On this episode of Trauma Hiders Club my guest is Birgitta Visser a Soul Empowerment Coach and Light Configurator. Birgitta's life path has been an extraordinary and diverse one. She has traveled the world, immersing herself in different cultures and pursuing a wide array of occupations, ranging from modelling and website design to bartending and corporate work. She's also been a healer, teacher, oracle card reader, jewellery designer, and creator of organic soaps and candles.

Despite encountering turbulence and trauma along her path, Birgitta has learned to embrace her unique qualities and overcome adversity.

On this episode of Trauma Hiders Club, Brigitta shares her journey towards healing from childhood trauma and brings insights on cutting out negative influences and prioritizing self-love and joy. We discuss love, forgiveness, pain projection and pursuing a fulfilling life.
