one of the top homeschool moms in the country. One
of the things I'm teaching parents be it a single mom,
single dad, families in general, that you don't have to

can do this too. But all along I got a

that was part of the issue on that call. And
then one of the dads said, well, there's no way
you're telling us the truth. You should have told us
that you had a husband, because and then they mentioned
that on the nightcap show. I guess it was two
days prior to this call they had had. They were
on their stream and they were talking about me and
that how I kissed this man and all this stuff,

and that's how I found out about the fact that
it was on the Shannon.

in order to get people to join your programs, which
wasn't the case. And it is crazy because you're saying this,
and I've literally had to defend you at certain places

that could be difficult for you. Furthermore, Shannon Sharp didn't

like the narrative that was out there about him sleeping
with teenagers, right, so when you think about being careful
about using your words, you would think that he would
be one of those people absoluly.

comes to that me as a private citizen, need you
better fact check and double check what you're saying and
what you're doing because it's wrong.

comes to that aspect of I'm like, well, I'm not married,
will you're not married? Now, It's like, no, I wasn't.
And the fact that they across their platform they have
twenty million plus viewers okay, across their platforms when you
look at them combined. And this is not about the
individual men. Their media company is an award winning, multi

million dollar funded institution. It's this is literally David and
Goliath right now, because when people are thinking about it,
they're looking at it as Jimalita versus this man.

major corporation that specializes and have been specially trained this
man at media training. He is a journalist. He is

we finally got the schedule, we go to meet the teachers,
and who's standing there the same damn teacher that failed
my son last year.

The one I almost had to come up out my
airings for now. My son had a ruffia last year,
talking too much, acting out, but once we got him
back on track, trying to do better, this woman would
not let it go.

Every single thing she blamed him.

One time, some kids was talking in the back and
she didn't even ask no questions, just assumed it was
him and told him to get out the class. He
got frustrated, started talking back like most teenage boys would,

she feared for her life, like my baby, some kind
of criminal.

Almost got him expelled.

So I immediately asked for his class to be changed,
and they hit me with a uh, sorry, ma'am.

parent get their child moved to another class. Now I'm
sorry what happened to the all classes are full. Now
I'm sitting here looking at this lady, knowing good and well,
I cannot do another year of this, not with her,
because the next time she says she feels threatened, she
might actually be in danger. You just can't use those

words towards a young black man in like that.

years really has to take the parents' side because the
teacher is to pay professionals, and even though that profession
is as well paid and should be, the teacher has
to adjust that child is trying to make a difference
and change, and she has to change along with that.

Now they're trying to mess up the damn nickname because
we was running with the nickname. We really liked the
whole situation that happened between you and us there back
in April. But now we have a whole situation going
on between Shannon Sharp, Chad Ocho Senko and yourself and
kind of a defamation situation right now. We've been hearing

for quite some time. I thought we debunked the runner
that you were married and your husband left you behind
the actions that happened at the Usher concert once again,
not true.
Speaker 7 (40:05):
Not true, not married, no divorce, was not married at
the time of the fan participation. When we came here,
we had a great moment. Just to be able to
share it in the lights, we jumked about it. Yeah, no, hey, no,
this is not that, that's just entertainment.
Speaker 2 (40:19):
It was a moment. That was it. The almost the
very same day I.
Speaker 7 (40:23):
Leave your couple days later, they run in with the
story after I'm on this amazing, award winning, nationally recognized
morning show, I'm I'm out. It's the fact it shows
how out of touch and how out of tuneer, how
much disregard that they have for being able to have
journalistic integrity of researching the facts.

I know that's right. So this is a twenty million
dollar lawsuit. If you win, I want a dollar at least, right, Okay,
but no, but here's the thing. We could joke about it.
But you gave them an opportunity to even be able
to retract it, just to apologize. You sent out email letters,
You've spoken with people, the producers over there, everything, and
so they chose not to take it down.

Absolutely So when it all began, this is back in April,
many people are just hearing about it now, and that
shows I'm not into trying to get a media hit
about this.
Speaker 2 (41:13):
It got picked up.
Speaker 7 (41:14):
I'm not even sure how. I'm not really talking about
the nuts and bolts of the gas. But this case
is against about Shayshay Media. It's about Pink Deer, the
production company that was not fact checking it, or if
they did, they did not care enough. I sent emails,
I sent letters. Clearly they opened it, they respond it
because they made it private. They did not take it down,
(41:35):
and it didn't take it down immediately, and even as
of July thirty first things were still on ways to
find it on their podcast, on Apple and their other
mediums in which they do it. And this is a
multi billion dollar industry and right now as it stands,
there's no oversight, there's no regulation, and there's nobody calling
anyone on the carpet. When they're earning tens of millions
(41:58):
of dollars for clicksights and follows in through advertisers. They
don't have the overhead that you guys have here. They
can have two men, a microphone and a producer that's
supposed to fact check, and they're not doing right by
that and as a private citizen.

