went
back and forth and I thank mister Melvin Spears and
his family. All right, all right, and I've been cutting
grass outside baby with your shirt on, oh boy, yes,
I have all right, all right, then you have a blessing.

Speaker 1 (01:12:13):
All right, missus Natty?

Speaker 12 (01:12:14):
All right, and everyone out there.

Speaker 1 (01:12:16):
Call in, stay off that bottle.

Speaker 12 (01:12:19):
Now, well you know what what Now you're gonna make
me go get.

Speaker 2 (01:12:23):
Me a bottle?

Speaker 3 (01:12:26):
Ally, okay, I'm gonna make her go get a bottle.

Speaker 1 (01:12:31):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (01:12:32):
I don't want to make you get a bottle of liquor.
I don't want to make you do that. Unbelievable. All right,
sister Bridge, how you doing today?

Speaker 16 (01:12:43):
Sorry, Brother Lincoln. I just love me so miss Natty.
I just love her, and I want to.

Speaker 3 (01:12:52):
Thank you and give you.

Speaker 16 (01:12:55):
I want to thank you for services that you do
for the veterans. I just want to communey you on that.

Speaker 3 (01:13:02):
And tell Nicole to fix me a plate tomorrow when
she has all the food down there at the first
financial tomorrow.

Speaker 9 (01:13:11):
Okay.

Speaker 16 (01:13:12):
You might be listening one the church tonight as well.
But also I wanted to call and tell the listening
audience about two free upcoming events sponsored by our my church.

(01:13:33):
The one is we're having a back to school bash
this Sunday, August the seventeenth, from twelve to four. It's
completely free. We're focusing on the community of Roads Lines.
It's where our church is located at sixteen oh eight
Summit Avenue. We're going to have food, food supplies. It's

(01:14:00):
going to be so it's going to be stilled with
fun and music. We're also going to have a Bounty
House kids station and games. So we're going to have
a lot lot of fun and so. And you have
children of school age, especially if they live in the
Community of Roads bind please bring them out. We're gonna
have like I said, we're going to have a table.

(01:14:23):
They're going to get book book bags, but we're going
to have a supply table so that they can pick
what they want, pick what they need as opposed to
just filling the bag up. Because we know there's been
so many already school you know, back to school events already, and.

Speaker 7 (01:14:38):
A lot of them.

Speaker 3 (01:14:40):
I don't know if any kid who lets you mean,
not one kid going to school without a new backpack
when school starts.

Speaker 1 (01:14:49):
They've had so.

Speaker 3 (01:14:49):
Many backpack giveaways. Every kid should have a brand new
backpack going to school.

Speaker 16 (01:14:55):
Absolutely, and that's good, you know, but they need that. Yeah,
and everybody knows. After the tax free Week, I think
I think it ends today.

Speaker 1 (01:15:03):
What's today? Yeah? It is today the fourteenth, Yes, okay.

Speaker 16 (01:15:07):

Speaker 1 (01:15:48):
You're killing me, You're killing me.

Speaker 7 (01:15:49):
Okay, it's gonna be really good.

Speaker 1 (01:15:51):
Okay, Customer.

Speaker 16 (01:15:53):
Next Saturday, Saturday twenty the twenty third, from eleven to

Ohio and the phone numbers eight one, eight nine seven

don't normal.

Speaker 3 (01:16:13):
We can't do church announcements for everybody. Please don't don't

Speaker 1 (01:16:19):
Please. If we did that, the whole show will be

Speaker 4 (01:16:25):
Also, just just have a website ready to say, you know, hey,
for all the information, go to this website.

Speaker 1 (01:16:30):
That'll help clear out. Yeah, the phone number, all the
pastor's name, past the shoe side, you know you have
for dinner last Thursday. And yeah, that's unnecessary.

Speaker 3 (01:16:43):
Jeez, all right, five one three seven thirty LA. The
city of Los Angeles has banned the inn and the
C words from council meetings, and now they're saying that
they're stepping on people's First Amendment. Right, Yeah, and I
know what the in word is, but I was wondering,

(01:17:04):
I say, what is the sea word? And then they
said it's a word that refers.

