Aussie businessman and author of 'No Other Success' Jim Penman is best known as the founder of Jims Group, a franchising company that specializes in everything from lawn mowing, to cleaning and pet grooming. Over 36 years in business, Jims learned a lot about the ideal of success, and importantly, why he subscribes to a life that puts family and faith first. He’s also been focused on researching how to “cure” in some sense the downsides of the human condition. Jim spoke to Laura about what he think’s making our heart unwell, and why he wants us to rethink success.
