of course, But we talked a little bit yesterday about
Trump and his plans for Washington, DC. Let's get into
this news you could use. We talked about the fact
that he was putting one hundred and twenty about one
hundred and twenty FBI agents out in the street basically
federal agents, man, FBI dea, all of these guys that
come from those areas and putting them on the streets

to patrol as if they were city cops.

Crazy.
Speaker 1 (43:41):
Initially, he said the homeless have to move out immediately,
and he went, don't want to say some other things.
But after we got off the air, he did his
press conference about it, and he said.
Speaker 13 (43:50):
This, I'm announcing historic action to rescue our nation's capital
from crime, bloodshed, bedlam, and squalor. This is Liberation Day
in DC, and we're going to take our capital back.
We're taking it back and placing the DC Metropolitan Police
Department under direct federal control, and you'll be meeting the
people that will be directly involved with it.
Speaker 5 (44:12):
Last time the quote unquote took the capital back, that
people ended up debt, including.
Speaker 1 (44:16):
All right, exactly. So of course people are worried about
this and talking about the FEDS occupying the streets with
the military in the National Guard, because I said the
FBI and the DA but the National Guard is involved
in this as well. He's talking about deploying them to
fight crime in DC. On NBC four, Mark Siegram said

this about trying to warn y'all that this is going
to happen.
Speaker 10 (44:39):
We have never seen any actions like this from a
president of the United States in any city in America,
much less Washington, d C. Federalizing the DC Police Department,
this is a step that we haven't warning you since
last year was a real possibility. The President even before
he was elected, during the campaign, threatened this action and
to day has followed through with it. Again, this is
(45:03):
unprecedented that this something like this would happen.
Speaker 1 (45:06):
DC Mayor Bowser said, that this is unsettling and also
use the word unprecedented. It said that the city's police
chief remains in charge of the district forces there. But
you know, a lot of people are worried about what
this could actually lead to. But Trump is doubling down
on having the fans out on the streets of the
nation's capital.
Speaker 5 (45:25):
It's just scary because that's not what they're supposed to
be utilized for, right, Like the National Guard is not
supposed to be worrying about homeless on the street and
trying to get rid of them in that manner.
Speaker 4 (45:38):
It's just it's inhumane.
Speaker 6 (45:40):
Yeah, you basically declaring war on American citizens. That's how
I look at it, exactly. You know, I was hearing
them talking how you know the people are fighting back,
of course, like you're not going to take me away easy,
Like I'm not just going to walk away, and I
don't know where I'm going, Like, right, I'm under a
freaking tree.
Speaker 1 (45:56):
What are you taking me? Right? Exactly?
Speaker 6 (45:58):
You know, So he's talking about if they spit back,
we're gonna hit them, man, We're gonna bust them over
their heads.
Speaker 5 (46:02):
And again, the National Guards should have been called during
January sixth attacks.
Speaker 4 (46:06):
Right, that's when you utilize them.
Speaker 1 (46:09):
And you're talking about cleaning up crime in the streets.
And people have been pointing out the fact that violent
crime in DC is down twenty six percent this year
compared to the same time last year, and robbery is
down twenty eight percent, and they say it was down
last year from the year Prior's going.
Speaker 5 (46:23):
To clean up the crime in the White House, and
he mentioned Baltimore.
Speaker 6 (46:27):
In Baltimore, I just saw an article that Baltimore is
down the crime.
Speaker 1 (46:32):
They're also worried about him spreading this idea to other
cities like Baltimore, like Chicago, and like New York City.
They said New York City was mentioned as well. So
it's really something to keep an eye on because nobody
wants it. But he seems to keep moving forward with
these ideas.
Speaker 4 (46:47):
We know where the real criminal is.
Speaker 1 (46:48):
A right, speaking of speaking of criminals, you know, the
ladies went out there and created an app called Team
talking about dating safety for women.
Speaker 4 (47:03):
That's something that interests you today.
Speaker 1 (47:04):
Now this is interesting because then you know, I'm paying
attention to what's going on you and supposedly this tea
app for ladies you can go in there and say, hey,
I'm thinking about dating this guy, and other women are like,
don't date him, girl, he got sexual assault charges.
Speaker 4 (47:16):
C like I think about data out there. Don't date him?
Speaker 1 (47:20):
Yeah? Yes, to be together because I got friction. So
the issue was whether or not this was about safety
or whether it was about bashing guys. Right, So now
there's an app for guys called Tea on Her. Let's go.
Speaker 5 (47:34):
Now, is this about safety or is this about bashing
women's right?
Speaker 1 (47:39):
This Tea on Her app is now ranked number three
on Apples Free Apps, charge has been downloaded one hundred
and sixty five thousand times. So here's what This was
literally my question for both of y'all because I saw
comments and it was like, Yo, the guys are trying
to be like the girls, or is this fair game? Like,
if you're out there talking about guys on an app,
is it okay for guys to have that same converse?

I look at this a little different though, because you're app,
the women's app is talking about guys. So guys are
