It's no secret that 2020 has been a year that most of us do not want to relive! A year that has been overwhelming, confronting, confusing, frustrating and has peeled back the veil on so many things that the majority of us had no idea about. It's caused us to reflect, think about what is important and what we are doing with our lives. What you look for is what you are going to find. As I quote the movie "Pollyanna" in this episode "If you look for the bad in humankind, you are sure to find it". Likewise, if you look for the good, it will be there. In this episode I talk you through how to find the good in 2020, and go into 2021 holding onto those memories. Making a list of 36, reflecting on the lessons but the more the light than the dark. It's easy to find the dark, you don't even really have to try. But what would feel better, heading into the new Year holding onto the good or the bad? The choice is up to you. Tune in now and set yourself up with positive reflections going into the new year.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
