On 21th August, some of the interesting events that took place were: 1754 -  William Murdoch, a Scottish engineer and inventor was born. Murdoch was the inventor of the cylinder steam engine and gas lighting. 1946 -  Usain Bolt was born on 21 August 1986 to parents Wellesley and Jennifer Bolt in Sherwood Content, a small town in Jamaica.  https://chimesradio.com
