Podcast Episode 008: Predictions
Hello, my name is Nicholas. I am a 38-year-old man and I have a disability called Autism.
On this podcast, we’re talking about predictions.
There were lots of people includes Nostradamus, David Goodman Croly, Anton Johanson, Evangeline Adams, Count Louis Hamon, Homer Lea, Edgar Cayce and Baba Vanga have made predictions for the future. Many of them became real and many of them didn’t became real in history like the Time Traveller go forward to the future and see what’s the world looks like in H.G. Wells’ The Time Machine.
I’ve been having predictions few times, and I’ve been making my predictions on my diaries, internet websites and Facebook, my writings, fill-in activity books, one of the pages from a library book about Australian cartoonist Paul Rigby’s Headlines for 1960 cartoon that I photocopied, a newspaper advertisement and The Book Of Predictions book which was published in 1981 that I bought at an op shop in Drysdale while I was visiting with my mum, so let’s started with the events that happened in 1999, 2000 and 2001 in the twelfth chapter of my autobiography which I’m working on and writing and this is what I wrote:
First way back in 1999 when I was writing Journal during English class at Catholic College Bendigo and also writing Home Journal after school during school terms, a prequel of Star Wars, Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace was released at cinemas which it was the beginning of another Star Wars trilogy set in before the original with the fourth episode, A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back and Return Of The Jedi but after the movie’s release, I saw it on video twice, then in 2000 when I finished writing my diary about my work with Mansfield Autistic Centre school during the third term during the Spring holidays due to the Sydney Olympic Games, Jane Saville got disqualified as she was about to attempt to enter into Sydney Olympic Games and missed out to win a gold medal during a women’s 20km walk race, it made me and the people of Australia angry and upset and we got pissed off against a referee who gave her a red card, that’s bullshit and finally back to 2001 when I was writing a diary about what I did during my life and my fantasy writings, everything changed when John Howard still as the Prime Minister of Australia and George W. Bush became as the President of The United States Of America and after Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman got divorced, a Norwegian boat, Tampa which had got lots of refugees were tried to attempt entering into Australia and a terrorist attack hits America which two planes crashed into World Trade Centre in New York, the third plane crashed into Pentagon in Washington and the fourth plane crashed into a countryside on September 11 before the release of The Lord Of The Rings, start begin with The Fellowship Of The Ring as the first film of The Lord Of The Rings trilogy directed by New Zealander Sir. Peter Jackson shot in his home country, New Zealand but it was a beginning of the first dark ages, this is hell.
After that, I made fifteen predictions for 2002 while I was about to finish writing my diary in 2001 and they were: I’m going to find a girlfriend; film roles for Blair; Big Brother 2 which it was the second series of the same Australian reality television show; The Lord of the Rings 2:The Two Towers also known as The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers; Star Wars 2: The Attack Of The Clones also known as Star Wars Episode 2: Attack of the Clones or Star Wars: Attack of the Clones; Britney Spears marriage; Charles and Carmilla marriage; an Australian to win an Oscar; Osama Bin Laden was executed; no boat people was in Australia; gambling was finished in Australia; the MCG is getting
