Elias Junior Monroy

Elias Monroy is a Hispanic male missing from Los Angeles, CA. He was abducted when he was just two weeks old by an unknown female. On 2/2/1987 Elias was at the LA-USC medical center on Marengo Street for a routine baby checkup visit with his mother Maria. A young woman struck up a conversation with  Maria offering to hold him as his mother struggled to find him formula, but this would all be a ploy for this stranger to vanish with baby Elias. Police would soon discover that two weeks prior to this incident, 70 miles away in Hesperia, CA a mother reported that a woman asked to hold her baby in an attempt to kidnap her child.
