Sannes oom Rob heeft ervaring met hoe je het níet aanpakt. Als garagehouder in het oosten van het land weet hij vrij veel van auto’s. Toen iemand hem uitlegde hoe het volgens hem echt zat, liep dat gesprek niet goed af..
Ook hoor je hoe Maarten zelfs op de stoel bij de kapper verzeild raakt in gesprekken over het klimaat. Hij vertelt hoe je zo’n gesprek het beste aanpakt (en wanneer je het beter ontwijkt).
En hij deelt de tips die hij opdeed toen hij op bezoek ging bij vier van de duizenden mensen die een hatelijke reactie stuurden, nadat hij een artikel schreef over de klimaatimpact van kaas.