My rights were encroached upon. This is wrong.

This, Something needs to happen about this. And I said,
you know what, I'm gonna see you. Of course, since
they did not want to do the right.

is back to school week for some people. And you
have the top home schooling system right alutely? Now, how
did that apart in what's going on right now? And
you're a twenty million dollar lawsuit against Hiado Cha Thinko

and Club Chase Shad Well one in homeschooling and being
one of the top homeschool moms in the country. One
of the things I'm teaching parents be it a single mom,
single dad, families in general, that you don't have to
have a whole lot in order to make this happen.
And a part of it is because I was a
single mom, I was able to homeschool my daughter from
(43:26):
when she was a baby all the way to her
getting her doctorate at seventeen years old.
Speaker 7 (43:30):
And that's a part of what I trained the parents on.
I teach parents how to homeschool their children. And in
the midst of me talking to the parents that were
on the zoom about the matter that had taken place, then,
you know, letting them know, no, I don't have a husband.
No I'm not you know, hiding some man in the
clouset where I'm like, I'm a single mom and you
can do this too. But all along I got a
(43:50):
champion next to me. No, that wasn't the case. And
that was part of the issue on that call. And
then one of the dads said, well, there's no way
you're telling us the truth. You should have told us
that you had a husband, because and then they mentioned
that on the nightcap show. I guess it was two
days prior to this call they had had. They were
on their stream and they were talking about me and
that how I kissed this man and all this stuff,

and that's how I found out about the fact that
it was on the Shannon.

So it made it seem like you were false advertising
in order to get people to join your programs, which
wasn't the case. And it is crazy because you're saying this,
and I've literally had to defend you at certain places
because they were like, yeah, that woman, that's a woman
who husband left up as usher and I was like,
she's not married, like and so I can understand how
that could be difficult for you. Furthermore, Shannon Sharp didn't
(44:40):
like the narrative that was out there about him sleeping
with teenagers, right, so when you think about being careful
about using your words, you would think that he would
be one of those people absoluly.
Speaker 7 (44:50):
And I'm a private citizen and the rules when it
comes to that me as a private citizen, need you
better fact check and double check what you're saying and
what you're doing because it's wrong.
Speaker 2 (45:01):
I'm not a public figure.
Speaker 7 (45:02):
I've done a lot of amazing things within my community,
within the homeschool community and within art and culture.
Speaker 2 (45:07):
And every time I enter a.
Speaker 7 (45:09):
Meeting for funding for programming and activations and things it
comes up. I'm tired of being the punchline when it
comes to that aspect of I'm like, well, I'm not married,
will you're not married? Now, It's like, no, I wasn't.
And the fact that they across their platform they have
twenty million plus viewers okay, across their platforms when you
look at them combined. And this is not about the
individual men. Their media company is an award winning, multi

million dollar funded institution. It's this is literally David and
Goliath right now, because when people are thinking about it,
they're looking at it as Jimalita versus this man.
Speaker 2 (45:42):
This is not that he's a major corporation.
Speaker 7 (45:45):
Pink Deer, which is ran by Christian Deer, is a
major corporation that specializes and have been specially trained this
man at media training. He is a journalist. He is
this wins all these wards. He knows better and within
the integrity.
Speaker 2 (45:57):
You should check the wor it's your source. You should
be able to double check what you're saying.
Speaker 7 (46:01):
And the way they kept my image up and the
way they kept it going and the chat and was
going on and on, it was mortifying.
Speaker 2 (46:07):
It was torrible.
Speaker 6 (46:08):
But before you asked for the money, you did ask
them to take it down.
Speaker 7 (46:11):
Yeah, I said, hey, can you please take this down?
Outside that's what it gives you. An apology. I would
like for you to retract the statement. You had over
fifteen million people that heard you say this. The chat
was going on and popping. The other thing about it
is people like smaller level platforms or other platforms were
citing him as the journalistic news source.
Speaker 2 (46:32):
Where it came from. And when I say that.
Speaker 7 (46:35):
Spread even more, and so them making your private if
that person still had it, they were still you know,
going about well, yeah.
Speaker 2 (46:41):
No it's her, She's not tearing me down.

And the think about it is, I have the courage
to stand up and in this is what I'm calling
a job moment, honestly, I have the curse to stand
up and say no, the same right, No, this is
not what we're about to do. I'm not about to
let them trivialize any of this. I'm talking about any
of the people. Anybody trivialize this, make it about whatever
he was just going through.

Legally, anywhere else, whatever.

Just happened with him in his professional circle. There he's
talking about planning to really focus on his media company.
His media company needs to focus on integrity of journalism.
There needs to be rules in place, and they don't
have that.

It sounds like this is the fact that your life,
your business, and just your livelihood altogether.

So and anybody who was out there today having the podcast,
streaming company or media service, you better fact check it
before you run with.