Speaker 1 (01:17:10):
To some women, you know what I mean? So then
I know what the sea word is. I didn't know
people really use that word a lot.

Speaker 3 (01:17:17):
Crazy, but they have banded and some local neighborhood councils
supported the measure, saying the terms have also been used
regularly at their meetings. They asked counsel to consider ways
to address the disruptions too. People are disrupting the meetings,

(01:17:37):
and civil liberties groups say they understand the city's desire
to address disruptions, but said the rule violates the right
of free speech and could have legal action.

Speaker 1 (01:17:49):
Against the city.

Speaker 3 (01:17:51):
So against one person, yell burn, pali, stage burn, and
use the in word to describe the council members. Oh jeez,
A small group of people have repeatedly shown up to
comment at the council meetings, spewing the inward and the

(01:18:11):
sea word while ranting about everything from the city's homeless
crisis to mask wearing and the twenty twenty eight Olympics.

Speaker 1 (01:18:19):
It sounds like city hall meetings here in Cincinnati. Almost
sounds like that. Unbelievable. So yeah, then they said, the
council's motion said.

Speaker 3 (01:18:34):
The inWORD and the sea word, a crew term often
used to disparage women, are the most frequently used offensive words.
So why would people be yelling out the sea word
at council meetings?

Speaker 1 (01:18:52):
I just can't understand that.

Speaker 3 (01:18:56):
Unbelievable, All right, go to a break and then we'll
come back the Lincoln Were Show twelve thirty the buzz
Talk station.

Speaker 1 (01:19:06):
It's Lincoln Ware.

Speaker 3 (01:19:07):
It is Thursday, and uh yeah, don't forget to join
me over at the Corinthian Baptist Church, which I know
you're probably a little squeamish when it comes to giving blood,
but I'm supposed to give blood uh for the Black
uh for the Red Cross during the Black Family Reunion
blood drive.

Speaker 1 (01:19:26):
Yes see, I not only talk the talk, I walk
the walk. Some of you.

Speaker 3 (01:19:36):
Keyboard terrorists on Facebook live here, you talk, you you
you type the talk, but you don't walk the talk.

Speaker 1 (01:19:45):
Whatever. You know what I'm saying. You know what I'm saying.
I don't think any of us do that. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:19:53):
Yeah, but anyway, yeah, but uh yeah, So join me
if you have the guts to give up a little
pint of blood, because there's so many Black children and
adults suffering from sickle cell anemia. A lot of times
they have to have a blood transfusions and they use

(01:20:14):
up like one hundred units a year on average.

Speaker 1 (01:20:18):
Of blood, and we should give back. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:20:29):
I think it's just a pint of blood, I'm thinking.
But I got some good veins. They should be able
to stick me real easy there and have that blood
flowing in a little no time. Oh wow, I mean
with a needle. Okay, jeez, your mind is constantly in

(01:20:52):
the gutter. Unbelievable.

Speaker 4 (01:20:55):
I was talking about how great your veins are, mister
wear See. I'm trying to give you a trumple man.

Speaker 1 (01:21:01):
I didn't. I didn't, I didn't. I don't know. I don't.
I don't reference that sound to a vein. Why do
you get.

Speaker 4 (01:21:08):
Okay, Okay, I'm not gonna explain stuff to you, Lincoln anyway,
go ahead.

Speaker 1 (01:21:11):
Let's just let it go all right.

Speaker 3 (01:21:13):
Five one, three, seven, nine, twelve thirty, and let's go
to looks like uh Rick Junior. Then my good friend
Mike McCoy twin and Brenda uh Rick Jr.

