In many ways, they could not be more polar opposites, especially in football speak. Bob Murphy - the skinny teen sensation - was an early draft pick with great expectations while Ben Hudson was a mature age recruit added to give some grunt in the trenches. Their friendship began with car pooling to and from the Whitten Oval but grew beyond fuel gauge games and musical choices to a bond that is as strong today as during their playing days.