Speaker 8 (01:21:27):
You know that's a little bits ball on the day.
You know what, I just looked at up The total
value of the real estate that I'm not talking about,
not counting foreign ownership. I'm just talking about the total
value that we Americans own in this country is right
around fifty one three dollars. Okay, I did uh The

(01:21:48):
total dumphis is around three tree right, Yes, that sound
like I like I sound like a deal dealer. Well
they just if I was a president. One thing about
Old'donald Uh, he teaches us one thing. If you president,
you pretty much do what the hell you want to do.
If you have a good idea and you get a following,

(01:22:09):
go for it. If I read for president, the first
thing I would have a platform. It would be my
first point, nationalization of real or state. That would be
my first plaint right now before before you you know,
before you have a heart attack and say, oh hell no,
but listen to this. You can't just of course, I
would just make it one hundred percent across the board.

Speaker 2 (01:22:31):
I would be.

Speaker 8 (01:22:31):
I would I would have a I would make it
a variation. I'd say, okay, if you have a we
have a if you have a disaster in your area,
you have like a hurricane target or or you are
you lost, you can't afford to have your house stick
I thinking where the government could just come in and
take over your real estate and repair everything. Okay, but

(01:22:54):
you would just have to give up I don't know,
maybe a ninety percent of the value over your.

Speaker 2 (01:23:02):
To do that.

Speaker 1 (01:23:04):
About What are you talking about? What the hell are
you talking about? Reunion.

Speaker 8 (01:23:08):
I'm just talking about socialization of real estate. Obama tried
that trick with with health care. Hey, I'm just thinking,
whylet you do that with real estate? We had Obamacare, Well,
why don't.

Speaker 1 (01:23:22):
We have home Yeah, Obamacare would not work in real estate.

Speaker 8 (01:23:26):
Okay, well what a variation of it would? Okay, Like
remember those numbers. I told you the total value of
the country is like fifty one trier and we have
about what we and we only obout thirty eight trian
a deficit. Now you know, if the government had the
patrol of that fifty one trillion dollars, I'll be the
deficit would be solved. Yeah, it be solved. Okay. You

(01:23:49):
wouldn't know any property taxes, You wouldn't have to worry
about home repair. All you have to do is worry
about pair your freaking utility bill. Okay, brig or have
a home right there.

Speaker 1 (01:24:08):
That is not going to happen. Thanks for your call.
It's not going to happen. My good friend, Mike McCoy,
how are you, Good.

Speaker 11 (01:24:18):
Morning, Lincoln. I'm gonna be less than thirty seconds on this.
My question is I was watching The Chunnel nineteen the
other day and they was using your interview with the mayor. Yeah, boy,
so did you give him yet?

Speaker 1 (01:24:30):
Yes, they had permission. Yes, okay.

Speaker 11 (01:24:32):
I was kind of wondering about that, you know, because
nineteen is really stand in the planes on that bral.

Speaker 1 (01:24:38):
They had permission. They had permission, yes, okay, good.

Speaker 11 (01:24:41):
And one other things Lincoln, Uh the Bengals defense. Now
they're going out this boys threwar because he knocked Joe
Burrow down.

Speaker 3 (01:24:49):
You don't want to well yeah, yeah, and you know
the tippers Flair during training camp and uh, he's a
rookie and he didn't understand you don't hit the quarterback right.

Speaker 11 (01:25:01):
Right right, and the last scene before I go, the
Reds got to pick it up. Man, if they gonna
make the playoffs.

Speaker 1 (01:25:07):
Well, what else can I mean? They won two out
of three for Philadelphia? What else you want them to do?

Speaker 3 (01:25:12):
I mean, it would be nice if they could have
swept Philadelphia, but two out of three ain't bad.

Speaker 11 (01:25:17):
Yeah, but they three and a half games out for
that wold, No they not.

Speaker 1 (01:25:20):
They're just one game out, one game out.

Speaker 11 (01:25:23):
Yeah, okay, then well, hopefully they can keep it going
because it's been a while. When the last time the
Reds made the playoffs. Oh boy, it's been too long,
all right, all right, Nick, and I know Twins coming
up next, one of those Republicans, so let me go
on to get off your back, all.

Speaker 1 (01:25:39):

Williams Barbie Yeah, new Venus Williams Barbie Doll playing tennis.
How about that.

Speaker 3 (01:25:51):

Barbie fan. We'll get her a Venus Williams Barbie Doll. Yes,
